Description

滚筒洗衣机及其喷淋系统 技术领域
本发明属于家用电器领域,具体提供一种滚筒洗衣机及其喷淋系统。
背景技术
现有滚筒洗衣机发源于欧洲,其由外至内主要包括箱体、外筒和内筒。滚筒洗衣机的工作方式与棒锤击打衣物原理类似。工作时,内筒在驱动电机的带动下转动。随着内筒的转动,衣物在滚筒中不断地被提升摔下,再提升再摔下,做重复运动。在洗衣粉和水的共同作用下,衣物被洗涤干净。
为了提高水流冲洗和漂洗衣物的效果,有的滚筒洗衣机还设置有循环喷淋装置。如公开号为CN102482834B的专利文献中公开的滚筒式洗衣机,其内设置有循环路径,该循环路径的一端通向水槽(外筒)的底端,该循环路径的另一端通向设置在水槽开口边缘的多个喷出口。循环路径能够从水槽的底端将洗涤水供给所述多个喷出口,进而喷进滚筒(内筒)中,对衣物进行循环冲洗。
虽然公开号为CN102482834B的专利文献中公开的滚筒式洗衣机对衣物的清洁能力较强,但是其设置有多个喷出口的水槽结构复杂,生产成本较高。
相应地,本领域需要一种新的滚筒洗衣机来解决上述问题。
发明内容
在方案一中:
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有具有循环喷淋功能的滚筒洗衣机的喷淋装置安装结构复杂、生产成本较高的问题,本发明提供了述滚筒洗衣机包括由外到内依次设置的箱体、外筒和内筒,所述喷淋系统包括循环泵、出水管和多个喷嘴;所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口通过所述出水管分别与所述多个喷嘴连接;所述多个喷嘴都设置在所述外筒的前端,工作时,所述循环泵 将所述外筒中的洗涤水泵送给所述多个喷嘴,所述多个喷嘴将洗涤水喷射到所述内筒中。
在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,所述外筒的前端设置有安装结构,所述多个喷嘴设置在所述安装结构上并因此固定到所述外筒的前端。
在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,每一个所述喷嘴的出水端都设置成扁平结构。
在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,每一个所述喷嘴的内部都设置有导流结构,所述喷嘴借助所述导流结构将洗涤水倾斜地喷射到所述内筒中。
在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,所述多个喷嘴沿所述安装结构的周向等间距设置。
在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,所述出水管包括多根分支管路,每个喷嘴都连接到一根所述分支管路。
在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,远离所述循环泵的分支管路的内径大于靠近所述循环泵的分支管路的内径。
在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,所述循环泵的出水口还与所述滚筒洗衣机的排水管连通;所述出水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述出水管的第一截止阀;所述排水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述排水管的第二截止阀。

本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过在外筒的前端设置安装结构,使多个喷嘴借助该安装结构固定到外筒的前端,使得本发明的滚筒洗衣机与公开号为CN102482834B的专利文献中公开的滚筒式洗衣机相比,在不改变外筒原有结构的前提下,借助安装结构就可以将多个喷嘴固定到外筒的前端,喷嘴的安装结构更加简单。同时避免了为外筒再单独设计生产模具和制造工艺,降低了外筒的制造成本。
在方案二中:
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有具有循环喷淋功能的滚筒洗衣机的喷淋装置安装结构复杂、生产成本较高的问题,本发明提供了一种用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,所述滚筒洗衣机包括由外到内依次设置的箱体、外筒和内筒,所述喷淋系统包括循环泵、出水管、瀑布发生结构和多个喷嘴;所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口通过所述出水管分别与所述多个喷嘴连接;所述瀑布发生结构和所述多个喷嘴都设置在所述外筒的前端附近;工作时,所述循环泵将所述外筒中的洗涤水泵送给所述喷嘴,所述喷嘴将洗涤水喷向所述瀑布发生结构之后反射进所述内筒中。
在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,所述瀑布发生结构是形成在所述滚筒洗衣机的门体内侧的瀑布发生槽。

本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过将喷嘴设置在外筒的前端壁上,通过在外筒前端附件设置瀑布发生结构,使得从喷嘴喷出的洗涤水能够通过瀑布发生结构的反射进入到内筒中。因此,本发明的喷嘴与瀑布发生结构能够配合使用产生水流喷射效果,与公开号为CN102482834B的专利文献中公开的滚筒式洗衣机 相比,不需要在外筒上形成循环水路,保留了外筒的原有结构。不仅喷嘴和/或瀑布发生结构的安装结构简单,而且还避免了为外筒再单独设计生产模具和制造工艺,降低了外筒的制造成本。

