技术领域
本申请实施例涉及电子信息技术领域,尤其涉及一种虚拟对象互动方法、装置、存储介质及计算机程序产品。
背景技术
随着直播平台的兴起,越来越多的用户,在直播平台的直播间利用直播视频的形式推广各种信息,例如,在直播平台带货,在直播平台教学、在直播平台表演等。在直播活动中,需要主播在直播间持续进行直播活动,人力成本很高,为了减少人力成本,相关技术中,在直播间设置虚拟主播,利用虚拟主播进行直播活动。但是,在用户观看直播视频时,虚拟主播与观看直播的用户之间互动很少,直播效果差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种虚拟对象互动方法、装置、存储介质及计算机程序产品,以至少部分解决上述问题。
根据本申请实施例的第一方面,提供了一种虚拟对象互动方法,适用于一直播平台,直播平台提供一个或多个直播间,供使用方进行直播活动,该方法包括:在直播平台的第一直播间利用第一虚拟主播进行直播;在第一直播间的直播过程中,使虚拟互动对象在第一直播间出现预设时间长度,预设时间长度小于第一直播间的直播时间的长度;其中,第一虚拟主播执行第一直播间的使用方设置的直播任务,虚拟互动对象执行直播平台的管理方设置的互动任务。
根据本申请实施例的第二方面,提供了一种虚拟对象互动装置,适用于一直播平台,直播平台提供一个或多个直播间,供使用方进行直播活动,该装置包括:直播模块,用于在直播平台的第一直播间利用第一虚拟主播进行直播;互动模块,用于在第一直播间的直播过程中,使虚拟互动对象在第一直播间出现预设时间长度,预设时间长度小于第一直播间的直播时间的长度;其中,第一虚拟主播执行第一直播间的使用方设置的直播任务,虚拟互动对象执行直播平台的管理方设置的互动任务。

下面结合本申请实施例附图进一步说明本申请实施例具体实现。
实施例一
本申请实施例一提供一种虚拟对象互动方法,应用于电子设备,为了便于理解,对本申请实施例一所提供的虚拟对象互动方法的应用场景进行说明,参照图1所示,图1为本申请实施例一提供的一种虚拟对象互动方法的场景示意图。
图1所示的电子设备可以适用于一直播平台,直播平台提供一个或多个直播间,供使用方进行直播活动,图1示出了3个直播平台,只是示意,并不代表本申请局限 于此。每个直播平台可以有主播进行直播,完成直播间的使用方设置的直播任务,主播可以是虚拟主播或者真人主播,例如,第一直播间利用第一虚拟主播进行直播。在直播过程中,虚拟互动对象可以在直播间出现预设时间长度,虚拟互动对象可以出现在直播平台的任意一个直播间,执行直播平台的管理方设置的任务,与观看直播的用户进行互动。
需要说明的是,电子设备101可以是智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、车载终端等终端设备,电子设备101也可以是服务器等网络设备,当然,此处只是示例性说明,并不代表本申请局限于此。
电子设备101可以接入网络,通过网络与云端连接,并进行数据交互,或者,电子设备101可以是云端的设备。本申请中,网络包括局域网(英文:Local Area Network,LAN)、广域网(英文:Wide Area Network,WAN)、移动通信网络;如万维网(英文:World Wide Web,WWW)、长期演进(英文:Long Term Evolution,LTE)网络、2G网络(英文:2th Generation Mobile Network)、3G网络(英文:3th Generation Mobile Network),5G网络(英文:5th Generation Mobile Network)等。云端可以包括通过网络连接的各种设备,例如,服务器、中继设备、端到端(英文:Device-to-Device,D2D)设备等。当然,此处只是示例性说明,并不代表本申请局限于此。
