- each gripper By varying the spacing of the guide elements relative to one another, and the distance relative to the folding crate to be opened or closed, each gripper can be displaced in a plane. In this way, the grippers can be controlled to perform a desired displacement movement in order to open or close such a folding crate. Since only the transfer means need be moved for this, the parts to be moved may be much lighter than in the prior art.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de préhension (7, 7') permettant d'ouvrir ou de fermer des parois latérales pliables (10) d'une caisse pliante (8), comprenant des éléments de préhension (11, 12) servant à saisir les parois latérales (10), et des moyens de transfert servant à transférer des mouvements de commande d'actionneurs (13, 14) à des mouvements de déplacement des éléments de préhension (11, 12), qui comprennent des éléments de guidage (15, 16) qui sont décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre et qui peuvent être déplacés dans une première direction de déplacement linéaire (Z), et des paires de bras de transmission (17, 18 et 19, 20) qui, d'une part, sont reliées de manière pivotante à un élément de guidage respectif (15) et d'autre part sont reliées respectivement, au premier élément de préhension (11) et au second élément de préhension (12).
