有益效果
本发明的带车用挡雨装置的赛车,下雨时,根据需要,可以利用驱动机构通过两根翻转臂驱动挡雨板在打开状态和关闭状态之间切换,在挡雨板的打开状态,挡雨板至少部分位于车体的外侧且可遮住车门打开时车门与车体之间的下方区域,这样,在挡雨板的遮挡下,驾驶员或乘客上下车时可以从容的撑开或收拢雨伞,避免或减少驾驶员或乘客上下车时被雨水淋湿,在挡雨板的关闭状态,所述挡雨板收好置于车体的顶部,不占用空间。总而言之,本发明的带车用挡雨装置的赛车,结构简单,使用方便。

请参阅图1至图4,一种带车用挡雨装置的赛车,包括车轮和设在车轮上的车体1,所述车体1的两侧设有车门,还包括设在车体1顶部的车用挡雨装置,所述车用挡雨装置包括挡雨板2、两根翻转臂3和驱动机构4,两根翻转臂3的上端与挡雨板2铰接,两根翻转臂3的下端与车体1铰接,所述驱动机构4用于通过两根翻转臂3驱动挡雨板2在打开状态和关闭状态之间切换,在挡雨板2的打开状态,所述挡雨板2至少部分位于车体1的外侧且可遮住车门打开时车门与车体1之间的下方区域,在挡雨板2的关闭状态,所述挡雨板2收好位于车体1的顶部。
本发明的带车用挡雨装置的赛车,下雨时,根据需要,可以利用驱动机构4通过两根翻转臂3驱动挡雨板2在打开状态和关闭状态之间切换,在挡雨板2的打开状态,挡雨板2至少部分位于车体1的外侧且可遮住车门打开时车门与车体1之间的下方区域,这样,在挡雨板2的遮挡下,驾驶员或乘客上下车时可以从容的撑开或收拢雨伞,避免或减少驾驶员或乘客上下车时被雨水淋湿,在挡雨板2的关闭状态,所述挡雨板2位于车体1的顶部,不占用空间。
在一种具体实施例中,两根翻转臂3的上端与挡雨板2的两个铰接点的连线平行且相等于两根翻转臂3的下端与车体1的两个铰接点的连线,由此采用平行四边形连杆机构实现挡雨板2在打开状态和关闭状态之间切换,结构稳定可靠。
为了便于定位,所述车体1和挡雨板2上分别设有第一定位块5,两根翻转臂3上设有第二定位块6,在挡雨板2的打开状态,两根翻转臂3上的第二定位块6与挡雨板2的第一定位块5相互配合对挡雨板2进行定位,在挡雨板2的关闭状态,两根翻转臂3上的第二定位块6与车体1上的第一定位块5相互配合对挡雨板2进行定位。
需要说明的是,所述驱动机构4可以为气缸,也可以为油缸,在驱动机构4为气缸时,所述气缸的一端与两根翻转臂3中的一根翻转臂3铰接,所述气缸的另一端与车体1铰接,在驱动机构4为油缸时,所述油缸的一端与两根翻转臂3中的一根翻转臂3铰接,所述油缸的另一端与车体1铰接,如何驱动油缸或者气缸动作属于现有技术,在此不再赘述。
在一种优选实施例中,还包括设在车体1上的控制装置、压力油源、换向阀、油泵和电机,所述驱动机构4为油缸,所述油缸的一端与两根翻转臂3中的一根翻转臂3铰接,所述油缸的另一端与车体1铰接,所述换向阀的两个工作油口分别与油缸的两个腔即有杆腔和无杆腔连通,所述换向阀的进油口依次连接油泵和压力油源,所述电机与油泵连接,所述换向阀的回油口连接压力油源,所述控制装置用于控制所述换向阀和电机动作,所述控制装置集成设置在车体1的仪表盘上。更为优选的,所述控制装置包括无线通讯模块,这样智能手机、智能平板电脑等可以通过有线或者无线的方式与控制装置建立连接,由此控制挡雨板2在打开状态和关闭状态之间切换,十分的便利。
上述各个实施例中,更为优选的,如图5至图7所示,还包括设置在车体1的前排座位7和后排座位8之间的卷筒式挡风装置,所述卷筒式挡风装置包括中空圆柱形的外管9、转动设置在外管9内的内管10、挡风帘布11、拉板12以及安装在内管10中的弹簧机构,所述外管9设在车体1的顶板的下表面且所述外管9上设有轴向延伸的开口,所述挡风帘布11的一端穿过开口连接内管10并卷绕在内管10上,所述弹簧机构用于驱动内管10转动以卷收挡风帘布11,所述挡风帘布11的另一端固定于拉板12,所述外管9上设有第一定位部件13,所述前排座位7的后侧设有第二定位部件14,在所述卷筒式挡风装置处于卷收状态时,所述第一定位部件13用于将拉板12固定于所述外管9上,在所述卷筒式挡风装置处于展开状态时,所述第二定位部件14用于将拉板12固定于所述前排座位7的后侧。
