本申请涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种折叠显示装置。
背景技术
现有的折叠显示装置为了实现在展开和折叠状态分别能独立显示,通常会采取主副双屏的设计方式,即采用两块独立的屏体,其中,一块大屏作为主屏用于手机展开状态显示,一块小屏作为副屏用于折叠状态时显示。副屏通常采用直板屏,直板屏与中框边缘存在一定的安装空间,需要设计相应的前框进行固定,且需要设置一块带油墨边框的保护玻璃进行装饰,此种设计无疑会牺牲掉副屏的显示空间,导致折叠显示装置在折叠状态时副屏会显得比较狭长,不利于实现整机高屏占比,影响整体外观。
技术问题
本申请实施例提供一种折叠显示装置,以解决现有的折叠显示装置采用主副双屏设计时,不利于实现整机高屏占比的技术问题。

第一支撑板;

弯折构件,所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板通过所述弯折构件进行转动连接;以及

所述第二支撑板3还包括用于连接所述曲面支撑部32和所述保护板33的第一延伸部36和第二延伸部37,所述第一延伸部36和所述第二延伸部37由所述平面支撑部向远离所述第一支撑板2的方向延伸而成,具体地,所述第一延伸部36由所述第二侧框3b向远离所述第一支撑板2的方向延伸而成,所述第二延伸部37由所述第四侧框3d向远离所述第一支撑板2的方向延伸而成;所述第一延伸部36和所述第二延伸部37可为曲面。
所述保护板33位于所述第一侧框3a远离所述第三侧框3c的一侧,所述保护板33的一端连接所述第一延伸部36,所述保护板33的另一端连接所述第二延伸部37,所述保护板33和所述第一侧框3a之间留有间隙,所述柔性显示面板1穿设于所述间隙中,所述保护板33能够起到保护所述第二弯折显示区15的作用,避免所述第二弯折显示区15的屏体直接裸露在外侧而增加刮擦、磨损的风险。
具体地,所述柔性显示面板1与所述第一支撑板2、所述第二支撑板3和所述弯折构件4的组装过程为:首先,所述柔性显示面板1的所述第一显示区11、所述第二显示区12和所述第一弯折显示区14分别与所述第一支撑板2、所述第二支撑板3和所述弯折构件4贴合成型;之后将所述柔性显示面板1反向折叠,所述柔性显示面板1直接穿过所述间隙,使得所述第二弯折显示区15与所述第一侧框3a贴合;最后将所述第三显示区13所述第二支撑板3远离所述第二显示区12的一侧贴合。
请结合图1~图3、图5C和图6,图6是图5C中的折叠显示装置沿A-A的截面结构示意图。
所述曲面支撑部32包括弯折轴线321,所述弯折轴线321为沿平行于所述第一侧框3a的延伸方向的外边缘线,所述弯折轴线321在所述第一侧框3a上的投影与所述外边缘线311重合,由于所述弯折轴线321处受到刮擦、磨损的机率最大,因此,所述保护板33在所述曲面支撑部32上的正投影覆盖所述曲面支撑部32的所述弯折轴线321,有利于降低所述第二弯折显示区15受到刮擦、磨损的机率。
在本申请实施例中,在垂直于所述第一支撑板2的平面方向上,所述曲面支撑部32的截面形状为圆弧,所述保护板33的截面面积为所述曲面支撑部32的截面所在圆面积的1/5~1/6;这样设置的目的为:一方面,避免所述保护板33体积过大使得被所述保护板33遮挡的第二弯折显示区15的区域较大,导致所述第二弯折显示区15的显示面积减小,降低了所述柔性显示面板1的整体屏占比;另一方面,避免所述保护板33体积过小使得所述第二弯折显示区15易受到刮擦、磨损的区域未完全被所述保护板33遮挡,提高了所述第二弯折显示区15遭到破坏的机率。
所述保护板33可作为所述折叠显示装置主屏和副屏的分界线,所述保护板33将所述第二弯折显示区15一分为二。具体地,所述第二弯折显示区15包括主弯折显示区151和辅弯折显示区152,所述主弯折显示区151为所述第二弯折显示区15靠近所述第二显示区12的区域,可作为主屏的一部分显示区域。所述辅弯折显示区为所述第二弯折显示区15靠近所述第三显示区13的区域,可作为副屏的一部分显示区域,从而避免了所述折叠显示装置内外侧边缘交界处位置存在结构段差现象,有利于改善副屏的整体观感质量。
进一步地,所述折叠显示装置还包括屏体显示驱动系统(图中未示出),用于实现所述柔性显示面板两种显示状态自由切换效果。具体地,所述屏体显示驱动系统包括第一驱动模块和第二驱动模块,当所述折叠显示装置处于展开状态时,所述第一驱动模块驱动所述第一显示区11、所述第二显示区12、所述第一弯折显示区14和所述主弯折显示区151,以实现主屏显示;当所述折叠显示装置处于折叠状态时,所述第二驱动模块驱动所述第三显示区13和所述辅弯折显示区152,以实现副屏显示。
