技术领域
本申请涉及衣物处理技术领域,具体是涉及一种衣物处理装置。
背景技术
现有的衣物处理装置,当衣物处理装置的内筒为无孔内筒时,通常需要人工直接将洗涤剂投放至衣物处理腔内,容易出现洗涤剂溶解不充分的现象;当衣物处理装置的内筒为有孔内筒时,外部水源的水会首先进入至洗涤剂盒中溶解洗涤剂,随后水和洗涤剂再一起进入外桶,进入外桶内的水和洗涤剂通过内筒筒身上的孔进入内筒以打湿和清洗衣物。
但是,上述有孔内筒的进水方式容易导致部分洗涤剂滞留在内筒和外桶之间,从而导致洗涤剂的有效利用率下降,在造成洗涤剂浪费的同时,还降低衣物处理的质量。且经过外桶再进入到内筒的洗涤剂会掺杂外桶中的脏污、细菌等,导致脏污、细菌附着在衣物上,危害人体皮肤健康。
发明内容
为此,本申请提出一种衣物处理装置,所述衣物处理装置在确保洗涤剂能够充分溶解的同时还可提高洗涤剂的利用率,以提高衣物处理的质量。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置,包括:外桶;内筒,所述内筒可旋转地设于所述外桶内且所述内筒限定出衣物处理腔,所述内筒具有与所述衣物处理腔连通的进水腔;喷水件,所述喷水件设于所述外桶且具有与所述进水腔的进口连通的喷水通道;洗涤剂投放组件,所述洗涤剂投放组件具有洗涤剂投放腔、第一进水口和投放口,所述第一进水口与所述洗涤剂投放腔连通,所述投放口与所述喷水通道连通。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置,通过将洗涤剂投放组件的投放口设置成与喷水通道连通,这样从投放口输出的洗涤剂即可流至喷水通道内,随后再通过喷水通道以及进口进入进水腔内,因进水腔与内筒的衣物处理腔连通,从而达到朝向衣物处理腔输入洗涤剂的目的,并保证洗涤剂能够精准地进入衣物处理腔中,在提高洗涤剂输送效率的同时还可避免部分洗涤剂滞留在外桶与内筒之间,从而提高洗涤剂利用率并提高衣物处理的质量,且上述洗涤剂的输送方式还不会将外桶中的脏污和细菌带入至衣物处理腔中,保证了衣物处理腔的洁净度,提升用户体验。
可选地,所述洗涤剂投放腔的壁面除去所述第一进水口和所述投放口的位置形成封闭面。
可选地,所述洗涤剂投放组件包括:洗涤剂放置盒,所述洗涤剂放置盒具有洗涤剂容纳腔;洗涤剂溶解盒,所述洗涤剂溶解盒设于所述洗涤剂放置盒,所述洗涤剂溶解盒限定出所述洗涤剂投放腔;投放泵,所述投放泵用于将所述洗涤剂容纳腔内的洗涤剂输送至所述洗涤剂投放腔内。
可选地,所述洗涤剂放置盒设于所述外桶的上方,所述洗涤剂溶解盒和所述投放泵均位于所述洗涤剂放置盒的后方且所述洗涤剂溶解盒设在所述投放泵的上方,其中,所述洗涤剂放置盒的后壁设有出液口,所述洗涤剂溶解盒的底壁设有进液口,所述投放泵用于将从所述出液口流出的洗涤剂输送至所述进液口。
可选地,所述洗涤剂投放腔内形成相互平行的第一导流通道和第二导流通道,所述第一导流通道的一端连通所述第二导流通道的一端,所述第一导流通道的另一端形成所述第一进水口,所述第二导流通道的另一端形成所述投放口,所述第二导流通道的底壁形成有与所述投放泵的出口连通的进液口。
可选地,所述投放口通过投放管与所述喷水通道连通。
可选地,所述喷水件设于所述外桶的底壁内侧,所述外桶的底壁外侧具有限位槽,所述投放管的至少一部分设于所述限位槽内。
可选地,所述衣物处理装置还包括进水阀,所述进水阀适于通过外部水源连接,所述进水阀与所述第一进水口通过进水管连接。
可选地,所述喷水件设于所述外桶的底壁,所述喷水件与所述外桶之间或者所述喷水件自身限定出过水通道,所述过水通道连通所述喷水通道和所述投放口。
可选地,所述喷水通道的延伸方向与水平方向之间的夹角为锐角。
可选地,所述进水腔沿所述内筒的旋转轴线的周向延伸,所述进水腔的进口形成圆环形且所述圆环形的圆心位于所述内筒的旋转轴线上。
可选地,所述进水腔形成圆环形腔,所述进水腔的进口靠近所述进水腔的内圈壁设置,在垂直于所述内筒的旋转轴线的平面内,所述喷水通道在所述平面的投影与所述进水腔的内圈壁在所述平面的投影相切。
可选地,所述内筒包括:筒本体,所述筒本体限定出所述衣物处理腔;支架,所述筒本体安装于所述支架,所述筒本体通过所述支架可旋转地设于所述外桶,所述进水腔形成在所述支架上。
可选地,所述内筒具有第一出水口,所述进水腔的出口与所述第一出水口连通。
可选地,所述衣物处理装置还包括多个提升筋,多个所述提升筋设于所述内筒的侧壁内侧且沿所述内筒的周向间隔布置。
可选地,所述提升筋的内部中空,所述提升筋与所述内筒之间或者所述提升筋自身限定出与所述提升筋的中空部连通的第二出水口,所述进水腔的多个出口与多个所述提升筋的中空部一一对应地连通。
可选地,所述提升筋具有接口端,所述接口端限定出与所述提升筋的中空部连通的过水口,所述内筒具有沿所述进水腔的出口的周向延伸的配合槽,所述接口端插接于所述配合槽。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考说明书附图描述本申请实施例的衣物处理装置1000。
如图1-图10所示,根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置1000包括:外桶100、内筒200、喷水件300和洗涤剂投放组件800。
内筒200可旋转地设于外桶100内,并且内筒200限定出衣物处理腔211,内筒200具有进水腔220,进水腔220与衣物处理腔211连通。
喷水件300设于外桶100,并且喷水件300具有喷水通道321(喷水通道321的具体结构可参见图7和图11),喷水通道321与进水腔220的进口221连通,便于通过进口221朝向进水腔220内输送水、洗涤剂等。
