本申请要求于2021年11月10日申请的、申请号为202111329982.5、202122751459.3以及202122750199.8的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及炒菜机领域,特别涉及一种炒菜机。
背景技术
目前,随着科技的高速发展和人类生活水平的不断提高,厨房智能化产品不断的创新,因此,自动炒菜机应运而生,炒菜机可以实现自动化烹饪全过程,但炒菜机的加热舱会散发出大量的热,这些热量会降低炒菜机电控装置的性能,进而影响炒菜机的使用寿命。
技术问题
本申请的主要目的是提出一种炒菜机,旨在解决炒菜机电控装置的受热问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的炒菜机,包括:
壳体,所述壳体内设有支撑隔离组件;
加热舱,所述加热舱旋转设于所述支撑隔离组件内,所述加热舱具有加热腔;所述壳体的前面板设有与所述加热腔相连通的取放口;以及
电控装置,所述电控装置设于所述支撑隔离组件与所述壳体之间。
在一实施例中,所述支撑隔离件包括内支撑罩和多个滚动件,所述内支撑罩靠近所述前面板的前罩板上设有安装开口,所述加热舱的前端转动穿设于所述安装开口,所述滚动件设于所述安装开口周缘,并滚动抵接于所述加热舱的外侧。
在一实施例中,所述内支撑罩朝下端敞口设置,所述壳体底部对应所述内支撑罩的敞口开设有第一散热孔;和/或,所述壳体侧部开设有连通所述内支撑罩外侧的第二散热孔。
在一实施例中,所述内支撑罩还包括后罩板,所述后罩板上开设有转动孔,所述加热舱的转轴穿设于所述转动孔,所述电控装置包括与所述转轴驱动连接的驱动组件。
在一实施例中,所述驱动组件包括电机、与所述电机连接的减速器、及与所述减速器连接的传动组件,所述传动组件与所述转轴连接。
在一实施例中,所述加热舱包括隔热外壳、及设于所述隔热外壳内的加热舱体;和/或,所述加热舱的加热腔的横截面为多边形。
在一实施例中,所述炒菜机还包括枢接于所述前面板的门体,所述门体上设有跟随所述加热舱转动的转动盘,所述转动盘用以盖合所述加热腔的腔口。
在一实施例中,所述转动盘上设有柔性密封罩,所述柔性密封罩的边沿抵接所述加热腔的腔口边沿。
在一实施例中,所述门体的前侧设有装饰件。
在一实施例中,所述门体的前侧设有安装槽,所述装饰件可拆卸连接于所述安装槽。
在一实施例中,所述炒菜机还包括:
设于所述加热舱后端的转轴;
导电滑环,所述导电滑环设于所述转轴远离所述加热舱的一端;
其中,所述壳体包括后盖板,所述后盖板对应所述导电滑环设有朝外凸出的避让凸部。
在一实施例中,所述导电滑环的自由端与所述避让凸部的底壁间隔设置。
在一实施例中,所述避让凸部的横截面形状呈梯形设置。
在一实施例中,所述壳体还包括支撑罩,所述加热舱设于所述支撑罩内,所述支撑罩的后侧开设有转动孔,所述加热舱的转轴穿设于所述转动孔。
在一实施例中,所述炒菜机还包括驱动组件,所述驱动组件设于所述支撑罩的后侧,所述避让凸部对应所述导电滑环和所述驱动组件设置。
在一实施例中,所述炒菜机还包括电控板,所述电控板设于所述支撑罩的侧罩板外侧;
所述支撑罩的后罩板与所述后盖板之间设有加强罩,所述导电滑环位于所述加强罩内;
所述加强罩设有避让孔,以供连接所述导电滑环和所述电控板的导线穿设。

有益效果
本申请的技术方案通过采用壳体、加热舱和电控装置,壳体内设有支撑隔离组件;加热舱旋转设于支撑隔离组件内,加热舱具有加热腔;壳体的前面板设有与加热腔相连通的取放口;电控装置设于支撑隔离组件与壳体之间。具体地,将加热舱设置在支撑隔离组件中,而将电控装置设于支撑隔离组件与壳体之间,可以理解,电控装置如果处于高温状态下,电控装置的性能将会下降,支撑隔离组件可以隔绝加热舱的热气和油烟,降低电控装置的受热,防止电控装置过热烧毁,进而延长电控组件的使用寿命,而且隔离加热舱散出的油烟,可以避免油烟污染和侵蚀电控装置;可见,将加热舱设置在支撑隔离组件中,而将电控装置设于支撑隔离组件与壳体之间,可以降低电控装置的受热和避免油烟污染侵蚀问题,进而延长电控装置的使用寿命,从而增加炒菜机的使用寿命。

参照图1、图6和图7,在本申请一实施例中,该炒菜机包括壳体100、加热舱300和电控装置400,壳体内设有支撑隔离组件;加热舱旋转设于支撑隔离组件内,加热舱具有加热腔;壳体的前面板设有与加热腔相连通的取放口;电控装置设于支撑隔离组件与壳体之间。
