本发明的有益效果在于:本发明所述的一种抽屉助推器,其助推器壳体包括助推器上、中、下壳,助推器上、中壳之间成型上端容置腔,助推器中、下壳之间成型下端容置腔,该上端容置腔内设置有控制器、与控制器电性连接的开关模块,其中开关模块延伸出助推器壳体外;下端容置腔内嵌装从后至前依次排布的驱动电机、电机安装架、减速齿轮组、推杆驱动齿轮、活动推杆,驱动电机固定于电机安装架,驱动电机的动力输出轴与减速齿轮组驱动连接,减速齿轮组与推杆驱动齿轮驱动连接,活动推杆前端部穿过助推器下壳的下壳活动孔并延伸至助推器下壳前端侧,活动推杆后端部开设推杆套卡孔,推杆驱动齿轮设置套卡驱动块,推杆驱动齿轮的套卡驱动块嵌卡于活动推杆的推杆套卡孔内。当抽屉后面板按压到开关模块,即可使得控制器控制抽屉助推器内部的驱动电机动作,进而实现推动抽屉的作用。本发明能够将抽屉自动推出,即具有结构设计新颖、自动化程度高、操作使用方便。的优点,且能够有效地提高 抽屉美观度。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-13所示,本发明关于一种抽屉助推器,包括有助推器壳体1,助推器壳体1包括有从上至下依次排布的助推器上壳11、助推器中壳12以及助推器下壳13,助推器上壳11与助推器中壳12之间成型有上端容置腔14,该上端容置腔14内设置有控制器、与控制器电性连接的开关模块,其中开关模块延伸出助推器壳体1外;助推器中壳12与助推器下壳13之间成型有下端容置腔15,下端容置腔15内嵌装有从后至前依次排布的驱动电机2、电机安装架3、减速齿轮组4、推杆驱动齿轮5、活动推杆6,驱动电机2固定于电机安装架3并与控制器电性连接,驱动电机2的动力输出轴与减速齿轮组4驱动连接,减速齿轮组4与推杆驱动齿轮5驱动连接,助推器下壳13的前端面开设有前后完全贯穿且与下端容置腔15连通的下壳活动孔131,活动推杆6的前端部穿过助推器下壳13的下壳活动孔131并延伸至助推器下壳13的前端侧,活动推杆6的后端部开设有推杆套卡孔61,推杆驱动齿轮5对应活动推杆6设置有套卡驱动块51,推杆驱动齿轮5的套卡驱动块51嵌卡于活动推杆6的推杆套卡孔61内。
其中,该控制器可以为PLC控制器,且驱动电机2可通过导线与控制器电性连接;工作时,PLC控制器控制驱动电机2动作。在本具体实施例中,是通过将开关模组设置在助推器上壳11外,当抽屉后面板按压到开关模块,即可使得控制器控制抽屉助推器内部的驱动电机2动作,进而实现推动抽屉的效果。而需要注意的是,对于应用本发明的抽屉而言,其可以在人手方便触摸的位置设置开关模块,开关模块与PLC控制器电性连接; 工作时,使用者只需按动开关模块即可使得PLC控制器控制驱动电机2动作。
进一步,上端容置腔14内还设置有用于调节触发开关模组位置的开关距离调节装置,其中该开关距离调节装置包括活动锁定装置74、设置在开关模块一端的齿条73;其中助推器上壳11的侧面开设有安装缺口711,且开关模块的底部设置有一齿条73,所述助推器上壳11内部设置与齿条73啮合的第一活动齿轮76;其中开关模块沿齿条73的轴线方向穿出安装缺口711并带动第一活动齿轮76旋转;且活动锁定装置74的一端延伸至上端容置腔14内部,且通过旋转活动锁定装置74使得活动锁定装置74的末端卡设或脱离第一活动齿轮76。
在本具体实施例中,该抽屉助推器产品安装的时候,要确保抽屉后面板和在本申请中的产品开关充分接触,才可以保证功能的实现,抽屉款式不同,后面的空间是不一样的,那就要确认这个产品在里面安装的位置;会本申请增加这个本申请的可调式开关,可以通过手动拉动开关模块以实现调整开关模块的位置,当确定好位置后,可以通过旋转活动锁定装置74,即使得其末端锁死第一活动齿轮76,导致齿条73不可动,故可以固定开关模块的位置;即可以调整开关模块和抽屉后面板距离,避免安装时候要重复调试。
进一步,所述活动锁定装置74包括位于助推器上壳11外的调节旋钮741、位于助推器上壳11内部的“J”型结构的锁定杆742;其中调节旋钮741的一端延伸至助推器上壳11内与锁定杆742的一端连接,锁定杆742的另一端设置有用于限制第一活动齿轮76旋转的卡齿7421,旋转调节旋钮741并使得卡齿7421卡设或脱离第一活动齿轮76。在本申请中,通过“J”型结构的锁定杆742末端的卡齿7421实现对第一活动齿轮76的锁定,实现对开关模块位置的锁定,结构简单,操作容易。