具体地,所述屏体显示驱动系统可为驱动芯片,控制主屏显示的所述第一驱动模块和控制副屏显示的所述第二驱动模块集成于同一驱动芯片中,也就是说,所述折叠显示装置仅需设置一个/种驱动芯片即可控制所述柔性显示面板的两种显示状态,相较于现有技术,一方面,主屏和副屏采用一体化屏体,降低了所述折叠显示装置的驱动系统和操作系统设计难度;另一方面,无需单独为副屏设置占据整机一定的厚度尺寸的驱动芯片和电路板等电子器件,降低了所述折叠显示装置厚度尺寸,有利于实现整机轻薄化。
可选地,所述保护板33可采用透明材料,例如透明玻璃,以使被所述保护板33遮挡的所述第二弯折显示区15的区域也可显示,有利于提升所述柔性显示面板1的整体屏占比。
所述保护板33包括相对设置的第一搭接端面331和第二搭接端面332,所述第一搭接端面331位于所述保护板33靠近所述第二显示区12的一侧,用于搭接所述折叠显示装置的第一盖板5;所述第二搭接端面332位于所述保护板33靠近所述第三显示区13的一侧,用于搭接所述折叠显示装置的第二盖板6。
请结合图1、图6和图7,图7是本申请实施例提供的一种第二盖板的安装示意图。
所述第一盖板5覆盖所述第一显示区11、所述第二显示区12和部分所述第二弯折显示区15(所述主弯折显示区151未被所述保护板33遮挡的区域),用于保护所述柔性显示面板1的主屏;所述第二盖板6覆盖所述第三显示区13和部分所述第二弯折显示区15(所述辅弯折显示区152未被所述保护板33遮挡的区域),用于保护所述柔性显示面板1的副屏。
所述第一盖板5和所述第一搭接端面331搭接,以便于所述第一盖板5更易于固定安装于所述第二支撑板3上,所述第二盖板6和所述第二搭接端面332搭接,以便于所述第二盖板6更易于固定安装于所述第二支撑板3上,有利于提升所述第一盖板5和所述第二盖板6的安装可靠性。
可选地,所述第一盖板5和所述第一搭接端面331之间、所述第二盖板6和所述第二搭接端面332之间均可以通过胶层粘接实现搭接。具体地,所述第一盖板5和所述第一搭接端面331之间、所述第二盖板6和所述第二搭接端面332之间分别设置有双面胶,所述双面胶可为光学胶。
具体地,所述第一盖板5和所述第一搭接端面331之间、所述第二盖板6和所述第二搭接端面332之间可以通过机台贴合或手工贴合的方式直接贴合成型。
可选地,所述第一盖板5和所述第一搭接端面331之间、所述第二盖板6和所述第二搭接端面332之间也可以通过机械连接方式实现搭接,例如铆钉固定、螺纹连接。
进一步地,所述第一盖板5包括相互连接的第一平面盖板51和第一曲面盖板52,所述第一平面盖板51覆盖所述第一显示区11和所述第二显示区12,所述第一曲面盖板52覆盖部分所述第二弯折显示区15;所述第二盖板6包括相互连接的第二平面盖板61和第二曲面盖板62,所述第二平面盖板61覆盖所述第三显示区13,所述第二曲面盖板62覆盖所述第二弯折显示区15;其中,所述第一曲面盖板52和所述第一搭接端面331搭接,所述第二曲面盖板62和所述第二搭接端面332搭接。
请参阅图1,所述折叠显示装置还包括前框7,所述前框7设置在所述柔性显示面板1远离所述第一支撑板2和所述第二支撑板3的一侧且覆盖所述柔性显示面板1侧面的至少部分区域。
所述前框7可为分体式前框,具体地,所述前框7包括第一前框71和第二前框72,所述第一前框71与所述第一显示区11对应设置,所述第二前框72与所述第二显示区12和所述第二弯折显示区15对应设置。所述第一前框71与所述第一支撑板2连接,所述第二前框72与所述第二支撑板3连接。
所述第二前框72包括相互连接的前端部721和侧端部722,所述前端部721与所述第二显示区12对应设置,所述侧端部722与所述第二弯折显示区15对应设置,所述前端部721和所述第二支撑板3连接,具体地,所述前端部721和所述第二侧框3b连接,所述侧端部722与所述第一延伸部36和所述第二延伸部37相连接,同样地,所述侧端部722为曲面。
请结合图1和图8,图8是本申请实施例提供的一种弯折机构的结构示意图。所述弯折构件4包括铰链机构41、两个侧板42和底板43,两个所述侧板42和所述底板43用于保护所述铰链机构41。两个所述侧板42和所述底板43分别与所述铰链机构41连接;两个所述侧板42分别位于所述铰链机构41的两侧,所述底板43位于所述铰链机构41远离所述柔性显示面板1的一侧。
当然地,所述弯折构件4也可采用其他类型的可弯折机构,本申请实施例不以此为限。
有益效果为:本申请实施例提供的折叠显示装置,包括第一支撑板、第二支撑板、弯折构件和柔性显示面板,第一支撑板和第二支撑板通过弯折构件进行转动连接,以使柔性显示面板通过弯折构件实现采用内折叠形式进行动态弯折;第二支撑板包括平面支撑部、曲面支撑部和保护板,柔性显示面板的一端绕过曲面支撑部并延伸至第二支撑板的另一侧,以使柔性显示面板实现采用外折叠形式进行静态弯折,能够实现曲面边缘显示;同时,柔性显示面板穿设于保护板和曲面支撑部之间的间隙中,以起到保护铺设于曲面支撑部的柔性显示面板的作用,避免柔性显示面板直接裸露在外侧而增加刮擦、磨损的风险。
