Abstract

一种缓冲气囊装置(100),包括通过第一气道(3)相互连通的第一气囊(2)、第二气囊(4)和第三气囊(5),第一气囊(2)的一侧具有进气口(1),第三气囊(5)用于放气,还包括设置在第一气囊(2)内的弹性体(21),弹性体(21)能够支撑第一气囊(2)弹起,能够对第一气囊(2)进行进气和出气,当按压第一气囊(2)时,弹性体(21)被压缩,第一气囊(2)内的气体放出到第二气囊(4),对第二气囊(4)进行充气;当释放第一气囊(2)时,弹性体(21)支撑第一气囊(2)复位,在压差的作用下,进气口(1)能够吸入外部的气体,使第一气囊(2)内充满气体,无需额外的气泵对第一气囊(2)以及第二气囊(4)进行充气。

本申请要求于2021年11月11日提交中国专利局,申请号为202111331587.0,发明的名称为“一种缓冲气囊垫”和申请号为202122753793.2,实用新型的名称为“一种缓冲气囊垫”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明属于生活用具领域,特别涉及缓冲气囊装置。
背景技术
日常生活中,常常会用到肩带类背包、腰包、肩包、臂包等用于家居、汽车、医疗、运动等包类制品,传统的包类制品往往只注重其装载的功能性,设计或购买时更多考虑的是背包有多少个袋子、能装多少东西或者是外观好不好看等等,却很少去顾及人们使用背包时的舒适性。在背包的使用过程中,重量一般都集中在人体的肩部、腰部、颈部或手臂。但是在使用过程中,运动中的人会产生微幅震动,背包的背带会对接触部位产生冲撞力及摩擦力。尤其当人剧烈运动时,此冲撞力和摩擦力会产生相当强大的负面效果。当装的物品较多或者长时间使用的时候,这些部位因长期受压使得局部血液流通不畅,带来疼痛感,且接触的部位都密不透风,容易产生汗水且不能有效散热,使人感到极大的不适,影响皮肤健康,留下健康隐患,因此,具有缓冲作用的气囊垫很受欢迎。这种气囊垫具有相互连通的多个气囊,使用时,通过充气泵来对气囊进行充气。但是,每次对气囊垫进行充气时需要额外充气泵来对气囊进行充气, 如在户外时垫体出现漏气现象时,由于没有充气泵而无法对垫体充气,导致充气不方便。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种充气方便的缓冲气囊装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种缓冲气囊装置,其包括第一气囊、第二气囊和连通所述第一气囊以及所述第二气囊的第一气道,所述第一气囊具有与外部空气连通的进气口,所述缓冲气囊装置还包括设置在所述第一气囊内的弹性体,所述弹性体能够支撑所述第一气囊鼓起,以通过所述第一气囊和所述第一气道对所述第二气囊进行进气,当按压所述第一气囊,所述第一气囊内的所述弹性体被压缩,所述第一气囊处于压缩状态,在压差的作用下,所述第一气囊内的气体通过所述第一气道进到所述第二气囊,从而对所述第二气囊进行充气;当释放所述第一气囊时,所述弹性体支撑所述第一气囊恢复到复位状态,同时在压差的作用下,所述进气口能够吸入外部的气体,从而补充所述第一气囊内的气体。
进一步,所述缓冲气囊装置还包括单向进气件,所述单向进气件设置在所述第一气囊、所述第二气囊以及所述第一气道内壁,用于能够使所述第一气囊内的气体单向进气到所述第二气囊内。
进一步,所述缓冲气囊装置还包括安装于所述进气口的单向进气阀,所述单向进气阀能够使外部气体经由所述单向进气阀向所述第一气囊进气且防止气体从所述第一气囊出气到外部。
进一步,所述单向进气阀包括有进气件、滚珠及顶持件,所述进气件安装于所述进气口,并与所述第一气囊连通,所述顶持件卡入于所述进气件,并且与所述进气件连通,所述滚珠活动地安装于所述进气件和所述顶持件之间,通过所述滚珠的移动能够单向进气。