洗涤剂投放组件800具有洗涤剂投放腔811、第一进水口820和投放口830,第一进水口820与洗涤剂投放腔811连通,投放口830与喷水通道321连通。
需要清洗衣物时,可将待处理的衣物放置在衣物处理腔211内,随着内筒200的旋转,内筒200可以带动衣物处理腔211内的衣物一起旋转,从而提升衣物的高度,高度不断增加的衣物会在重力作用下回落,从而实现对衣物的上下摔打以及实现对衣物的翻转,达到对衣物进行处理的目的。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置1000,通过设置与衣物处理腔211连通的进水腔220,这样进入至进水腔220内的水和洗涤剂即可进入衣物处理腔211内,例如,当喷水件300将水喷射至进水腔220内时,进入进水腔220内的水可直接通过进水腔220流至衣物处理腔211内,以达到朝向衣物处理腔211进水的目的,从而打湿衣物处理腔211内的衣物,便于后续对衣物进行清洗。
将喷水件300的喷水通道321设置成与进水腔220的进口221连通,也可以理解为, 喷水件300的喷水通道321用于向进水腔220的进口221输送水和/或洗涤剂,以达到将水和/或洗涤剂输送至进水腔220的目的,因进水腔220和衣物处理腔211连通,从而实现将水、洗涤剂等输送至衣物处理腔211内,便于处理衣物处理腔211内的衣物。
需要说明的是,通过将喷水件300设于外桶100,外桶100可起到支撑喷水件300的作用,以提高喷水件300的位置稳定性,确保喷水件300的喷水通道321能够稳定地与进水腔220的进口221连通。
通过设置洗涤剂投放组件800,当洗涤剂投放腔811内存储有洗涤剂时,外部水源的清水通过第一进水口820进入至洗涤剂投放腔811内以溶解洗涤剂投放腔811内的洗涤剂,溶解完成后的洗涤剂跟随水流一起从投放口830排出。其中,图7示出了外部水源的清水通过第一进水口820进入至洗涤剂投放腔811内的流动路径,图7中所标注的箭头即可清水的流动方向。
因投放口830与喷水通道321连通,因此,从投放口830排出的水、洗涤剂等即可通过喷水通道321直接输送至进水腔220的进口221,并通过进水腔220的进口221流入进水腔220内,因进水腔220与衣物处理腔211连通,以此达到朝向衣物处理腔211输送洗涤剂的目的,输送至衣物处理腔211内的洗涤剂参与洗涤,以提高衣物清洗后的洁净度。
由此可知,本申请的衣物处理装置1000,在洗涤衣物时,洗涤剂直接通过喷水通道321输送至衣物处理腔211内,避免洗涤剂先流经外桶100再流入衣物处理腔211中,一方面解决了部分洗涤剂会滞留在内筒200和外桶100之间,洗涤剂利用率较低的技术问题,以有效提高洗涤剂的利用率,避免洗涤剂发生浪费,在节约洗涤剂使用成本的同时,还提高了衣物处理的质量;另一方面还避免了进入到衣物处理腔211的洗涤剂会掺杂外桶100中的脏污和细菌,从而确保进入衣物处理腔211的洗涤剂无脏污无细菌,保证了衣物处理腔211的洁净度,从而使得衣物上不再残留细菌,保证人体的健康,提升用户体验。
需要说明的是,为了方便描述,上文将放置在涤剂投放腔811内的清洗介质定义为洗涤剂,在一些示例中,清洗介质包括但不限于洗涤剂、漂白剂、柔顺剂或消毒剂。
本领域的技术人员不难理解,当清水进入洗涤剂投放腔811溶解洗涤剂并从投放口830排出时,会将带动洗涤剂一起排出,使得洗涤剂能够参与洗涤,因此,下文中所描述的水即可理解为是带有洗涤剂的水。
可以理解的是,相比于现有技术,本申请的衣物处理装置1000,通过将洗涤剂投放组件800的投放口830与喷水通道321连通且喷水通道321连通进水腔220的进口221,这样从投放口830排出的洗涤剂即可直接输送至进水腔220内,无需经过外桶100和内筒200之间再流入衣物处理腔211中,在提高洗涤剂利用率的同时还可保证进入衣物处理腔211的洗涤剂无脏污无细菌,提高衣物处理质量。
可选地,洗涤剂投放组件800位于外桶100的上方,具体地,洗涤剂投放组件800可以安装在外桶100上,也可以安装在衣物处理装置1000的箱体上。以提高洗涤剂投 放组件800的位置稳定性,且因喷水件300设于外桶100,因此,将洗涤剂投放组件800设置在外桶100的上方还可保证洗涤剂投放组件800靠近喷水件300设置,便于实现投放口830与喷水通道321的连通。
在本申请的一些实施例中,洗涤剂投放腔811的壁面除去第一进水口820和投放口830的位置形成封闭面。
也就是说,洗涤剂投放腔811的壁面除去第一进水口820和投放口830的位置均为密封面,从而使得洗涤剂投放腔811形成相对密封的腔室,避免发生漏气和漏水问题,保证从第一进水口820进入的水与洗涤剂投放腔811内的洗涤剂混合后从投放口830排出,并投放至内筒200内,有效地提高了洗涤剂的利用率,提高衣物清洗质量。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图2所示,洗涤剂投放组件800包括洗涤剂放置盒850、洗涤剂溶解盒810和投放泵840,洗涤剂放置盒850具有洗涤剂容纳腔,洗涤剂容纳腔内用于存储洗涤剂。
在一些示例中,洗涤剂放置盒850内不限于只设置一个洗涤剂容纳腔,洗涤剂放置盒850内部可以包括多个彼此独立设置的洗涤剂容纳腔,每个洗涤剂容纳腔用于存储一种洗涤剂。例如;洗涤剂放置盒850包括三个洗涤剂容纳腔,其中一个洗涤剂容纳腔内用于存储洗衣液,另外两个洗涤剂容纳腔分别用于存储柔顺剂和消毒剂。
