背景技术
随着人们生活水平和科学技术的不断提高,人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高。越来越多的用户选择在浴室安装软水机,从而通过软水机对热水器中的沐浴用水进行软化,提高沐浴体验。
在现有技术中,往往需要用户手动设置软水机的参数,软水机控制便捷性较差。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决软水机控制便捷性较差的问题,本申请提供了一种家用电器的控制方法、装置及设备,实现了基于用户特征进行软水机自动控制的方案,提高了软水机控制的便捷性以及准确性,提高了用户的沐浴体验。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种家用电器的控制方法,所述方法包括:
获取目标用户的用户特征;根据所述目标用户的用户特征,确定所述目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度;根据所述沐浴用水的硬度,生成软水机的控制指令。

下面以具体地实施例对本申请的技术方案以及本申请的技术方案如何解决上述技术问题进行详细说明。下面这几个具体的实施例可以相互结合,对于相同或相似的概念或过程可能在某些实施例中不再赘述。下面将结合附图,对本申请的实施例进行描述。
下面对本申请实施例的应用场景进行解释:
图1为本申请实施例提供的家用电器的控制方法的一种应用场景图,如图1所示,随着人们对生活用水的要求越来越高,越来越多的家庭中安装有软水机110,软水机110可以软化生活用水的硬度,从而提高生活用水的质量。为了实现软水沐浴,软水机110可以设置在浴室中,与热水器120连接,从而为用户提供软化后的沐浴用水。
在现有技术中,软水机110的控制方式是手动的,即用户需要在沐浴之前,手动开启软水机110,控制方式便捷性较差。并且,一个家庭通常包括多个成员,不同的成员对沐浴用水的硬度的需求可能不同,当用户忘记设置软水机110时,往往采用上一用户设置的硬度进行沐浴,当上一用户与当前用户的硬度需求不同时,当前用户需要在沐浴时,还需要去调整软水机的设置,造成较大的不便,降低用户的沐浴体验。
针对上述问题,为了提高软水机110控制的便捷性,本申请提供了一种家用电器的控制方法,该方法的主要构思为:基于所确定的目标用户的用户特征,确定沐浴用水的硬度和温度,从而基于所确定的硬度和温度,自动进行热水器和软水机的参数设置,实现了软水机和热水器的自动控制,提高了控制的便捷性和准确性,提高了用户体验。
图2是本申请一个实施例提供的家用电器的控制方法的流程图,本申请所提及的家用电器可以包括软水机、热水器,还可以包括智能镜子,该家用电器的控制方法可以由家用电器的控制设备执行,该控制设备可以为与家用电器连接的任意一种设备,如移动终端、语音盒子、服务器等,如图2所示,该家用电器的控制方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S201,获取目标用户的用户特征。
其中,目标用户为即将或者预约进行沐浴的用户,目标用户的用户特征可以为声纹特征、人脸特征等,还可以为用户终端的登录信息。
具体的,可以基于智能镜子、用户终端等设备,获取目标用户的用户特征。该智能镜子又称为墨镜,通常设置在浴室的洗手池的上方,在本实施例中,该智能镜子具备语音识别功能,和/或,人脸识别功能。
具体的,可以在接收到沐浴场景的触发指令之后,获取目标用户的用户特征,该目标用户可以为下发沐浴场景的触发指令的用户,或者可以为触发指令中对应的用户。
具体的,目标用户可以在设置有软水机和热水器的浴室中,通过浴室内设置的智能镜子下发沐浴场景的触发指令。
进一步地,当触发指令中包括用户标识时,在接收到沐浴场景的触发指令之后,判断所述触发指令中是否包括用户标识,若是,则确定根据该用户标识确定目标用户。
进一步地,当触发指令为语音指令,且触发指令中不包括用户标识时,可以通过对触发指令进行声纹识别,从而确定目标用户。
示例性的,触发指令可以为“预约今天下午七点进行洗浴”,则下发该触发指令的用户即为目标用户,或者“预约今天晚上九点为宝宝进行洗浴”,则“宝宝”即为目标用户。
可选的,所述目标用户的用户特征包括所述目标用户的年龄、性别和用户标识中的一项或多项。

获取所述目标用户的用户图像;对所述用户图像进行识别,确定所述目标用户的用户特征。
具体的,可以基于智能镜子上设置在视觉传感器,采集视野范围内的用户图像,如人脸图像,并通过蓝牙、无线网络、局域网等通讯技术,将所采集的用户图像发送至家用电器的控制设备,家用电器的控制设备对该用户图像进行识别,从而提取目标用户的用户特征,如性别、年龄或者用户标识等。
具体的,可以在家用电器的控制设备接收到沐浴场景的触发指令之后,开启智能镜子的视觉传感器,以使该视觉传感器按照一定周期采集其视野范围内的用户图像。
示例性的,用户可以向智能镜子下发语音指令,进行沐浴预约,进而智能镜子的语音识别模块,对用户发的语音指令进行识别,当该语音指令为沐浴场景的触发指令时,开启智能镜子的摄像头,采集用户图像,并将用户图像发送至家用电器的控制设备。
可选的,获取目标用户的用户特征,包括:
接收目标用户的语音指令;根据所述语音指令,确定所述目标用户的用户特征。