进一步,所述单向进气阀包括有进气端子、卡掣件、堵头及盖体,所述进 气端子安装于所述进气口,并与所述第一气囊连通,所述卡掣件设置在所述进气端子内,所述堵头盖在所述卡掣件的头部,所述盖体堵住所述进气端子,以达到密封的效果。
进一步,所述缓冲气囊装置还包括单向出气阀以及与所述第一气囊邻近且相连通的第三气囊,所述第三气囊具有出气口,所述单向出气阀安装于所述第三气囊的所述出气口,所述单向出气阀用于使所述第三气囊内的气体出气到外部,且防止外部气体经由所述单向出气阀进气到所述第三气囊内。
进一步,所述单向出气阀包括有进气端子、弹簧、堵头,所述进气端子设置所述出气口,并且与所述第三气囊连通,所述弹簧套设于所述堵头,所述堵头活动地插入于所述进气端子。
进一步,所述出气阀包括密封圈,所述密封圈套设于所述堵头,并且位于所述进气端子和所述堵头之间,用于防止外部气体进气到所述第三气囊内并且防止使所述第三气囊内的气体往外流出。
进一步,所述弹性体为海绵体、塑胶体、弹簧、橡胶、硅胶的任意一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明所设计的缓冲气囊装置中,随时随地都可以通过弹性体对第一气囊和第二气囊进行充气,而无需额外充气工具,因此即便是在户外也能够简单地按压弹性体就可以实现对气囊的充气,从而充气方便。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明的缓冲气囊装置适用于坐垫、肩带、鞋垫等缓冲气囊装置,以下具体说明如下。
图1、图2是本发明第一实施方式,在第一实施方式中,缓冲气囊装置100应用于缓冲气囊装置中的坐垫200。坐垫200包括坐垫本体201和设置在坐垫本体201的缓冲气囊装置100。
坐垫本体201包括通过多个气道203相连通的多个气囊205,多个气囊205中一个气囊205通过一个气道203与缓冲气囊装置100相连通。
缓冲气囊装置100包括进气组件10和出气组件80,所述进气组件10通过多个气道203与多个气囊205相连通地连接。所述进气组件10具有第一气囊2、第二气囊4、第三气囊5以及弹性体21。
第一气囊2具有进气作用,且在第一气囊2的一侧具有进气口1,并且第一气囊2的另一侧通过第一气道3与第二气囊4相连通,从而气体从第一气囊2经由第一气道3进入到第二气囊4,进气口1与外部空气相连通。
第二气囊4通过多个气道203与多个气囊205相连通。第一气囊2和第二气囊4是串接的结构形式,使得气体的流动是向着一个方向,以便于实现缓冲作用以及集中快速充气的作用。
弹性体21设置在第一气囊2内,能够支撑第一气囊2弹起而鼓起,以使气体充满于第一气囊2,用于能够对第一气囊2进行进气和出气。可以理解,弹性体为海绵体、塑胶体、弹簧、橡胶、硅胶的任意一种,只要具有弹性的部件即可。
可以理解,第二气囊4也可以设置弹性体41(参考图2),根据实际需求在多个气囊中设置弹性体即可。
使用时,无需任何充气工具只要挤压或者按压第一气囊2即可。具体而言,当挤压或者按压第一气囊2时,第一气囊2内的弹性体21被压缩,第一气囊2处于压缩状态,在压差的作用下,第一气囊2内的气体通过第一气道3进到第二气囊4,从而对第二气囊4进行充气,第二气囊4内的气体经由多个气道203进入到多个气囊205,从而使气体充满整个坐垫200;当解除挤压或者按压后,第一气囊2被释放,则在弹性体21弹性复位作用下,弹性体21支撑第一气囊2复位,弹性体21支撑第一气囊2恢复到复位状态,同时在压差的作用下,进气口1能够吸入外部的气体,气体经由进气口1被吸入到第一气囊2内,从而补充第一气囊2内的气体。
与现有技术相比,本发明所设计的缓冲气囊装置中,随时随地都可以通过弹性体对第一气囊和第二气囊进行充气,而无需额外充气工具,因此即便是在户外也能够简单地按压弹性体就可以实现对气囊的充气,从而充气方便。另外,在遇到压力的时候,坐垫200的多个气囊205能够被压缩,从而达到缓冲的效果。