可选地,如图1所示,洗涤剂溶解盒810设于洗涤剂放置盒850。因洗涤剂放置盒850内设有存储洗涤剂的洗涤剂容纳腔,如此设置,便于将洗涤剂输送至洗涤剂溶解盒810内。
可选地,如图1所示,洗涤剂溶解盒810连接在洗涤剂放置盒850上,确保洗涤剂溶解盒810相对于洗涤剂放置盒850位置稳定,从而实现从洗涤剂放置盒850朝向洗涤剂溶解盒810输送洗涤剂。这里所说的连接可以是可拆卸连接,如螺栓连接、卡接等,也可以不可拆卸连接,如焊接、粘接等,具体连接方式不做限制,只要保证洗涤剂溶解盒810相对于洗涤剂放置盒850位置稳定,洗涤剂放置盒850内的洗涤剂能够输送至洗涤剂溶解盒810内即可。
可选地,如图1和图2所示,洗涤剂溶解盒810限定出洗涤剂投放腔811,投放泵840用于将洗涤剂容纳腔内的洗涤剂输送至洗涤剂投放腔811内。这样从第一进水口820进入至洗涤剂投放腔811内的水即可在洗涤剂投放腔811内溶解洗涤剂,便于后续朝向衣物处理腔211内输送。
在具体的示例中,当投放泵840启动后,可通过投放泵840的抽吸使选定的洗涤剂从对应的洗涤剂容纳腔内泵送至洗涤剂投放腔811内,随后,外部水源通过第一进水口820进入洗涤剂投放腔811内,并溶解洗涤剂投放腔811内的洗涤剂,溶解完成后的洗涤剂通过投放口830朝向喷水通道321流动。
可选地,如图1所示,洗涤剂放置盒850设于外桶100的上方。便于用户抽拉洗涤剂放置盒850,以朝向洗涤剂放置盒850内投放洗涤剂。
可选地,如图1所示,洗涤剂溶解盒810和投放泵840均位于洗涤剂放置盒850的 后方,且洗涤剂溶解盒810设在投放泵840的上方。因用户在投放洗涤剂的过程中,朝向外桶100的前方拉取洗涤剂放置盒850,因此将洗涤剂溶解盒810和投放泵840都设置在洗涤剂放置盒850的后方,确保洗涤剂溶解盒810和投放泵840不会妨碍洗涤剂放置盒850的抽取,从而使得洗涤剂放置盒850抽取顺畅,且设置在洗涤剂放置盒850后方的洗涤剂溶解盒810以及投放泵840可使得洗涤剂溶解盒810、投放泵840均靠近喷水件300设置,便于排布水路,减小水路长度。
可选地,洗涤剂放置盒850的后壁设有出液口(图中未示出),如图2所示,洗涤剂溶解盒810的底壁设有进液口812,投放泵840用于将从出液口流出的洗涤剂输送至进液口812。以达到将洗涤剂放置盒850内的洗涤剂输送至洗涤剂投放腔811内的目的。
可选地,如图2所示,洗涤剂投放腔811内形成相互平行的第一导流通道8111和第二导流通道8112,第一导流通道8111的一端连通第二导流通道8112的一端,第一导流通道8111的另一端形成第一进水口820,第二导流通道8112的另一端形成投放口830。第一导流通道8111和第二导流通道8112配合用于限定水的流动方向,这样从第一进水口820进入至洗涤剂投放腔811内的水即可沿着第一导流通道8111的延伸方向进行流动并流动至第二导流通道8112内,因第二导流通道8112的一端具有投放口830,从而使得第二导流通道8112的水可通过投放口830朝向喷水通道321流动,达到朝向喷水通道321输送水的目的。
可选地,如图2所示,第二导流通道8112的底壁形成有与投放泵840的泵送出口连通的进液口812。通过投放泵840和进液口812配合以将洗涤剂放置盒850内的洗涤剂输送至第二导流通道8112内,因第二导流通道8112的一端形成投放口830,这样在水流的作用下即可确保进入洗涤剂投放腔811内的洗涤剂更够朝向喷水通道321流动,避免洗涤剂滞留在洗涤剂投放腔811内,提高洗涤剂的利用率。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图2-图4所示,投放口830通过投放管700与喷水通道321连通。投放管700对从投放口830朝向喷水通道321流动的水起导向作用,确保从投放口830排出的水能够准确无误地流动至喷水通道321内,随后在通过喷水通道321朝向衣物处理腔211内输送。
可选地,投放管700的一端连接投放口830,投放管700的另一端连接喷水通道321,以实现投放口830与喷水通道321连通,且投放管700的两端均设置有密封件,密封件用于保证投放管700与投放口830以及投放管700与喷水通道321的密封性能,确保水在输送的过程中不会出现朝向投放管700或朝向喷水通道321的外部外溢的现象,从而提高洗涤剂的利用率,以节约洗涤剂的使用成本并提高衣物清洗质量。
可选地,如图4所示,喷水件300设于外桶100的底壁内侧。通过上述设置可避免喷水件300占用外桶100外部的空间,在提高衣物处理装置1000美观度的同时,外桶100的底壁可起到保护喷水件300的作用,延长喷水件300的使用寿命。
需要说明的是,这里所说的外桶100的底壁是指与衣物取放口相对设置的外桶100的壁,如此设置可保证喷水件300能够靠近洗涤剂投放腔811设置,便于将洗涤剂投放 腔811内溶解后的洗涤剂输送至喷水件300的喷水通道321内。
可选地,如图1所示,外桶100的底壁外侧具有限位槽130,投放管700的至少一部分设于限位槽130内。
这里的限位槽130可以限定投放管700的位置,提高投放管700的位置稳定性,防止投放管700在衣物处理装置1000工作时发生晃动,可以避免投放管700随衣物处理装置1000晃动而发生断裂,延长投放管700的使用寿命。此外,在安装投放管700的过程中,安装人员还可通过限位槽130快速定位投放管700的安装位置,以降低投放管700的安装难度,并提升安装效率。
可选地,如图1所示,外桶100的底壁外侧设置有加强结构140,加强结构140用于增加外桶100的结构强度,避免外桶100在长时间使用后发生变形,以延长外桶100的使用寿命。
