Description

一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于洗衣机领域,具体地说,涉及一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置及洗衣机。
背景技术
目前,洗衣设备的智能化发展,洗衣机的功能越来越多,极大方便了人们的多种洗衣要求,其中,洗涤剂自动投放功能不需要用户手动投放洗涤剂,节省用户操作,因此,用户对洗涤剂自动投放功能的需求越来越大。
但是,现有的自动投放洗衣机通常会投放多种洗涤剂,如洗衣液、柔顺剂、消毒液等。通常是多个投放泵来分别进行投放,投放泵数量较多,结构复杂,占用空间大、成本高,并且在运行时,因投放泵数量造成密封性不好,影响用户体验。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置,包括切换阀,本发明在阀体的侧部上设置多个进液口,在切换阀的端部设置出液口,所述出液口与所述阀芯的出口之间设有密封结构,实现阀芯相对于阀体可转动,同时,提高切换阀投放时的密封性,防止在工作时,所述阀芯相对于阀体之间转动时,造成洗涤剂泄露,增加用户体验。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种洗衣机,实现多种洗涤剂的投放,结构简单、密封性好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置,包括切换阀,所述切换阀包括,
阀体,所述阀体的侧部具有多个进液口,沿圆周方向间隔设置,所述阀体的端部具有出液口,设置在所述端部的中心位置;
阀芯,可转动的设置在所述阀体中,所述阀芯的外周壁与所述阀体的内周壁转动密封连接,所述阀芯的外壁上设有出口,用于与进液口连通;
所述阀体的出液口与所述阀芯的出口之间转动密封连接。
进一步地,所述出液口与所述出口之间设有相匹配的转动密封结构。
进一步地,所述转动密封包括第一密封结构,设置在所述出口的外周,所述第一密封结构向所述阀体的出液口方向凸出设置;
优选地,所述第一密封结构为环形凸台。
进一步地,所述转动密封结构还包括第二密封结构,设置在所述出液口外周的阀体内侧壁上,与所述第一密封结构转动接触密封;
优选地,所述第二密封结构为环形凹槽。
进一步地,所述阀芯包括,
轴座,用于安装转动轴;
支撑座,自所述轴座的外周壁沿所述轴座的径向向外延伸设置;
外周板,外周板的内周与所述支撑座的外周连接,所述外周板上设有入口与所述出口连通,用于在阀芯转动时可选择的与多个进液口中的一个进液口连通或断开,所述入口与所述出口连通;
所述出口设置在所述轴座轴向的一端部的中心位置,与所述出液口相对设 置;所述第一密封结构设置在所述出口外周的轴座上。
进一步地,所述阀芯内具有连通所述入口与所述出口的进液通道;
所述进液通道包括,
第一进液通道,设置在所述阀芯内,所述第一进液通道的一端与所述入口连通,另一端自所述支撑座内沿径向延伸至所述轴座内;
第二进液通道,设置在所述轴座中,所述第二进液通道的一端与所述第一进液通道的另一端连接,另一端延伸至所述出口。
进一步地,所述阀体具有所述出液口的内周壁与相对的所述外周板边沿之间设有相匹配的倒角结构。
进一步地,所述阀芯的支撑座的端部设有定位凸,连接在所述第一密封结构的外周壁与所述外周板的内周壁之间;
所述阀体具有出液口的内侧壁上设有限位筋,沿周向间隔设置;所述定位凸可与所述限位筋相抵接,用于限定阀芯的转动范围;
优选地,所述定位凸沿所述轴座的径向延伸设置,连接在所述第一密封结构的外周壁与所述外周板的内周壁之间;所述限位筋沿所述阀体的端部的径向延伸设置。
进一步地,还包括电机,设置在所述切换阀的出液口相对的另一端,与所述阀芯连接,用于控制所述阀芯相对于所述阀体转动;
优选地,还包括洗涤剂盒,具有多个洗涤剂投放腔与所述多个进液口一一对应;所述第一进液口与进水管连通,用于清洗投放腔。
一种洗衣机包括上述权利要求1-9任一所述的一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装 置。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