进一步参照图3,缓冲气囊装置100还可以包括单向进气件6,单向进气件6设置在第一气囊2、第二气囊4以及第一气道3内,以能够使第一气囊2内的气体单向进气到第二气囊4内。单向进气件6包括上片61和下片62。上片61的侧缘611和下片62的侧缘621通过高周波机上下高周波电压而贴合在一起,使单向进气件6的结构是上片61和下片62的两端开放且两侧封闭并两端与中间部分相连通的结构。可以理解,上片61的侧缘611和下片62的侧缘621的贴合方式不限定于高周波电压贴合方式,也可以是上片61的侧缘611和下片62的侧缘621使用热压机上下热溶而贴合在一起,而且还可以是上片61的侧缘611和下片62的侧缘621使用热溶胶上下粘合在一起。可以理解,单向进气件6的结构不限定于上片61和下片62贴合而形成,例如,将一体成型的圆筒状的元件压成扁平的结构而形成为单向进气件6,从而扁平的结构的单向进气件6无需进行上片61和下片62贴合步骤,而直接形成单向进气件6。
单向进气件6两端中的其中一端即第一端分别通过高周波电压与第一气囊2内壁和第一气道3贴合在一起,从而单向进气件6的第一端是始终敞开开口的状态。单向进气件6两端中的另一端即第二端和单向进气件6的中间部分位于第二气囊4内。本第一实施方式中,由于上片61和下片62均是塑料片,整体平整,单向进气件6的中间部分和第二端处的上片61和下片62相互接触时能够具有吸附作用,因此起到能够封闭气道的作用。使用坐垫200时,挤压或者按压第一气囊2,此时第一气囊2内的弹性体21会压缩,第一气囊2内的气体经由开口状态的单向进气件6的第一端进入到单向进气件6的中间部分,此时相互接触在一起的单向进气件6的中间部分的上片61和下片62被气体的压 力下分离而开通通道,并且此时单向进气件6的第二端也被气体的压力下撑开,从而气体从单向进气件6的通道和第二端进入到第二气囊4,之后再通过多个气道203进入到多个气囊205,进而使气体充满整个坐垫200。当解除挤压或者按压后,释放第一气囊2,则在弹性体21弹性复位作用下,第一气囊2弹起复位,此时单向进气件6的中间部分和第二端部处于相互接触在一起的状态即封闭气道,并且单向进气件6的第二端也处于闭合状态,从而防止第二气囊4的气体倒流到第一气囊2,进而实现了单向进气,也有效地防止漏气。
可以理解,单向进气件6可以是如图19所示的单向进气件60的结构,与单向进气件6的结构大致相同,不同之处在于,单向进气件60还包括了防漏气部69。防漏气部69与进气气道651的一端连接,并收容于第二气囊4内。防漏气部69处的上片61和下片62的侧缘611、621并非整体贴合在一起。当气体经由进气气道651进入到防漏气部69时,上片61和下片62会分离,气体经由防漏气部69进入到第二气囊4之后在防漏气部69处的上片61和下片62恢复相互接触而吸附在一起的状态,使得进气气道651处于封闭状态。由于防漏气部69处的上片61和下片62的侧缘611、621并非整体贴合在一起,从而上片61和下片62的相互吸附的面积变大,因此,从而有效地防止第二气囊4经由防漏气部69的漏气,进而缓冲气囊装置100的防漏气效果较佳。
可以理解,单向进气件6可以是如图20所示的单向进气件60的结构,与如图19所示的单向进气件60的结构大致相同,不同之处在于,防漏气部69的底端的中间位置处设置了固定部691,固定部691国定防漏气部69的底端处的上片61和下片62。固定部691将防漏气部69分割第一防漏气部693和第二防漏气部695。固定部691处的上片61和下片62是上下电压而贴合固定在一起。
在长期使用过程中,因防漏气部69处的上片61和下片62老化,例如,因材质的问题,塑料材质的上片61和下片62出现冒油现象,导致上片61和下片62处于完全分离状态而无法相互吸附在一起,导致出现漏气的现象。在第八施方式中的单向进气件60中,即便防漏气部69处的上片61和下片62老化,由 于设置有固定部691,上片61和下片62也不会出现完全分离的状态,从而有效地防止因上片61和下片62老化导致的分离现象,进而进一步确保防止漏气。
