Description
図3、図4は、モード切替ユニット50の斜視図であり、図3は第2のストッパを格納した状態(以下、「格納状態」という。)を、図4は、第2のストッパ52を突出させた状態(以下、「突出状態」という。)を示す。また、図5(A),(B)は、移動観覧席100の収納位置における、1組のベース32o,32eの後端部の平面図であり、図5(C),(D)は、同背面図である。図5(A),(C)は、第2のストッパ52の格納状態を示し、図5(B),(D)は、同突出状態を示す。
なお、モード切替ユニット50はボルト・ナットにより、ベース32に対して着脱可能に取り付けられていてもよく、溶接等により固定されていてもよい。
図6(A),6(B)は、切替駆動ユニット60の斜視図である。図7(A),7(B)は切替駆動ユニット60の平面図、図7(C)は同前後方向の断面図、図7(D),(E)は同正面図である。図6(A),図7(A),7(D)は第2のストッパ52を格納状態とするモード(通常使用位置モード)を示し、図6(B),図7(B),7(E)は第2のストッパ52を突出状態とするモード(短縮使用位置モード)を示す。
以下、図9の移動観覧席100の一部(1~4段目)の模式平面図を参照して、移動観覧席100の展開動作を説明する
図8(A)の通常使用位置モードが設定された場合、全ての第2のストッパ52は格納状態とされる
一方図8(B)の短縮使用位置モードが設定された場合、全ての第2のストッパ52は突出状態とされる。
移動観覧席100が、収納位置から短縮使用位置に前進移動する際は、まず、1段目のベース321が前進移動する。ベース321の前進移動により、2段目のベース32eの第1のストッパ34は、図9(B)に示すように、1段目のベース321の支柱31に当接する。
図10は、第1の変形例に係る移動観覧席100Aの切替駆動ユニット60Aの正面図であり、図10(A)は通常使用位置モードを示し、図10(B)は短縮使用位置モードを示す。
図11は、第2の変形例に係る移動観覧席100Bの切替駆動ユニット60Bを説明する図である。図11(A)は、移動観覧席100Bの収納位置において、短縮使用位置モードに設定された切替駆動ユニット60Bの全体構成を示す平面図、図11(B)は、同前後方向の断面図、図11(C)は、同第1の可動部162の正面図、図11(D)は同第2の可動部262の正面図である。
第1の可動部162の平板部(第1の平板部)164は、複数の組の(床台10の)うち、モード切替ユニット50を備える一部の組の脚部(2~5段目の脚部)30に対向するように配置され、第2の可動部262の平板部(第2の平板部)264は、複数の組のうち、モード切替ユニット50Bを備える残りの組の脚部(6~11段目の脚部)30に対向して配置されている。第1の平板部164は、第1の可動部162のガイド部162aの前面に取り付けられている。第2の平板部264は、下端部で後方に屈曲して、第2の可動部262のガイド部262aの前面から前方に突出して取り付けられている。第2の可動部262は、左右方向に移動したときに、第1の可動部162と干渉しないようになっている。
(1)第2のストッパ52の突出状態において、左右方向に突出する第2のストッパ52の長さをベース32の2本分とするとともに、同じ組を構成する残りの2本のベース32にストッパあて37を設けて、短縮使用位置で、上下方向に整列する床台の組を3段で1組となるように構成する。すなわち、短縮使用位置で、上下方向に整列する床台の組は、2段のものに限らず、3段以上であってもよい。
Claims (8)
- 複数段の床台;および
前記床台をそれぞれ水平に支持し、前後方向に移動可能な複数の脚部;を備え、
前記脚部は、該脚部が支持する前記床台の1段下の床台の脚部と係合して、該床台と前記1段下の床台とを階段状にずれる状態で連動して前進可能とする第1のストッパと、
前記複数段の床台の一部を組として、該組を構成する第1の床台の脚部に設けられ、該組の残りの床台の脚部に向かって突出・格納可能に構成され、前記残りの床台の脚部に係合して、前記組の床台を上下に整列した状態で連動して前進可能とする第2のストッパとを有し、