结合图1所示的场景,详细说明本申请实施例一提供的虚拟对象互动方法,需要说明的是,图1只是本申请实施例一提供的虚拟对象互动方法的一种应用场景,并不代表该虚拟对象互动方法必须应用于图1所示的场景,具体可以应用于电子设备,该虚拟对象互动方法适用于一直播平台,直播平台提供一个或多个直播间,供使用方进行直播活动,参照图2所示,图2为本申请实施例一提供的一种虚拟对象互动方法的流程图,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤201、在直播平台的第一直播间利用第一虚拟主播进行直播。
需要说明的是,在本申请中,直播平台可以是任意一个提供直播功能的网络平台,即提供多个直播间供用户进行直播活动的任意一个网络平台。第一直播间可以是直播平台上的任意一个直播间,本申请只是以第一直播间为例进行说明。可以在直播平台建立第一直播间,以便利用第一虚拟主播进行直播。
还需要说明的是,如果电子设备是终端设备,则步骤201可以是终端设备显示第一直播间的直播界面,接收第一虚拟主播的直播视频,并在第一直播间的直播界面显示第一虚拟主播的直播视频;如果电子设备是直播平台的服务器,则步骤201可以是服务器建立第一直播间,并向第一直播间对应的终端设备发送第一主播的直播视频,与第一直播间对应的终端设备指的是观看第一直播间的直播的用户所使用的终端设备。
步骤202、在第一直播间的直播过程中,使虚拟互动对象在第一直播间出现预设时间长度。
其中,预设时间长度小于第一直播间的直播时间的长度。第一虚拟主播执行第一直播间的使用方设置的直播任务,虚拟互动对象执行直播平台的管理方设置的互动任务。虚拟互动对象执行的互动任务与第一虚拟主播执行的直播任务互相独立,互不干扰,在第一虚拟主播执行直播任务时,另虚拟互动对象执行互动任务,可以增加第一直播间中用户的互动,提高直播效果。
此处,列举两个具体的应用场景对虚拟互动对象的互动任务进行说明。
可选地,在第一种应用场景中,可以获取互动信息,虚拟互动对象可以基于互动信息执行直播平台设置的互动任务,获取互动信息可以是电子设备生成互动信息,或者接收其他设备发送的互动信息,或者基于用户的输入生成互动信息,示例性地,该方法还包括:生成基于虚拟互动对象的互动信息,互动信息与虚拟互动对象需执行的互动任务相关。示例性地,该互动信息可以指示虚拟互动对象需执行的互动任务。如果电子设备是终端设备,则获取互动信息可以是接收服务器发送的互动信息,如果电子设备是直播平台的服务器,则获取互动信息可以是获取预先设定的互动信息,服务器还可以将互动信息发送至终端设备。
在第一种应用场景中,列举两个具体实例对互动信息进行详细说明。
可选地,在第一个示例中,互动信息可以是基于用户的互动输入生成的,例如,生成基于虚拟互动对象的互动信息,包括:展示与虚拟互动对象相关的互动提示,互动提示用于提示用户进行互动输入;接收用户对虚拟互动对象的互动输入,根据互动输入生成互动信息。可选地,用户的互动输入可以指示虚拟互动对象的互动行为,例如,根据互动输入生成互动信息,包括:根据互动输入确定虚拟互动对象对应的互动行为,并基于互动行为生成互动信息,互动行为包括虚拟互动对象与用户进行互动的动作和姿态。示例性地,互动行为可以包括跑步、打哈欠、招手等各种动作和姿态。
由用户指示互动行为,使得虚拟互动对象与用户之间的互动更加灵活,满足不同用户的需求。如图3所示,电子设备如果是终端设备,用户可以在终端设备的触摸屏上通过触控操作进行互动输入,也可以通过语音控制、手势控制等进行互动输入,不同的互动输入可以对应不同的互动行为,终端设备接收到用户的互动输入,根据互动输入确定虚拟互动对象的互动行为,生成互动信息,并且根据互动信息展示虚拟互动对象的互动行为。电子设备如果是服务器,则可以接收终端设备发送的互动输入,根据互动输入生成互动信息后,将互动信息发送至终端设备。
可选地,在第二个示例中,互动信息可以基于直播目标的关键信息生成,例如,生成基于虚拟互动对象的互动信息,包括:根据第一虚拟主播的直播内容,获取直播内容包含的直播目标的关键信息,基于关键信息生成互动信息。示例性地,直播目标可以是直播内容所涉及的任一目标,例如,直播目标可以是目标商品、目标人物、目标视频等。以直播目标是目标商品为例,关键信息可以包含目标商品的优惠信息,根据第一虚拟主播的直播内容,获取直播内容包含的目标商品的优惠信息,基于优惠信息生成互动信息。示例性地,优惠信息可以包括优惠券、红包等。优惠信息可以通过虚拟互动对象进行图像展示,比如,如图4所示,显示虚拟互动对象发放优惠券的图像,当接收到用户抢优惠券的输入时,显示优惠券的信息,即互动信息;或者,也可以通过虚拟互动对象进行语音播放,告知用户如何享受商品优惠。当然,此处只是示例性说明。
