具体的,本实施例中的所述多轴机械臂组件3包括机械臂31,以及与所述机械臂31紧固的俯仰旋转组件32,所述俯仰旋转组件32与所述压力调节组件2相连接,更进一步具体的,所述机械臂31包括底座311、与所述底座311转动连接的铰接架312、驱动所述铰接架312转动的第一驱动组件313、与所述铰接架312相枢接的支撑臂314、架设于所述底座311一端的弧形齿条315、与所述弧形齿条315相啮合的第二驱动组件316、设置于所述机械臂31远离所述弧形齿条315一端的所述驱动轴317、以及架设于所述第一驱动组件313上方用于驱动所述驱动轴317转动的第三驱动组件318,第三驱动组件318与俯仰旋转组件32相连接。
以此结构设计的机械臂31,能够通过第一驱动组件313、第二驱动组件316及第三驱动组件318的设置,驱动支撑臂314转动、俯仰,以及俯仰旋转组件32的俯仰,继而调整墙面腻子整形组件1与墙面的施工位置。
作为优选,本实施例中的第一驱动组件313、第二驱动组件316及第三驱动组件318均设置有电机和变速器,以此通过外部电控装置对各个电机的控制,调整机械臂31中支撑壁的转速及俯仰角度调节速度。
更进一步具体的,本实施例中的所述铰接架312与所述支撑臂314通过枢接轴相枢接,所述枢接轴外露于所述铰接架312的两端设置有第一带轮3191,所述枢接轴靠近所述支撑臂314内侧处设置有第二带轮3192,所述驱动轴317外露于所述支撑臂314的两端设置有第三带轮3193,所述第三驱动组件318的动力输入端通过第一同步带与所述第二带轮3192相连接,所述第一带轮3191通过第二同步带与所述第三带轮3193相连接。
本实施例中,有关上述第一驱动组件313、第二驱动组件316及第三驱动组件318的具体结构设计,相关技术中都较为常用,在此不做具体赘述。
更进一步具体的,本实施例中的所述俯仰旋转组件32包括支架321、设置于所述支架321两端的轴承座、穿设于两所述轴承座的传动轴322、设置于所述传动轴322一端的旋转电机323、以及设置于所述传动轴322外露于所述轴承座一端的连接件324,所述连接件324与所述连接座27紧固,进一步优选的,所述支架321设置有与所述驱动轴317紧固的铰接座3211,所述铰接座3211位于所述调节腔体21靠近所述机械臂31的一侧,作为优选,本实施例中支架321上的铰接座3211与驱动轴317紧固,以此通过驱动轴317的转动,带动俯仰旋转组件32俯仰。
更进一步具体的,本实施例中压力调节组件2包括调节腔体21,紧固于调节腔体21上下底面之间的支撑柱23,穿设于调节腔体21的多根导杆24,以及设置于相邻导杆24端部之间的连接板25,还包括与导杆24并行的一对螺纹杆29,螺纹杆29的两端均嵌套有螺纹套筒28,位于前端的螺纹套筒28与连接板25固定,并与螺纹杆29转动连接,位于后端螺纹套筒28穿设于调节腔体21的底部,并与螺纹杆29螺纹连接,位于前端的螺纹套筒28与连接板25的连接处设置有压力传感器22,螺纹杆28的后端嵌套固定有传动轮211,调节腔体21的底部固定有传动电机210,且传动电机210的输出端与传动轮211通过皮带传动连接。本实施例中通过螺纹套筒28和螺纹杆29形成的机械压簧结构的设置,在墙面腻子整形组件1与墙面发生碰撞时,压力传感器22触发,使得传动电机210驱动传动轮211转动,螺纹杆29随之转动,螺纹套筒28将其转化为墙面腻子整形组件1相对调节腔体21上下移动的直线驱动力,能够减少墙面腻子整形组件1与墙面之间的撞击,继而起到较好的缓冲作用。
作为优选,本实施例中的导杆24共设置有六根导杆24,两两一对并在远离调节腔体21的一端设置有上述连接板25。作为优选,为了方便俯仰旋转组件32与压力调节组件2连接固定,本实施例中的调节腔体21的板面埋设有轴套26,调节腔体21的内侧底面同轴设置连接座27,俯仰旋转组件32穿过所述轴套26与所述连接座27紧固。
采用上述结构设计,能够通过俯仰旋转组件32的作用,驱动墙面腻子整形组件1绕俯仰旋转组件32中的传动轴322转动,继而方便墙面腻子整形组件1同步转动,继而调整墙面腻子整形组件1的施工位置。
此外,本实施例中的墙面腻子整形组件1包括并排设置的墙面腻子整形刮板11、墙面腻子压平刮板12及墙面腻子收边刮板13,并分别与压力调节组件2上的对应连接板25铰接,以此方式能够同时完成墙面腻子的整形,继而有效提升墙面腻子的施工效率;其中,墙面腻子整形刮板11、墙面腻子压平刮板12可对应替换为长滚筒14和短滚筒15,长滚筒14和短滚筒15交错设置,并同样与连接板相铰接,在本实施例中,可将墙面腻子整形组件1替换为长滚筒14和短滚筒15组成的墙面腻子辊涂组件,从而实现对墙面的辊涂,实现同一机构的两种不同作用,适用于墙面腻子的多种方式施工。同时,在本实施例中,有关墙面腻子整形刮板11、墙面腻子压平刮板12,墙面腻子收边刮板13,或长滚筒14和短滚筒15的具体结构设置,相关技术中都较为常用,在此不做具体赘述。