一种塔机臂架结构 技术领域
本实用新型属于起重机技术领域,尤其涉及一种塔机臂架结构。
背景技术
塔式起重机(本申请中简称塔机)是一种常见的起重设备,其具有作业空间大等优点,广泛应用于房屋建筑施工物料的垂直和水平输送及建筑构件的安装。
塔机通常包括塔架、吊臂、塔机小车及吊具,塔架呈竖直状设置,吊臂的一端固定在塔架的上端,吊具连接在塔机小车上,塔机小车在变幅机构的卷筒等小车驱动装置的驱动下可沿吊臂做往复运动,吊臂可绕回转中心回转。
吊臂的臂架应用于超大塔机时,存在臂架承受小车轮压大、单节重量重、外形尺寸大、侧向变形大的问题。

本实用新型提供一种塔机臂架结构,以解决臂架承受小车轮压大、单节重量重、外形尺寸大、侧向变形大的问题;本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种塔机臂架结构,包括多个第一连接架和多个第二连接架;所述第一连接架两两并列,并呈线性排布;所述并列设置的两第一连接架连接之间通过第二连接架连接;
所述第二连接架包括第一连接框和两第二连接框;所述第一连接 框与第一连接架通过定位销连接;两第二连接框相互连接,且对称设置于所述第一连接框上方;所述第二连接框通过连接杆与所述第一连接框;所述第二连接框的四边角上设有用于连接第一连接架的连接部。

所述第一连接框21和第二连接框22的形状为矩形;所述第一连接框21和第二连接框22沿臂架延伸方向的长度相等;所述第一连接框21设有与定位销配合的销孔211;所述第一连接框21上设有安装板213,所述安装板213与第一连接架1螺栓连接。
所述第一连接框21和第二连接框22之间增设有第二支撑板24;所述第二支撑板24倾斜设置;所述第一连接框21对角设置有两第一支撑板212,且两第一支撑板212的中部相互连接,通过第一支撑板212和第二支撑板24提高臂架的刚度。
所述第二连接框22包括上弦梁222、上弦杆221;两相互平行的上弦梁222之间连接有两上弦杆221;所述连接部223设置于上弦梁222两端。
所述连接部223通过销轴与第一连接架1连接;所述连接部223包括相互平行的三个延伸板2231;所述延伸板2231上设有用于销轴的衬套2232;所述连接部223上方设有加固板2233;三个延伸板2231与加固板2233固定连接,通过加固板2233提高连接部223的强度。
