Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la construction, et concerne notamment un équipement de production d'armature composite comprenant un enroulement en spirale qui est utilisé pour renforcer des structures et des articles de renfort en béton armé. Le résultat technique de la présente invention consiste en une augmentation de la productivité du dispositif, la possibilité de fournir des enroulements avec des bobines standards immédiatement dans le processus de travaux sans retards industriels longs lors du processus de production. Ce résultat technique est atteint grâce à une unité de génération de profil périodique d'armature composite comprenant une carcasse, des bobines, un actionneur électrique, un dispositif de navette disposé au-dessus de chacune des bobines pour l'enroulement en spirale d'une tige porteuse de l'armature; selon l'invention, dans la partie supérieure de la carcasse, des première et seconde bobines horizontales comportant des noyaux creux sont disposées coaxialement l'une à l'autre et coaxialement au débit de fils de la tige porteuse de l'armature, et chacune d'elles possède son propre actionneur déconnectable; dans la partie inférieure de la carcasse se trouve une unité pour disposer des bobines verticales remplaçables de roving sous les première et seconde bobines horizontales.
