Description

本发明属于家用电器领域,具体提供一种滚筒洗衣机及其喷淋系统。
背景技术
现有滚筒洗衣机发源于欧洲,其由外至内主要包括箱体、外筒和内筒。滚筒洗衣机的工作方式与棒锤击打衣物原理类似。工作时,内筒在驱动电机的带动下转动。随着内筒的转动,衣物在滚筒中不断地被提升摔下,再提升再摔下,做重复运动。在洗衣粉和水的共同作用下,衣物被洗涤干净。
为了提高水流冲洗和漂洗衣物的效果,有的滚筒洗衣机还设置有循环喷淋装置。如公开号为CN102482834B的专利文献中公开的滚筒式洗衣机,其内设置有循环路径,该循环路径的一端通向水槽(外筒)的底端,该循环路径的另一端通向设置在水槽开口边缘的多个喷出口。循环路径能够从水槽的底端将洗涤水供给所述多个喷出口,进而喷进滚筒(内筒)中,对衣物进行循环冲洗。
虽然公开号为CN102482834B的专利文献中公开的滚筒式洗衣机对衣物的清洁能力较强,但是其设置有多个喷出口的水槽结构复杂,生产成本较高。
相应地,本领域需要一种新的滚筒洗衣机来解决上述问题。

参照图2,图2是图1中A部的放大图。如图2所示,在本实施例中,环形筋101设置于外筒2内壁上。这样一来,外筒口的边缘21与环形筋101之间形成即形成了环形水道10,并且,在外筒口的边缘21内筒口之间形成了喷射口102。本领域技术人员能够根据洗衣机的实际应用情况设置环形筋101的具体位置,比如将环形筋101设置于靠近外筒口的边缘21,以减小形成的环形水道10的内径,或者将环形筋101设置于远离外筒口的边缘21,以增大形成的环形水道10的内径。
优选地,喷射口102处设置有导流结构103,该导流结构103用于使进入环形水道10的洗涤水以环形的瀑布水流形式被喷射到内筒3中。作为示例,该导流结构103可以设置于外筒口的边缘21上(图2中所示的即为导流结构103设置于外筒口的边缘21上的情形),或者改导流结构103还可以设置于密封窗垫5上。换言之,只要能够使该导流结构10实现引导从环形水道10流出的洗涤水的目的的情况下,本领域技术人员可以灵活地设置该导流结构10的位置。

需要说明的是,虽然本发明的环形挡水结构是以环形筋为例进行说明的,本领域技术人员可以根据实际设计需要,将环形挡水结构设计为其他形式的结构,例如片状、圆柱状、空心结构等,甚至还可以将环形挡水结构设置为异形环(如使环形挡水结构与外筒口的边缘之间的距离呈变化趋势,即形成的环形水道10具有多个不同的内径),这些都不脱离本发明的保护范围。

本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的另一个可行的实施方案中,排水泵6和循环泵8可以被一个泵替代。作为示例一,省去排水泵6,使循环泵8的出水口分别与出水管9和排水管7连通,并且为出水管9配置用于选择性地开启或关闭其的第一截止阀,为排水管7配置用于选择性地开启或关闭其的第二截止阀。当滚筒洗衣机执行喷淋作业时,第一截止阀开启,第二截止阀关闭;当滚筒洗衣机执行排水作业时,第一截止阀关闭,第二截止阀开启。作为示例二,省去排水泵6,并为循环泵8的出水口配置一个三通阀,以便循环泵8的出水口能够借助该三通阀选择性地与出水管9或排水管7连通。此外,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使三通阀能够同时阻隔循环泵8与出水管9的连通以及循环泵8与排水管7的连通。
如上所述,本发明通过在外筒2内壁和/或内筒3的外壁上设置环形筋101,从而使得外筒口的边缘21与该环形筋101之间形成环形水道,结构简单,不需要再单独设置循环水路,从而极大地降低了洗衣机的制造成本。并且,本发明形成的环形水道10本身带有喷射口102,不需要再单独设置喷射装置来喷射洗涤水。另外,作为一种优选的示例,本发明的喷射口102处通过设置导流结构103来实现环形瀑布水流的喷射效果,这种喷射效果可以快速地穿过衣物,从而极大地提高了漂洗速率。
另外,本发明还提供了一种滚筒洗衣机,包括洗衣机本体,以及上述中的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统。关于该滚筒洗衣机的具体实施方式参见上文说明,在此不再赘述。
在方案二中:
如图7所示,本发明的滚筒洗衣机主要包括箱体1、外筒2、内筒3、门体4、密封窗垫5、排水泵6和排水管7。其中,外筒2固定地设置在箱体1内,内筒3可转动地设置在外筒2中,密封窗垫5设置在箱体1和外筒2之间。排水泵6和排水管7都设置在箱体1内,并且排水泵6的进水口通向外筒2的内底部,排水泵6的出水口与排水管7的一端连接,排水管7的另一端通向外界。排水泵6能够将外筒2内的洗涤水通过排水管7排出。
此外,本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在排水管7的每个部位都低于外筒2的内底端时,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,省去排水泵6,将排水泵6替换成截止阀。当滚筒洗衣机需要排水时,打开该截止阀,使外筒2中的洗涤水在自身重力的作用下从排水管7自动排出。

继续参照图8,喷射口511为遮挡部51上的窄缝结构。由于环形水道10由遮挡部51和环形凹槽22形成,该环形水道10的喷射口511为遮挡部51上的窄缝结构,因此,本领域技术人员可以根据实际设计需要,在遮挡部51上等间距或者非等间距地设置若干个窄缝结构;或者,还可以设置一个环形的窄缝结构(即沿遮挡部51的圆周开设一个首尾连通的窄缝结构),这样一来可以实现环形水幕喷淋效果。

  1. 一种用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,所述滚筒洗衣机包括由外到内依次设置的箱体、外筒和内筒,
    其特征在于,所述喷淋系统包括循环泵、出水管和环形挡水结构,
    所述环形挡水结构设置于所述外筒内壁与所述内筒外壁之间,并因此使所述外筒口的边缘与所述环形挡水结构之间形成具有喷射口的环形水道;
    所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口通过所述出水管与所述环形水道连通;
    工作时,所述循环泵将所述外筒中的洗涤水泵送到所述环形水道,所述洗涤水借助所述喷射口被喷射到所述内筒中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述环形挡水结构为设置于所述外筒内壁的环形筋。

  27. 根据权利要求20至24中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述循环泵的出水口还与所述滚筒洗衣机的排水管连通;
    所述出水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述出水管的第一截止阀;所述排水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述排水管的第二截止 阀。
  28. 根据权利要求20至24中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统还包括三通阀,所述循环泵的出水口借助所述三通阀选择性地与所述出水管或所述滚筒洗衣机的排水管连通。
  29. 一种滚筒洗衣机,包括洗衣机本体,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机还包括权利要求20至28中任一项所述的喷淋系统。