参考图4和图5,缓冲气囊装置100还可以包括进气阀10,进气口1安装有进气阀10,进气阀10是单向进气阀,使得气体从进气口1只能进气不能出气。
进气阀10包括有进气件11、滚珠12及顶持件13。进气件11安装于进气口1,并与第一气囊2连通,顶持件13卡入于进气件11,并且与进气件11连通,滚珠12活动地安装于进气件11和顶持件13之间。进气件11具有一腔体111,腔体的一个侧壁上开设有安装口114,另一个侧壁则开设有出气孔112,且所述进气件11的内部具有一向内凸出的内缘113,所述内缘113用于卡掣顶持件13。安装口114具有导向斜面1141,用于导向顶持件13的一部分滑入到进气件11的腔体111内。
顶持件13前端具有一呈漏斗状的开口133,该开口可以容纳滚珠12,漏斗状开口133的底部接有一贯穿孔134,贯穿孔134用于进气;漏斗状开口133的底部的直径小于滚珠12的直径,使滚珠12能够在开口内滚动,又不能脱离开口;顶持件13的前端131呈锥台状的结构形式,后部132呈缩径状。
所述顶持件13套接于所述进气件11的腔体111内,内缘113刚好卡住与缩径部外缘135,使前端131卡掣在腔体111内,这样在进气时,气体从贯穿孔134进入,经过开口133和腔体111,通过出气孔112进入到第一气囊2中;但是,在压力的作用下,当气体要从开口133流出时,滚珠12会卡在开口133内,封闭开口133,使得气体不能从开口133经贯穿孔134流出,从而形成单向流动的效果。
单向进气阀是靠滚珠12堵住出入的气口。放滚珠12的进气件11具有一个喇叭口,贯穿孔134是一个圆形,出气孔112是一字形,所以滚珠12一边堵得住,一边堵不住。所以按压气囊墊的时候只能进气不能出气。
可以理解,进气阀10还可以其他结构的进气阀20,例如,图6~9所示, 进气阀20包括有进气端子21、卡掣件22、堵头23及盖体24,进气阀20结构是不仅可以实现单向进气,还可以控制进行放气,根据实际需求使用即可。
具体地说,进气端子21安装于进气口1,并与第一气囊2连通,卡掣件22设置在进气端子21内,堵头23盖在卡掣件21的头部221,盖体24堵住进气端子21,以达到密封的效果。进气端子21具有进气部211、承载台212和出气部213,其中盖体24连接在出气部213的一侧。
卡掣件22设置在进气端子21内,具有头部221、卡掣部222及端部223,卡掣部222位于头部221下方,呈从上到下逐渐扩展的锥台形,卡掣部222下方是端部223,卡挚件22呈倒T字形结构,头部221、卡掣部222及端部223一体成型。
堵头23盖在头部221上,一是对头部221具有保护作用,二是增加头部221的面积,便于对头部进行按压。
进气端子21的进气部211的外端具有进气口214,且底部215开设有多个出气口216和一个插入孔218,多个出气口216围绕插入孔218周围设置。当卡掣件22通过插入孔218插入于进气部211之后,端部223位于底部215的下方,以能够堵住多个出气口216,卡掣部222则位于底部215的上方,因此能够通过卡掣件22控制气体的流动。进气端子21的远离承载台212的底端周围凹陷设置有排气凹槽217。
卡掣部222套系于底部215,使底部215支撑卡掣件22(端部223位于底部215下方,头部221位于底部215上方),在底部215的作用下,通过卡掣件22控制进气和放气。
通常情况下,卡掣件22是柔性的,堵头23则是刚性的,堵头23套在头部221上,便于用手按压堵头23。
进气时,通过打气筒对准进气口214,打气筒会顶到卡掣件22,从而推动底部215,使得多个出气口216打开,从而进行充气,充气结束后,用盖体24堵住进气口214,达到密封的效果。
放气时,先要打开盖体24,压制堵头23,堵头向下推动卡掣件22,由此打开多个出气口216,达到放气的效果。此时,进气阀不仅能实现进气的作用,还具有放气的作用。
