Abstract

Description

吊装装置及吊装设备 技术领域
本实用新型涉及吊装装置及吊装设备,它们特别适用于电动汽车电池箱的更换。
背景技术
节能减排是未来发展必须面对的重要任务。由于传统的生物燃料所产生的温室气体对地球环境的破坏,电动汽车的需求日益增加。由于材料所限,电动汽车中的电池存在着续航里程短,充电耗时长等缺点,对于商用车辆来说,这些缺点尤为严重,因此车电分离的换电模式逐步为商用车领域所关注。
在换电基站中,电池箱的更换需要使用电池箱的吊装装置。传统的吊装装置采用钢丝绳吊装电池箱,在吊装过程中,随着钢丝绳的伸长,吊具和顶托之间柔性越大,搬运过程中发生的偏移量也越大,钢丝绳的偏移会加快连接处和钢丝绳的磨损,存在不可忽视的安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种吊装装置,其能够降低搬运过程中的偏移量,利于消除安全隐患。
本实用新型的另一个目的是提供一种吊装设备,其能够降低搬运过程中的偏移量,利于消除安全隐患。
本实用新型提供了一种吊装装置,其包括一个刚性伸缩机构、一个柔性连接机构、一个吊具和一个导向机构。刚性伸缩机构包括一个顶托、一个伸缩结构、一个升降机和一个底托。伸缩结构的一端固定在顶托上,升降机与伸缩结构连接,以带动伸缩结构伸缩,底托与伸缩结构的另一端相连。柔性连接机构连接至底托。吊具的一端与柔性连接机构相连接,另一端可选择性地连接被吊装物,如电池箱等。导向机构包括若干对导柱和导套,导柱设置在吊具上,导套设置在顶托上。
本实用新型的吊装装置,结合了刚性伸缩机构和柔性连接机构,克服了如电池箱等重物在搬运过程中产生的大偏移量,利于消除安全隐患。柔性连接机构使吊具保留一定偏移量,方便吊具与被吊装物对接。
在吊装装置的另一种示意性实施方式中,伸缩结构为剪式伸缩机。
在吊装装置的还一种示意性实施方式中,升降机为丝杠。
在吊装装置的其他示意性实施方式中,柔性连接机构包括绳索,优选为钢丝绳。
本实用新型还提供了一种吊装设备,其包括一个托架和一个上述的吊装装置。托架包括导轨和动力装置。吊装装置设置在导轨上,动力装置能够带动吊装装置移动。
本实用新型的吊装设备,结合了刚性伸缩机构和柔性连接机构,克服了如电池箱等重物在搬运过程中产生的大偏移量,消除安全隐患。柔性连接机构使吊具保留一定偏移量,方便吊具与被吊装物对接。吊装设备中的托架增加了运动维度,使吊装操作更为便利。

图1为本实用新型的吊装装置的一种示意性实施方式的结构示意图。如图1所示,吊装装置100包括一个刚性伸缩机构10、一个柔性连接机构20、一个吊具30和一个导向机构40。
刚性伸缩机构10包括一个顶托12、一个伸缩结构14、一个升降机16和一个底托18。伸缩结构14的一端固定在顶托12上,升降机16与伸缩结构14连接,以带动伸缩结构14伸缩,底托18与伸缩结构14的另一端相连。柔性连接机构20连接至底托18。吊具30的一端与柔性连接机构20相连接,另一端可选择性地连接被吊装物(图1中未示),被吊装物例如为电动车辆的电池箱。在底托18和吊具30之间采用柔性连接机构20,可保留一定的偏移量。在吊装被吊装物过程中,吊具30能够产生一定的位移量,便于吊具30和吊装物之间对位连接。
在图1所示的示意性实施方式中,导向机构40包括两对导柱42和导套44(为图面简洁起见,图中仅标注出了其中一对导柱和导套),导柱42设置在吊具30上,导套44设置在顶托12上。
图2是沿图1中箭头II所示方向所视的吊装装置100的结构示意图。如图所示,导向机构40包括导柱42和导套44,导套44具有一个锥形接口。在吊具30沿图2中箭头所示方向上升时,导柱42随之上升,当导柱42与导套44插接后,可以防止吊具30摆动。
该吊装装置,结合了刚性伸缩机构和柔性连接机构,克服了如电池箱等重物在搬运过程中产生的大偏移量,利于消除安全隐患。柔性连接机构使吊具保留一定偏移量,方便吊具与被吊装物对接。
在图1所示的示意性实施方式中,伸缩结构14为剪式伸缩机,其结构简单,体积小,占地少。但不限于此,在其他示意性实施方式中,伸缩结构14也可以采用其它类型的刚性伸缩结构。
在图1所示的示意性实施方式中,升降机16为丝杠,丝杠与伸缩结构14螺纹连接并通过转动带动伸缩结构14伸缩。该结构简单,控制方便,无需复杂的控制设备。但不限于此,在其他示意性实施方式中,升降机16也可以采用其它的升降结构。
在示意性实施方式中,柔性连接机构20包括绳索,优选采用钢丝绳,其结构简易,种类繁多,价格低廉,操作方便。
图3和图4示意性地展示了本实用新型的吊装设备的一种示意性实施方式。如图3所示,吊装设备包括一个托架50和一个如图1所示的吊装装置100。如图4所示,托架50包括一组导轨52和一个动力装置54。吊装装置100的顶托12设置于导轨52上,通过动力装置54使吊装装置100在导轨52上沿图中所示的X方向的移动。如图3所示, 吊装装置100的吊具30吊起被吊装物60。被吊装物60可以是如电动车辆的电池箱等。
如图3和4所示,将本实用新型的吊装装置100的顶托12安装在托架50上,通过动力装置54使吊装装置100在导轨52上运动。升降机16带动伸缩结构14上下运动。使用时,还可将本实用新型的吊装设备通过托架50放置在搬运现场现有的行架轨道上用于搬运。
该吊装设备,结合了刚性伸缩机构和柔性连接机构,克服了如电池箱等重物在搬运过程中产生的大偏移量,消除安全隐患。柔性连接机构使吊具保留一定偏移量,方便吊具与被吊装物对接。吊装设备中的托架增加了运动维度,使吊装操作更为便利。

  1. 吊装装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一个刚性伸缩机构(10),其包括:
    一个顶托(12),
    一个伸缩结构(14),其一端固定在所述顶托(12)上,
    一个升降机(16),其与所述伸缩结构(14)连接,并能够带动所述伸缩结构(14)伸缩,和
    一个底托(18),其与所述伸缩结构(14)的另一端相连;
    一个柔性连接机构(20),其连接至所述底托(18);
    一个吊具(30),其一端与所述柔性连接机构(20)相连接,另一端可选择性地连接被吊装物;和
    一个导向机构(40),其包括若干对导柱(42)和导套(44),所述导柱(42)设置在所述吊具(30)上,所述导套(44)设置在所述顶托(12)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吊装装置,其中所述伸缩结构(14)为剪式伸缩机。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的吊装装置,其中所述升降机(16)为丝杠。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的吊装装置,其中所述柔性连接机构(20)包括绳索。
  5. 吊装设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的吊装装置;以及
    一个托架(50),所述托架(50)包括:
    一组导轨(52),所述吊装装置设置于所述导轨(52)上,和
    一个动力装置(54),该动力装置(54)能够带动所述吊装装置移动。