具体地,将加热舱300设置在支撑隔离组件200中,而将电控装置400设于支撑隔离组件200与壳体100之间,可以理解,电控装置400如果处于高温状态下,电控装置400的性能将会下降,支撑隔离组件200可以隔绝加热舱300的热气和油烟,降低电控装置400的受热,防止电控装置400过热烧毁,进而延长电控组件的使用寿命,而且隔离加热舱300散出的油烟,可以避免油烟污染和侵蚀电控装置400;可见,将加热舱300设置在支撑隔离组件200中,而将电控装置400设于支撑隔离组件200与壳体100之间,可以降低电控装置400的受热和避免油烟污染侵蚀问题,进而延长电控装置400的使用寿命,从而增加炒菜机的使用寿命。
进一步地,电控装置400包括电路板420和驱动组件410,电路板420设于支撑隔离组件200的侧壁上,驱动组件410设于支撑隔离罩的后侧壁,将电路板420和驱动组件410间隔设置是为了降低电路板420的受热,可以理解,驱动组件410在运行过程中会散发出大量的热,而且电路板420造价较高,将电路板420和驱动组件410间隔设置有利于提高电路板420的散热,延长电路板420的使用寿命。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,电路板420和驱动组件410也可以设于支撑隔离组件200的同一侧板。
可选地,支撑隔离件包括内支撑罩210和多个滚动件220,内支撑罩210靠近前面板110的前罩板211上设有安装开口211a,加热舱300的前端转动穿设于安装开口211a,滚动件220设于安装开口211a周缘,并滚动抵接于加热舱300的外侧。这样可以增加内支撑罩210对加热舱300的支撑力,使加热舱300的旋转连接更加稳定,这样的旋转方式摩擦损耗小,可以增加加热舱300的使用寿命;而且滚动件的结构简单,原料易采买,便于推广应用。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,也可以在加热舱300的前端设置转动环槽,而将安装开口211a的侧边缘设于转动环槽内。
进一步地,滚动件220为滚动轮,多个滚动轮间隔安装于安装开口211a的边缘,滚动轮的外侧面抵接加热舱300的外侧。这样的滚动件220摩擦损耗小,转动灵活,噪音小,原料易采买,便于推广应用。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,滚动件220也可以为滚珠,将滚珠滚动设置于加热舱300的前端,安装开口211a的边缘并与加热舱300的前端转动连接。
参照图4和图5,可选地,内支撑罩210朝下端敞口设置,壳体100底部对应内支撑罩210的敞口开设有第一散热孔131a;和/或,壳体100侧部开设有连通内支撑罩210外侧的第二散热孔132a。将内支撑罩210朝下敞口设置这样有利于加快加热舱300内的油烟和热气散出内支撑罩210的速率,避免内支撑罩210过热;将第一散热孔131a设置于壳体100底部,有利于避免热气烫伤用户,避免热气和油烟干扰用户操控炒菜机,提高炒菜机的使用的舒适度。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,内支撑罩210也可以朝后侧开设有散热通道,壳体100后侧板对应散热通道开设散热孔。
进一步地,即使内支撑罩210朝下敞口设置但也会存在部分热气蔓延至内支撑罩210与壳体100之间,影响电控组件,将第二散热孔132a设置在壳体100侧部,有利于加快内支撑罩210与壳体100之间的热气的散热效率。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,第二散热孔132a也可以设置于壳体100的后侧板。
可选地,内支撑罩210还包括后罩板212,及连接前罩板211与后罩板212的连接板213,后罩板212上开设有转动孔212a,加热舱300的转轴穿设于转动孔212a,电控装置400包括与转轴驱动连接的驱动组件410。
需要说明的是,将加热舱300的前端转动穿设于内支撑罩210的前罩板211的安装开口211a,将加热舱300的转轴穿设于内支撑罩210的后罩板212的转动孔212a,这样的设置可以平衡加热舱300在内支撑罩210的受力,增加加热舱300的连接的稳定性。进一步地,连接板213相对侧分别连接前罩板211和后罩板212,可以提升内支撑罩210的受力,使得内支撑罩210的稳定性更高。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,内支撑罩210的前罩板211和后罩板212也可以与壳体100的顶面板和底面板固定。
可选地,驱动组件410包括电机412、与电机412连接的减速器411、及与减速器411连接的传动组件413,传动组件413与转轴连接。该驱动组件410结构简单,减速器411的设置可以使得炒菜机可以因食材的不同切换不同的旋转速率,使得烹饪出的食物味道更佳。