参照图1~2,出气组件80包括第三气囊8和出气阀30(参考图10)。第三气囊8通过一个气道203与坐垫本体201的一个气囊205相连通,并且第三气囊8具有出气口5,出气口5用于排除坐垫200中的气体。本实施方式中,第三气囊8是末端的气囊,并且与第一气囊2设置并且相连通,从而整体坐垫200的多个气囊结构紧凑地设置,进而达到缓冲效果。可以理解,第三气囊8的位置根据实际需求设置即可。可以理解,上述单向进气件6也可以用在出气口5,作为出气的通道使用。
参照图10~13,缓冲气囊装置100还可以包括出气阀30,本实施方式中,出气阀30是单向出气阀。出气阀30安装于第三气囊8的出气口5。本实施方式中,出气阀30是单向出气阀,使得气体从所述出气口只能出气不能进气,从而保证气体单向放气。
出气阀30包括有进气端子31、弹簧32、堵头33,该实现方式,可以实现放气,根据实际需求设置即可。
具体地说,进气端子31设置于出气口5,并且与第三气囊8连通,弹簧32套设于堵头33,堵头33活动地插入于进气端子31。进气端子31具有进气部311、承载台312、凸台313和出气部314,其中承载台312主体为空心圆柱形结构,承载台312的中部具有突出的凸台313,凸台313便于单向进气阀的设置及固定,承载台312的上端是进气部311,下端为出气部314。
承载台312内部中间位置具有向内伸出的卡缘315,卡缘315用以支撑堵头33。
堵头33一端具有突出部331上,突出部331下方是缩径部332,缩径部332的下方设置有底部333,其中,缩径部332的直径小于突出部331和底部333。堵头33的缩径部332处设置有密封圈335,该密封圈335位于堵头33的 缩径部332和进气端子31的卡缘315之间,用于防止外部气体进气到所述第三气囊8内并且防止使所述第三气囊8内的气体往外流出,从而进一步确保密封性。
弹簧32套在缩径部332上。
安装时,先将弹簧32套于缩径部332,再将堵头33的底部333穿过进气端子31的卡缘315中间的孔316,使弹簧32位于卡缘315与突出部331之间。
放气时,按压堵头33的突出部331,突出部331向下推动弹簧32,同时底部333也向下移动,从而打开孔316,使进气部311和出气部314得以连通,达到放气的效果。
对于单向的出气阀,可以设置在出气口处。
总之,本发明通过一侧进气一侧出气的方式为受力部位提供缓冲,符合受力的原则,能够通过其它的流动来产生缓冲作用,具有减轻人们压力的效果,提供了新的缓冲方式。
且结合上述单向进气阀和单向出气阀的结构的设计,能够很好地对气流方向进行控制,便于缓冲效果的实现。
与现有技术相比,本发明所设计的缓冲气囊垫,通过一侧进气一侧出气的方式为受力部位提供缓冲,符合受力的原则,能够通过其它的流动来产生缓冲作用,具有减轻人们压力的效果,提供了新的缓冲方式。
另外,通过简单的单向进气件来实现防止气体慢漏的情况,从而有效地防止缓冲气囊垫的漏气,而且还是设置了单向进气阀和出气阀,进一步有效地防止进气口和出气口中漏气,从而缓冲气囊垫的使用体验较好,并且操作方便,而且由于可以随时进行放气和进气的操作,因此便携方便,可以适用于多个不同领域。
图14~16是本发明第二实施方式坐垫400的示意图。在第二实施方式中,缓冲气囊装置应用于气囊垫产品中的摩托车、自行车等的坐垫400。坐垫400包括缓冲气囊装置100和坐垫本体401。第二实施方式的坐垫400的缓冲气囊装 置100结构与第一实施方式的坐垫200的缓冲气囊装置100结构大致相同,因此相同结构部分省略说明。
坐垫本体401包括多个气囊和多个气道。缓冲气囊装置100的第一气囊2设置的摩托车、自行车等的车坐垫的开始处,第一气囊2的一侧具有进气口1,另一侧接有第二气囊4,第一气囊2只有一个,主要具有进气作用,第二气囊4通过第一气道3与第一气囊2连通连接,从而串接在一起。第二气囊4通过坐垫本体401的多个气道与坐垫本体401的气囊相连通连接。为了使第二气囊4具有足够的排列空间,在该摩托车、自行车的坐垫中,将出气口5设置在摩托车、自行车的坐垫的任一部位,出气口5通过坐垫本体401与第二气囊4连通连接,以进行排气。