(1)本发明在阀体的侧部设置多个进液口,在阀体的端部设置出液口,切换阀可以控制出液口与多个进液口连通或断开,多种洗涤剂可以通过切换阀进行投放,结构简单、占用空间小、成本低。
(2)本发明通过在出液口与出口之间设有相匹配的转动密封结构,使阀芯和阀体实现插接式密封,增加了切换阀的密封性,实现在阀芯相对于阀体转动时,防止投放洗涤剂时泄露,设置步进电机控制切换阀进行不同阶段的洗涤剂选择和投放,可以实现投放装置的连续控制,并且提高了洗涤剂投放装置的控制精度。
(3)通过在阀芯内设置一个进液通道,进液通道的两端分别于多个进液口中的一个和出液口连通,既能实现不同洗涤剂的投放,还可以在投放时封闭其它进液口,防止泄露,提高了切换阀整体密封性。

如图1至图12所示,本发明所述的一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置,包括切换阀26。
所述切换阀26包括阀体262和阀芯264。
所述阀体262的侧部具有多个进液口261,沿圆周方向间隔设置,所述阀体262的端部具有出液口263,设置在所述端部的中心位置。
所述阀芯264可转动的设置在所述阀体262中,所述阀芯264的外周壁与所述阀体262的内周壁转动密封连接,所述阀芯264的外壁上设有出口2648,用于与进液口连通。
所述阀体262的出液口263与所述阀芯264的出口2648之间转动密封连接。
本发明通过在所述阀体262的出液口263与所述阀芯264的出口2648之间转动密封连接,在实现所述阀芯264相对于所述阀体262转动的同时,提高切换阀26的密封性,防止在所述阀芯264相对于阀体262进行转动时,造成洗涤 剂泄露,增加用户体验。
在本发明中,所述阀体262的侧部设置多个进液口261,在所述切换阀26的端部中心位置设置出液口263,可以实现多种洗涤剂通过切换阀26分别进行投放,结构简单、占用空间小、成本低。
如图1至图3所示,外置洗涤剂切换投放装置2通过进水管3和出水管4与洗衣机连接。所述外置洗涤剂切换投放装置2包括壳体21,所述壳体21上具有显示屏1,由于显示洗涤剂的状态。
所述进水管3与所述出水管4内均设有单向阀,防止液体回流。
还包括投放泵24,投放泵24与所述切换阀26通过管道进行连接,切换阀26内的洗涤剂通过投放泵24与进水管3和出水管4连通,用于投放洗涤剂和清洗切换阀26。
如图4至图6所示,本发明在阀体262的侧部上设置多个进液口261,在阀体262的端部设置出液口263,阀芯264可转动的设置在所述阀体262内,所述阀芯264外周壁上设置的入口2643可选择的与阀体262上设置的多个进液口261的其中一个进行连通,使其中一个进液口与所述出液口263进行连通,实现对洗涤剂的投放。在阀芯264的上只设置一个入口2643,降低了切换阀26结构的复杂性、降低了成本,实现洗涤剂种类的精准投放。
进一步地,所述出液口263与所述出口2648之间设有相匹配的转动密封结构。
本发明通过将所述转动密封结构设置在所述出液口263与所述出口2648之间,在进行洗涤剂在进行投放时,所述转动密封结构靠近所述出液口263,便于洗涤剂顺利的进入清洗腔内,减小了洗涤剂在切换阀26内的残留量,提升了洗 涤效果。
所述转动密封结构包括第一转动密封结构和第二转动密封结构。
所述第一密封结构设置在所述出口2648的外周,所述第一密封结构向所述阀体262的出液口263方向凸出设置。
优选地,所述第一密封结构为环形凸台2641。
通过将所述环形凸台2641设置在所述出口2648的外周,沿所述阀体262的出液口263方向延伸设置,方便与所述出液口263进行配合,所述环形凸台2641可以直接与所述出液口263的内壁转动密封连接,形成插接式密封,提高在进行洗涤剂投放时,切换阀26的密封性,提高洗涤效果,增加用户体验。
所述第二密封结构设置在所述出液口263外周的阀体262内侧壁上,与所述第一密封结构转动接触密封。
优选地,所述第二密封结构为环形凹槽2621。