进一步可选地,根据第一虚拟主播的直播内容,获取直播内容包含的直播目标的关键信息,包括:获取第一虚拟主播的直播内容的文本信息;对文本信息进行语义识别,根据语义识别的结果确定直播内容包含的直播目标,并获取直播目标的关键信息。根据第一虚拟主播的直播内容的文本信息确定直播目标,可以使得观看第一虚拟主播 的直播的用户了解到与当前的直播内容相关的直播目标的关键信息,增强了直播效果,也提高了用户体验。
可选地,在第二种应用场景中,互动任务可以包括基于引导信息执行直播平台设置的互动任务。示例性地,该方法还包括:在虚拟互动对象出现在直播平台的第一直播间时,提供对应于第二直播间的引导信息,引导信息用于引导用户跟随虚拟互动对象进入第二直播间,第二直播间利用第二虚拟主播进行直播,在第一直播间的直播界面显示引导信息。其中,引导信息可以是基于虚拟互动对象显示的图像或文字,也可以是基于虚拟互动对象播放的语音,引导用户进入其他直播间,可以拓展用户观看的直播,帮助用户了解更多直播视频。
基于第二种应用场景,在一种可选的示例中,该方法还包括:使虚拟互动对象出现在第二直播间;虚拟互动对象出现在第二直播间与出现在第一直播间的方式相同或者不同,虚拟互动对象出现在第二直播间与出现在第一直播间的时间相同或者不同。虚拟互动对象在不同直播间出现的时间以及方式,都可以对应不同的直播间进行设置,更加灵活,也提高了用户在不同直播间进行切换时的观看体验。
基于第二种应用场景,在另一种可选的示例中,该方法还包括:接收用户跟随虚拟互动对象的输入,使得用户的观看画面从第一直播间进入第二直播间。用户通过跟随虚拟互动对象的输入操作,就可以切换直播间,操作便捷。示例性地,用户可以通过触控操作点击虚拟互动对象实现跟随虚拟互动对象,还可以通过触控操作点击预先设置的跟随按钮进行跟随。如图5所示,电子设备如果是终端设备,则终端设备可以基于虚拟互动对象显示引导信息,在显示引导信息的过程中,如果用户点击虚拟互动对象或者引导信息,就可以切换到第二直播间。
还需要说明的是,可以预先设定虚拟互动对象的出现时机和出现、离开的效果,提高用户的互动体验。此处,列举两个具体示例进行说明。
可选地,在第一种示例中,对出现时机进行说明,该方法还包括:获取虚拟互动对象出现在第一直播间的出现时间点,出现时间点随机设置;在当前时间到达出现时间点时,使虚拟互动对象出现在第一直播间。需要说明的是,虚拟互动对象在每个直播间的出现时间点都可以随机设置,虚拟互动对象可以同时在多个直播间出现,也可以只在一个直播间出现,本申请对此不作限制。
可选地,在第二种示例中,对出现、离开的效果进行说明,该方法还包括:当虚拟互动对象出现在第一直播间时,在第一直播间的显示界面展示虚拟互动对象出现在第一直播间的视觉效果和/或声音效果;当虚拟互动对象离开第一直播间时,在第一直播间的显示界面展示虚拟互动对象离开第一直播间的视觉效果和/或声音效果。示例性地,进入的视觉效果可以包括虚拟互动对象从第一直播间的门、窗户进入,又如,虚拟互动对象从远到近进入,又如,虚拟互动对象从第一直播间的直播界面的侧边进入,又如虚拟互动对象从传送门进入等。离开的视觉效果可以和进入的视觉效果相对应,也可以和进入的视觉效果不对应,示例性地,进入的视觉效果可以包括虚拟互动对象从第一直播间的门、窗户离开,又如,虚拟互动对象从近到远离开,又如,虚拟互动对象从第一直播间的直播界面的侧边离开,又如虚拟互动对象在烟雾特效中消失等。声音效果可以包括各种音效,例如,猫叫、铃声、音乐等,此处不一一列举。如图6 所示,图6示出了虚拟互动对象进入第一直播间时,通过环形地传送门进入,离开时,在烟雾特效中消失。
结合上述图1-图6对应的说明,此处,以电子设备分别是终端设备为例,对上述虚拟对象互动方法进行说明。
