本公开实施例的配料机1000中,通过泵300抽取物料,并可以控制泵300的工作参数,使得抽取的物料定量,从而实现饮品的配料自动化,降低人工成本,提高效率。
奶茶作为近些年出现的新型饮品,广泛受到人们的喜爱,因此在街头小巷都开设有大量的奶茶店铺。由于品牌的差异,不同的奶茶店铺都拥有不同的配方,并且奶茶店铺往往出售几十款饮品从而对应有几十款配方,然而在大部分的门店中,奶茶的制作过程一般通过纯手工的方式称量各种配料,然 后将配料混合在一起以完成奶茶的配料选取。这种方式需要先对人员进行培训,以使相关人员记住奶茶的配方,耗费了大量人力,效率较低。
对此,本公开实施例中提供的配料机1000,用于将所有配方包含的物料都集合到一台机器上,并且设置有出料头200和泵300等装置,便于抽取原料用于配置奶茶;并且,还可以控制泵300的工作参数,定量抽取物料,使得奶茶的备料过程自动化,降低人工成本。
其中,本公开实施例中的配料机1000,可以用于商业制作以及家庭制作。
配料机1000可以包括用于装载物料的物料桶100,并且,物料桶100的数量可以为多个,这样一台配料机1000可以配多种不同配方的饮品的物料,物料可以是茶粉、奶粉、奶精、糖精、果粉等。物料桶100里所装载的物料可以均为固体状,从而可以在饮品的物料完全配齐后再拿去冲调得到饮品,不影响饮品的口感。
物料桶100的材质可以为食品级塑料,从而制得的物料桶100安全无毒,不影响用户的身体健康,并且物料桶100质量较轻,成本也较低。例如,可以是PET(polyethylene glycol terephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)塑料、PP(polypropylene,聚丙烯)塑料、HDPE(High Density Polyethylene,高密度聚乙烯)塑料以及PC(Polycarbonate,聚碳酸酯)塑料等。当然物料桶100也可以采用其他安全无毒的材料制成,例如食品级的不锈钢复合桶等。
配料机1000还包括有出料头200,出料头200与物料桶100独立设置,这样在物料桶100内的物料使用完的情况下,可以单独更换物料桶100;或者在出料头200损耗的时候,可以单独更换出料头200。
出料头200的形状可以为长方形、椭圆形、三角形等多种规则或者不规则形状。出料头200的材质也可以为塑料,当然也可以为合金,这样可以使得出料头200更加耐用。
配料机1000还包括有泵300,泵300作为动力部件,可以抽取物料桶100中的物料并将物料输送至出料头200,以使物料从出料头200输出至盛放物料的容器(例如杯子2000)中。
其中,为了提高配料机1000的配料效率,在配料机1000包括有多个物 料桶100的情况下,配料机1000可以安装有多个泵300,并且泵300和物料桶100一一对应设置,这样可以在根据配方配料时,同步抽取多种配料,并且,为了同步输出多种配料,出料头200的数量也可以为多个。
另外,本公开实施例中提供的配料机1000,可以控制泵300的工作参数,例如可以控制泵300的抽取时间,以做到按照配方准确地抽取足量的配料,这样,通过控制泵300的工作参数来定量抽取物料,使得配料的过程更加准确,避免了人工操作失误带来的成本损失。
请参阅图1和图2,在一些实施例中,配料机1000可以包括置物台400,置物台400可以用于放置杯子2000,出料头200可以设置在置物台400的上方。如此,可以通过设置在置物台400上方的出料头200,给放置在置物台400上的杯子2000输出物料。
配料机1000还设置有置物台400,置物台400可以为不锈钢制品,耐腐蚀,易于清洁。当然,置物台400也可以采用其他材料制成。置物台400可以为杯子2000提供平稳的放置环境,在杯子2000放置在置物台400上时,出料头200为了向杯子2000输出物料,可以设置在置物台400的上方。
请参阅图1至图4,在一些实施例中,配料机1000可以包括设置在置物台400上的支架41,出料头200可以设置在支架41上。如此,支架41对出料头200起到一定支撑作用,还可以使得出料头200距离置物台400有一定的高度,便于向不同高度的杯子2000输出物料。
在本公开实施例中,“上方”指的是远离承载配料机的载体(如地面)的方向,“下方”指的是靠近承载配料机的载体(如地面)的方向。
其中,为了将出料头200设置在置物台400的上方,需要为出料头200提供稳定的支撑环境。因此,配料机1000还包括有设置在置物台400上的支架41,支架41可以与置物台400一体成型,支架41也可以与置物台400焊接在一起,使两者连接更为牢固,这种情况下,支架41可以采用与置物台400一样的材料制成,从而便于与置物台400焊接。出料头200可以设置在支架41上,从而可以使得出料头200位于杯子2000的上方,出料头200可以为杯子2000输出物料。
