本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过将喷嘴的主体和挡水部设置成一个整体,简化了喷嘴的结构,使得本发明的滚筒洗衣机与公开号为CN204982446U的专利文献中公开的滚筒式洗衣机相比,喷嘴的结构更加简单,加工制造更加简单,降低了洗衣机的生产成本。通过将喷嘴的喷射通道设置成沿洗涤水的喷射方向逐渐远离所述主体的进水端的形式,使得每一个喷嘴都能够将洗涤水呈扇形地喷向内筒的轴线。
具体地,使挡水部靠近主体的一侧与喷嘴进水端之间的距离沿洗涤水的喷射方向逐渐增大,使主体的高度沿洗涤水的喷射方向也逐渐增大。

具体实施方式
本领域技术人员应当理解的是,本节实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非用于限制本发明的保护范围。例如,虽然本发明的喷嘴是结合滚筒洗衣机来描述的,但是本发明的喷嘴还可以应用于波轮洗衣机,本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合,调整后的技术方案仍将落入本发明的保护范围。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1至图3所示,本发明的滚筒洗衣机主要包括箱体1、外筒2、内筒3、门体4、密封窗垫5、配重6、出水管7、循环泵8、排水管9和循环管10。其中,外筒2固定地设置在箱体1内,内筒3可转动地设置在外筒2中,密封窗垫5设置在箱体1和外筒2之间。配重6安装在外筒2上,用于增加外筒2的惯性,减小外筒2在内筒3运行时的抖动幅度。
如图3所示,出水管7、循环泵8、排水管9和循环管10都设置在箱体1内,并且循环泵8被固定到箱体1上,或者本领域技术人员也可以根据需要将循环泵8固定到外筒2上。循环泵8包括一个进水口和两个出水口。其中,循环泵8的进水口与出水管7的一端相连接,出水管7的另一端与外筒2的底端相连接,循环泵8的进水口和外筒2被因此连通。循环泵8的一个出水口与排水管9的一端连接,排水管9的另一端通向外界。循环泵8的另一个出水口与循环管10的一端连接,循环管10的另一端通向外筒2内。
在本发明的优选实施方案中,循环泵8是双向旋转泵,当循环泵8正转时,循环泵8将洗涤水泵送给排水管9;当循环泵8反转时,循环泵8将洗涤水泵送给循环管10。此外,本领域技术人员也可以根据 需要,将循环泵8设置成仅有一个出水口,并使该出水口与循环管10连通。然后,为排水管9配置一个单独的水泵或截止阀,通过开启该水泵或截止阀,使出水管7中的洗涤水流向排水管9。
继续参阅图3,箱体1的前端(图3中箱体1的右侧)设置有箱体口(图中未标示),外筒2的前端(图3中外筒2的右侧)设置有外筒口(图中未标示),内筒3的前端(图3中内筒3的右侧)设置有内筒口(图中未标示)。密封窗垫5的一端与箱体口的边缘密封连接,密封窗垫5的另一端与外筒口的边缘密封连接。门体4枢转地设置在箱体1上,并且门体4关闭时能够封闭所述箱体口,防止外筒2中的洗涤水从箱体口溢出。
如图2至图8所示,本发明的滚筒洗衣机还包括喷淋系统,该喷淋系统主要包括循环泵8、循环管10、环形腔11和多个喷嘴12。其中,循环泵8如上文所述。环形腔11设置在外筒2的前端,并且与外筒2或配重6固定连接。在本发明的优选实施方案中,环形腔11上设置有安装支架,环形腔11通过安装支架固定到外筒2或配重6上。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,安装支架可以通过任意可行的连接方式固定到外筒2或配重6上,例如,螺栓连接、螺钉连接、卡接、栓接等。
如图3和图8所示,环形腔11上设置有一个进水口和多个出水口,环形腔11的进水口与循环管10远离循环泵8的一端连通,环形腔11的每一个出水口都连接有一个喷嘴12。当循环泵8反转时,循环泵8能够通过循环管10将洗涤水泵送给多个喷嘴12,继而喷嘴12将洗涤水喷射进内筒3中。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,喷嘴12可以通过任何可行的连接形式与环形腔11连接到一起,例如,通过一体注塑成型的形式与环形腔11连接到一起,通过插接、螺纹连接、熔接、超声波焊接等的连接形式连接到一起。
如图4和图5所示,多个喷嘴12沿密封窗垫5的周向等间距地设置在密封窗垫5上,以便多个喷嘴12能够共同地为内筒3提供均匀的水流(如图1所示)。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,喷嘴12的数量可以是任意值,例如五个、六个、八个、九个等。此外,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,将多个喷嘴12非等间距地设置在密封窗垫5上。