进一步,所述调节旋钮741延伸至助推器上壳内的一端为第一连接部7412,该第一连接部7412的横截面为“十”字形结构,且所述锁定杆742 的一端为第二连接部,该第二连接部内开设有与连接部适配的连接槽,连接部插接在连接槽内实现配装。为了调节旋钮741延与锁定杆742之间通过第一连接部7412与第二连接部实现可拆卸连接,故可以方便维修,同时第一连接部7412的横截面为“十”字形结构,避免第一连接部7412与第二连接部出现打滑的现象。
进一步,所述助推器上壳11内设置有两个对称设置的固定隔板:第一固定隔板712以及第二固定隔板713,且第一固定隔板712以及第二固定隔板713围成一锁定槽714,其中锁定杆742放置在锁定槽714内,第二连接部位于锁定槽714与助推器上壳11内侧壁之间,且第二连接部的外径大于锁定槽714的宽度。在本具体实施例中,锁定杆742放置在锁定槽714内可以稳固其位置避免左右偏移,而且第二连接部的外径大于锁定槽714的宽度,第二连接部位于锁定槽714与助推器上壳11内侧壁之间,可以避免锁定杆742上下方向的移位。
进一步,所述助推器上壳11的外侧壁上设置有第一对齐标记,所述调节旋钮741设置有第二对齐标记7411。第一对齐标记以及第二对齐标记7411的作用在于,提醒用户处于锁定状态还是非锁定状态。
进一步,所述开关模块包括开关盒子以及控制开关,其中开关盒子包括开关箱体722、开关盒体721、设置在开关盒体721内部的复位弹簧7213,所述齿条73与开关箱体722的底部连接;所述复位弹簧7213的一端盒体连接,另一端与开关盒体721连接,所述开关盒体721往开关箱体722移动并触发位于开关箱体722内部的控制开关,且所述复位弹簧7213处于压缩状态。其中用于通过推动抽屉后面板,然后使得抽屉后面板往开关盒体721移动,进而推动开关盒体721往开关箱体722方向移动,同时触发位于开关箱体722内部的控制开关,则使得PLC控制器控制抽屉助推器内部的驱动电机2动作,进而实现推动抽屉的作用,当抽屉后面板被推出后,在复位弹簧7213弹簧作用力下,将开关盒体721重新往外推动实现复位,等待下一次的触发控制开关。
进一步,所述开关盒体721的底部设置有若干活动脚7211,所述开关箱体722的底部开设有若干卡孔,开关盒体721通过活动脚7211穿过在卡孔,且所述活动脚7211的末端设置有卡勾72111;所述开关盒体721的底部还设置有导向柱7212,所述开关箱体722的底部开设有导向孔,其中复位弹簧7213套设在导向柱7212,且导向柱7212活动配装在导向孔内。
在本具体实施例中,为了避免复位弹簧7213的作用力过大,导致将开关盒体721完全脱离开关箱体722,故活动脚7211末端的卡勾72111会抵止在卡孔处,可以避免上述情况;另外设置有导向柱7212可以保证开关盒体721沿着指定的方向移动,不会偏位。
进一步,所述开关箱体722底部的外侧壁还设置有限位块7221,且该限位块7221抵止在安装缺口711的内壁并实现限位。在本具体实施例中,通过设置限位块7221可以避免开关箱体722掉出安装缺口711。
进一步,其中助推器上壳11内部凸设有第一轴筒715以及第二轴筒716,其中第一活动齿轮76活动套设在第一轴筒715上,且第二轴筒716上活动套设有第二活动齿轮77,其中所述齿条73的远离第一活动齿轮76的一侧与第二活动齿轮77啮合。在本具体实施例中,通过设置第一活动齿轮76以及第二活动齿轮77用于引导齿条73的运动方向。
进一步,还包括定位盖板75,所述定位盖板75的底部设置有第一定位脚、第二定位脚,其中第一定位脚插接在第一轴筒715上,第二定位脚插接在第二轴筒716上,且定位盖板75将锁定杆742、齿条73、第一活动齿轮76、第二活动齿轮77盖合。在本具体实施例中,将定位盖将锁定杆742、齿条73、第一活动齿轮76、第二活动齿轮77盖合,可以起到防止锁定杆742、齿条73、第一活动齿轮76、第二活动齿轮77沿竖直方向移动。