另外,制造支架41时可以一起制造出料头200,使得出料头200与支架41一体成型;或者,出料头200可以与支架41单独制造形成,然后出料头200可以与支架41可拆卸地安装在一起,这样,便于在出料头200出现损耗时对其进行维修或者更换。
请参阅图1至图4,在一些实施例中,支架41上可以设置有显示器42。如此,设置显示器42可以让配方所需的物料一目了然,便于检查输出的物料是否正确;并且显示器42上还可以显示出物料桶100的剩余物料容量等信息,便于添加物料。
示例地,显示器42可以为触控式,或者说,工作人员可以通过触摸显示器42画面上的图标按钮来查看相关信息。例如,显示器42上可以显示出估算的配料完成时间、冷柜的实时温度、物料桶100内的剩余物料容量等信息。
在一些实施例中,显示器42还可以显示出当前制作的饮品的配方表,从而便于工作人员在等待配料机1000配料过程中,确认所配的物料是否准确。配方表可以是提前下载到配料机1000,然后工作人员根据打出的顾客订单,在显示器42上的饮品列表点击对应的饮品即可显示对应的配方表。这样,显示器42可以对自动化配料起到辅助作用,便于实时确认配方是否正确以及是否按正确的配方进行配料,自动化配料也避免了人员操作误差或者配方记忆混乱导致物料配错等问题。
请参阅图1和图2,在一些实施例中,物料桶100可以设置在置物台400的下方。将物料桶100设置在置物台400的下方,一方面物料桶100的离地高度较低,便于工作人员取出物料桶100进行加料、更换等操作;另一方面使得置物台400下方的空间可以被合理利用,配料机1000的整体结构更为紧凑。
请参阅图1和图2,在一些实施例中,配料机1000可以包括设置在置物台400下方的制冷柜,至少部分物料桶100可以设置在制冷柜内。如此,可以对物料桶100内存放的物料进行保质。
其中,至少部分物料桶100设置在制冷柜内代表着,可以将全部的物料桶100放置在制冷柜内进行保存,或者,可以仅将一部分物料桶100设置在制冷柜内进行存放。
物料桶100是否设置在制冷柜内可以取决于物料桶100内的物料是否能存放在低温环境下。部分物料在存放在制冷柜内时,由于对温度较敏感,可能会由于制冷柜的湿度处理不好等问题造成受潮结晶。因此,存放有这些物料的物料桶100最好放置在常温环境下,避免物料变质等问题。
请参阅图1和图4,在一些实施例中,出料头200可以包括多个出料嘴21,出料嘴21与泵300一一对应设置。如此,使得在饮品的配方需要多种物料时等待时间大大减少,提高了配料机1000的配料效率。
示例地,出料嘴21的形状可以为细管型,物料在通过出料嘴21输出时不易喷散,当然出料嘴21也可以是其他形状。
一杯饮品往往需要数种配料调配而成,为了提高配料机1000的配料效率,可以在出料头200设置有多个出料嘴21,并让一个出料嘴21对应一个泵300设置,由于泵300与物料桶100一一对应设置,这使得可以通过多个出料嘴21同步向杯子2000输出物料,大大减少了配料时间。
请参阅图1和图2,在一些实施例中,出料头200的数量可以为多个,多个出料头200间隔设置。如此,设置多个出料头200可以满足同步配多杯饮品的条件,从而可以提高配料机1000的工作效率。
比如,置物台400上可以安装有多个支架41,每个支架41上可以设置有一个出料头200,多个支架41间隔设置使得多个出料头200之间间隔设置。
在店铺营业过程中,特别是在热门时间段内,店铺往往会接到多杯饮品的订单。为了节省成本,提高效率,可以在配料机1000上设置有多个出料头200,以满足同步为多杯饮品配料的条件。
当然,出料头200的数量也可以为一个,在配料机1000一次只能配置一杯饮品。
请参阅图1至图3,在一些实施例中,配料机1000可以包括图像识别装置43,图像识别装置43可以用于采集识别码图像。如此,可以通过图像识别装置43采集识别码图像来进行自动化配料,避免了人员配方记忆错乱导致配错物料等问题,也节省了培训成本。
其中,图像识别装置43可以是摄像头、扫描仪、扫码枪等。例如,在配 料机1000包括显示器42的情况下,如图1所示,图像识别装置43可以作为带扫描功能的摄像头安装在支架41上,例如可以安装在支架41的侧部,当然也可以安装在靠近支架底部等多个位置;又例如,如图2所示,图像识别装置43可以是安装在支架41侧部的扫码枪。当然本公开实施例中,图像识别装置43的形式和在支架41上的安装位置不做固有限制。
图像识别装置43的数量可以为多个,图像识别装置43可以用于采集识别码图像。在一个实施例中,在顾客点单完成后,店员可以将自动打印出的条形码或者二维码等识别码贴在杯子2000上,并将杯子2000上所贴的识别码置于图像识别装置43前,使得图像识别装置43扫描采集得到识别码图像。