前記床台が全体的に上下に整列する収納位置と、前記床台が1段ずつ階段状に展開する通常使用位置または前記床台の前記組が階段状に展開する短縮使用位置との間で移動可能な移動観覧席であって、
前記床台の組を複数備え、
各組において、前記第1の床台の脚部には、前記第2のストッパと、前記第1の床台の脚部の後方に突出し、前記第2のストッパの突出・格納状態を切り替える切替レバーを有するモード切替ユニットが設けられ、
前記移動観覧席は、前記収納位置において左右方向に整列する前記複数の床台の脚部の後方に固定された切替駆動ユニットをさらに備え、
該切替駆動ユニットには、前記収納位置において複数の組の前記切替レバーと係合する可動部が設けられ、前記可動部の駆動に連係して、複数の組の前記切替レバーを一体的に駆動し、複数の組の前記第2のストッパの突出・格納状態を切り替えることを特徴とする移動観覧席。 - 前記モード切替ユニットは、前後方向に延在し、前記第2のストッパに結合されて、前後方向に延びる軸線周りに回転可能に構成されたストッパ回転軸と、該ストッパ回転軸を回転可能に支持する台座部とをを有し、
前記切替レバーは、前記ストッパ回転軸に結合されて、前記ストッパ回転軸を回転させ、
前記切替レバーが、前記可動部の駆動により、左右方向に移動することにより、前記第2のストッパの突出・格納状態を切り替える、請求項1に記載の移動観覧席。 - 前記可動部は、前記収納位置で左右方向に整列する前記脚部に対向する平板部を備え、該平板部には、前記収納位置にある時に、後方へ突出する前記切替レバーを挿入するレバー挿入孔が、前記切替レバーの間隔に対応して形成されており、
複数の組の前記切替レバーが、前記可動部の左右方向の移動に連動して左右方向に移動する請求項1または2に記載の移動観覧席。 - 前記第2のストッパは、前記第2のストッパと、前記台座との間に取り付けられた引張コイルばねにより、前記ストッパ回転軸に関して、該引張コイルばねの軸線よりも前記第2のストッパの格納方向にある場合には、該格納方向に、前記第2のストッパの突出方向にある場合には該突出方向に付勢されている請求項2または3に記載の移動観覧席。
- 前記可動部は、前記固定部に設けられた直線駆動装置により左右方向に移動可能となっていることを請求項3または請求項3に従属する請求項4に記載の移動観覧席。
- 前記切替駆動ユニットの可動部は、前記固定部に設けられた支点を中心にして、左右方向に揺動可能に構成された揺動レバーに結合され、前記揺動レバーを左右に揺動することで左右方向に移動可能となっている請求項3または請求項3に従属する請求項4に記載の移動観覧席。
- 前記切替駆動ユニットは、
左右方向の長さおよび前記レバー挿入孔の数を除き前記固定部および前記可動部と同様に構成された第1の固定部および第1の可動部と、第2の固定部および第2の可動部を備え、
前記第1の固定部および第1の可動部は、前記複数の組のうち、一部の組の脚部に対向して配置され、
前記第2の固定部および第2の可動部は、前記複数の組のうち、残りの組の脚部に対向して、前記第1の固定部および前記第1の可動部の後方に配置され、
前記第1の可動部の平板部には、前記第1の可動部に対向する前記モード切替ユニットの数に対応する数の前記レバー挿入孔が形成され、
前記第2の可動部の平板部には、前記第2の可動部に対向する前記モード切替ユニットの数に対応する数の前記レバー挿入孔が形成され、
前記第2の可動部に対向する前記モード切替ユニットの切替レバーは、前記収納位置にあるときに、前記第2の可動部の前記レバー挿入孔に挿入される長さである請求項3,5,6または請求項3に従属する請求項4に記載の移動観覧席。 - 前記第1の可動部の平板部は、前記第1の可動部に対して着脱可能に構成され、
前記第2の可動部の平板部は、前記第2の可動部に対して着脱可能に構成され、
前記第1の可動部の平板部および前記第2の可動部の平板部はそれぞれに設けられるレバー挿入孔の数の組み合わせを変更した前記第1の可動部の平板部および前記第2の可動部の平板部と交換可能となっていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の移動観覧席。