通过将所述环形凹槽2621设置在所述出液口263外周的阀体262内侧壁上,可以与所述出口2648的外周设置的环形凸台2641进行配合,将所述环形凸台2641安装在所述环形凹槽2621中,形成插接式密封,所述环形凸台2641插入到环形凹槽2621中实现所述阀芯264在所述阀体262内进行周向转动,增加洗涤剂在投放时的密封性。
具体地,如图6至图7所示,所述阀芯264的外壁上设有出口2648,所述出口2648与所述出液口263连通,所述密封结构设置在所述出口2648与所述出液口263的连通处。
本发明通过在所述阀芯264的一端部上设置与所述出液口263连通的入口2643,所述密封结构设置在所述出口2648与所述出液口263的连通处,固定所 述出口2648与所述出液口263连通,同时,在所述阀芯264进行转动时,使所述出口2648与所述出液口263一直连通,减少了投放泵24的个数、结构简单,实现多种洗涤剂,通过一个切换阀26进行投放,提高了切换阀26的实用性,增加了用户体验。
进一步地,所述阀芯264包括轴座2645、支撑座2646和外周板2647。
所述轴座2645用于安装转动轴。
所述转动轴所述转动轴可转动的密封穿设在所述出液口263相对的另一端部中,与所述阀芯264连接,用于带动所述阀芯264在所述阀体262内转动。
所述支撑座2646自所述轴座2645的外周壁沿所述轴座2645的径向向外延伸设置。
所述外周板2647的内周与所述支撑座2646的外周连接,所述外周板2647上设有入口2643,用于在阀芯264转动时可选择的与多个进液口261中的一个进液口连通或断开,所述入口2643与所述出口2648连通。
所述出口2648设置在所述轴座2645轴向的一端部的中心位置,与所述出液口263相对设置;所述第一密封结构设置在所述出口2648外周的轴座2645上。
具体地,如图8至图9所示,所述环形凸台2641设置在所述出口2648外周的轴座2645上,沿所述轴座2645的轴向延伸设置,所述环形凹槽2621设置在所述阀体262的出液口263外周的阀体262内侧壁上,沿所述出液口263环形设置,向所述出液口263的出液方向延伸设置。
优选地,所述出液口263与所述出口2648等径,所述环形凸台2641与所述环形凹槽2621相匹配且分别大于所述出口2648与所述出液口263的内径。
所述环形凸台2641可以设置在所述出液口263外周的阀体262内侧壁上,沿所述阀体262的内侧壁向出液方向相反的方向延伸设置,所述环形凹槽2621设置在所述出口2648的外周的轴座2645上,沿出液相反的方向延伸设置。所述环形凸台2641与所述环形凹槽2621形成插接式密封。
进一步地,所述阀芯264内具有连通所述入口2643与所述出口2648的进液通道2642。
通过在所述阀芯264内设置进液通道2642,与所述出液口263和所述阀芯264上的入口2643连通,使阀芯264在进行转动时,实现多种洗涤剂可以通过阀芯264内的进液通道2642一一对应投放或进水对切换阀26内进行冲洗,提高了不同洗涤剂种类的投放精准度或清洗切换阀。
所述进液通道2642与所述入口2643进行连通实现对其他进液口进行封堵,防止投放时,其它洗涤剂泄露,提高了切换阀26的密封性。在所述阀芯264上只设置一个入口2643,避免了多个入口的复杂性和误操作性,提高了切换阀26的控制精度,增加了用户的体验。
所述进液通道2642包括第一进液通道和第二进液通道。
所述第一进液通道设置在所述阀芯264内,所述第一进液通道的一端与所述入口2643连通,另一端自所述支撑座2646内沿径向延伸至所述轴座2645内。
所述第二进液通道设置在所述轴座中,所述第二进液通道的一端与所述第一进液通道的另一端连接,另一端延伸至所述出口2648。
在进行洗涤剂投放或进水时,依次通过入口2643、第一进液通道、第二进液通道和所述出液口263,进行投放或清洗。
本发明通过将所述环形凸台2641设置在所述第二通道上与所述出液口263 进行连接,所述环形凹槽2621设置在所述出液口263的外周,所述环形凸台2641与所述环形凹槽2621进行配合,所述第二进液通道与所述出液口263连通,使所述第二进液通道不会因为阀芯264进行转动,造成第二进液通道偏离所述出液口263,防止控制不精确,提升装置的密封性和实用性,增加用户的体验。