可选地,在一实施例中,电机412吊装于后罩板212,在第二实施例中,电机412安装依附于内支撑罩210的侧罩板214。可以理解,电机412在运行过程中会释放出大量的热,但当电机412的温度过高时电机412的性能会下降,甚至过热烧毁,这样的设置有利于增大电机412的散热面积,增加电机412的使用寿命。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,电机412也可与安装与壳体100的内侧壁。
可选地,传动件413配置为皮带轮组件,皮带轮组件与电机412驱动连接。皮带轮组件能缓和载荷冲击;皮带轮组件运行平稳、低噪音、低振动;皮带轮组件的结构简单,调整方便;皮带轮组件对于皮带轮的制造和安装精度不像啮合传动严格;皮带轮组件具有过载保护的功能;皮带轮组件的两轴中心距调节范围较大。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,传动件413配置也可以配置为齿轮组件。
可选地,在一实施例中,加热舱300包括隔热外壳320、及设于隔热外壳320内的加热舱体330;可以理解隔热外壳320不仅具有隔热还具有保温的作用,可以使得加热腔310内的温度更加稳定,可以缩短烹饪食材的时间。而且在加热腔310外设置隔热外壳320可以避免加热舱300的热气散出至内支撑罩210内,从而有利于降低壳体100内的温度,进而提高电控装置400的寿命。
可选地,在一实施例中,加热舱300的加热腔310的横截面为多边形,加热腔310供加热盒500适配插入。多边形的加热腔310可以增加加热盒500和加热腔310内侧壁的接触面积,进而增加加热盒500的加热面积,加快加热盒500的加热速率,进而缩短食材的烹饪时间。
进一步地,在一实施例中,加热盒500为对扣的加热盒500,这样的加热盒500方便食材的取放。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,加热盒500也可以是盒体和盒盖式的加热盒500。
进一步地,在一实施例中,加热盒500可以是一次性铝箔盒,这样方便用户的使用。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,加热盒500也可以是复用盒。
参照图3,可选地,炒菜机还包括枢接于前面板110的门体140,门体140上设有跟随加热舱300转动的转动盘141,转动盘141用以盖合加热腔310的腔口。可以理解,转动盘141随着加热舱300的转动而转动,进而保证了加热舱300的加热温度达到保温的效果,而且转动盘141随着加热舱300转动降低了转动盘141和加热腔310腔口边沿的摩擦,转动设置的转动盘141还避免了加热舱300内的加热盒500,以及加热盒500内的食材在转动时掉出加热腔310,进而也对加热盒500以及加热盒500内食材起到了限位的作用。
进一步地,转动盘141与门体140转动设置,这样使得转动盘141随着加热舱300转动时不影响门体140,转动盘141和门体140的转动连接也使得转动盘141可以随着门体140的打开而打开,减少了开门的程序,使得炒菜机的使用更加方便快捷,门体140可以隔绝从加热腔310内挤出的热蒸汽,避免烫伤用户,而且门体140枢接与前面板110上,增加了用户取菜时的方便性,避免打开门时借助外界工具;可见,因此在门体140上设置随加热舱300转动的转动盘141不仅起到保温的功能还使得炒菜机的安全性能更高,具有很好的实用性。
进一步地,门体140和转动盘141之间通过转动杆和轴承进行连接,转动杆的一端与转动盘141固定,另一端固定于轴承的内环,前面板110与轴承的外环固定。转动杆的使用使得转动盘141和门体140之间存在一定距离,这样可以减小转动盘141和门体140摩擦、隔热、给予从加热舱300中散出的蒸汽足够的缓冲空间,避免蒸汽直接从门体140中挤出,烫伤用户,而且转动杆使得转动盘141的转动不影响门体140;当然本申请不限于此,于其他实施例中,转动盘141和门体140也可以通过多个转动轮转动连接。
进一步地,在转动杆远离转动盘141的一端设置轴承,是因为轴承摩擦阻力小,可以适应很大的转速,而且磨损小,使用寿命长,便于安装拆卸,维修方便,重量轻;当然本申请不限于此,于第二实施例中,转动杆的第二端也可以设置转动槽与门体140转动连接,将门体140的内侧设于转动槽中,使门体140的内侧限制于转动槽中并在转动槽中转动;当然本申请不限于此,于第三实施例中,转动杆的第二端也可以设置两个限位圈与门体140转动连接,例如但不限于此,将门体140的内侧设于两个限位圈之间,使门体140的内侧限制于两个限位圈中并在两个限位圈转动。
