Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication de bouillie destiné au traitement de bioxyde de titane, qui est utilisé pour le traitement de bioxyde de titane et qui résout le problème d'un dispositif existant à savoir que de grandes particules de produit brut ne peuvent pas être efficacement traitées en raison de l'accumulation facile de résidus au fond d'un tamis filtrant. Le dispositif de fabrication de bouillie destiné au traitement de dioxyde de titane comprend : un corps principal d'opération (1) comportant une coque externe (11) et une base (12), la coque externe (11) étant pourvue à l'intérieur d'une chambre de travail (14) ; un mécanisme de fabrication de bouillie de bioxyde de titane, qui est disposé dans la chambre de travail (14) ; un ensemble d'entraînement de mécanisme de fabrication de bouillie (2), qui est relié au mécanisme de fabrication de bouillie de bioxyde de titane, et qui est disposé sur la coque externe (11) ; et un mécanisme de filtrage ajustable (7), qui est relié à l'ensemble d'entraînement de mécanisme de fabrication de bouillie (2), et qui est disposé dans la chambre de travail (14). Le dispositif de fabrication de bouillie destiné au traitement de bioxyde de titane est pourvu du mécanisme de filtration ajustable (7), qui augmente la zone de contact de la bouillie et améliore l'efficacité de filtration de bouillie. De plus, la position du mécanisme de filtration ajustable (7) peut être ajustée pour éviter l'accumulation sur lui.
