一实施例中,如图7和图9所示,并结合附图5、附图8和附图10,安装座21包括基座211和封盖212,其中,基座211与容纳槽11的槽底抵接,基座211上凹陷设置有安装槽2110,安装槽2110的槽口朝向容纳槽11的槽底,安装槽2110内设置有两个第一固定部2111,第一固定部2111靠近安装槽2110的槽口的一侧凹陷设置有第一凹槽2112,两个第一固定部2111相互靠近的一端为第一端,第一固定部2111远离第一端的一端为第二端,第二端与容纳槽11的槽壁固定连接,第一凹槽2112沿转轴22的轴线贯穿第一端,转轴22的两端分别由两个第一凹槽2112的槽口插入至第一凹槽2112内,基座211背离容纳槽11的槽底的一侧面贯穿开设有第一开口2113,第一开口2113与安装槽2110连通,且第一开口2113位于两个第一固定部2111之间,挂钩本体23一端位于基座211的安装槽2110内,另一端穿过第一开口2113位于基座211的外部,封盖212封堵安装槽2110的槽口和第一凹槽2112的槽口,以将转轴22限定于第一凹槽2112内。通过设置可拆卸的基座211和封盖212,基座211与内胆1的容纳槽11槽底连接,而封盖212则用于将转轴22限定在基座211内,有效地降低了转轴22的安装和拆卸难度。
在本实施例中,挂钩本体23具有相对设置的连接端232和悬空端233,连接端232沿转轴22的轴线贯穿开设有安装孔234,转轴22穿过安装孔234后,转轴22的两端凸出于挂钩本体23的外部,用于插接第一凹槽2112。
一实施例中,如图9和图10所示,结合附图5,安装槽2110内至少设置有两个间隔的第二固定部2114,第二固定部2114上开设第一固定孔2115,封盖212上对应第一固定孔2115开设避让孔2120,容纳槽11的槽底开设第二固定孔12,螺丝(图上未示出)依次穿过第二固定孔12、避让孔2120和第一固定孔2115连接,以使基座211固定在容纳槽11内。螺钉连接的方式可以将安装座21可拆卸设置在内胆1的容纳槽11内,安装和拆卸比较方便,且此连接方式,螺钉不会外露于内胆1,不仅美观,还能有效防止螺钉长期外露在潮湿的内胆1内出现生锈的情况,而封盖212上开设的避让孔2120,可以避让螺钉,保证螺 钉能旋拧到第一固定孔2115内实现连接。
在本实施例中,封盖212通过卡扣组件与基座211可拆卸连接。具体地,封盖212包括盖本体2121,盖本体2121的一侧面凸出设置有插接壁2122,插接壁2122与安装槽2110的槽壁贴合,插接壁2122上凸出设置有第一插接凸部2123,安装槽2110的槽壁上贯穿开设有第一插接孔2116,第一插接凸部2123与第一插接孔2116插接配合。卡扣组件连接的方式可以避免封盖212与基座211之间采用螺钉等紧固件连接,使二者的组装和拆卸比较方便,减少紧固件的数量还能有效地降低成本,对于内胆1这个潮湿的空间内,卡扣组件的设置还能有效避免紧固件生锈,另外,插接壁2122的设置,插接壁2122与安装槽2110的槽壁贴合后,还能增加安装座21的强度。可选地,第一插接凸部2123、插接壁2122与盖本体2121采用塑料一体注塑成型。当然,不限于开设第一插接孔2116与第一插接凸部2123插接配合,还可以设置不贯穿的第一插接槽与第一插接凸部2123配合。
第一插接凸部2123的数量可以设置多个,多个第一插接凸部2123分布在插接壁2122的外侧壁,如图10所示,在一个具体的实施例中,插接壁2122有三个外侧壁,每个外侧壁上都设置一个第一插接凸部2123,对应地,在安装槽2110三个相对应的槽壁上也设置有第一插接孔2116。第一插接凸部2123和第一插接孔2116的数量不做具体地限定,可以根据实际需要调整数量。
插接凸部和插接孔的位置还可以互换,即插接孔设置在插接壁2122上,插接凸部设置在安装槽2110的槽壁上,比如,安装槽2110的槽壁上凸出设置有第二插接凸部,插接壁2122上凹陷设置有第二插接槽或贯穿开设有第二插接孔,第二插接凸部与第二插接槽或第二插接孔插接配合。
除了上述实施例提到的封盖212采用卡扣组件与基座211连接外,还可以将封盖212通过螺钉与基座211可拆卸连接;或者,封盖212通过粘胶剂与基座211可拆卸连接;又或者,封盖212与基座211焊接固定。
一实施例中,如图4所示,结合附图5、图8和图10,弹性件为扭簧24, 扭簧24包括扭簧本体241、第一支脚242和第二支脚243,扭簧本体241套设在转轴22上,第一支脚242与挂钩本体23连接,第二支脚243与安装座21连接。
具体地,挂钩本体23内设置有空腔231,空腔231通过第二开口与挂钩本体23的外部连通;第一支脚242穿过第一开口2113插入至安装槽2110内,第二支脚243穿过第二开口插入至空腔231内。通过设置空腔231,结合安装槽2110分别对扭簧24的第一支脚242和第二支脚243限位,简化了扭簧24的安装难度,同时空腔231和安装槽2110可以有效防止第一支脚242和第二支脚243在挂钩本体23转动的时候脱离挂钩本体23,使得挂钩本体23不论怎么转动,扭簧24的作用力都不会失效。
一实施例中,如图7所示,挂钩本体23具有悬挂置物架3的上表面,上表面设置有防滑结构25。通过设置防滑结构25,增加了与置物架3接触的上表面的摩擦系数,可以防止悬挂在挂钩本体23上的置物架3滑落。