可选地,如图3所示,加强结构140包括周向加强筋141和径向加强筋142,径向加强筋142沿外桶100的径向延伸,且径向加强筋142包括多个,多个径向加强筋142环绕外桶100的轴线间隔布置成发散状,以增加外桶100的结构强度。
在本申请的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
可选地,如图3所示,周向加强筋141环绕外桶100的轴线延伸形成环形,周向加强筋141与径向加强筋142相连,周向加强筋141和径向加强筋142配合可以进一步优化加强结构140的结构,提高外桶100桶底壁的强度。
可选地,在靠近洗涤剂投放组件800的位置处,周向加强筋141断开设置以形成限位槽130,限位槽130内用于设置投放管700,在提高投放管700结构稳定性的同时还可实现投放口830与喷水通道321的连通。
需要说明的是,通过将周向加强筋141的部分结构断开设置形成限位槽130,这样就无需在外桶100的底壁外侧单独开设凹槽以限位槽130,在保证外桶100具有足够的结构强度的同时还简化了外桶100的结构,降低外桶100的生产难度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,衣物处理装置1000还包括进水阀900,进水阀900适于通过外部水源连接,进水阀900与第一进水口820通过进水管600连接。进水阀900和进水管600配合可将外部水源提供的清水输送至洗涤剂投放腔811内,从而溶解洗涤剂投放腔811内的洗涤剂,且使得溶解完成后的洗涤剂可进入衣物处理装置1000内,以打湿衣物处理装置1000内放置的衣物,便于对衣物处理装置1000内的衣物进行清洗处理。
可选地,进水管600的一端连接进水阀900,进水管600的另一端连接第一进水口820,以实现进水阀900与第一进水口820连通,且进水管600的两端均可以设置密封件,可以保证进水管600与进水阀900以及进水管600与第一进水口820的密封性能,确保水在输送的过程中不会出现朝向进水管600或朝向第一进水口820的外部外溢的现象,从而提高水的输送效率,并可避免水资源的浪费。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4和图9所示,喷水件300设于外桶100的底壁。 使得喷水件300能够同时靠近投放管700以及进水腔220设置,以减少喷水件300的体积并确保喷水件300能够有效将投放管700处的水输送至进水腔220内。
可选地,如图4和图5所示,喷水件300与外桶100之间限定出过水通道400,过水通道400连通喷水通道321和投放口830。过水通道400用于实现喷水通道321和投放口830的连通,并对水的流动起导向作用,保证水可沿既定路线进行流动,也就是保证从投放口830处导出的水可顺利输送至喷水通道321内,随后再通过喷水通道321流入进水腔220的进口221。
可选地,如图4和图5所示,外桶100具有第二进水口110,过水通道400连通喷水通道321和第二进水口110,第二进水口110适于与投放管700连接,这里是指,投放管700的一端连接投放口830,投放管700的另一端连接第二进水口110,如此设置,从投放口830输出的水即可通过投放管700输送至第二进水口110处,进入第二进水口110的水再通过过水通道400输送至喷水通道321内,以实现喷水通道321与投放口830的连通,确保从投放口830输出的水能够顺利进入喷水通道321内。
在一些示例中,如图5所示,喷水件300包括安装部310和喷头320,安装部310与外桶100的底壁内侧之间限定出过水通道400。
具体地,可以是,安装部310和喷头320中的一个形成水槽且另一个封闭水槽的开口,从而限定出过水通道400;还可以是,安装部310和喷头320彼此相对的一侧分别设有水槽,安装部310上的水槽和喷头320上的水槽相对设置以限定出过水通道400。
采用安装部310与外桶100的底壁配合形成过水通道400,不仅可以保证水能够沿着既定方向进行流动,而且简化了喷水件300的成型工艺,有利于提升生产效率、降低生产成本。
如图5和图7所示,喷头320与安装部310连接,喷头320限定出喷水通道321。从第二进水口110进入的水沿着过水通道400的延伸方向顺利流入喷水通道321内,喷水通道321可以限定水朝向进水腔220的进口221喷射,使得水能够顺利进入进水腔220内。
可选地,喷水通道321的第一端连接过水通道400,喷水通道321的第二端靠近进水腔220的进口221设置,以将过水通道400内的水传输至进水腔220内。
具体地,针对喷水通道321的结构,可以是,喷水通道321的第一端的过流面积大于喷水通道321的第二端的过流面积,也可以是,从第一端至第二端的方向上,喷水通道321的过流面积依次递减,一方面确保喷水通道321的第一端的过流面积较大,从而保证过水通道400内的水能够顺利进入喷水通道321内,增加进水效率;另一方面,过流面积较小的喷水通道321的第二端,当水通过喷水通道321的第二端朝向进水腔220的进口221流动时,喷水通道321可起到增压的作用,从而达到喷射的效果,并增加水的喷射距离,使得喷水通道321内的水可准确无误地喷射至进水腔220内,避免水资源的浪费并提高洗涤剂的利用率。
如图7和图11所示,在一些示例中,喷水件300上具有多个固定凸耳311,喷水件 300通过穿设于固定凸耳311的紧固件固定于外桶100。