具体的,可以通过智能镜子接收目标用户的语音指令,并将该语音指令发送至家用电器的控制设备,家用电器的控制设备对该语音指令进行识别,若该语音指令为沐浴场景的触发指令,则对该语音指令进行声纹识别,基于识别结果,确定目标用户的用户特征,如用户标识。
进一步地,还可以预先建立用户标识、年龄和性别的第一对应关系,进而在确定目标用户的用户标识之后,基于该第一对应关系和目标用户的用户标识,确定目标用户的年龄和性别。
步骤S202,根据所述目标用户的用户特征,确定所述目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度。
其中,沐浴用水的硬度可以由软水机进行控制。
示例性的,当软水机的软水功能开启时,该沐浴用水的硬度可以被软化为预设硬度。
在一些实施例中,软水机在软水功能开启后对应的目标硬度是可调的,则可以基于目标用户的用户特征,确定目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度,从而将软水机的目标硬度调整为所确定的硬度。
具体的,可以根据目标用户的用户标识、年龄和性别中的一项或多项,确定目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度。
可选的,根据所述目标用户的用户特征,确定所述目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度,包括:

进一步地,可以根据目标用户的历史洗浴数据以及预先训练的预设神经网络模型,预测目标用户当前的沐浴用水的硬度。
具体的,在确定目标用户的年龄和性别之后,基于预先建立的第二对应关系、目标用户的年龄和性别,确定目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度。
其中,第二对应关系为年龄、性别和沐浴用水的硬度的对应关系。
示例性的,当目标用户的性别为女性时,可以确定开启软水机的软水功能,当目标用户的性别为男性时,若目标用户的年龄小于预设年龄,如35岁、45岁、50岁等,则开启软水机的软水功能。
进一步地,还可以根据目标用户的用户标识、年龄和性别,确定目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度。
具体的,可以根据目标用户的用户标识,获取目标用户在历史时间沐浴时沐浴用水的历史硬度,并计算历史硬度的平均值;根据目标用户的年龄、性别和上述第二对应关系,确定目标用户的沐浴用水的第一硬度;根据历史硬度的平均值和第一硬度,确定目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度,以提高沐浴用水硬度确定的准确性。
示例性的,可以将历史硬度的平均值与第一硬度的加权平均值确定为目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度。
步骤S203,根据所述沐浴用水的硬度,生成软水机的控制指令。
在确定沐浴用水的硬度之后,若该硬度小于第二硬度,则基于所确定的沐浴用水的硬度,生成软水机的控制指令,从而控制软水机对沐浴用水进行软化,进而将软化后的沐浴用水流通至热水器中,以使热水器对沐浴用水进行加热,从而得到硬度和温度适宜的沐浴用水。
其中,第二硬度为自来水的硬度与预设误差的差值。该预设误差可以为3mg/L、5mg/L、10mg/L或者其他值。
本申请实施例提供的家用电器的控制方法,针对与热水器连接的软水机,基于所确定的目标用户的用户特征,自动确定目标用户对应的沐浴用水的硬度,从而基于所确定的硬度,生成软水机的控制指令,从而为目标用户提供硬度适宜的沐浴用水,实现了软水机的自动控制,提高了控制的便捷性和准确性,提高了用户沐浴的体验。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
根据所述目标用户的用户特征以及所述沐浴用水的硬度,确定所述沐浴用水的目标温度;根据所述沐浴用水的目标温度,生成热水器的控制指令。
具体的,可以根据目标用户的用户标识以及确定的沐浴用水的硬度,确定沐浴用水的目标温度。进而,基于该目标温度生成热水器的控制指令,以使热水器将沐浴用水加热所确定的目标温度。
进一步地,可以预先建立用户标识、沐浴用水的硬度以及沐浴用水的目标温度的第三对应关系,进而基于该第三对应关系、目标用户的用户标识以及所确定的沐浴用水的硬度,确定目标用户的沐浴用水的目标温度。
在本实施例中,实现了热水器和软水机的联动、自动控制,提高了控制的便捷性,且基于用户特征确定水的硬度和温度,提高了参数设置的准确度,提高了用户体验。
图3是本申请另一个实施例提供的家用电器的控制方法的流程图,本实施例是在图2所示实施例的基础上,在步骤S202之后增加目标温度确定以及生成热水器控制指令的相关步骤。如图3所示,本实施例提供的家用电器的控制方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S301,获取目标用户的用户特征。
步骤S302,根据所述目标用户的用户特征,确定所述目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度。