为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有具有循环喷淋功能的滚筒洗衣机的喷淋装置安装结构复杂、生产成本较高的问题,本发明提供了一种用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,所述滚筒洗衣机包括由外到内依次设置的箱体、外筒和内筒;所述喷淋系统包括循环泵、出水管以及设置在所述外筒前端的多个喷淋管,所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口通过所述出水管分别与所述多个喷淋管连通,所述喷淋管用于将来自所述循环泵的洗涤水喷淋到所述内筒中。
在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,每个所述喷淋管的末端都设置有瀑布发生结构,从所述喷淋管流出的洗涤水经过所述瀑布发生结构后以瀑布水流的形式喷淋到所述内筒中。
在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,所述瀑布发生结构包括V形导水筋或八字形导水筋。
在上述喷淋系统的优选技术方案中,所述瀑布发生结构还包括挡水筋,所述挡水筋设置在所述V形导水筋或八字形导水筋远离所述喷淋管的一端。

本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的另一个可行的实施方案中,排水泵6和循环泵8可以被一个泵替代。作为示例一,省去排水泵6,使循环泵8的出水口分别与出水管9和排水管7连通,并且为出水管9配置用于选择性地开启或关闭其的第一截止阀,为排水管7配置用于选择性地开启或关闭其的第二截止阀。当滚筒洗衣机执行喷淋作业时,第一截止阀开启,第二截止阀关闭;当滚筒洗衣机执行排水作业时,第一截止阀关闭,第二截止阀开启。作为示例二,省去排水泵6,并为循环泵8的出水口配置一个三通阀,以便循环泵8的出水口能够借助该三通阀选择性地与出水管9或排水管7连通。此外,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使三通阀能够同时阻隔循环泵8与出水管9的连通以及循环泵8与排水管7的连通。
综上所述,本发明的喷淋系统在保证内筒3中的衣物得到有效喷淋的情况下,借助安装结构将喷嘴10固定到外筒2的前端,不仅安装方便,而且还使外筒2保持了原有结构,降低了滚筒洗衣机(尤其是外筒2)的生产成本。
在方案二中:
如图4所示,本发明的滚筒洗衣机主要包括箱体1、外筒2、内筒3、门体4、密封窗垫5、排水泵6和排水管7。其中,外筒2固定地设置在箱体1内,内筒3可转动地设置在外筒2中,密封窗垫5设置在箱体1和外筒2之间。排水泵6和排水管7都设置在箱体1内,并且排水泵6的进水口通向外筒2的内底部,排水泵6的出水口与排水管7的一端连接,排水管7的另一端通向外界。排水泵6能够将外筒2内的洗涤水通过排水管7排出。
此外,本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在排水管7的每个部位都低于外筒2的内底端时,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,省去排水泵6,将排水泵6替换成截止阀。当滚筒洗衣机需要排水时,打开该截止阀,使外筒2中的洗涤水在自身重力的作用下从排水管7自动排出。

此外,在保证内筒3内的衣物能够被喷淋的前提下,本领域技术人员可以根据需要,将瀑布发生槽111和瀑布发生挡板112设置成其他任意可行的形状,例如,圆弧面结构、椭圆弧面结构、锥形面结构、平面结构等。

综上所述,本发明通过喷嘴10与瀑布发生结构11的配合能够产生扇形/瀑布的水流,喷射到内筒3中喷淋衣物。因此,本发明不仅喷嘴10和/或瀑布发生结构11的安装结构简单,而且还避免了为外筒再单独设计生产模具和制造工艺,降低了外筒的制造成本。
在方案三中:
如图8所示,本发明的滚筒洗衣机主要包括箱体1、外筒2、内筒3、门体4、密封窗垫5、排水泵6和排水管7。其中,外筒2固定地设置在箱体1内,内筒3可转动地设置在外筒2中,密封窗垫5设置在箱体1和外筒2之间。排水泵6和排水管7都设置在箱体1内,并且排水泵6的进水口通向外筒2的内底部,排水泵6的出水口与排水管7的一端连接,排水管7的另一端通向外界。排水泵6能够将外筒2内的洗涤水通过排水管7排出。
此外,本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在排水管7的每个部位都低于外筒2的内底端时,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,省去排水泵6,将排水泵6替换成截止阀。当滚筒洗衣机需要排水时,打开该截止阀,使外筒2中的洗涤水在自身重力的作用下从排水管7自动排出。