在一种具体示例中,以电子设备是服务器为例,服务器可以将第一虚拟主播的直播视频发送至终端设备,以便终端设备显示;终端设备接收服务器发送的第一虚拟主播的直播视频后,显示直播平台的第一直播间的直播界面,并播放第一虚拟主播的直播视频,终端设备根据随机设置的出现时间点,在当前时间到达出现时间点时,在第一直播间的直播界面显示虚拟互动对象,具体可以显示虚拟互动对象的出现视觉效果;终端设备可以获取互动信息,并基于虚拟互动对象展示互动信息;虚拟互动对象在第一直播间出现的时间达到预设时间长度后,终端设备显示虚拟互动对象的离开视觉效果。此处只是示例性说明,详细解释参考上述实施例,此处不再赘述。

本申请实施例提供的电子设备,在直播平台的第一直播间利用第一虚拟主播进行直播;在第一直播间的直播过程中,使虚拟互动对象在第一直播间出现预设时间长度,预设时间长度小于第一直播间的直播时间的长度;其中,第一虚拟主播执行第一直播间的使用方设置的直播任务,虚拟互动对象执行直播平台的管理方设置的互动任务。因为虚拟互动对象执行直播平台的管理方设置的互动任务,与虚拟主播执行的直播任务互不干涉,在不影响直播任务的前提下,增加了直播间的互动,提高了直播效果。
实施例四
基于上述实施例一所描述的方法,本申请实施例四提供一种计算机存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如实施例一所描述的方法。
实施例五
基于上述实施例一所描述的方法,本申请实施例四提供一种计算机程序产品,该计算机程序产品被处理器执行时实现如实施例一所描述的方法。
需要指出,根据实施的需要,可将本申请实施例中描述的各个部件/步骤拆分为更多部件/步骤,也可将两个或多个部件/步骤或者部件/步骤的部分操作组合成新的部件/步骤,以实现本申请实施例的目的。
上述根据本申请实施例的方法可在硬件、固件中实现,或者被实现为可存储在记录介质(诸如CD ROM、RAM、软盘、硬盘或磁光盘)中的软件或计算机代码,或者被实现通过网络下载的原始存储在远程记录介质或非暂时机器可读介质中并将被存储在本地记录介质中的计算机代码,从而在此描述的方法可被存储在使用通用计算机、专用处理器或者可编程或专用硬件(诸如ASIC或FPGA)的记录介质上的这样的软件处理。可以理解,计算机、处理器、微处理器控制器或可编程硬件包括可存储或接收软件或计算机代码的存储组件(例如,RAM、ROM、闪存等),当软件或计算机代码被计算机、处理器或硬件访问且执行时,实现在此描述的导航方法。此外,当通用计算机 访问用于实现在此示出的导航方法的代码时,代码的执行将通用计算机转换为用于执行在此示出的导航方法的专用计算机。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及方法步骤,能够以电子硬件、或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来实现。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本申请实施例的范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种虚拟对象互动方法,适用于一直播平台,所述直播平台提供一个或多个直播间,供使用方进行直播活动,所述方法包括:
    在所述直播平台的第一直播间利用第一虚拟主播进行直播;
    在所述第一直播间的直播过程中,使虚拟互动对象在第一直播间出现预设时间长度,所述预设时间长度小于所述第一直播间的直播时间的长度;
    其中,所述第一虚拟主播执行所述第一直播间的使用方设置的直播任务,所述虚拟互动对象执行所述直播平台的管理方设置的互动任务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    生成基于所述虚拟互动对象的互动信息,所述互动信息与所述虚拟互动对象需执行的互动任务相关。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述生成基于所述虚拟互动对象的互动信息,包括:
