Description

一种纸吸管的生产工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及吸管技术领域,具体为一种纸吸管的生产工艺。
背景技术
吸管是一种便于吸取杯子中的饮料的管状制品,大多数吸管使用塑料制成,而随着人们环保意思的提高,塑料吸管不便回收处理的问题日益凸显,由此纸吸管应运而生,但目前市面上大多数的纸吸管用户体验不佳,且大多数纸吸管为了增加疏水性都会包覆一层PE薄膜,而PE薄膜造成了纸杯在回收处理的过程中必须先将薄膜和纸分离,因此,此类纸吸管回收处理的技术难度巨大,而造成此问题的根本原因在于纸材料的疏水性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纸吸管的生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种纸吸管的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、将自来水在沉淀池经过沉淀过滤处理后,将适量经过处理的自来水输送至原料池,加入竹浆、木纤维原浆和回收纸浆后,利用碎浆机加工后得到混合液;
b、将混合液进行打浆处理后加入助剂,并通过压力筛筛选后得到原浆;
c、将原浆输入到流浆箱经过网部脱水成形,进而通过压榨部脱水后得到吸管纸;
d、在吸管纸上喷洒疏水剂,静置一定时间后送入烘干部烘干;
e、将烘干处理过的吸管纸输入到制管机制成纸吸管。
优选的,所述步骤d中的疏水剂由以下重量分的原料制成:石蜡3~8份、蜂蜡2~5份、硅油10~20份、硬脂酸5~10份、阴离子表面活性剂1~3份、乳化剂15~30份、水10~25份。
优选的,所述步骤d中的疏水剂采用以下顺序的步骤制备:
(1)、取适量的石蜡、蜂蜡、硬脂酸加热至熔融状态后,得到熔体A;
(2)、取适量的纯净水加热煮沸后,静置冷却,然后将熔体A加入,并添加适量的乳化剂,搅拌均匀后得到液体B;
(3)、将适量的硅油、阴离子表面活性剂加入到液体B中,搅拌均匀后得到疏水剂。
优选的,所述步骤d的烘干温度为50~60度,烘干时间不低于6小时。
优选的,所述步骤a中竹浆、木纤维原浆、回收纸浆比例为50~150:20~50:10~30。
优选的,所述步骤b中的助剂为增强剂,所述增强剂的加入量为混合液质量的0.5%~2.5%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1.通过在吸管纸上喷涂疏水剂,使得纸吸管具有较强的疏水性,从而提高了纸吸管的使用寿命;
2.通过降低烘干温度,能够避免吸管纸在烘干的过程中,因为温度过高,破坏疏水剂,通过延长烘干时间保证烘干效果;
3.通过添加增强剂,能够增加吸管纸的强度和硬度,从而提高纸吸管的使用体验。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明:
实施例1:一种纸吸管的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、将自来水在沉淀池经过沉淀过滤处理后,将适量经过处理的自来水输送至原料池,加入竹浆、木纤维原浆和回收纸浆后,利用碎浆机加工后得到混合液;
b、将混合液进行打浆处理后加入助剂,并通过压力筛筛选后得到原浆;
c、将原浆输入到流浆箱经过网部脱水成形,进而通过压榨部脱水后得到吸管纸;
d、在吸管纸上喷洒疏水剂,静置一定时间后送入烘干部烘干;
e、将烘干处理过的吸管纸输入到制管机制成纸吸管。
进一步的,所述步骤d中的疏水剂由以下重量分的原料制成:石蜡3份、蜂蜡3份、硅油15份、硬脂酸5份、阴离子表面活性剂2份、乳化剂25份、水15份。
进一步的,所述步骤d中的疏水剂采用以下顺序的步骤制备:
(1)、取石蜡3份、蜂蜡3份、硬脂酸5份加热至熔融状态后,得到熔体A;
(2)、取纯净水15份加热煮沸后,静置冷却,然后将熔体A加入,并添加乳化剂25份,搅拌均匀后得到液体B;
(3)、将硅油15份、阴离子表面活性剂2份加入到液体B中,搅拌均匀后得到疏水剂。
所述步骤d的烘干温度为55度,烘干时间为12小时。
所述步骤a中竹浆、木纤维原浆、回收纸浆比例为80:35:11。
所述步骤b中的助剂为增强剂,所述增强剂的加入量为混合液质量的0.5%。
由本实施例配方的吸管纸制得的纸吸管,无异味,无毒,具有较高的硬度和强度,且具备较高的疏水性,极大的提高了使用体验,且此工艺制造的纸吸管不含塑料隔水膜,便于回收处理。