该实施例中,在前排座位7和后排座位8之间设有卷筒式挡风装置,在前排座位7两侧的车窗打开时,根据需要,可以下拉拉板12,直至第二定位部件14将拉板12固定于所述前排座位7的后侧,此时,卷筒式挡风装置处于展开状态,处于展开状态的挡风帘布11可以在一定程度上阻隔灌入后排车位的风量,使得前排座位7上的驾驶员和乘客可以享受自然风带来的舒适的同时,降低或消除风从前排座位7两侧的车窗灌入车内对后排乘客的影响,满足前排座位7上的驾驶员和乘客以及后排座位8上的乘客的不同需求;在不需要挡风时,将拉板12与第二定位部件14脱离,弹簧机构驱动内管10转动卷收挡风帘布11,然后通过第一定位部件13将拉板12固定于所述外管9上,防止拉板12在重力的作用下晃动,这样收装后不占用空间。
前述实施例中,可选的,所述拉板12上设有卡头,所述第一定位部件13为与卡头弹性卡接的卡口,在所述卷筒式挡风装置处于卷收状态时,所述卡头卡入所述卡口;或,所述拉板12上设有卡口,所述第一定位部件13为与卡口弹性卡接的卡头,在所述卷筒式挡风装置处于卷收状态时,所述卡头卡入所述卡口;或,所述拉板12设有第一磁性部件,所述第一定位部件13为与所述第一磁性部件相互吸引的第二磁性部件;或,所述拉板12设有磁性部件,所述第一定位部件13为与所述磁性部件相互吸引的金属部件;或,所述拉板12设有金属部件,所述第一定位部件13为与所述金属部件相互吸引的磁性部件。
由于拉板12在重力作用下经常拉扯挡风帘布11,并随着汽车的开动而不断晃动,不仅较为碍眼,且晃动过程中碰撞还会产生噪音,极大的影响行车体验,在一种优选实施例中,所述第一定位部件13包括安装座15,所述安装座15上设有贯通孔以及活动设置在贯通孔内的旋杆16,所述旋杆16的两端分别于贯通孔外连接限位件17和操作柄18,所述拉板12内部设有圆形腔,所述拉板12上还设有与圆形腔连通的缺口,所述缺口与所述限位件17的形状匹配,所述限位件17可通过所述缺口卡入所述圆形腔并在所述圆形腔中转动。
更为优选的,还包括弹性件,弹性件可以为弹簧,所述弹性件套设在所述旋杆16上,用于驱动所述旋杆16向操作柄18一侧沿贯通孔轴向滑动。所述贯通孔的内壁和所述旋杆16的外壁分别设有环形凸台,所述弹性件的两端分别抵接环形凸台。所述圆形腔朝向安装座15的一侧设有缺槽,所述缺槽与所述限位件17的形状匹配,所述限位件17可在卡入所述圆形腔后转入所述缺槽中。所述限位件17为条状,所述旋杆16与限位件17的中部固定连接,贯通孔的两端分别设有支撑旋杆16的支撑座。
该实施例中,第一定位部件13包括安装座15,安装座15上设有贯通孔以及活动设置在贯通孔内的旋杆16,旋杆16的两端分别于贯通孔外连接限位件17和操作柄18,把手内部设有圆形腔,把手上还设有与圆形腔连通的缺口,缺口与限位件17的形状匹配,限位件17可通过缺口卡入圆形腔并在圆形腔中转动,使得拉板12可以在挡风帘布11卷收时得到很好的定位,有效避免其摆动,且也在一定程度上杜绝拉板12与车体1其他部分碰撞产生噪音,能够大大提高行车体验。
可选的,所述拉板12上设有卡头,所述第二定位部件14为与卡头弹性卡接的卡口,在所述卷筒式挡风装置处于展开状态时,所述卡头卡入所述卡口;或,所述拉板12上设有卡口,所述第二定位部件14为与卡口弹性卡接的卡头,在所述卷筒式挡风装置处于展开状态时,所述卡头卡入所述卡口。
在一种优选实施例中,所述第二定位部件14为转动设在所述前排座位7的后侧的旋转限位块,所述拉板12上设有与旋转限位块形状匹配的条形通孔,所述旋转限位块通过该条形通孔从拉板12的一侧移动至拉板12的另一侧,并在旋转限位块与条形通孔错位时,所述旋转限位块将拉板12固定于所述前排座位7的后侧,其中,旋转限位块可以通过转轴或者轴承转动设在所述前排座位7的后侧,由此在所述卷筒式挡风装置的挡风帘布11处于展开状态时,通过简单的机械结构将拉板12固定于所述前排座位7的后侧。