如图8所示,密封窗垫5上设置有与喷嘴12数量相当的多个通孔(图中未标示),并且每一个通孔的直径都小于喷嘴12的直径,以便喷嘴12与密封窗垫5之间通过过盈配合的方式连接到一起,并因此实现喷嘴12与密封窗垫5之间的密封。此外,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将密封窗垫5上的通孔设置成其他任意形式的安装孔,例如螺纹孔、花键孔、锥形孔、多边形孔等。
如图7和图8所示,密封窗垫5的内侧设置有与喷嘴12数量相当的多个遮挡结构51。该遮挡结构51环绕通孔设置。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,遮挡结构51与密封窗垫5之间可以采用任意可行的方式连接到一起,例如一体注塑成型、熔接、超声波焊接等。
如图9所示,遮挡结构51是一个倒扣的碗状结构,其与密封窗垫5之间形成有空腔511,该空腔511用于容纳、包裹喷嘴12的端部。防止用户向内筒3中投放衣物或从内筒3中将衣物取出时,喷嘴12的端部勾住衣物。进一步,遮挡结构51上朝向内筒3的一侧还设置有开口512,该开口512与喷嘴12的喷射通道123(如右图10所示)对准,以保证喷嘴12能够将洗涤水顺利地喷进内筒3中。
如图10至图12所示,本发明的喷嘴12主要包括主体121、设置在主体121一端的挡水部122、形成在主体121和挡水部122之间的喷射通道123以及设置在主体121另一端的连接部(图中未标示)。其中,主体121通过连接部与作为供水构件的环形腔11相连接。主体121的内部设置有引流通道1211,该引流通道1211的下端(进水端)与环形腔11连通,该引流通道1211的上端(出水端)与喷射通道123连通。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,主体121和挡水部122之间可以采用任意可行的方式连接到一起,例如一体注塑成型、熔接、超声波焊接等。进一步,喷射通道123呈扁平状(如图10和图11所示),以便喷嘴12能够将洗涤水呈瀑布状喷出。此外,在能够喷出瀑布状水流的前提下,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,将喷射通道123设置成其它任意可行的形状,例如扁平的喇叭状结构、V形结构、条形孔结构等。
如图11所示,喷射通道123沿洗涤水的喷射方向逐渐远离主体1231的进水端。具体地,喷射通道123形成在主体121上的下壁的高度沿喷射通道123中喷出的洗涤水的喷射方向逐渐增大;其中,该高 度是喷射通道123的下壁到达主体121下端的距离。喷射通道123形成在挡水部122的上壁的高度沿喷射通道123中喷出的洗涤水的喷射方向逐渐增大;其中,喷射通道123的上壁到达主体121下端的距离。
从图11中不难看出,喷射通道123的下壁的高度差为H。在本发明的优选实施方案中,喷射通道123的上壁和下壁大体上平行,因此,喷射通道123的上壁高度差也为H。与高度差H相对应的,喷射通道123的上壁与水平方向的夹角为α。将喷射通道123的上壁和下壁设置成上述结构的目的在于,使喷射通道123的喷射方向指向内筒3的轴线,以便洗涤水能够均匀地落入内筒3中。或者,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,将上述的H和α设置成任意可行的数值。例如,将α设置成0°或90°,即使喷射通道123的喷射方向和主体121的轴线方向垂直或平行。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,挡水部122的下端面既可以如上述的倾斜设置,也可以相对于主体121的轴线方向垂直设置。挡水部122在这里起的作用是,与引流通道1211中流动的洗涤水发生碰撞,将洗涤水打散,使洗涤水从喷射通道123喷出之后呈瀑布状。
如图12所示,主体121和挡水部122的连接处形成喷射通道123的起始端(图12中弧形的虚线),所述起始端的高度沿主体121的周向逐渐增大。其中,该高度是起始端到达主体121下端的距离。
从图12中不难看出,所述起始端的最高处与最低处之间的高度差为h。其中,该h存在的目的在于,使图12中扁平的喷射通道123与图12中水平方向形成夹角β。在本发明的优选实施方案中,0°<β<90°。
如图13所示,当β=0°时,喷射通道123喷出的洗涤水跌落的位置所构成的平面大体上与内筒3的轴线(图13中的点划线)垂直。