固定凸耳311和紧固件配合使得喷水件300能够安装在外桶100上,多个固定凸耳311还可增加喷水件300与外桶100的连接处的数量,进而提高喷水件300与外桶100的连接可靠性,使得喷水件300稳定地安装在外桶100上。需要说明的是,上述紧固件可以是螺栓、螺钉等连接件中的一种。
当然,在其他的一些示例中,不限于在喷水件300与外桶100之间限定出过水通道400,喷水件300自身也可限定出过水通道400,以限定水的流动方向。
在另一些示例中,如图10所示,喷水件300包括弯管和喷头320,弯管穿设于外桶100,弯管的一端限定出入水口312,喷头320与弯管的另一端连通,喷头320限定出喷水通道321。
其中,弯管包括第一管段313、第二管段314、第三管段315和喷头320,第一管段313、第二管段314和第三管段315内均限定出过水通道400,第一管段313沿外桶100的轴向延伸且穿设于外桶100的底壁。第一管段313用于确保喷水件300的两端分别位于外桶100的内外两侧,从而使得喷水件300可连通投放口830和进水腔220的进口221,以将投放口830输出的洗涤剂朝向进水腔220的进口221喷射,达到朝向内筒200输送洗涤剂的目的。
可选地,外桶100具有避让口,第一管段313通过避让口穿设于外桶100的底壁以使得喷水件300的两端可分别位于外桶100的内外两侧。
可选地,如图10所示,第二管段314设于外桶100内,第二管段314的一端与第一管段313的一端连接,第二管段314的另一端朝向进水腔220的进口221延伸,且第二管段314的另一端与喷头320连接,喷头320限定出喷水通道321。因第二管段314连接在第一管段313上且朝向进水腔220的进口221延伸,第二管段314一方面确保喷头320能够靠近进水腔220的进口221设置,从而保证喷头320中的喷水通道321能够将洗涤剂喷射至进水腔220中;另一方面,第二管段314用于限定进入第二管段314内的洗涤剂的流动方向,确保洗涤剂能够朝向喷头320流动,以便于喷头320将洗涤剂喷射至进水腔220中。
可选地,如图10所示,第三管段315设于外桶100外,第三管段315的一端限定出入水口312,且第三管段315的另一端与第一管段313的另一端连通。第三管段315用于将投放口830输出的洗涤剂引入至喷水件300内,并限定进入喷水件300内的洗涤剂的流动方向,确保洗涤剂能够朝向第一管段313流动,以便于喷头320将洗涤剂喷射至进水腔220中。
通过上述设置,使得喷水件300自身限定出过水通道400。
在本申请的描述中,限定有“第一”、“第二”、“第三”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征,用于区别描述特征,无顺序之分,无轻重之分。
可选地,第三管段315限定出入水口312的一端连接投放管700,第三管段315的另一端与第一管段313连通。投放管700通过入水口312将投放口830输出的洗涤剂引 入至第三管段315内,第三管段315再将洗涤剂引入至第一管段313内,随后再通过第一管段313、第二管段314将洗涤剂引入至喷头320的喷水通道321中,在喷水通道321将洗涤剂朝向进水腔220的进口221喷射的过程中,实现进水腔220的进口221与投放口830的连通,达到直接向内筒200输送洗涤剂的目的,此输送洗涤剂的过程不会将内筒200与外桶100之间的脏污、细菌等带入内筒200中,在确保进入内筒200的洗涤剂无脏污无细菌的同时还提高了洗涤剂的利用率,降低洗涤剂的使用成本。
可选地,如图10所示,在垂直于内筒200的旋转轴线的平面内,第二管段314和第三管段315在平面内的投影均沿外桶100的径向延伸。径向延伸的第二管段314和第三管段315一方面有利于洗涤剂的流动,提高洗涤剂的输送效率;另一方面以适应进水腔220的进口221、投放管700之间的位置,在减小喷水件300体积的同时还能确保喷水件300准确无误地将洗涤剂引入至进水腔220内。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图7和图11所示,喷水通道321的延伸方向与水平方向之间的夹角为锐角。这样可以将喷水通道321倾斜向下设置,有利于水的流动,如此设置还可增加进入至进水腔220内的水对进水腔220的覆盖面积,并确保水能够均匀地喷射至进水腔220中。
在本申请的一些实施例中,进水腔220沿内筒200的旋转轴线的周向延伸,进水腔220的进口221形成圆环形,所述圆环形的圆心位于内筒200的旋转轴线上。
因内筒200在相对于外桶100旋转的过程中会带动进水腔220同步旋转,而由于喷水件300固定连接在外桶100上,通过将进水腔220的进口221形成为圆环形,可保证进水腔220在旋转的过程中不会受到喷水件300的阻隔,也就是保证进水腔220可正常旋转,且上述设置还可确保进水腔220在旋转的过程中,喷水件300可始终通过进口221朝向进水腔220喷射水,保证衣物处理装置1000可以正常工作。
在一些具体实施例中,进水腔220形成圆环形腔,进水腔220的进口221靠近进水腔220的内圈壁设置,在垂直于内筒200的旋转轴线的平面内,喷水通道321在平面的投影与进水腔220的内圈壁在平面的投影相切。这样可以进一步确保喷水通道321顺利将水喷射至进水腔220内,在增加喷射距离的同时还可确保水能够均匀地喷射至进水腔220中。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4和图9所示,内筒200包括筒本体210和支架230,筒本体210限定出衣物处理腔211。衣物处理腔211内用于放置待清洗的衣物,以方便后续对衣物进行处理。