    展示与所述虚拟互动对象相关的互动提示,所述互动提示用于提示用户进行互动输入;
    接收用户对所述虚拟互动对象的互动输入,根据所述互动输入生成所述互动信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述互动输入生成所述互动信息,包括:
    根据所述互动输入确定所述虚拟互动对象对应的互动行为,并基于所述互动行为生成所述互动信息,所述互动行为包括所述虚拟互动对象与用户进行互动的动作和姿态。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述生成基于所述虚拟互动对象的互动信息,包括:
    根据所述第一虚拟主播的直播内容,获取所述直播内容包含的直播目标的关键信息,基于所述关键信息生成所述互动信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,根据所述第一虚拟主播的直播内容,获取所述直播内容包含的直播目标的关键信息,包括:
    获取所述第一虚拟主播的直播内容的文本信息;
    对所述文本信息进行语义识别,根据语义识别的结果确定所述直播内容包含的直播目标,并获取所述直播目标的关键信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在所述虚拟互动对象出现在所述直播平台的第一直播间时,提供对应于第二直播间的引导信息,所述引导信息用于引导用户跟随所述虚拟互动对象进入所述第二直播间,所述第二直播间利用第二虚拟主播进行直播;
    在所述第一直播间的直播界面显示所述引导信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    使所述虚拟互动对象出现在所述第二直播间;
    所述虚拟互动对象出现在所述第二直播间与出现在所述第一直播间的方式相同或者不同,所述虚拟互动对象出现在所述第二直播间与出现在所述第一直播间的时间相 同或者不同。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户跟随所述虚拟互动对象的输入,使得用户的观看画面从所述第一直播间进入所述第二直播间。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述虚拟互动对象出现在所述第一直播间的出现时间点,所述出现时间点随机设置;
    在当前时间到达所述出现时间点时,使所述虚拟互动对象出现在所述第一直播间。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    当所述虚拟互动对象出现在所述第一直播间时,在所述第一直播间的显示界面展示所述虚拟互动对象出现在所述第一直播间的视觉效果和/或声音效果;
    当所述虚拟互动对象离开所述第一直播间时,在所述第一直播间的显示界面展示所述虚拟互动对象离开所述第一直播间的视觉效果和/或声音效果。
  12. 一种虚拟对象互动装置,适用于一直播平台,所述直播平台提供一个或多个直播间,供使用方进行直播活动,包括:
    直播模块,用于在所述直播平台建立第一直播间以利用第一虚拟主播进行直播;
    互动模块,用于在所述第一直播间的直播过程中,使虚拟互动对象在第一直播间出现预设时间长度,所述预设时间长度小于所述第一直播间的直播时间的长度;
    其中,所述第一虚拟主播执行所述第一直播间的使用方设置的直播任务,所述虚拟互动对象执行所述直播平台的管理方设置的互动任务。
  13. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时,实现如权利要求1-11中任一所述的虚拟对象互动方法。
  14. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品被处理器执行时,实现如权利要求1-11中任一所述的虚拟对象互动方法。