如图14所示,当0°<β<90°时,喷射通道123喷出的洗涤水跌落的位置所构成的平面与内筒3的轴线(图14中的点划线)倾斜。
因此,夹角β的存在能够使喷射通道123喷出的扇形洗涤水在落入内筒3中时,在内筒3的轴线上具有L长的纵伸覆盖。其中,L可以是任意可行的数值,例如3cm、4cm、6cm等。
综上所述,本发明的滚筒洗衣机通过把喷嘴12等间距地设置在了密封窗垫5上,不仅简化了喷嘴12的安装结构,而且还使外筒2保持了原有结构,降低了滚筒洗衣机的生产成本,同时还能够为内筒3中的衣物提供如图1中所示的环形喷淋的洗涤水。进一步,本发明还通过将喷嘴12的喷射通道123倾斜设置,使喷射通道123具有夹角α和夹角β,进而使得喷嘴12不仅能够将洗涤水喷向内筒3的轴线,还能够使洗涤水沿内筒3的轴线纵向覆盖内筒3,增加洗涤水对内筒3的覆盖面积,使内筒3中的衣物得到更好的喷淋,优化了洗衣机的洗涤效果。
在本发明另一个可行的技术方案中,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将喷嘴12设置在任意可行的位置。作为示例一,将多个喷嘴12等间距地设置在外筒口的边缘处。作为示例,将多个喷嘴12等间距地设置在门体4上。
在本发明又一个可行的技术方案中,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,设置多根水管,使每一个喷嘴12都能够通过一根水管单独地与循环泵8的出水口连通。
需要说明的是,本发明上述技术方案彼此之间的组合也应当落入本发明的保护范围。其中,该组合不仅包括多个完整技术方案之间的组合,还包括每个技术方案中部分技术特征的合理组合。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述喷嘴包括:
    主体,其内设置有引流通道;
    连接部,其设置在所述主体的进水端,用于连接供水构件以使所述引流通道与所述供水构件连通;
    挡水部,其设置在所述主体的出水端,用于使来自所述引流通道的洗涤水改变方向;
    喷射通道,其形成在所述主体和所述挡水部之间并与所述引流通道连通;
    所述喷射通道沿远离所述进水端的方向倾斜地形成在所述主体和所述挡水部之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述喷射通道形成在所述挡水部上的上壁与所述进水端之间的距离沿洗涤水的喷射方向逐渐增大。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述喷射通道形成在主体上的下壁与所述进水端之间的距离沿洗涤水的喷射方向逐渐增大。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述主体和所述挡水部的连接处形成所述喷射通道的起始端,所述起始端的高度沿所述主体的周向逐渐增大。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的洗衣机的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述喷射通道设置成能够将洗涤水呈瀑布状喷出。
  6. 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机包括循环泵和多个权利要求1至5中任一项所述的喷嘴;
    所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口与多个 所述喷嘴分别连通,所述循环泵用于将所述外筒中的洗涤水泵送给多个所述喷嘴。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,多个所述喷嘴都设置在所述外筒的前端附近,并且每个喷嘴的喷射通道都指向所述内筒。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机还包括设置在所述箱体和所述外筒之间的密封窗垫,多个所述喷嘴沿所述密封窗垫的周向等间距地设置在所述密封窗垫上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机还包括与所述循环泵的出水口连通的环形腔,所述环形腔还与每一个所述喷嘴的连接部相连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述环形腔上设置有安装支架,所述环形腔通过所述安装支架固定连接到所述外筒上。