进一步地,所述阀体262具有所述出液口263的内周壁与相对的所述外周板2647边沿之间设有相匹配的倒角结构。
本发明通过设置外周板2647,在所述阀体262与所述外周板2647上设置相匹配倒角结构,实现了外周板2647与所述阀体262的内周壁接触密封。所述外周板2647上只设置一个入口2643,可以在进行投放时,与多个进液口261中的一个,并封堵其它进液口。通过外周板2647上设置的入口2643转动至多个进液口261的其中一个相对时,相对的进液口与所述阀芯264内的进液通道2642连通,第二进液通道处的环形凸台2641与所述出液口263处的环形凹槽2621实现接插式密封,定量的洗涤剂从出液口263进行投放。
所述多个进液口261中的一进液口为进水口2611
洗涤剂投放结束后,所述阀芯264进行转动,所述外周板2647上的入口2643转动至进水口2611,与所述进水口2611连通,所述第二进液通道与所述出液口263在所述环形凹槽2621与所述环形凸台2641的限制下一直连通,然后水流冲刷阀体262内部至清洗设备中,实现洗涤剂投放或清洗。
通过设置支撑座2646增加了切换阀26的旋转强度,在所述阀体262与所述外周板2647的切合面上设置倒角结构,使所述阀体262与所述阀芯264的配合更加的紧密,投放洗涤剂时,可以通过倒角结构引导至所述阀芯264与所述阀体262的接触面上,实现自润滑作用,也便于安装阀芯264。
进一步地,所述阀芯264的支撑座2646的端部设有定位凸2644,连接在所述第一密封结构的外周壁与所述外周板2647的内周壁之间。
所述阀体262具有出液口263的内侧壁上设有限位筋2622,沿周向间隔设置。
具体地,所述定位凸2644沿所述轴座2645的径向延伸设置;所述限位筋2622沿所述阀体262的端部的径向延伸设置。
所述定位凸2644可与所述限位筋2622相抵接,用于限定阀芯264的转动范围。
所述限位筋2622为两个,所述阀芯264的支撑座2646的端部设有定位凸2644,连接在所述外周板2647与所述环形凸台2641之间,所述两限位筋2622可分别与所述限位筋2622抵接,用于限定所述阀芯264的转动范围在预设范围内。
进一步地,还包括电机,设置在所述切换阀26的出液口263相对的另一端,与所述阀芯264连接,用于控制所述阀芯264相对于所述阀体262转动。
优选地,所述电机为步进电机23。
通过在所述出液口263的端部的周向上设置限位筋2622,可以与所述支撑座2646的端部上定位凸2644进行配合,使切换阀26在步进电机的控制下运行,限位筋2622与所述定位凸2644接触时,步进电机阻转,切换阀26不进行洗涤剂投放状态,使切换阀26控制精度更加准确,增加用户体验。
转动轴设置在所述切换阀26与所述出液口263相对的一端,与电机进行连接,所述转轴、步进电机23与所述阀芯264同轴设置,所述步进电机23驱动所述转动轴带动所述阀芯264进行转动。所述步进电机23通过连接件与所述切 换阀26连接。
优选地,还包括洗涤剂盒22,具有多个洗涤剂投放腔与所述多个进液口261一一对应;所述多个进液口261中的进水口2611与进水管3连通,用于清洗投放腔。
本发明通过在所述阀体262上设置环形凹槽2621,所述阀芯264上设置于所述环形凹槽2621匹配的环形凸台2641,形成插接式密封。所述环形凸台2641与环形凹槽2621中转动密封连接,实现所述阀芯264在所述阀体262内进行周向转动,增加洗涤剂在投放时的密封性。
本发明通过在所述切换阀26的阀芯264与所述阀体262上分别设置环形凸台2641与环形凹槽2621,将所述阀芯264与所述阀体262形成插接式密封,实现所述阀芯264相对于所述阀体262转动密封连接,配合所述阀体262的外周壁上的多个进液口261和出液口263,与所述阀芯264内部的入口2643、进液通道2642和出口2648,在步进电机的带动下实现阀芯264可选择的与多个进液口261中的一个进液口连通或断开,所述入口2643、出口2648与所述出液口263连通,实现对洗涤剂的精准投放。
