本实施例中,捋直棉纱组件104包括第二安装底板501、捋棉纱线升降气缸502、棉纱夹紧气缸托块503、两个棉纱线夹紧气缸504、两个棉纱夹紧块505和两个安装杆506,捋棉纱线升降气缸502固定安装于第二安装底板501的顶部,棉纱夹紧气缸托块503固定安装于捋棉纱线升降气缸502的顶部,两个棉纱线夹紧气缸504均固定安装于棉纱夹紧气缸托块503的顶部,两个棉纱夹紧块505分别与两个棉 纱线夹紧气缸504的输出轴相焊接,两个棉纱夹紧块505分别活动安装于两个安装杆506的顶部,种安装方式易于人工安装调试,而且动作简单,易于调控。
本实施例中,烙铁焊笔夹持组件105包括安装固定底板601、两个烙铁焊笔固定块602和两个烙铁焊笔组件603,安装固定底板601固定安装于焊笔移位滑块204顶部,两个烙铁焊笔固定块602均固定安装于安装固定底板601的顶部,且两个烙铁焊笔固定块602分别套设于两个烙铁焊笔组件603的外侧,烙铁焊笔固定块602固定角度可以调节,从而实现烙铁头角度的调控,以免伤及到其他芯线,这种调节方式非常简单方便,而且配合运动起来非常的流畅,可控性强。
本实施例中,控制组件106包括两个固定安装柱701、固定U形安装板702和控制箱703,固定U形安装板702固定安装于两个固定安装柱701的顶端,控制箱703固定安装于固定U形安装板702内。
本发明中,在使用时,当线材到达作用部位时,线材定位升降气缸303合拢带动线材定位夹爪304夹紧进行线材定位,托线升降气缸402推出带动托线板403将线头顶起20°,然后吹气管404吹气将棉纱往下吹,捋棉纱线升降气缸502推出将棉纱夹紧块505推到位,棉纱夹紧气缸504作用将棉纱线夹紧块505夹紧棉纱线,捋棉纱线升降气缸502退回带动棉纱线夹紧块505向下捋直棉纱线,然后烙铁焊笔603在烙铁焊笔移位固定滑块204和焊笔移位气缸205的共同作用下可以精准移位到达棉纱线处理处,位置和速度都可以控制整套机构外观优美漂亮,组件之间的连接紧凑,动作起来衔接完美,动作迅速, 定位精准,便于调控,生产效率高,此发明的技术要点在于连线生产,线材的裁切预处理设计及其一体化设计。

  1. 一种线材芯线自动去棉纱的自动设备,包括安装支撑组件(101)、定位组件(102)、托线吹棉纱组件(103)、捋直棉线组件(104)、烙铁焊笔夹持组件(105)、控制组件(106),其特征在于,所述定位组件(102)固定安装在支撑组件(101)上,托线吹棉纱组件(103)固定安装在安装支撑组件(101)上,捋直棉线组件(104)固定安装在支撑组件(101)上,烙铁焊笔夹持组件(105)滑动安装于安装支撑组件(101)的顶部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种线材芯线自动去棉纱的自动设备,其特征在于,所述安装支撑组件(101)包括第一安装底板(201)、两个支撑板(202)、功能组件托板(203)、两个烙铁焊笔移位固定滑块(204)和焊笔移位气缸(205),两个支撑板(202)均固定安装于底板(201)的顶部,功能组件托板(203)固定安装于两个支撑板(202)的顶部,两个烙铁焊笔移位固定滑块(204)均固定安装在功能组件托板(203)的顶部,焊笔移位气缸(205)固定在功能组件托板(203)的顶部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种线材芯线自动去棉纱的自动设备,其特征在于,所述定位组件(102)包括安装固定站脚(301)、气缸托块(302)、两个定位气缸(303)和两个定位夹爪(304),固定站脚(301)固定在第一安装底板(201)上,气缸托块(302)固定安装于安装固定站脚(301)上,两个定位气缸(303)均固定安装于气缸托块(302)上,两个定位夹爪(304)分别与两个定位气缸(303)的输出轴相焊接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种线材芯线自动去棉纱的自动设备,其特征在于,所述托线吹棉纱组件(103)包括安装主板(401)、托线升降气缸(402)、托线板(403)、两组吹棉纱管(404),安装主板(401)固定安装在支撑功能组件托板(203)上,托线升降气缸(402)固定安装于安装主板(401)的一侧,托线板(403)与托线升降气缸(402)的输出轴相焊接,两组吹棉纱管(404)均设置于托线板(403)的顶部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种线材芯线自动去棉纱的自动设备,其特征在于,所述捋直棉纱组件(104)包括第二安装底板(501)、捋棉纱线升降气缸(502)、棉纱夹紧气缸托块(503)、两个棉纱线夹紧气缸(504)、两个棉纱夹紧块(505)和两个安装杆(506),捋棉纱线升降气缸(502)固定安装于第二安装底板(501)的顶部,棉纱夹紧气缸托块(503)固定安装于捋棉纱线升降气缸(502)的顶部,两个棉纱线夹紧气缸(504)均固定安装于棉纱夹紧气缸托块(503)的顶部,两个棉纱夹紧块(505)分别与两个棉纱线夹紧气缸(504)的输出轴相焊接,两个棉纱夹紧块(505)分别活动安装于两个安装杆(506)的顶部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种线材芯线自动去棉纱的自动设备,其特征在于,所述烙铁焊笔夹持组件(105)包括安装固定底板(601)、两个烙铁焊笔固定块(602)和两个烙铁焊笔组件(603),安装固定底板(601)固定安装于焊笔移位滑块(204)顶部,两个烙铁焊笔固定块(602)均固定安装于安装固定底板(601)的顶部,且两个烙铁 焊笔固定块(602)分别套设于两个烙铁焊笔组件(603)的外侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种线材芯线自动去棉纱的自动设备,其特征在于,所述控制组件(106)包括两个固定安装柱(701)、固定U形安装板(702)和控制箱(703),固定U形安装板(702)固定安装于两个固定安装柱(701)的顶端,控制箱(703)固定安装于固定U形安装板(702)内。