通常情况下,弹性体仅设置在第一气囊2,弹性体支撑第一气囊2弹起,以使气体充满气囊。
第一气囊2和第二气囊4串接的结构形式,使得气体的流动是向着一个方向,以便于实现缓冲作用。
图17是本发明第三实施方式的鞋垫500示意图。在第三实施方式中,缓冲气囊装置应用于缓冲气囊装置中的鞋垫500。鞋垫500包括缓冲气囊装置100和鞋垫本体501。第三实施方式的鞋垫500的缓冲气囊装置100结构与第一实施方式的坐垫200的缓冲气囊装置100结构大致相同,第三实施方式的鞋垫500的缓冲气囊装置100与第一实施方式的坐垫200的缓冲气囊装置100不同之处在于,第三实施方式的鞋垫500的缓冲气囊装置100不包含出气阀30。
缓冲气囊装置100的第一气囊2设置的鞋垫的一个角落,第一气囊2的一侧具有进气口1,另一侧接有第二气囊4,第一气囊2只有一个,主要具有进气作用。第二气囊4通过第一气道3与第一气囊2串接在一起。第一气囊2和第二气囊4可大可小,并且形状也不同,根据实际需求设置大小和形状。
第一气囊2内设置有弹性体21。可以理解,第二气囊4也可以设置第二弹性体41。弹性体21和第二弹性体41支撑第一气囊2和第二气囊4弹起,以使 气体充满气囊。可以理解,弹性体仅设置在第一气囊2,不设置在第二气囊4,根据实际需求设置弹性件。
为了更好地进行排气,出气口5设置在鞋垫的一侧的中部,出气口5接有第二气囊4,以进行排气。
通常情况下,弹性体仅设置在第一气囊2,弹性体支撑第一气囊2弹起,以使气体充满气囊。
图18是本发明第四实施方式,在第四实施方式中,缓冲气囊装置应用于缓冲气囊装置中的肩带600。肩带600包括缓冲气囊装置100和肩带本体601。第四实施方式的肩带600的缓冲气囊装置100结构与第一实施方式的坐垫200的缓冲气囊装置100结构大致相同。
肩带本体601包括多个气囊和多个气道。缓冲气囊装置100的第一气囊2、第二气囊4、第一气道3、第三气囊8。第一气囊2的一侧具有进气口1,另一侧通过第一气道3接有第二气囊4。第二气囊4和第三气囊8通过肩带本体601的多个气道与肩带本体601的多个气囊相连通连接,第三气囊8位于肩带本体601的末端。第一气囊2内设置有弹性体,第一气囊2、第二气囊4、第一气道3之间设置有单向进气件。第三气囊8具有出气口5,出气口5安装有出气阀。
在上述的实施方式中,气囊可以有一个,也可以有是两个以上,例如图1-2、图14~18所示的第一气囊2和第二气囊4就是多个气囊的组合形式,但是,第一气囊2和第二气囊4可以合成一个气囊。气囊作为缓冲气囊垫的基本构成单位,可以有一个,也可以具有若干个气囊,当具有若干个时,所述若干个气囊通过气道连接在一起,但是,所述进气口设置在第一气囊上,且至少第一气囊设置有弹性体,出气口设置在任何一个气囊,以能够满足充放气的需要,满足人们的对于长度、宽度、形状等多方面的需求。
在实际的气囊垫中,气囊墊有单面凸起或双面凸起的气囊,因此,第一气囊内必须有弹性体,帮助气囊垫顶起。所以按压为出气,顶起为吸气,该这个 气囊垫周边有两个阀,一个进气阀跟出气阀。
气囊墊在制作时可以采用平面压合,单面凸起和双面凸起的气囊所使用的材料主要是TPU,弹性布,TPR胶水,热溶胶、或是PVC也可以。如TPU过TPR胶水,贴合在弹性布,作为上墊面的材料。另外一种是TPU过TPR胶水,贴合弹性布,再过一次TPR胶水,然后再贴合一层TPU。
下墊面,如果不需要气囊,就用TPU、或者TPU过TPR胶水贴合没有弹性的材料或布料。
用TPU和布料的好处,就是具有弹性。一个按摩墊,靠气泵的打气充气到一个饱和度,气囊垫不会一直增大或变高,会被布料拉住,如只有TPU没有布。气囊墊会越充越大,会疲乏或甚至爆裂。