进而,可以根据配料机1000的控制系统中的处理器分析识别码图像,得到订单中的饮品信息,从而查找到饮品对应的配方表。其中,配方表可以提前下载到配料机1000。然后配料机1000可以根据配方表进行配料,通过泵300抽取对应的物料桶100中的物料输出至杯子2000。在配料机1000设置有显示器42的情况下,配方表可以在显示器42上显示出来,以供店员检查配方表是否准确以及配料机1000是否配料准确。
这样,便可以通过图像识别装置43采集识别码图像来进行自动化配料,避免了人员配方记忆错乱导致配错物料等问题,也节省了培训成本。
请参阅图3,在一些实施例中,配料机1000可以包括入料管500和过滤装置51。过滤装置51可以设置在入料管500上,入料管500的一端可以连接泵300,另一端可以伸入在物料桶100中。如此,泵300可以通过入料管500抽取物料并输送到出料头200;过滤装置51的设置,使得可以过滤物料桶100内大颗粒的物料,避免入料管500堵塞。
示例地,入料管500可以是食品级塑胶管,对人体无毒害。入料管500与泵300一一对应设置,入料管500的一端连接泵300,另一端伸入物料桶100内,使得泵300可以通过入料管500抽取物料并输送到出料头200;过滤装置51可以设置在入料管500伸入物料桶100的一端,使得过滤装置51可以在抽取物料的过程中将结晶的块状物料过滤掉,防止入料管500堵塞。
综上所述,本公开实施例中的配料机1000,可以由物料桶100、出料头200、泵300、显示器42、图像识别装置43等重要部分组成。在一个实施例 中,用户可以将所有物料放置在物料桶100内,物料用完后可以直接更换物料桶100,或者也可以对物料桶100进行物料补充,然后用户将物料桶100放置在置物台400下的制冷柜600内备用;随后,用户将与泵300连接的入料管500包含过滤装置51的一端放入物料桶100内,将泵300的另一端固定在出料口处,便完成了配料机1000的基本安装。
在启动配料机1000进行自动化配料时,用户可以将杯子2000上的识别码对准图像识别装置43进行扫码,扫码完成后放置在出料头200的下方,等待配料机1000自动配料,并且,还可以控制泵300的工作参数,使得抽取的物料定量,从而实现饮品的配料自动化,降低人工成本,提高效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种配料机,设置为配置饮品,其中,所述配料机包括:
    物料桶,所述物料桶设置为装载物料,所述物料桶的数量为多个;
    出料头,所述出料头与所述物料桶独立设置,所述出料头的数量为至少一个;
    泵,所述泵的数量为多个,所述泵和所述物料桶一一对应设置,所述泵设置为抽取所述物料桶中的物料并将所述物料输送至所述出料头,以使所述物料从所述出料头输出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的配料机,其中,所述配料机包括置物台,所述置物台设置为放置杯子,所述出料头设置在所述置物台的上方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的配料机,其中,所述配料机包括设置在所述置物台上的支架,所述出料头设置在所述支架上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的配料机,其中,所述支架上设置有显示器。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的配料机,其中,所述物料桶设置在所述置物台的下方。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的配料机,其中,所述配料机包括设置在所述置物台下方的制冷柜,至少部分所述物料桶设置在所述制冷柜内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的配料机,其中,所述出料头包括多个出料嘴,所述出料嘴与所述泵一一对应设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的配料机,其中,所述出料头的数量为多个,多个所述出料头间隔设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的配料机,其中,所述配料机包括图像识别装置,所述图像识别装置设置为采集识别码图像。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的配料机,其中,所述配料机包括入料管和设置在所述入料管上的过滤装置,所述入料管的一端连接所述泵,另一端伸入在所述物料桶中。
