CPA部材50が嵌合保証位置に押し込まれた後、図16に示すように、互いに嵌合されたコネクタ1と相手コネクタ70とが読取装置80にセットされる。読取装置80は、コネクタ1と相手コネクタ70とが載置される読取台81と、読取台81から立設され、相手コネクタ70に当接してコネクタ1と相手コネクタ70とを読取台81上で位置決めする位置決め部82と、位置決め部82から延びるリーダ支持部83と、リーダ支持部83に保持され、二次元コード60A、60Bを読み取るためのセンサを備えたコードリーダ84とを備える。コードリーダ84は、図示しない記録装置と接続されており、二次元コード60A、60Bに含まれる情報がコードリーダ84によって読み取られ、記録装置に記録されるようになっている。
以上のように本実施形態によれば、コネクタ1は、相手コネクタ70と嵌合可能なハウジング10と、ハウジング10に組み付けられ、待機位置と嵌合保証位置との間で変位可能なCPA部材50と、ハウジング10の外表面に視認可能に配置された第1二次元コード60Aと、CPA部材50の外表面に視認可能に配置され、第1二次元コード60Aとは異なる情報を含むとともに、CPA部材50が待機位置にあるときに第1二次元コード60Aと隣り合って配され、CPA部材50の嵌合保証位置への変位に伴ってCPA部材50が待機位置にあるときよりも第1二次元コード60Aから離れて配置される第2二次元コード60Bと、を備える。
(1)上記実施形態では、識別子が二次元コード60A 、60Bであったが、識別子は、例えばバーコード等の一次元コード、文字、数字、図柄、凹凸、またはこれらの組み合わせであっても構わない。
(2)上記実施形態では、第1二次元コード60Aに「嵌合完了」の情報が記録され、第2二次元コード60Bに「嵌合未完了」の情報が記録されている例を示したが、例えば、第1識別子に「完了未完了」の情報が記録され、第2識別子に「嵌合完了」の情報が記載され、組付部材が第2位置にあるときには、第2識別子のみが読み取られるようになっていても構わない。
(3)上記実施形態では、第1二次元コード60Aがロックアーム21に配されていたが、第1識別子の配置位置は上記実施形態の限りではなく、例えばCPA保持部に配されていても構わない。
(4)上記実施形態では、CPA部材50が嵌合保証位置にあるときに、第2二次元コード60Bの全体が読取領域Arから外れていたが、第2識別子の一部が読取領域から外れて読み取り不能となっていても構わない。
(5)上記実施形態では、位置決め部82が相手コネクタ70に当接することでコネクタ1が位置決めされていたが、コネクタが直接位置決め部に当接して位置決めされていても構わない。

Claims (2)
- 相手コネクタと嵌合可能なハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに組み付けられ、第1位置と第2位置との間で変位可能な組付部材と、
前記ハウジングの外表面に視認可能に配置された第1識別子と、
前記組付部材の外表面に視認可能に配置され、前記第1識別子とは異なる情報を含むとともに、前記組付部材が前記第1位置にあるときに前記第1識別子と隣り合って配され、前記組付部材の前記第2位置への変位に伴って前記組付部材が前記第1位置にあるときよりも前記第1識別子から離れて配置される第2識別子と、を備えるコネクタ。 - 前記組付部材が、前記ハウジングが前記相手コネクタに対する嵌合が完了した状態にあるときにのみ前記第1位置から前記第2位置へ変位可能な嵌合保証部材である、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
