Abstract

一种光示时钟装置,包括:固定盘(1);在固定盘(1)上沿周向布置的多个LED;以及时间控制器。时间控制器根据当前时间的小时分量值,控制相应的LED实时发出时针色光;并根据当前时间的分钟分量值,控制相应的LED实时发出分针色光,其中时针色光与分针色光之一为亮变色光,另一为恒亮色光。由于提供了辨识度高的亮变指针,例如呼吸分针或闪烁分针,该光示时钟装置不但具有新奇感,而且时间可读性大大增强。

Description

光示时钟装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种时钟装置。
背景技术
目前的时钟一般包括机械指针时钟和数字电子时钟。CN210323783U公开了另一种时钟,其通过实时控制钟盘刻度指示灯发出不同色光来模拟时针、分针和秒针,模拟指针重合时按照不同优先级别予以显示。但是,这种LED模拟指针辨识度不高,在重合时尤其不易辨识。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新颖的时钟装置。
根据本发明的时钟装置,包括:
固定盘;
在固定盘上沿周向布置的多个LED;以及
时间控制器,根据当前时间的小时分量值,控制相应的LED实时发出时针色光;并根据当前时间的分钟分量值,控制相应的LED实时发出分针色光,
其中时针色光与分针色光之一为亮变色光,另一为恒亮色光。
根据本发明的时钟装置的优选实施例,时针色光可以为恒亮色光,分针色光可以为亮变色光。
当分针色光为亮变色光时,优选分针色光始终优先得到保障。也就是说,当时针色光与分针色光由相同LED发出时,时针色光退出。例如在12整点时,则仅由与60分度位置对应的LED发亮变色光。
根据本发明的时钟装置,亮变色光可以为明灭交替的闪烁色光,也可以为亮度渐变的呼吸色光。
根据本发明的时钟装置,时针色光与分针色光颜色可以相同或不同。
根据本发明的时钟装置,用于发出时针色光的LED的数量与用于发出分针色光的LED的数量可以相同或不同。
根据本发明的时钟装置的优选实施例,固定盘可以任选形成为刻 度盘,每个刻度位置均有相应的LED。刻度盘优选为具有周向60或120均匀分度的时间刻度盘。当然,刻度盘也可以为具有其它合适分度例如具有周向150均匀分度。用于发出时针色光的LED的数量可以为周向连续的奇数个LED,其中对应于当前时间的小时分量值所对应的下限分度位置的LED实时居中。用于发出分针色光的LED可以为对应于当前时间的分钟分量值所对应的下限分度位置的单个LED。
根据本发明的时钟装置的优选实施例,所述多个LED可以由固定于固定盘的环形LED灯带提供。环形LED灯带可以位于固定盘内圈或外圈。另外,固定盘内圈和外圈还可以分别固定有环形LED灯带,其中时针色光与分针色光由不同环形LED灯带上的LED发出。
根据本发明的时钟装置,时间控制器还可以任选:根据当前时间的秒分量值,控制相应的LED实时发出秒针色光。
根据本发明的时钟装置,所述多个LED可以均为RGB LED(红绿蓝三色LED),时针色光、分针色光和秒针色光分别选自红光、绿光和蓝光且互不相同。
根据本发明的时钟装置,所述多个LED可以均为RGBW LED(红绿蓝白四色LED),不用于发出时针色光、分针色光或秒针色光的LED任选发出白光。
根据本发明的时钟装置,可以具有用于激活时间控制器的时钟模式以及关闭时间控制器的照明灯模式。
根据本发明的时钟装置,固定盘上可以还固定有中央展示板,例如玻璃板或亚克力板。
根据本发明的时钟装置,固定盘可以为圆环形刻度盘。
由于提供了辨识度高的亮变指针例如呼吸分针或闪烁分针,本发明的光示时钟装置不但具有新奇感,而且时间可读性大大增强。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明做进一步说明,本领域技术人员 应该理解,实施例和附图只是为了更好地理解本发明,并不用于任何限制目的。
图1示出了根据本发明的具有时针指示和分针指示的光示时钟装置,其包括固定盘1和设置在固定盘1内沿或内圈的LED环形灯带2(部分示出)。固定盘1由塑胶一体成型为具有周向向内开口的中空圆环,其外沿或外圈上印制有常见的60分度钟表刻度。灯带2沿其一周布置有60个RGBW LED,与固定盘1外沿上的60分度一一对应。
固定盘1中设置有时间控制器(未具体示出),用于实时控制灯带2的LED的发光:根据当前时间的小时分量值,控制相应的LED实时发出恒亮时针色光;以及根据当前时间的分钟分量值,控制相应的LED实时发出亮变分针色光。其它暂时不承担时间指示任务的LED则熄灭或发出例如白色背景光或其它所希望的背景光。
例如在图1所示9点15分时,与46分度位置对应的LED h发红光,与15分度位置对应的LED m发出亮度渐变的呼吸式绿光,其它LED则一律发出白色背景光。在9点30分之前,与46分度位置对应的LED h一直发红光,直至9点30分转为发白光;与47分度位置对应的LED则同时由发白光转为发红光。在9点16分之前,与15分度位置对应的LED m发呼吸绿光,直至9点16分转为发白光;与16分度位置对应的LED则同时由发白光转为发呼吸绿光。