对于喷淋管10与外桶2的连接方式,本发明给出了以下实施方式。
第一实施方式,在外筒2的前端上钻与多个喷淋管10数量相等的通孔。喷淋管10穿过通孔后,用密封胶密封喷淋管10和通孔之间的环形缝隙。
第二实施方式,使外筒2和喷淋管10通过卡箍连接。具体地,将卡箍紧紧地勒在外筒2的前端。将喷淋管10固定地连接到卡箍上。喷淋管10可以采用任何可行的连接方式固定到卡箍上,例如绑接、熔接、焊接等。
第三实施方式,使外筒2和喷淋管10通过固定夹连接。具体地,将固定夹紧紧地夹在外筒口的边缘,将喷淋管10固定连接到固定夹上。喷淋管10可以采用任何可行的连接方式固定到固定夹上,例如绑接、熔接、焊接等。
本领域技术人员应当理解的是,喷淋管10与外桶2的连接方式不仅限于上述三种,其还可以是其他任意可行的连接方式。

如图9至图13所示,在本发明的优选实施方案中,每一个喷淋管10都穿过外筒2的前端壁,并且与外筒2密封连接。并且,每个喷淋管10的末端都设置有瀑布发生结构,从喷淋管10流出的洗涤水经过瀑布发生结构后以瀑布水流(如图14所示)的形式喷淋到内筒3中。
如图11所示,瀑布发生结构包括八字形导水筋101。其中,本领域技术人员可以根据需要,将八字形导水筋101设置成其他任意可行的导水筋,例如扇形导水筋、V形导水筋。
如图13所示,瀑布发生结构还包括设置在八字形导水筋101远离喷淋管10一端的挡水筋102。优选地,每一个喷淋管10配置一个挡水筋102。或者,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,为所有的喷淋管10配置一个安装到外筒口边缘处的环形的挡水筋。进一步,每一个喷淋管10末端的瀑布发生结构都设置成扁平结构,以便增加瀑布水流发生效果。

至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,所述滚筒洗衣机包括由外到内依次设置的箱体、外筒和内筒,
    其特征在于,所述喷淋系统包括循环泵、出水管和多个喷嘴;
    所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口通过所述出水管分别与所述多个喷嘴连接;
    所述多个喷嘴都设置在所述外筒的前端,工作时,所述循环泵将所述外筒中的洗涤水泵送给所述多个喷嘴,所述多个喷嘴将洗涤水喷射到所述内筒中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述外筒的前端设置有安装结构,所述多个喷嘴设置在所述安装结构上并因此固定到所述外筒的前端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,每一个所述喷嘴的出水端都设置成扁平结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,每一个所述喷嘴的内部都设置有导流结构,所述喷嘴借助所述导流结构将洗涤水倾斜地喷射到所述内筒中。

  9. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统还包括三通阀,所述循环泵的出水口借助所述三通阀选择性地与所述出水管或所述滚筒洗衣机的排水管连通。
  10. 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的喷淋系统。
  11. 一种用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,所述滚筒洗衣机包括由外到内依次设置的箱体、外筒和内筒,
    其特征在于,所述喷淋系统包括循环泵、出水管、瀑布发生结构和多个喷嘴;
    所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口通过所述出水管分别与所述多个喷嘴连接;
    所述瀑布发生结构和所述多个喷嘴都设置在所述外筒的前端附近;
    工作时,所述循环泵将所述外筒中的洗涤水泵送给所述喷嘴,所述喷嘴将洗涤水喷向所述瀑布发生结构之后反射进所述内筒中。

  22. 根据权利要求21所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,每个所述喷淋管的末端都设置有瀑布发生结构,从所述喷淋管流出的洗涤水经过所述瀑布发生结构后以瀑布水流的形式喷淋到所述内筒中。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述瀑布发生结构包括V形导水筋或八字形导水筋。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述瀑布发生结构还包括挡水筋,所述挡水筋设置在所述V形导水筋或八字形导水筋远离所述喷淋管的一端。
  25. 根据权利要求21至24中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述多个喷淋管绕所述外筒的周向等间距设置。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述循环泵的出水口还与所述滚筒洗衣机的排水管连通;
    所述出水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述出水管的第一截止阀;所述排水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述排水管的第二截止阀。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统还包括三通阀,所述循环泵的出水口借助所述三通阀选择性地与所述出水管或所述排水管连通。
  28. 根据权利要求21至24中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述出水管包括多根分支管,每根分支管连接到一个所述喷淋管。
  29. 根据权利要求21至24中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统还包括环形循环管路,所述出水管借助 所述环形循环管路与所述多个喷淋管连通。
  30. 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机包括权利要求21至29中任一项所述的喷淋系统。