本发明通过步进电机控制切换阀26使出液口263与多个进液口261连通或断开,多种洗涤剂可以通过切换阀26进行投放,结构简单、占用空间小,成本低。
本发明还提供一种洗衣机,所述洗衣机包括上述任一所述的外置洗涤剂切换投放装置2。
本发明还可设置在所述洗衣机的内部,不限于设置在干衣机、护理机以及洗碗机等洗涤设备。

  1. 一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置,其特征在于:包括切换阀,所述切换阀包括,
    阀体,所述阀体的侧部具有多个进液口,沿圆周方向间隔设置,所述阀体的端部具有出液口,设置在所述端部的中心位置;
    阀芯,可转动的设置在所述阀体中,所述阀芯的外周壁与所述阀体的内周壁转动密封连接,所述阀芯的外壁上设有出口,用于与进液口连通;
    所述阀体的出液口与所述阀芯的出口之间转动密封连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置,其特征在于:所述出液口与所述出口之间设有相匹配的转动密封结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置,其特征在于:所述转动密封包括第一密封结构,设置在所述出口的外周,所述第一密封结构向所述阀体的出液口方向凸出设置;
    优选地,所述第一密封结构为环形凸台。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置,其特征在于:所述转动密封结构还包括第二密封结构,设置在所述出液口外周的阀体内侧壁上,与所述第一密封结构转动接触密封;
    优选地,所述第二密封结构为环形凹槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置,其特征在于:所述阀芯包括,
    轴座,用于安装转动轴;
    支撑座,自所述轴座的外周壁沿所述轴座的径向向外延伸设置;
    外周板,外周板的内周与所述支撑座的外周连接,所述外周板上设有入口,用于在阀芯转动时可选择的与多个进液口中的一个进液口连通或断开,所述入口与所述出口连通;
    所述出口设置在所述轴座轴向的一端部的中心位置,与所述出液口相对设置;所述第一密封结构设置在所述出口外周的轴座上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置,其特征在于:所述阀芯内具有连通所述入口与所述出口的进液通道;
    所述进液通道包括,
    第一进液通道,设置在所述阀芯内,所述第一进液通道的一端与所述入口连通,另一端自所述支撑座内沿径向延伸至所述轴座内;
    第二进液通道,设置在所述轴座中,所述第二进液通道的一端与所述第一进液通道的另一端连接,另一端延伸至所述出口。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置,其特征在于:所述阀体具有所述出液口的内周壁与相对的所述外周板的边沿之间设有相匹配的倒角结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置,其特征在于:所述阀芯的支撑座的端部设有定位凸,所述阀体具有出液口的内侧壁上设有限位筋,沿周向间隔设置;所述定位凸可与所述限位筋相抵接,用于限定阀芯的转动范围;

  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置,其特征在于:还包括电机,设置在所述切换阀的出液口相对的另一端,与所述阀芯连接,用于控制所述阀芯相对于所述阀体转动;
    优选地,还包括洗涤剂盒,具有多个洗涤剂投放腔与所述多个进液口一一对应;所述多个进液口中的一进液口与进水管连通,用于清洗投放腔。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于:包括上述权利要求1-9任一所述的一种外置洗涤剂切换投放装置。