在一些示例中,如图4和图9所示,筒本体210安装于支架230,筒本体210通过支架230可旋转地设于外桶100。
这里的支架230起到连接筒本体210和外桶100的作用,使得筒本体210可设于外桶100内,且支架230还可起到支撑筒本体210的作用,以增加筒本体210的安装稳定性。
可选地,进水腔220形成在支架230上,成型方便,无需破坏筒本体210的结构, 并且当筒本体210相对于外桶100旋转的过程中,可以确保进水腔220跟随筒本体210同步旋转,以便于将进水腔220内的水输送至筒本体210中的衣物处理腔211内,从而打湿衣物处理腔211内的衣物,便于对衣物进行清洗,并提升衣物清洗的清洁度。
根据本申请的一些实施例,衣物处理装置1000还包括转轴240,转轴240的一端与内筒200连接且另一端与外桶100可旋转地配合。具体地,转轴240的一端可以与支架230连接,支架230通过转轴240可旋转地设于外桶100,从而确保安装在支架230上的筒本体210可相对于外桶100旋转。
在一些实施例中,衣物处理装置1000还包括驱动件(图中未示出),驱动件用于驱动转轴240相对于外桶100转动,从而带动支架230相对于外桶100转动,以实现将筒本体210可旋转地设于外桶100内。
可选地,支架230设置在筒本体210上,且连接在支架230上的转轴240的中线轴线与筒本体210的旋转轴线重合,保证转轴240在通过支架230带动筒本体210转动的过程中,筒本体210不会出现卡死或转不动的现象,以此保证筒本体210能够顺畅的转动。
在一些实施例中,外桶100的底壁设有轴承座,轴承座上设有沿外桶100的轴向间隔开布置的第一轴承和第二轴承,转轴240依次穿过第一轴承和第二轴承,第一轴承和第二轴承配合可使得转轴240能够稳定地相对于外桶100转动,从而带动筒本体210相对于外桶100转动。
可选地,支架230包括位于中部的连接环和多个连接架,连接环套设在转轴240上,多个连接架与连接环连接且沿连接环的周向间隔设置,每个连接架均沿连接环的径向向外延伸,支架230通过多个连接架连接在筒本体210上,以增加支架230与筒本体210的接触面积,不仅能够提升支架230与筒本体210的连接稳定性,还利于保证筒本体210的受力平衡,防止筒本体210局部受力过大造成筒本体210的损坏,延长筒本体210的使用寿命。
在本申请的一些实施例中,内筒200具有第一出水口,进水腔220的出口222与第一出水口连通。进水腔220的出口222用于将进水腔220内的水排出,因此,通过出口222与第一出水口配合,确保进水腔220内的水可顺利进入内筒200中,从而打湿内筒200内的衣物,方便后续对内筒200内的衣物进行处理。
可选地,进水腔220的出口222与第一出水口之间固定密封连接,避免水从出口222与第一出水口的连接处流失,既提高了进水效率,还可提高水的利用率,进而提升衣物的打湿效率。
在一些示例中,出口222与第一出水口之间设有连接管,连接管的一端与出口222密封连接,连接管的另一端与第一出水口密封连接,连接管用于输送水并限定水的流动方向,从而保证从进水腔220的出口222流出的水可通过第一出水口顺利进入内筒200中。
在具体的示例中,上述所说的密封连接可通过设置密封件来实现,也就是在连接管 与出口222的连接处以及连接管与第一出水口的连接处均设置密封件,密封件可以在避免漏水同时,还能提高连接管分别与出口222、第一出水口的连接强度,确保出口222的水可通过连接管顺利进入第一出水口内。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4和图9所示,衣物处理装置1000还包括多个提升筋500,多个提升筋500设于内筒200的侧壁内侧,多个提升筋500沿内筒200的周向间隔布置。
在衣物处理装置1000处理衣物的过程中,随着内筒200的转动,多个提升筋500可同时带动衣物转动,一方面可通过提升筋500提升衣物的高度,衣物在重力作用下回落,从而实现对衣物的上下摔打以及实现对衣物的翻转,达到对衣物进行处理的目的,另一方面可通过多个提升筋500增加衣物与内筒200的接触面积,使得靠近提升筋500的衣物能够与提升筋500互相摩擦产生揉搓作用,从而提高内筒200的衣物处理能力,提升用户体验。
在一些示例中,如图6所示,提升筋500的内部中空,进水腔220的多个出口222与多个提升筋500的中空部一一对应地连通。出口222用于实现提升筋500的内部与进水腔220的连通,确保进入进水腔220内的水可顺利通过出口222进入至提升筋500的内部,从而便于后续朝向内筒200中输入水,达到对衣物进行处理的目的。
可选地,提升筋500与内筒200之间限定出第二出水口,第二出水口与提升筋500的中空部连通。这样通过出口222进入至提升筋500中空部的水即可通过第二出水口流入至内筒200的内部,达到朝向内筒200中输送水的目的,以打湿内筒200内的衣物。
在一些示例中,可将提升筋500的部分结构与内筒200间隔设置以形成第二出水口,便于实现提升筋500的中空部与内筒200的内腔连通。
需要说明的是,通过在提升筋500和内筒200之间限定出第二出水口,这样就无需在提升筋500的表面开孔,也就是可将提升筋500的表面做成无孔结构,不仅简化了提升筋500的加工工序,降低了制造难度,而且还可以避免提升筋500的表面对衣物造成磨损。
可选地,提升筋500自身限定出与提升筋500的中空部连通的第二出水口。提升筋500的内部通过自身结构上的第二出水口与内筒200的内腔连通,如此设置也可实现将提升筋500内部内的水导流至内筒200中,达到进水的目的。