进一步地,门体140包括内衬板和外板,轴承与内衬板转动连接,轴承设于外板与内衬板之间。外板和内衬板的双重门体140的设置也有利于隔热和减重,避免外板过热,烫伤用户;将轴承设于外板与内衬板之间,这样可以使得转动杆的转动部不暴露于外部环境,增加炒菜机的使用安全性能,也避免了灰尘等其他杂质进入承重和门体140的连接处侵蚀门体140,还增加美感,例如但不限于此,用户不留意靠近门体140,当转动杆转动部暴露于外界时,可能会使得用户的头发卷入转动杆转动部,从而造成危险;当然本申请不限于此,于第二实施例中,门体140也可以单设成一块厚实的外板,将轴承设于厚实的外板内。避免转动位置暴露于外部环境,不小心卷入其他物品。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,转动盘141也可以与外板连接。
可选地,转动盘141上设有柔性密封罩142,柔性密封罩142的边沿抵接加热腔310的腔口边沿。转动盘141上设有柔性密封罩142,柔性密封罩142抵接加热腔310的腔口边沿。这样可以增加加热舱300的气密性,进一步保证加热腔310的加热温度,而且当加热腔310内压强较大时柔性密封罩142会产生弹性形变,而使加热舱300内的空气能顺着柔性密封罩142与加热腔310的腔口边沿之间的缝隙流出以降低加热腔310的压强,柔性密封罩142抵接加热腔310的腔口边沿增加了加热舱300的气密性,达到保温的效果。
进一步地,柔性密封罩142包括覆盖转动盘141的背离门体140的一侧面的罩本体、及设于罩本体的外周缘的包覆翻边,包覆翻边和罩本体的外周缘共同包覆转动盘141的外周缘;全覆盖转动盘141的背离门体140的一侧面可以避免菜汁进入柔性密封罩142和转动盘141的连接缝隙,避免菜汁进入缝隙滋生细菌,提高食品安全,包覆翻边的设置方便用户拆卸和安装柔性密封罩142,方便清洁,使炒菜机清洁得更彻底;当然本申请不限于此,于第二实施例中,柔性密封罩142也可以只设包覆转动盘141外周缘的包覆翻边。
可选地,柔性密封罩142的材质采用硅胶材质,硅胶具有吸附性能高、热稳定性好、化学性质稳定、弹性形变性能佳的优势,当然本申请不限于此,于第二实施例中,柔性密封罩142的材质也可以为尼龙。
可选地,门体140的前侧设有装饰件143。装饰件143的设置可以增加炒菜机的外观美感,可以理解,有外表美观可以提升用户使用的愉悦感。具体地,装饰件143可以为雕刻花纹,也可以是色彩与图案的结合。
可选地,门体140的前侧设有安装槽144,装饰件143可拆卸连接于安装槽144。安装槽144的设置可以更加装饰件143连接的稳定性,避免装饰件143外凸于门体140,使得炒菜机的结构更加紧凑。当然本申请不限于此,于第二实施例中,安装槽144也可以直接安装于门体140的前侧。
进一步地,装饰件143可拆卸连接于安装槽144,这样的设置可以使得装饰件143的使用更加灵活,例如但不限于此,炒菜机可以配备多个装饰件143,可供用户选择自己喜欢的装饰件143进行安装,而且当装饰件143老化或者损坏时,用户可以更换装饰件143,这样可以使得炒菜机焕然一新。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,装饰件143也可以粘接于安装槽144。
进一步地,装饰件143卡扣连接于安装槽144。卡扣连接的连接方式安装拆卸方便,可以做到免工具拆卸,在安装过程中无需配合额外的物料如螺丝紧固件,因此安装扣位是低成本的。扣位的安装过程非常简单,一般只需一个刺进的动作,无需作旋转运动或安装前产品定位的工作,快捷简洁;可见,将装饰件143卡扣连接于不仅可以加快安装和拆卸效率,还可以降低生产成本。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,装饰件143也可以螺钉连接于安装槽144。
进一步地,门体140上设有握持部,握持部的设置有利于用户在门体140上有着力点,方便用户转动开启门体140。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,也可以在门体140上设置按键开关,当触发按键开关,门体140自动打开。
具体地,门体140的前侧设有向外凸出的把手,把手的设置有利于用户在门体1401上有握持部位,这样可以更加省力快速旋转打开门体140。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,门体140的前侧还可以设有向内凹陷的凹槽,再在凹槽上设置一个握持板。