图1所示实施例中,当时针色光与分针色光由相同LED发出时,时针色光退出。例如在12整点时,则与60分度位置对应的LED仅发呼吸绿光。
图2所示实施例与图1类似,只是增加了秒针指示。也就是说,在图2中,时间控制器还根据当前时间的秒分量值,控制相应的LED实时发出秒针色光。例如在图2所示9点15分30秒时,与30分度位置对应的LED s发蓝光,直至下一秒转为发白光;与31分度位置对应的LED则同时由发白光转为发蓝光。
在图2所示实施例中,当秒针色光与时针色光和/或分针色光由相同LED发出时,秒针色光退出,直至下一秒由另一LED继续发出。
图3所示实施例的结构与图1所示相同,不同之处仅在于时间控制器的控制策略:根据当前时间的小时分量值,控制多个相应LED实时发出恒亮时针色光;以及根据当前时间的分钟分量值,控制相应的LED实时发出亮变分针色光。
例如在图3所示9点15分时,与45、46和47分度位置对应的3个LED h发蓝光,与15分度位置对应的LED m发出忽明忽灭的闪烁红光。
图3所示实施例中,当时针色光与分针色光由相同LED发出时,时针色光退出。例如在12整点时,与60分度位置对应的LED发闪烁红光,与59分度和1分度位置对应的LED发蓝光。在指针有所重合的情况下,该实施例能够更加便捷清楚地获取时间。
在图3所示实施例中,分针色光以及任选的秒针色光虽然均由单个LED发出,但也可以由多个LED发出。
图4示出了另一种结构的时钟装置。如图所示,固定盘1的内沿和外沿分别设置有LED外环形灯带2’和内环形灯带2”。在这种结构中,时针色光和秒针色光可以由位于不同环形灯带上的LED发出。如图所示,时针色光由位于外环形灯带2’上的LED h发出,分针色光则由位于内环形灯带2”上的LED m发出。尽管这种情况下LED m可以发恒亮色光,但如果发亮变色光例如呼吸色光会使得时间可读性更强。图4还示出了位于内环形灯带2”上的LED s,其发出秒针色光。
此外,如图5所示,固定盘1还可以设置有中央展示板例如透明盘面3,固定于固定盘1的内沿。透明盘面3可以设置为双层或夹层盘面以在其中夹置照片或图片等。当然,这种展示板还可以设置成任何合适的构型例如十字架等构型。
在上述实施例中,时钟装置还可以具有用于激活时间控制器的时钟模式以及关闭时间控制器的照明灯模式。在照明灯模式下,LED可以均发出白光。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种时钟装置,包括:
    固定盘;
    在固定盘上沿周向布置的多个LED;以及
    时间控制器,根据当前时间的小时分量值,控制相应的LED实时发出时针色光;并根据当前时间的分钟分量值,控制相应的LED实时发出分针色光,
    其中时针色光与分针色光之一为亮变色光,另一为恒亮色光。
  2. 根据权利要求1的时钟装置,其中时针色光为恒亮色光,分针色光为亮变色光。
  3. 根据权利要求2的时钟装置,其中分针色光始终优先得到保障。
  4. 根据权利要求1的时钟装置,其中亮变色光为明灭交替的闪烁色光。
  5. 根据权利要求1的时钟装置,其中亮变色光为亮度渐变的呼吸色光。
  6. 根据权利要求1的时钟装置,其中时针色光与分针色光颜色相同或不同。
  7. 根据权利要求1的时钟装置,其中用于发出时针色光的LED的数量与用于发出分针色光的LED的数量相同或不同。
  8. 根据权利要求1的时钟装置,其中固定盘形成为刻度盘,每个刻度位置均有相应的LED。
  9. 根据权利要求8的时钟装置,其中刻度盘为周向60或120均匀分度的时间刻度盘。
  10. 根据权利要求8的时钟装置,其中用于发出时针色光的LED的数量为周向连续的奇数个LED,其中对应于当前时间的小时分量值所对应的下限分度位置的LED实时居中。
  11. 根据权利要求8的时钟装置,其中用于发出分针色光的LED为对应于当前时间的分钟分量值所对应的下限分度位置的单个LED。
  12. 根据权利要求1的时钟装置,其中所述多个LED由固定于固定盘的环形LED灯带提供。
  13. 根据权利要求12的时钟装置,其中环形LED灯带位于固定盘内圈或外圈。
  14. 根据权利要求12的时钟装置,其中固定盘内圈和外圈分别固定有环形LED灯带,其中时针色光与分针色光由不同环形LED灯带上的LED发出。
  15. 根据权利要求1的时钟装置,其中时间控制器的控制策略还包括:根据当前时间的秒分量值,控制相应的LED实时发出秒针色光。
  16. 根据权利要求15的时钟装置,其中所述多个LED均为RGB LED,时针色光、分针色光和秒针色光分别选自红光、绿光和蓝光且互不相同。
  17. 根据权利要求15的时钟装置,其中所述多个LED均为RGBW LED,不用于发出时针色光、分针色光或秒针色光的LED任选发出白光。
  18. 根据权利要求1的时钟装置,具有用于激活时间控制器的时钟模式以及关闭时间控制器的照明灯模式。
  19. 根据权利要求1的时钟装置,其中固定盘上还固定有中央展示板。
  20. 根据权利要求1的时钟装置,其中固定盘为圆环形刻度盘。