需要说明的是,通过在提升筋500自身结构上限定出第二出水口,这样就无需在提升筋500与内筒200之间限定出与提升筋500的中空部连通的第二出水口,从而使得提升筋500可紧密贴合在内筒200上,以提高提升筋500的位置稳定性,从而有效提升衣物处理的清洁度。
由此可知,本申请的技术方案适用于有孔内筒(内筒200具有第一出水口)的衣物处理装置1000,同样也适用于无孔内筒(内筒200的侧壁内侧设置多个提升筋500,提升筋500与内筒200之间限定出与提升筋500的中空部连通的第二出水口,或提升筋500自身限定出与提升筋500的中空部连通的第二出水口)的衣物处理装置1000,局限 性小。
当然,在其他的一些示例中,可同时在提升筋500自身结构上以及提升筋500与内筒200之间限定第二出水口,从而增加第二出水口的数量,多个第二出水口同时朝向内筒100输送水,还可提高输送效率,进而提高衣物打湿效率。
如图6所示,在一些示例中,提升筋500具有接口端510,内筒200具有配合槽250,配合槽250沿进水腔220的出口222的周向延伸,接口端510插接于配合槽250,使得提升筋500安装在内筒200中,实现提升筋500和内筒200的固定连接,以提高提升筋500的位置稳定性。
可选地,如图6所示,接口端510限定出过水口511,过水口511与提升筋500的中空部连通,将接口端510插接于配合槽250中时,保证过水口511正对出口222设置,这样进水腔220内的水即可通过过水口511流入提升筋500的内部,随后进入至提升筋500内部的水再通过第二出水口流入至内筒200的内部,达到朝向内筒200中输送水的目的,以打湿内筒200内的衣物。
可选地,配合槽250与接口端510的连接处设置有密封圈,在确保提升筋500的接口端510能够稳定连接在内筒200上的同时,还可保证从出口222朝向过水口511流动的水不会经配合槽250与接口端510的连接处流出,从而提升水的利用率并提高进水效率。
综上可知,本申请的衣物处理装置1000,当需要朝向衣物处理腔211内输送水时,首先将洗涤剂放置在洗涤剂放置盒850的洗涤剂容纳腔内,随后启动投放泵840和进水阀900,投放泵840用于将洗涤剂容纳腔内的洗涤剂输送至洗涤剂投放腔811内,进水阀900和进水管600配合用于将外部水源的清水输送至洗涤剂投放腔811内,清水进入洗涤剂投放腔811后溶解洗涤剂投放腔811内的洗涤剂,随着洗涤剂投放腔811内清水的不断进入,洗涤剂投放腔811内的水在压力的作用下通过投放口830流动至投放管700内,并通过投放管700输送至第二进水口110或入水口312处,流入第二进水口110或入水口312的水通过过水通道400流入至喷水通道321内,随后再通过喷水通道321朝向进水腔220的进口221喷射,以将水喷射至进水腔220内。
在一些示例中,若内筒200上形成有第一出水口,喷射至进水腔220内的水可直接通过出口222以及第一出水口流入内筒200的内部,达到朝向内筒200输送水的目的;在另一些示例中,若内筒200上形成有提升筋500时,喷射至进水腔220内的水可通过出口222以及过水口511流入提升筋500的内部,随后,位于提升筋500内部的水再通过第二出水口流入内筒200的内部,达到朝向内筒200输送水的目的。
由此可知,本申请的衣物处理装置1000在输送洗涤剂的过程中,洗涤剂是直接通过喷水件300喷射至进水腔220内,随后再通过进水腔220进入衣物处理腔211中,避免洗涤剂先流经外桶100再流入内筒200中,既缩短了洗涤剂的流经路径,提高输送效率,又可避免进入到内筒200的洗涤剂掺杂外桶100中的脏污和细菌,提升用户体验。
下面结合附图描述本申请的衣物处理装置1000的一个具体实施例。这里的衣物处 理装置1000可以是滚筒洗衣机,也可以是滚筒洗干一体机。
如图1-图10所示,衣物处理装置1000包括:外桶100、内筒200、喷水件300、过水通道400、提升筋500、进水管600、投放管700、洗涤剂投放组件800和进水阀900。
内筒200包括筒本体210和支架230,筒本体210限定出衣物处理腔211,筒本体210安装于支架230,筒本体210通过支架230可旋转地设于外桶100,进水腔220形成在支架230上且与衣物处理腔211连通。
洗涤剂投放组件800和进水阀900均设置在外桶100的上方,洗涤剂投放组件800包括洗涤剂放置盒850、洗涤剂溶解盒810和投放泵840,洗涤剂放置盒850具有洗涤剂容纳腔,投放泵840和洗涤剂溶解盒810均设于洗涤剂放置盒850的后方且洗涤剂溶解盒810设在投放泵840的上方,洗涤剂溶解盒810限定出洗涤剂投放腔811,洗涤剂放置盒850的后壁设有出液口,洗涤剂溶解盒810的底壁设有进液口812,投放泵840用于将从出液口流出的洗涤剂输送至进液口812,以实现将洗涤剂容纳腔内的洗涤剂输送至洗涤剂投放腔811内。
洗涤剂投放腔811上开设有第一进水口820和投放口830,进水阀900的一端连接外部水源,进水阀900的另一端通过进水管600与第一进水口820连接。
喷水件300设于外桶100的底壁,喷水件300与外桶100之间限定出过水通道400,过水通道400连通喷水通道321和投放口830,投放口830通过投放管700与过水通道400连通,洗涤剂投放腔811的壁面除去第一进水口820和投放口830的位置形成封闭面,这样通过进水阀900和进水管600进入洗涤剂投放腔811内的清水在溶解洗涤剂后即可从投放口830排出至喷水通道321内,喷水通道321再将水朝向进水腔220的进口221喷射。