步骤S303,根据所述目标用户的用户特征,确定所述沐浴用水的第一温度。
具体的,可以基于目标用户的用户标识,确定沐浴用水的第一温度。
具体的,用户可以通过云端设置其对应的沐浴用水的第一温度,进而在获取目标用户的用户标识之后,基于该用户标识在云端查找对应的第一温度。
具体的,可以基于目标用户的用户标识,确定目标用户对应的常用温度,进而基于目标用户的常用温度、性别和年龄,确定目标用户沐浴用水的第一温度。
步骤S304,根据所述沐浴用水的硬度,对所述第一温度进行调整,得到所述沐浴用水的目标温度。
具体的,沐浴用水的硬度会在一定程度上,影响用户对沐浴用水的温度的感受,从而在确定沐浴用水的硬度之后,还需要基于所确定的沐浴用水的硬度,对第一温度进行调整,以得到沐浴用水的目标温度。
进一步地,在确定沐浴用水的硬度之后,可以判断该沐浴用水的硬度是否小于第二硬度,若是,则基于沐浴用水的硬度,对第一温度进行调整,得到沐浴用水的目标温度。
具体的,可以建立第一温度、沐浴用水的硬度和目标温度的第四对应关系,进而基于该第四对应关系、目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度和第一温度,确定目标用户的沐浴用水的目标温度。
在一些实施例中,目标温度可以与沐浴用水的硬度呈正比,即沐浴用水的硬度越低,则目标温度也越低。
示例性的,第一温度为60℃,沐浴用水的硬度为开启软水机的软水功能后的硬度,如100mg/L,则目标温度可以为58℃;若第一温度为60℃,沐浴用水的硬度为80mg/L,则目标温度可以为55℃。
可选的,根据所述沐浴用水的硬度,对所述第一温度进行调整,得到所述沐浴用水的目标温度,包括:
当所述沐浴用水的硬度为预设硬度时,将所述第一温度下调预设温度,得到所述目标温度。
其中,所述预设硬度为开启所述软水机的软水功能时沐浴用水的硬度。预设温度可以为3℃、5℃或者其他值。
进一步地,在确定目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度和目标温度之后,还可以根据沐浴用水的硬度和目标温度,生成第一提示信息,如语音提示信息,以提示目标用户为热水器和软水机设置的参数。还可以将该第一提示信息发送至用户终端,以在用户终端显示该第一提示信息。
示例性的,第一提示信息可以为“女主人,启用软水模式,已将热水器的目标温度降低了5℃,目标温度为45℃”。
在一些实施例中,目标用户可以基于热水器、软水机上设置的功能按键,进行目标温度和/或硬度的调整。
步骤S305,根据所述沐浴用水的硬度和目标温度,分别生成软水机和热水器的控制指令。
具体的,可以基于所确定沐浴用水的硬度,生成软水机的控制指令,从而控制软水机将沐浴用水软化为所确定的硬度;基于所确定的目标温度,生成热水器的控制指令,从而控制热水器将沐浴用水加热至目标温度,以为用户提供硬度和温度适宜的沐浴用水。
在本实施例中,基于用户特征,自动确定沐浴用水的硬度和第一温度,并基于所确定的硬度对第一温度进行调节,得到沐浴用水的目标温度,从而基于沐浴用水的硬度和目标温度,分别生成软水机和热水器的控制指令,以控制软水机和热水器为目标用户提供硬度和温度适宜的沐浴用水,实现了热水器和软水机的联动控制,提高了沐浴用水的硬度和温度确定的准确性,提高了用户体验。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。前述的程序可以存储于计算机可读取存储介质中。该程序在执行时,执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机执行指令,当该计算机执行指令被处理器执行时,可实现上述各种实施方式提供的家用电器的控制方法。
本申请还提供一种计算机程序产品,该计算机程序产品包括计算机程序,该计算机程序存储在可读存储介质中。家用电器的控制设备的至少一个处理器可以从可读存储介质读取该计算机程序,至少一个处理器执行该计算机程序使得家用电器的控制装置实施上述各种实施方式提供的家用电器的控制方法。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,模块的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个模块或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或模块的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为模块显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理模块,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络模块上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能模块的形式实现。