实施例2:一种纸吸管的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、将自来水在沉淀池经过沉淀过滤处理后,将适量经过处理的自来水输送至原料池,加入竹浆、木纤维原浆和回收纸浆后,利用碎浆机加工后得到混合液;
b、将混合液进行打浆处理后加入助剂,并通过压力筛筛选后得到原浆;
c、将原浆输入到流浆箱经过网部脱水成形,进而通过压榨部脱水后得到吸管纸;
d、在吸管纸上喷洒疏水剂,静置一定时间后送入烘干部烘干;
e、将烘干处理过的吸管纸输入到制管机制成纸吸管。
进一步的,所述步骤d中的疏水剂由以下重量分的原料制成:石蜡8份、蜂蜡5份、硅油20份、硬脂酸10份、阴离子表面活性剂3份、乳化剂30份、水25份。
进一步的,所述步骤d中的疏水剂采用以下顺序的步骤制备:
(1)、取石蜡8份、蜂蜡5份、硬脂酸10份加热至熔融状态后,得到熔体A;
(2)、取纯净水25份加热煮沸后,静置冷却,然后将熔体A加入,并添加乳化剂30份,搅拌均匀后得到液体B;
(3)、将硅油20份、阴离子表面活性剂3份加入到液体B中,搅拌均匀后得到疏水剂。
所述步骤d的烘干温度为60度,烘干时间为10小时。
所述步骤a中竹浆、木纤维原浆、回收纸浆比例为50:20:30。
所述步骤b中的助剂为增强剂,所述增强剂的加入量为混合液质量的2.5%。
由本实施例配方的吸管纸制得的纸吸管,无异味,无毒,具有较高的硬度和强度,且具备较高的疏水性,极大的提高了使用体验,且此工艺制造的纸吸管不含塑料隔水膜,便于回收处理。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种纸吸管的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    a、将自来水在沉淀池经过沉淀过滤处理后,将适量经过处理的自来水输送至原料池,加入竹浆、木纤维原浆和回收纸浆后,利用碎浆机加工后得到混合液;
    b、将混合液进行打浆处理后加入助剂,并通过压力筛筛选后得到原浆;
    c、将原浆输入到流浆箱经过网部脱水成形,进而通过压榨部脱水后得到吸管纸;
    d、在吸管纸上喷洒疏水剂,静置一定时间后送入烘干部烘干;
    e、将烘干处理过的吸管纸输入到制管机制成纸吸管。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纸吸管的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤d中的疏水剂由以下重量分的原料制成:石蜡3~8份、蜂蜡2~5份、硅油10~20份、硬脂酸5~10份、阴离子表面活性剂1~3份、乳化剂15~30份、水10~25份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纸吸管的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤d中的疏水剂采用以下顺序的步骤制备:
    (1)、取适量的石蜡、蜂蜡、硬脂酸加热至熔融状态后,得到熔体A;
    (2)、取适量的纯净水加热煮沸后,静置冷却,然后将熔体A加入,并添加适量的乳化剂,搅拌均匀后得到液体B;
    (3)、将适量的硅油、阴离子表面活性剂加入到液体B中,搅拌均匀后得到疏水剂。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纸吸管的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤d的烘干温度为50~60度,烘干时间不低于6小时。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纸吸管的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤a中竹浆、木纤维原浆、回收纸浆比例为50~150:20~50:10~30。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纸吸管的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步 骤b中的助剂为增强剂,所述增强剂的加入量为混合液质量的0.5%~2.5%。