提升筋500的内部中空,提升筋500具有接口端510,接口端510限定出与提升筋500的中空部连通的过水口511,提升筋500与内筒200之间限定出与提升筋500的中空部连通的第二出水口,提升筋500的中空部通过第二出水口以及进水腔220的出口222与进水腔220连通,通过进口221喷射至进水腔220中的水依次通过出口222和过水口511进入提升筋500的内部,最后,提升筋500内部的水再经第二出水口流入衣物处理腔211中,达到朝向衣物处理腔211进水的目的,以打湿衣物处理腔211内的衣物。

  1. 一种衣物处理装置,其中,包括:
    外桶;
    内筒,所述内筒可旋转地设于所述外桶内且所述内筒限定出衣物处理腔,所述内筒具有与所述衣物处理腔连通的进水腔;
    喷水件,所述喷水件设于所述外桶且具有与所述进水腔的进口连通的喷水通道;
    洗涤剂投放组件,所述洗涤剂投放组件具有洗涤剂投放腔、第一进水口和投放口,所述第一进水口与所述洗涤剂投放腔连通,所述投放口与所述喷水通道连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述洗涤剂投放腔的壁面除去所述第一进水口和所述投放口的位置形成封闭面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述洗涤剂投放组件包括:
    洗涤剂放置盒,所述洗涤剂放置盒具有洗涤剂容纳腔;
    洗涤剂溶解盒,所述洗涤剂溶解盒设于所述洗涤剂放置盒,所述洗涤剂溶解盒限定出所述洗涤剂投放腔;
    投放泵,所述投放泵用于将所述洗涤剂容纳腔内的洗涤剂输送至所述洗涤剂投放腔内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述洗涤剂放置盒设于所述外桶的上方,所述洗涤剂溶解盒和所述投放泵均位于所述洗涤剂放置盒的后方且所述洗涤剂溶解盒设在所述投放泵的上方,
    其中,所述洗涤剂放置盒的后壁设有出液口,所述洗涤剂溶解盒的底壁设有进液口,所述投放泵用于将从所述出液口流出的洗涤剂输送至所述进液口。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述洗涤剂投放腔内形成相互平行的第一导流通道和第二导流通道,所述第一导流通道的一端连通所述第二导流通道的一端,所述第一导流通道的另一端形成所述第一进水口,所述第二导流通道的另一端形成所述投放口,所述第二导流通道的底壁形成有与所述投放泵的泵送出口连通的进液口。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述投放口通过投放管与所述喷水通道连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述喷水件设于所述外桶的底壁内侧,所述外桶的底壁外侧具有限位槽,所述投放管的至少一部分设于所述限位槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其中,还包括进水阀,所述进水阀适于通过外部水源连接,所述进水阀与所述第一进水口通过进水管连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述喷水件设于所述外桶的 底壁,所述喷水件与所述外桶之间或者所述喷水件自身限定出过水通道,所述过水通道连通所述喷水通道和所述投放口。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述喷水通道的延伸方向与水平方向之间的夹角为锐角。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述进水腔沿所述内筒的旋转轴线的周向延伸,所述进水腔的进口形成圆环形且所述圆环形的圆心位于所述内筒的旋转轴线上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述进水腔形成圆环形腔,所述进水腔的进口靠近所述进水腔的内圈壁设置,在垂直于所述内筒的旋转轴线的平面内,所述喷水通道在所述平面的投影与所述进水腔的内圈壁在所述平面的投影相切。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述内筒包括:
    筒本体,所述筒本体限定出所述衣物处理腔;
    支架,所述筒本体安装于所述支架,所述筒本体通过所述支架可旋转地设于所述外桶,所述进水腔形成在所述支架上。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述内筒具有第一出水口,所述进水腔的出口与所述第一出水口连通。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其中,还包括多个提升筋,多个所述提升筋设于所述内筒的侧壁内侧且沿所述内筒的周向间隔布置。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述提升筋的内部中空,所述提升筋与所述内筒之间或者所述提升筋自身限定出与所述提升筋的中空部连通的第二出水口,所述进水腔的多个出口与多个所述提升筋的中空部一一对应地连通。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的衣物处理装置,其中,所述提升筋具有接口端,所述接口端限定出与所述提升筋的中空部连通的过水口,所述内筒具有沿所述进水腔的出口的周向延伸的配合槽,所述接口端插接于所述配合槽。