上述以软件功能模块的形式实现的集成的模块,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能模块存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(英文:processor)执行本申请各个实施例方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(英文:Read-Only Memory,简称:ROM)、随机存取存储器(英文:Random Access Memory,简称:RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本申请的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本申请的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征进行等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种家用电器的控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取目标用户的用户特征;
    根据所述目标用户的用户特征,确定所述目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度;
    根据所述沐浴用水的硬度,生成软水机的控制指令。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,获取目标用户的用户特征,包括:
    获取所述目标用户的用户图像;
    对所述用户图像进行识别,确定所述目标用户的用户特征。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,获取目标用户的用户特征,包括:
    接收目标用户的语音指令;
    根据所述语音指令,确定所述目标用户的用户特征。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标用户的用户特征包括所述目标用户的年龄、性别和用户标识中的一项或多项。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述目标用户的用户特征,确定所述目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度,包括:
    根据所述目标用户的用户标识,确定所述目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度;或,
    根据所述目标用户的年龄和性别,确定所述目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述沐浴用水的硬度,生成软水机的控制指令,包括:
    若所述沐浴用水的硬度小于第二硬度,则基于所述沐浴用水的硬 度,生成软水机的控制指令,
    其中,所述第二硬度为自来水的硬度与预设误差的差值。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述目标用户的用户特征以及所述沐浴用水的硬度,确定所述沐浴用水的目标温度;
    根据所述沐浴用水的目标温度,生成热水器的控制指令。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述目标用户的用户特征以及所述沐浴用水的硬度,确定所述沐浴用水的目标温度,包括:
    根据所述目标用户的用户特征,确定所述沐浴用水的第一温度;
    根据所述沐浴用水的硬度,对所述第一温度进行调整,得到所述沐浴用水的目标温度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述沐浴用水的硬度,对所述第一温度进行调整,得到所述沐浴用水的目标温度,包括:
    当所述沐浴用水的硬度为预设硬度时,将所述第一温度下调预设温度,得到所述目标温度,其中,所述预设硬度为开启所述软水机的软水功能时沐浴用水的硬度。
  10. 一种家用电器的控制装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    特征获取模块,用于获取目标用户的用户特征;
    硬度确定模块,用于根据所述目标用户的用户特征,确定所述目标用户的沐浴用水的硬度;
    控制模块,用于根据所述沐浴用水的硬度,生成软水机的控制指令。
  11. 一种家用电器的控制设备,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器和至少一个处理器;
    所述存储器存储计算机执行指令;
    所述至少一个处理器执行所述存储器存储的计算机执行指令,使得所述至少一个处理器执行如权利要求1-9任一项所述的家用电器的控制方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机执行指令,当处理器执行所述计算机执行指令时,实现如权利要求1-9任一项所述的家用电器的控制方法。
  13. 一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-9任一项所述的家用电器的控制方法。
