Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation rapide de lait pour un robot de cuisine. Le robot de cuisine comprend un réservoir d'eau (2), un ensemble bol de traitement d'aliment (1) et une unité de commande. L'ensemble bol de traitement d'aliments (1) comprend une cuve de mélange (11), un dispositif de chauffage, une lame de broyage dans la cuve de mélange (11), et un moteur pour entraîner la lame de broyage en rotation. Le réservoir d'eau (2) est en communication avec la cuve de mélange (11) au moyen d'un mécanisme d'entrée d'eau (5). L'unité de commande commande le mécanisme d'entrée d'eau (5), une plaque chauffante et le moteur pour traiter des matières alimentaires dans la cuve de mélange afin de préparer une bouillie alimentaire. Le mécanisme d'entrée d'eau (5) comprend une pompe à eau (51) et un dispositif de chauffage instantané (52).