综上所述,本发明可以用于所有缓冲气囊垫上,如肩带类肩垫,家居类坐垫、腰垫、床垫、医疗类床垫、汽车类安全带,鞋垫、摩托车垫、脚踏车垫、鼠标垫、痔疮垫、护膝垫、头盔垫、防弹背心护垫等。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明披露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种缓冲气囊装置,其包括第一气囊、第二气囊和连通所述第一气囊以及所述第二气囊的第一气道,其特征在于:所述第一气囊具有与外部空气连通的进气口,所述缓冲气囊装置还包括设置在所述第一气囊内的弹性体,所述弹性体能够支撑所述第一气囊鼓起,以通过所述第一气囊和所述第一气道对所述第二气囊进行进气,
    当按压所述第一气囊,所述第一气囊内的所述弹性体被压缩,所述第一气囊处于压缩状态,在压差的作用下,所述第一气囊内的气体通过所述第一气道进到所述第二气囊,从而对所述第二气囊进行充气;
    当释放所述第一气囊时,所述弹性体支撑所述第一气囊恢复到复位状态,同时在压差的作用下,所述进气口能够吸入外部的气体,从而补充所述第一气囊内的气体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的缓冲气囊装置,其特征在于:所述缓冲气囊装置还包括单向进气件,所述单向进气件设置在所述第一气囊、所述第二气囊以及所述第一气道内壁,用于能够使所述第一气囊内的气体单向进气到所述第二气囊内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的缓冲气囊装置,其特征在于:所述缓冲气囊装置还包括安装于所述进气口的单向进气阀,所述单向进气阀能够使外部气体经由所述单向进气阀向所述第一气囊进气且防止气体从所述第一气囊出气到外部。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的缓冲气囊装置,其特征在于:所述单向进气阀包括有进气件、滚珠及顶持件,所述进气件安装于所述进气口,并与所述第一气囊连通,所述顶持件卡入于所述进气件,并且与所述进气件连通,所述滚珠活动地安装于所述进气件和所述顶持件之间,通过所述滚珠的移动能够单向进气。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的缓冲气囊装置,其特征在于:所述单向进气阀包括有进气端子、卡掣件、堵头及盖体,所述进气端子安装于所述进气口,并与所述第一气囊连通,所述卡掣件设置在所述进气端子内,所述堵头盖在所述卡掣 件的头部,所述盖体堵住所述进气端子,以达到密封的效果。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的缓冲气囊装置,其特征在于:所述缓冲气囊装置还包括单向出气阀以及与所述第一气囊邻近且相连通的第三气囊,所述第三气囊具有出气口,所述单向出气阀安装于所述第三气囊的所述出气口,所述单向出气阀用于使所述第三气囊内的气体出气到外部,且防止外部气体经由所述单向出气阀进气到所述第三气囊内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的缓冲气囊装置,其特征在于:所述单向出气阀包括有进气端子、弹簧、堵头,所述进气端子设置所述出气口,并且与所述第三气囊连通,所述弹簧套设于所述堵头,所述堵头活动地插入于所述进气端子。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的缓冲气囊装置,其特征在于:所述出气阀包括密封圈,所述密封圈套设于所述堵头,并且位于所述进气端子和所述堵头之间,用于防止外部气体进气到所述第三气囊内并且防止使所述第三气囊内的气体往外流出。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的缓冲气囊装置,其特征在于:所述弹性体为海绵体、塑胶体、弹簧、橡胶、硅胶的任意一种。