参照图2,可选地,壳体100还包括中框130和后盖板120,后盖板120与中框130连接,第一散热孔131a和,和/或,第二散热孔132a均设于中框130。
进一步地,在一实施例中,将后盖板120可拆卸连接于中框130,可以提高炒菜机的使用度,当炒菜机机壳300内部的组件发生损坏时,可以通过后盖板120与中框130的可拆卸连接将后盖板120拆卸下来,然后对机壳内部进行检修。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,后盖板120也可以与中框130焊接。
可选地,在一实施例中,中框130包括底板131和主框体132,第一散热孔131a设于底板131上,第二散热孔132a设于主框体132,底板131与主框体132可拆卸连接。具体地,内支撑罩210朝下开口设置,且壳体100的底板131和主框体132可拆卸连接,当内支撑罩210内的组件发生损坏时,只需要将底板131拆卸下来即可对内支撑罩210的内部组件进行检修,而不需要二次对内支撑罩210进行拆卸,在进行内支撑罩210的内部组件进行检修,这样的设置有利于减少检修和安装工艺,进而提升检修效率。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,底板131与主框体132也可以为焊接。
参照图8至图11,炒菜机还包括转轴1200和导电滑环2000,转轴1200设于加热舱310后端,导电滑环2000设于转轴1200远离加热舱310的一端。壳体100包括后盖板120,后盖板120对应导电滑环2000设有朝外凸出的避让凸部3110。
具体地,将加热舱310和导电滑环2000设置在壳体100内,而在壳体100的后盖板120上设置对应导电滑环2000的避让凸部3110,可以理解,只对应凸出的导电滑环2000设置对应的避让凸部3110可以使得整机体积较小,使得炒菜机壳体100内部器件紧凑。
可选地,导电滑环2000的自由端与避让凸部3110的底壁间隔设置,可以理解,将导电滑环2000的自由端与避让凸部3110的底壁留有一定的缓冲区间,这样即使后盖板120的避让凸部3110发生碰撞,也不会直接损伤到导电滑环2000,可以增加导电滑环2000的使用寿命。当然本申请不限于此,于其他实施例中,导电滑环2000的自由端与避让凸部3110的底壁也可以抵接设置。
可选地,所述避让凸部3110的横截面形状呈梯形设置。这样形状的避让凸部3110可以增加避让凸部3110的抗撞击能力的强度,避免受到撞击产生凹陷,进而损伤到对应的导电滑环2000。具体地,避让凸部3110的横截面积从内至外逐渐减小,这样也可以使得炒菜机的内部器件更加紧凑。当然本申请不限于此,于其他实施例中,避让凸部3110的横截面也可以呈长方形设置。
可选地,壳体100还包括支撑罩3200,支撑罩3200的后侧开设有转动孔3210,加热舱310的转轴1200穿设于转动孔3210,具体地,炒菜机还包括设于支撑罩3200和壳体100之间驱动组件410,转轴1200与驱动组件410驱动连接,而将炒菜机的驱动组件410设于支撑罩3200与壳体100之间,将加热舱310设置在支撑罩3200中,驱动组件410如果处于高温状态下,驱动组件410的性能将会下降,因此支撑罩3200将隔绝加热舱310的热气和油烟,可以降低驱动组件410的受热,防止驱动组件410过热烧毁,进而延长电控组件的使用寿命,而且隔离加热舱310散出的油烟,可以避免油烟污染和侵蚀驱动组件410;可见,将加热舱310设置在支撑罩3200中,而将驱动组件410设于支撑罩3200与壳体100之间,可以降低驱动组件410的受热和避免油烟污染侵蚀问题,进而延长驱动组件410的使用寿命,从而增加炒菜机的使用寿命;而且支撑罩3200的设置可以给予发热舱110一定的支撑力,使得发热舱110的连接更加稳定。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,壳体100还可以包括支撑柱,将发热舱组件100设于支撑柱上。
进一步地,支撑罩3200前侧设有安装开口,安装开口的周缘设有滚动件,加热舱310的前端转动穿设于安装开口,滚动件滚动抵接于加热舱310的外侧。这样可以增加支撑罩3200对加热舱310的支撑力,使加热舱310的旋转连接更加稳定,这样的旋转方式摩擦损耗小,可以增加加热舱310的使用寿命;而且结构简单,原料易采买,便于推广应用。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,也可以在加热舱310的前端设置转动环槽,而将安装开口的侧边缘设于转动环槽内。