具体地,防滑结构25为凸出设置在挂钩本体23的上表面的多个防滑凸条。在其他实施例中,防滑结构25还可以是额外的防滑垫,比如橡胶垫或硅胶垫等,防滑垫可以通过螺钉固定在挂钩本体23上,也可以通过胶粘的方式固定在挂钩本体23上。
另外,如图8所示,挂钩本体23的上表面上凸出设置有阻挡凸筋26,挂钩本体23具有与转轴22连接的连接端232和悬空设置的悬空端233,阻挡凸筋26邻近于悬空端233。阻挡凸筋26的设置也可以防止悬挂在挂钩本体23上的置物架3等物体脱离挂钩本体23。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物护理机,包括内胆和设置在所述内胆上的挂钩组件,所述内胆上凹陷设置有容纳槽,所述挂钩组件包括:
    安装座,所述安装座设置在所述容纳槽内;
    转轴,所述转轴转动设置在所述安装座上;
    挂钩本体,所述挂钩本体的一端通过所述转轴与所述安装座连接,另一端伸出至所述容纳槽外,所述挂钩本体具有收纳位置和工作位置,当所述挂钩本体位于所述收纳位置时,所述挂钩本体与所述内胆之间的夹角为α1,当所述挂钩本体位于所述工作位置时,所述挂钩本体与所述内胆之间的夹角为α2,α1小于α2;
    弹性件,所述弹性件与所述挂钩本体连接,所述弹性件用于驱动所述挂钩本体朝向所述收纳位置转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述衣物护理机,其中,所述安装座包括:
    基座,所述基座与所述容纳槽的槽底抵接,所述基座上凹陷设置有安装槽,所述安装槽的槽口朝向所述容纳槽的槽底,所述安装槽内设置有两个第一固定部,所述第一固定部靠近所述安装槽的槽口的一侧凹陷设置有第一凹槽,两个所述第一固定部相互靠近的一端为第一端,所述第一凹槽沿所述转轴的轴线贯穿所述第一端,所述转轴的两端分别由两个所述第一凹槽的槽口插入至所述第一凹槽内,所述基座背离所述容纳槽的槽底的一侧面贯穿开设有第一开口,所述第一开口与所述安装槽连通,且所述第一开口位于两个所述第一固定部之间,所述挂钩本体一端位于所述基座的所述安装槽内,另一端穿过所述第一开口位于所述基座的外部;
    封盖,所述封盖封堵所述安装槽的槽口和所述第一凹槽的槽口,以将所述转轴限定于所述第一凹槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述衣物护理机,其中,所述安装槽内至少设置有两个间隔的第二固定部,所述第二固定部上开设第一固定孔,所述封盖上对应所述第一固定孔开设避让孔,所述容纳槽的槽底开设第二固定孔,螺丝依次穿过所述 第二固定孔、所述避让孔和所述第一固定孔连接,以使所述基座固定在所述容纳槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述衣物护理机,其中,所述封盖通过卡扣组件与所述基座可拆卸连接;或,
    所述封盖通过螺钉与所述基座可拆卸连接;或,
    所述封盖通过粘胶剂与所述基座可拆卸连接;或,
    所述封盖与所述基座焊接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述衣物护理机,其中,所述封盖包括盖本体,所述盖本体的一侧面凸出设置有插接壁,所述插接壁与所述安装槽的槽壁贴合;
    所述插接壁上凸出设置有第一插接凸部,所述安装槽的槽壁上凹陷设置有第一插接槽或贯穿开设有第一插接孔,所述第一插接凸部与所述第一插接槽或所述第一插接孔插接配合;
    或,
    所述安装槽的槽壁上凸出设置有第二插接凸部,所述插接壁上凹陷设置有第二插接槽或贯穿开设有第二插接孔,所述第二插接凸部与所述第二插接槽或所述第二插接孔插接配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述衣物护理机,其中,所述弹性件为扭簧,所述扭簧包括扭簧本体、与所述扭簧本体连接的第一支脚和第二支脚,所述扭簧本体套设在所述转轴上,所述第一支脚与所述挂钩本体连接,所述第二支脚与所述安装座连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述衣物护理机,其中,所述挂钩本体内设置有空腔,所述空腔通过第二开口与所述挂钩本体的外部连通;所述第一支脚穿过所述第一开口插入至所述安装槽内,所述第二支脚穿过所述第二开口插入至所述空腔内。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述衣物护理机,其中,所述安装座上设置有抵接平面,当所述挂钩本体位于所述工作位置时,所述抵接平面抵接于所述挂钩本体的下表面。
  9. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述衣物护理机,其中,所述挂钩本体具有悬挂物品的上表面,所述上表面设置有防滑结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述衣物护理机,其中,所述挂钩本体具有悬挂物品的上表面,所述上表面上凸出设置有阻挡凸筋,所述挂钩本体具有与所述转轴连接的连接端和悬空设置的悬空端,所述阻挡凸筋邻近于所述悬空端。