综上所述,虽然本申请已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本申请,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本申请的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种折叠显示装置,包括:
    第一支撑板;
    第二支撑板,包括平面支撑部、曲面支撑部和保护板,所述曲面支撑部位于所述平面支撑部远离所述第一支撑板的一端并与所述平面支撑部相连接设置,所述保护板位于所述曲面支撑部远离所述第一支撑板的一端设置,所述保护板和所述曲面支撑部之间留有间隙且相连接设置,所述保护板在所述曲面支撑部上的正投影覆盖所述曲面支撑部的弯折轴线,所述保护板采用透明材料;
    弯折构件,所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板通过所述弯折构件进行转动连接;以及
    柔性显示面板,铺设于所述第一支撑板、所述第二支撑板和所述弯折构件的一侧,所述柔性显示面板的一端绕过所述曲面支撑部并延伸至所述第二支撑板的另一侧,所述柔性显示面板穿设于所述间隙中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,在垂直于所述第一支撑板的平面方向上,所述曲面支撑部的截面形状为圆弧,所述保护板的截面面积为所述曲面支撑部的截面所在圆面积的1/5~1/6。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二支撑板还包括用于连接所述曲面支撑部和所述保护板的第一延伸部和第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部和所述第二延伸部由所述平面支撑部向远离所述第一支撑板的方向延伸而成;其中,所述保护板的一端连接所述第一延伸部,所述保护板的另一端连接所述第二延伸部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一延伸部、所述第二延伸部和所述保护板与所述平面支撑部一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述折叠显示装置还包括前框,所述前框设置在所述柔性显示面板远离所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板的一侧且覆盖所述柔性显示面板侧面的至少部分区域,所述前框包括第一前框和第二前框,所述第一前框与所述第一支撑板连接,所述第二前框与所述第二支撑板连接,所述第二前框包括前端部和侧端部,所述前端部和所述第二支撑板连接,所述侧端部与所述第一延伸部和所述第二延伸部相连接,所述侧端部为曲面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示面板包括:
    第一显示区,铺设于所述第一支撑板一侧;
    第二显示区,铺设于所述平面支撑部一侧;
    第一弯折显示区,铺设于所述弯折构件一侧;
    第三显示区,铺设于所述第二支撑板远离所述第二显示区的一侧;以及
    第二弯折显示区,铺设于所述曲面支撑部上并与所述曲面支撑部固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述保护板包括相对设置的第一搭接端面和第二搭接端面,所述第一搭接端面位于所述保护板靠近所述第二显示区的一侧,所述第二搭接端面位于所述保护板靠近所述第三显示区的一侧;
    所述折叠显示装置还包括第一盖板和第二盖板,所述第一盖板覆盖所述第一显示区、所述第二显示区和部分所述第二弯折显示区,所述第二盖板覆盖所述第三显示区和部分所述第二弯折显示区,所述第一盖板和所述第一搭接端面搭接,所述第二盖板和所述第二搭接端面搭接。
  8. 一种折叠显示装置,包括:
    第一支撑板;
    第二支撑板,包括平面支撑部、曲面支撑部和保护板,所述曲面支撑部位于所述平面支撑部远离所述第一支撑板的一端并与所述平面支撑部相连接设置,所述保护板位于所述曲面支撑部远离所述第一支撑板的一端设置,所述保护板和所述曲面支撑部之间留有间隙且相连接设置;
    弯折构件,所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板通过所述弯折构件进行转动连接;以及