进一步,所述助推器上壳11与所述助推器中壳12扣接;所述助推器中壳12与所述助推器下壳13扣接。需进一步解释,本发明的助推器上壳11可通过扣接方式与助推器中壳12实现装配连接,同样的,本发明的助 推器中壳12也可通过扣接方式与助推器下壳13实现装配连接;当然,上述装配方式并不构成对本发明的限制,即本发明的助推器上壳11与助推器中壳12、助推器中壳12与助推器下壳13还可以采用其他的方式实现装配连接。
在本发明工作过程中,控制器与内部电源或外部电源电连接,工作时,当开关模块触发,即控制器控制驱动电机2启动,驱动电机2通过减速齿轮组4减速后驱动推杆驱动齿轮5转动,由于推杆驱动齿轮5的套卡驱动块51嵌卡于活动推杆6的推杆套卡孔61内,在推杆驱动齿轮5转动的过程中,活动推杆6随着推杆驱动齿轮5同步转动,在此过程中,活动推杆6的前端部进行摆动,并将抽屉推出,进而实现将抽屉自动推出动作。综合上述情况可知,通过上述结构设计,本发明能够将抽屉自动推出,即具有结构设计新颖、自动化程度高、操作使用方便的优点;另外,因无需通过拉手来实现抽屉启闭,本发明能够有效地提高抽屉美观度。
进一步,所述助推器中壳12与所述活动推杆6之间装设有推杆限位盘91,推杆限位盘91与活动推杆6之间装设有缓冲扭簧92,缓冲扭簧92分别与活动推杆6以及推杆限位盘91连接。在本发明工作过程中,推杆限位盘91随着活动推杆6同步转动,当推杆限位盘91转动至极限位置时,推杆限位盘91停止转动,而当活动推杆6继续转动时,缓冲扭簧92可以起到缓冲的作用,进而避免因活动推杆6转动过大而导致活动推杆6与推杆限位盘91发生干涉。
进一步,该抽屉助推器配装有安装底座100,安装底座100的前端部设置有前端卡持槽101,安装底座100的后端部开设有后端卡持槽102,所述助推器壳体1的前端面对应前端卡持槽101设置有朝前凸出的前端卡持凸缘16,助推器壳体1的前端卡持凸缘16嵌插于安装底座100的前端卡持槽101内;所述助推器中壳12与所述助推器下壳13之间装设有卡位块安装座110,卡位块安装座110可相对转动地装设有驱动转轴111,驱动转轴111的一端部装设有位于助推器壳体1外端侧的调节手柄112,驱动转 轴111套卡有偏心驱动块113,卡位块安装座110可相对前后活动地装设有活动卡位块114,偏心驱动块113与活动卡位块114驱动连接,活动卡位块114的后端边缘部设置有穿过助推器壳体1并延伸至助推器壳体1后端侧的后端卡持凸缘1141,后端卡持凸缘1141嵌插于安装底座100的后端卡持槽102内。
在本发明工作过程中,当需要将助推器壳体1卡紧于安装底座100时,前端卡持凸缘16嵌插于安装底座100的前端卡持槽101内,活动卡位块114的后端卡持凸缘1141嵌插于安装底座100的后端卡持槽102内;当需要将助推器壳体1从安装底座100取下时,使用者只需转动调节手柄112并通过调节手柄112带动驱动转轴111转动,转动的驱动转轴111带动偏心驱动块113动作,偏心驱动块113驱动活动卡位块114移动并使得活动卡位块114朝前移动,在此过程中,活动卡位块114的后端卡持凸缘1141从安装底座100的后端卡持槽102退出。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种抽屉助推器,其特征在于:包括有助推器壳体,助推器壳体包括有从上至下依次排布的助推器上壳、助推器中壳以及助推器下壳,助推器上壳与助推器中壳之间成型有上端容置腔,该上端容置腔内设置有控制器、与控制器电性连接的开关模块,其中开关模块延伸出助推器壳体外;助推器中壳与助推器下壳之间成型有下端容置腔,下端容置腔内嵌装有从后至前依次排布的驱动电机、电机安装架、减速齿轮组、推杆驱动齿轮、活动推杆,驱动电机固定于电机安装架并与控制器电性连接,驱动电机的动力输出轴与减速齿轮组驱动连接,减速齿轮组与推杆驱动齿轮驱动连接,助推器下壳的前端面开设有前后完全贯穿且与下端容置腔连通的下壳活动孔,活动推杆的前端部穿过助推器下壳的下壳活动孔并延伸至助推器下壳的前端侧,活动推杆的后端部开设有推杆套卡孔,推杆驱动齿轮对应活动推杆设置有套卡驱动块,推杆驱动齿轮的套卡驱动块嵌卡于