进一步地,滚动件为滚动轮,多个滚动轮间隔安装于安装开口的周缘,滚动轮的外侧面抵接加热舱310的外侧。这样的滚动件摩擦损耗小,转动灵活,噪音小,原料易采买,便于推广应用。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,滚动件也可以为滚珠,将滚珠滚动设置于加热舱310的前端,安装开口的边缘并与加热舱310的前端转动连接。
可选地,支撑罩3200朝下端敞口设置,壳体100底部对应支撑罩3200的敞口开设有散热口,壳体100侧部也开设有连通支撑罩3200外侧的散热口。将支撑罩3200朝下敞口设置这样有利于加快加热舱310内的油烟和热气散出支撑罩3200的速率,避免支撑罩3200过热;而影响设于支撑罩3200上的器件的使用性能,将散热口设置于壳体100底部,有利于避免热气烫伤用户,避免热气和油烟干扰用户操控炒菜机,提高炒菜机的使用的舒适度。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,支撑罩3200也可以朝后侧开设有散热通道,壳体100后侧板对应散热通道开设散热孔。
进一步地,导电滑环2000包括转动段和固定段,壳体100内还设有固定架,导电滑环2000的固定段通过固定架固定于支撑罩3200的后侧,这样有利于导电滑环2000连接的稳定性,将导电滑环2000设于固定架上也有利于导电滑环2000的散热,增加导电滑环2000的使用寿命;进一步地,将导电滑环2000固定于支撑罩3200的后侧也有利于壳体100内部器件结构的紧凑性。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,导电滑环也可以设置与壳体100的后盖板120上。
可选地,驱动组件410设于支撑罩3200的后侧,避让凸部3110对应导电滑环2000和驱动组件410设置。这样的设置可以增加驱动组件410在壳体100内的散热空间,进而加快驱动组件410的散热速率。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,避让凸部3110也可以只对应导电滑环2000设置。
可选地,炒菜机还包括电控板5000,电控板5000设于支撑罩3200的侧罩板外侧;支撑罩3200的后罩板与后盖板120之间设有加强罩3220,导电滑环2000位于加强罩3220内;加强罩3220设有避让孔3310,以供连接导电滑环2000和电控板5000的导线穿设。
需要说明的是,加强罩3220包括支撑罩3200的侧罩板向后盖板120延伸的侧支撑板,及支撑罩3200的顶罩板向后盖板120延伸的顶支撑板,侧支撑板和顶支撑板固定于后盖板120。侧支撑板和顶支撑板的设置增加后盖板120的连接的稳定性,而且顶支撑板和侧支撑板与后盖板120固定,当后盖板120受到撞击时,顶支撑板和侧支撑板也给予后盖板120一定的支撑力,可以增加后盖板120的抗撞击能力。
进一步地,加强罩3220设有避让孔3310,以供连接导电滑环2000和电控板5000的导线穿设。避让孔3310的设置不仅可以供导线穿设,还可以增加加强罩3220内热气的扩散速率,增加导电滑环2000的散热,进而提升导电滑环2000的使用寿命。
可选地,加强罩3220的后边缘设有第一翻边3320,第一翻边3320与后盖板120连接;加强罩3220的前边缘设有第二翻边3330,第二翻边3330与支撑罩3200的后罩板连接。第一翻边3320和第二翻边3330的设置不仅可以增加加强罩3220连接的稳定性,还可以增加后盖板120的强度,加强后盖板120的抗撞击能力。
可选地,加强罩3220与后盖板120和支撑罩3200的后罩板均为可拆卸连接,可拆卸的连接方式可以便于炒菜机的安装和检修,当壳体100内的组件发生损坏时,可以将后盖板120和加强罩3220拆下来检修炒菜机内部的器件。当然本申请不限于此,于其他实施例中,加强罩3220与后盖板120和支撑罩3200的后罩板也可以为焊接。
可选地,转轴1200呈中空设置,以供连接导电滑环2000与加热舱310的导线穿出。将导线从转轴1200的内部引出的优点在于便于走线,增加导线的紧凑性;这样还可以避免在支撑罩3200上额外开设导线孔。当然本申请不限于此,于其他一些实施例中,也可以在支撑罩3200上开设过线通孔,导线从过线通孔中引出,并与导电滑环2000连接。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种炒菜机,其中,所述炒菜机包括:
    壳体,所述壳体内设有支撑隔离组件;
    加热舱,所述加热舱旋转设于所述支撑隔离组件内,所述加热舱具有加热腔;所述壳体的前面板设有与所述加热腔相连通的取放口;以及