    柔性显示面板,铺设于所述第一支撑板、所述第二支撑板和所述弯折构件的一侧,所述柔性显示面板的一端绕过所述曲面支撑部并延伸至所述第二支撑板的另一侧,所述柔性显示面板穿设于所述间隙中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述保护板在所述曲面支撑部上的正投影覆盖所述曲面支撑部的弯折轴线。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的折叠显示装置,其中,在垂直于所述第一支撑板的平面方向上,所述曲面支撑部的截面形状为圆弧,所述保护板的截面面积为所述曲面支撑部的截面所在圆面积的1/5~1/6。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二支撑板还包括用于连接所述曲面支撑部和所述保护板的第一延伸部和第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部和所述第二延伸部由所述平面支撑部向远离所述第一支撑板的方向延伸而成;其中,所述保护板的一端连接所述第一延伸部,所述保护板的另一端连接所述第二延伸部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一延伸部、所述第二延伸部和所述保护板与所述平面支撑部一体成型。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述折叠显示装置还包括前框,所述前框设置在所述柔性显示面板远离所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板的一侧且覆盖所述柔性显示面板侧面的至少部分区域,所述前框包括第一前框和第二前框,所述第一前框与所述第一支撑板连接,所述第二前框与所述第二支撑板连接,所述第二前框包括前端部和侧端部,所述前端部和所述第二支撑板连接,所述侧端部与所述第一延伸部和所述第二延伸部相连接,所述侧端部为曲面。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述保护板采用透明材料。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示面板包括:
    第一显示区,铺设于所述第一支撑板一侧;
    第二显示区,铺设于所述平面支撑部一侧;
    第一弯折显示区,铺设于所述弯折构件一侧;
    第三显示区,铺设于所述第二支撑板远离所述第二显示区的一侧;以及
    第二弯折显示区,铺设于所述曲面支撑部上并与所述曲面支撑部固定连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述保护板包括相对设置的第一搭接端面和第二搭接端面,所述第一搭接端面位于所述保护板靠近所述第二显示区的一侧,所述第二搭接端面位于所述保护板靠近所述第三显示区的一侧;
    所述折叠显示装置还包括第一盖板和第二盖板,所述第一盖板覆盖所述第一显示区、所述第二显示区和部分所述第二弯折显示区,所述第二盖板覆盖所述第三显示区和部分所述第二弯折显示区,所述第一盖板和所述第一搭接端面搭接,所述第二盖板和所述第二搭接端面搭接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一盖板包括相互连接的第一平面盖板和第一曲面盖板,所述第一平面盖板覆盖所述第一显示区和所述第二显示区,所述第一曲面盖板覆盖部分所述第二弯折显示区;所述第二盖板包括相互连接的第二平面盖板和第二曲面盖板,所述第二平面盖板覆盖所述第三显示区,所述第二曲面盖板覆盖所述第二弯折显示区;
    其中,所述第一曲面盖板和所述第一搭接端面搭接,所述第二曲面盖板和所述第二搭接端面搭接。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的折叠显示装置,其中,当所述折叠显示装置处于折叠状态时,所述第一显示区、所述第二显示区和所述第一弯折显示区围成楔形形状,所述第二显示区、所述第三显示区和所述第二弯折显示区围成U形形状。
  19. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述弯折构件包括铰链机构、两个侧板和底板,两个所述侧板和所述底板分别与所述铰链机构连接;两个所述侧板分别位于所述铰链机构的两侧,所述底板位于所述铰链机构远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧。
  20. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二支撑板包括首尾相接的第一侧框、第二侧框、第三侧框和第四侧框,所述第一侧框和所述第三侧框相对设置,所述第二侧框和所述第四侧框相对设置;所述第一侧框形成所述曲面支撑部,所述第二侧框、所述第三侧框和所述第四侧框围成所述平面支撑部。