更为优选的,所述拉板12上还设有条形卡槽,所述条形卡槽与所述条形通孔相交,所述旋转限位块通过该条形通孔从拉板12的一侧移动至拉板12的另一侧时可转动至条形卡槽,使得旋转限位块不容易从拉板12的条形通孔中脱出。
优选的,所述卷筒式挡风装置包括左右对称设置的左卷筒式挡风装置和右卷筒式挡风装置。根据需要,可以单独打开左卷筒式挡风装置、右卷筒式挡风装置,也可以同时打开左卷筒式挡风装置和右卷筒式挡风装置。
在一种优选实施例中,所述挡风帘布11为透明帘布,该实施例中,由于挡风帘布11为透明帘布,在挡风帘布11处于展开状态时,可以减少对于驾驶员和乘客视野的影响。
为了配合前排座位7的前后滑动,优选的,所述卷筒式挡风装置可前后滑动的设置在所述车体1的顶板的下表面。具体地,所述顶板的下表面设有两条平行设置的纵向阻尼滑轨,所述外管9上设有与纵向阻尼滑轨滑动配合的滑块,从而可以将卷筒式挡风装置定位在想要的位置处。
综上,本发明的带车用挡雨装置的赛车,下雨时,根据需要,可以利用驱动机构4通过两根翻转臂3驱动挡雨板2在打开状态和关闭状态之间切换,在挡雨板2的打开状态,挡雨板2至少部分位于车体1的外侧且可遮住车门打开时车门与车体1之间的下方区域,这样,在挡雨板2的遮挡下,驾驶员或乘客上下车时可以从容的撑开或收拢雨伞,避免或减少驾驶员或乘客上下车时被雨水淋湿,在挡雨板2的关闭状态,所述挡雨板2位于车体1的顶部,不占用空间。总而言之,本发明的带车用挡雨装置的赛车,结构简单,使用方便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带车用挡雨装置的赛车,包括车轮和设在车轮上的车体(1),所述车体(1)的两侧设有车门,其特征在于:还包括设在车体(1)顶部的车用挡雨装置,所述车用挡雨装置包括挡雨板(2)、两根翻转臂(3)和驱动机构(4),两根翻转臂(3)的上端与挡雨板(2)铰接,两根翻转臂(3)的下端与车体(1)铰接,所述驱动机构(4)用于通过两根翻转臂(3)驱动挡雨板(2)在打开状态和关闭状态之间切换,在挡雨板(2)的打开状态,所述挡雨板(2)至少部分位于车体(1)的外侧且可遮住车门打开时车门与车体(1)之间的下方区域,在挡雨板(2)的关闭状态,所述挡雨板(2)位于车体(1)的顶部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带车用挡雨装置的赛车,其特征在于:两根翻转臂(3)的上端与挡雨板(2)的两个铰接点的连线平行且相等于两根翻转臂(3)的下端与车体(1)的两个铰接点的连线。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带车用挡雨装置的赛车,其特征在于:所述车体(1)和挡雨板(2)上分别设有第一定位块(5),两根翻转臂(3)上设有第二定位块(6),在挡雨板(2)的打开状态,两根翻转臂(3)上的第二定位块(6)与挡雨板(2)的第一定位块(5)相互配合对挡雨板(2)进行定位,在挡雨板(2)的关闭状态,两根翻转臂(3)上的第二定位块(6)与车体(1)上的第一定位块(5)相互配合对挡雨板(2)进行定位。