    电控装置,所述电控装置设于所述支撑隔离组件与所述壳体之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的炒菜机,其中,所述支撑隔离件包括内支撑罩和多个滚动件,所述内支撑罩靠近所述前面板的前罩板上设有安装开口,所述加热舱的前端转动穿设于所述安装开口,所述滚动件设于所述安装开口周缘,并滚动抵接于所述加热舱的外侧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的炒菜机,其中,所述内支撑罩朝下端敞口设置,所述壳体底部对应所述内支撑罩的敞口开设有第一散热孔;和/或,所述壳体侧部开设有连通所述内支撑罩外侧的第二散热孔。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的炒菜机,其中,所述内支撑罩还包括后罩板,所述后罩板上开设有转动孔,所述加热舱的转轴穿设于所述转动孔,所述电控装置包括与所述转轴驱动连接的驱动组件。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的炒菜机,其中,所述驱动组件包括电机、与所述电机连接的减速器、及与所述减速器连接的传动组件,所述传动组件与所述转轴连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的炒菜机,其中,所述加热舱包括隔热外壳、及设于所述隔热外壳内的加热舱体;和/或,所述加热舱的加热腔的横截面为多边形。
  7. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的炒菜机,其中,所述炒菜机还包括枢接于所述前面板的门体,所述门体上设有跟随所述加热舱转动的转动盘,所述转动盘用以盖合所述加热腔的腔口。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的炒菜机,其中,所述转动盘上设有柔性密封罩,所述柔性密封罩的边沿抵接所述加热腔的腔口边沿。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的炒菜机,其中,所述门体的前侧设有装饰件。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的炒菜机,其中,所述门体的前侧设有安装槽,所述装饰件可拆卸连接于所述安装槽。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的炒菜机,其中,所述炒菜机还包括:
    设于所述加热舱后端的转轴;及
    导电滑环,所述导电滑环设于所述转轴远离所述加热舱的一端;
    其中,所述壳体包括后盖板,所述后盖板对应所述导电滑环设有朝外凸出的避让凸部。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的炒菜机,其中,所述导电滑环的自由端与所述避让凸部的底壁间隔设置。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的炒菜机,其中,所述避让凸部的横截面形状呈梯形设置。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的炒菜机,其中,所述壳体还包括支撑罩,所述加热舱设于所述支撑罩内,所述支撑罩的后侧开设有转动孔,所述加热舱的转轴穿设于所述转动孔。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的炒菜机,其中,所述炒菜机还包括驱动组件,所述驱动组件设于所述支撑罩的后侧,所述避让凸部对应所述导电滑环和所述驱动组件设置。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的炒菜机,其中,所述炒菜机还包括电控板,所述电控板设于所述支撑罩的侧罩板外侧;
    所述支撑罩的后罩板与所述后盖板之间设有加强罩,所述导电滑环位于所述加强罩内;
    所述加强罩设有避让孔,以供连接所述导电滑环和所述电控板的导线穿设。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的炒菜机,其中,所述加强罩的后边缘设有第一翻边,所述第一翻边与所述后盖板连接;及/或
    所述加强罩的前边缘设有第二翻边,所述第二翻边与所述支撑罩的后罩板连接。
  18. 如权利要求11至17任一项所述的炒菜机,其中,所述转轴呈中空设置,以供连接所述导电滑环与所述加热舱的导线穿出。