活动推杆的推杆套卡孔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种抽屉助推器,其特征在于:上端容置腔内还设置有用于调节触发开关模组位置的开关距离调节装置,其中该开关距离调节装置包括活动锁定装置、设置在开关模块一端的齿条;其中助推器上壳的侧面开设有安装缺口,且开关模块的底部设置有一齿条,所述助推器上壳内部设置与齿条啮合的第一活动齿轮;其中开关模块沿齿条的轴线方向穿出安装缺口并带动第一活动齿轮旋转;且活动锁定装置的一端延伸至上端容置腔内部,且通过旋转活动锁定装置使得活动锁定装置的末端卡设或脱离第一活动齿轮。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种抽屉助推器,其特征在于:所述活动锁定装置包括位于助推器上壳外的调节旋钮、位于助推器上壳内部的“J”型结构的锁定杆;其中调节旋钮的一端延伸至助推器上壳内与锁定杆的一端连接,锁定杆的另一端设置有用于限制第一活动齿轮旋转的卡齿,旋转调节旋钮并使得卡齿卡设或脱离第一活动齿轮。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种抽屉助推器,其特征在于:所述调节旋钮延伸至助推器上壳内的一端为第一连接部,该第一连接部的横截面为“十”字形结构,且所述锁定杆的一端为第二连接部,该第二连接部内开设有与连接部适 配的连接槽,连接部插接在连接槽内实现配装。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种抽屉助推器,其特征在于:所述助推器上壳内设置有两个对称设置的固定隔板,且两个固定隔板围成一锁定槽,其中锁定杆放置在锁定槽内,第二连接部位于锁定槽与助推器上壳内侧壁之间,且第二连接部的外径大于锁定槽的宽度。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种抽屉助推器,其特征在于:所述开关模块包括开关盒子以及控制开关,其中开关盒子包括开关箱体、开关盒体、设置在开关盒体内部的复位弹簧,所述齿条与开关箱体的底部连接;所述复位弹簧的一端盒体连接,另一端与开关盒体连接,所述开关盒体往开关箱体移动并触发位于开关箱体内部的控制开关,且所述复位弹簧处于压缩状态。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种抽屉助推器,其特征在于:所述开关盒体的底部设置有若干活动脚,所述开关箱体的底部开设有若干卡孔,开关盒体通过活动脚穿过在卡孔,且所述活动脚的末端设置有卡勾;所述开关盒体的底部还设置有导向柱,所述开关箱体的底部开设有导向孔,其中复位弹簧套设在导向柱,且导向柱活动配装在导向孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种抽屉助推器,其特征在于:所述助推器上壳与所述助推器中壳扣接;所述助推器中壳与所述助推器下壳扣接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种抽屉助推器,其特征在于:所述助推器中壳与所述活动推杆之间装设有推杆限位盘,推杆限位盘与活动推杆之间装设有缓冲扭簧,缓冲扭簧分别与活动推杆以及推杆限位盘连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种抽屉助推器,其特征在于:该抽屉助推器配装有安装底座,安装底座的前端部设置有前端卡持槽,安装底座的后端部开设有后端卡持槽,所述助推器壳体的前端面对应前端卡持槽设置有朝前凸出的前端卡持凸缘,助推器壳体的前端卡持凸缘嵌插于安装底座的前端卡持槽内;所述助推器中壳与所述助推器下壳之间装设有卡位块安装座,卡位块安装座可相对转动地装设有驱动转轴,驱动转轴的一端部装设有位于助推器壳体外端侧 的调节手柄,驱动转轴套卡有偏心驱动块,卡位块安装座可相对前后活动地装设有活动卡位块,偏心驱动块与活动卡位块驱动连接,活动卡位块的后端边缘部设置有穿过助推器壳体并延伸至助推器壳体后端侧的后端卡持凸缘,后端卡持凸缘嵌插于安装底座的后端卡持槽内。