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的带车用挡雨装置的赛车,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(4)为气缸,所述气缸的一端与两根翻转臂(3)中的一根翻转臂(3)铰接,所述气缸的另一端与车体(1)铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的带车用挡雨装置的赛车,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(4)为油缸,所述油缸的一端与两根翻转臂(3)中的一根翻转臂(3)铰接,所述油缸的另一端与车体(1)铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的带车用挡雨装置的赛车,其特征在于:还包括设置在车体(1)的前排座位(7)和后排座位(8)之间的卷筒式挡风装置,所述卷筒式挡风装置包括中空圆柱形的外管(9)、转动设置在外管(9)内的内管(10)、挡风帘布(11)、拉板(12)以及安装在内管(10)中的弹簧机构,所述外管(9)设在车体(1)的顶板的下表面且所述外管(9)上设有轴向延伸的开口,所述挡风帘布(11)的一端穿过开口连接内管(10)并卷绕在内管(10)上,所述弹簧机构用于驱动内管(10)转动以卷收挡风帘布(11),所述挡风帘布(11)的另一端固定于拉板(12),所述外管(9)上设有第一定位部件(13),所述前排座位(7)的后侧设有第二定位部件(14),在所述卷筒式挡风装置处于卷收状态时,所述第一定位部件(13)用于将拉板(12)固定于所述外管(9)上,在所述卷筒式挡风装置处于展开状态时,所述第二定位部件(14)用于将拉板(12)固定于所述前排座位(7)的后侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的带车用挡雨装置的赛车,其特征在于:所述拉板(12)上设有卡头,所述第一定位部件(13)为与卡头弹性卡接的卡口,在所述卷筒式挡风装置处于卷收状态时,所述卡头卡入所述卡口;或,所述拉板(12)上设有卡口,所述第一定位部件(13)为与卡口弹性卡接的卡头,在所述卷筒式挡风装置处于卷收状态时,所述卡头卡入所述卡口;或,所述拉板(12)设有第一磁性部件,所述第一定位部件(13)为与所述第一磁性部件相互吸引的第二磁性部件;或,所述拉板(12)设有磁性部件,所述第一定位部件(13)为与所述磁性部件相互吸引的金属部件;或,所述拉板(12)设有金属部件,所述第一定位部件(13)为与所述金属部件相互吸引的磁性部件。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的带车用挡雨装置的赛车,其特征在于:所述第一定位部件(13)包括安装座(15),所述安装座(15)上设有贯通孔以及活动设置在贯通孔内的旋杆(16),所述旋杆(16)的两端分别于贯通孔外连接限位件(17)和操作柄(18),所述拉板(12)内部设有圆形腔,所述拉板(12)上还设有与圆形腔连通的缺口,所述缺口与所述限位件(17)的形状匹配,所述限位件(17)可通过所述缺口卡入所述圆形腔并在所述圆形腔中转动。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的带车用挡雨装置的赛车,其特征在于:所述拉板(12)上设有卡头,所述第二定位部件(14)为与卡头弹性卡接的卡口,在所述卷筒式挡风装置处于展开状态时,所述卡头卡入所述卡口;或,所述拉板(12)上设有卡口,所述第二定位部件(14)为与卡口弹性卡接的卡头,在所述卷筒式挡风装置处于展开状态时,所述卡头卡入所述卡口。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的带车用挡雨装置的赛车,其特征在于:所述第二定位部件(14)为转动设在所述前排座位(7)的后侧的旋转限位块,所述拉板(12)上设有与旋转限位块形状匹配的条形通孔,所述旋转限位块通过该条形通孔从拉板(12)的一侧移动至拉板(12)的另一侧,并在旋转限位块与条形通孔错位时,所述旋转限位块将拉板(12)固定于所述前排座位(7)的后侧。