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种墙面刮腻子设备,其特征在于:包括:墙面腻子整形组件(1),用于对涂抹到墙面的腻子膏进行整形压平处理;压力调节组件(2),与所述墙面腻子整形组件(1)相连接,并用于对所述墙面腻子整形组件(1)挤压墙面时的压力进行调节;多轴机械臂组件(3),与所述压力调节组件(2)相配合用于调节所述墙面腻子整形组件(1)与墙面的角度及位置并驱动所述墙面腻子整形组件(1)运动;所述多轴机械臂组件(3)包括机械臂(31),以及与所述机械臂(31)紧固的俯仰旋转组件(32),所述俯仰旋转组件(32)与所述压力调节组件(2)相连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的墙面刮腻子设备,其特征在于,所述压力调节组件(2)包括调节腔体(21),紧固于所述调节腔体(21)上下底面之间的支撑柱(23),穿设于所述调节腔体(21)的多根导杆(24),以及设置于相邻所述导杆(24)端部之间的连接板(25),还包括与导杆(24)并行的一对螺纹杆(29),所述螺纹杆(29)的两端均嵌套有螺纹套筒(28),位于前端的所述螺纹套筒(28)与连接板(25)固定,并与螺纹杆(29)转动连接,位于后端所述螺纹套筒(28)穿设于调节腔体(21)的底部,并与螺纹杆(29)螺纹连接,位于前端的所述螺纹套筒(28)与连接板(25)的连接处设置有压力传感器(22),所述螺纹杆(29)的后端嵌套固定有传动轮(211),所述调节腔体(21)的底部固定有传动电机(210),且传动电机(210)的输出端与传动轮(211)通过皮带传动连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的墙面刮腻子设备,其特征在于,所述墙面腻子整形组件(1)包括并排设置的墙面腻子整形刮板(11)、墙面腻子压平刮板(12)及墙面腻子收边刮板(13);还包括可替换的长滚筒(14)和短滚筒(15),所述长滚筒(14)和短滚筒(15)交错设置;所述墙面腻子整形刮板(11)、所述墙面腻子压平刮板(12)及所述墙面腻子收边刮板(13),或长滚筒(14)和短滚筒(15)均分别与对应的所述连接板(25)相铰接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的墙面刮腻子设备,其特征在于,所述机械臂(31)的端部设置有驱动轴(317),所述驱动轴(317)与所述俯仰旋转组件(32)紧固。
- 根据权利要求4所述的墙面刮腻子设备,其特征在于,所述调节腔体(21)的底部板面埋设有轴套(26),所述调节腔体(21)的内侧底面同轴设置连接座(27),所述俯仰旋转组件(32)穿过所述轴套(26)与所述连接座(27)紧固。
- 根据权利要求5所述的墙面刮腻子设备,其特征在于,所述俯仰旋转组件(32)包括支架(321)、设置于所述支架(321)两端的轴承座、穿设于两所述轴承座的传动轴(322)、设置于所述传动轴(322)一端的旋转电机(323)、以及设置于所述传动轴(322)外露于所述轴承座一端的连接件(324),所述连接件(324)与所述连接座(27)紧固。
- 根据权利要求6所述的墙面刮腻子设备,其特征在于,所述支架(321)设置有与所述驱动轴(317)紧固的铰接座(3211),所述铰接座(3211)位于所述调节腔体(21)靠近所述机械臂(31)的一侧。
- 根据权利要求4所述的墙面刮腻子设备,其特征在于,所述机械臂(31)包括底座(311)、与所述底座(311)转动连接的铰接架(312)、驱动所述铰接架(312)转动的第一驱动组件(313)、与所述铰接架(312)相枢接的支撑臂(314)、架设于所述底座(311)一端的弧形齿条(315)、与所述弧形齿条(315)相啮合的第二驱动组件(316)、设置于所述机械臂(31)远离所述弧形齿条(315)一端的所述驱动轴(317)、以及架设于所述第一驱动组件(313)上方用于驱动所述驱动轴(317)转动的第三驱动组件(318)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的墙面刮腻子设备,其特征在于,所述铰接架(312)与所述支撑臂(314)通过枢接轴相枢接,所述枢接轴外露于所述铰接架(312)的两端设置有第一带轮(3191),所述枢接轴靠近所述支撑臂(314)内侧处设置有第二带轮(3192),所述驱动轴(317)外露于所述支撑臂(314)的两端设置有第三带轮(3193)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的墙面刮腻子设备,其特征在于,所述第三驱动组件(318)的动力输入端通过第一同步带与所述第二带轮(3192)相连接,所述第一带轮(3191)通过第二同步带与所述第三带轮(3193)相连接。
