发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种伤口敷贴,便于实时监测伤口的情况,有利于早期防御和及时诊断伤口情况,缩短了治疗的时间,改善了治疗的效果。

本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:
本发明提供的伤口敷贴,敷贴主体包括由下至上依次设置的敷贴底层、硅凝胶层、纱布层、柔性电子元件层、吸液层和隔离膜层,柔性电子元件层包括湿度感应组件、拍摄组件和两个相连接的柔性基体层,湿度感应组件和拍摄组件均设置于两个柔性基体层之间;电源、蓝牙芯片和报警器均设置于一个连接板中,湿度感应组件和拍摄组件均与电源连接,电源、蓝牙芯片和报警器依次串联连接,蓝牙芯片用于与移动终端无线连接。当伤口感染或出血时,伤口会出现渗液,渗液依次通过敷贴底层、硅凝胶层、纱布层、柔性电子元件层、吸液层和隔离膜层,当渗液到达柔性电子元件层时,湿度感应组件读取湿度数据且拍摄组件实时摄像,并将信息传至蓝牙芯片,蓝牙芯片整合数据发出信号至报警器,使得报警器根据伤口的湿度情况进行报警,同时,蓝牙芯片整合数据传递至移动终端,患者和医护人员可以通过移动终端实时观察拍摄组件拍摄的画面以及伤口湿度的数据,进而实时掌握伤口的真实情况,有利于早期防御和及时诊断伤口情况,具有提醒更换的功能,缩短了治疗的时间,减少了治疗的成本,减轻了患者的疼痛,改善了治疗的效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的目的是提供一种伤口敷贴,便于实时监测伤口的情况,有利于早期防御和及时诊断伤口情况,缩短了治疗的时间,改善了治疗的效果。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-图3所示,本实施例提供一种伤口敷贴100,包括敷贴主体2、电源3、蓝牙芯片4、报警器5和两个分别设置于敷贴主体2两侧的连接板1,敷贴主体2包括由下至上依次设置的敷贴底层21、硅凝胶层22、纱布层23、柔性电子元件层24、吸液层25和隔离膜层26,柔性电子元件层24包括湿度感应组件、拍摄组件和两个相连接的柔性基体层241,湿度感应组件和拍摄组件均设置于两个柔性基体层241之间,位于下方的柔性基体层241与纱布层23连接,位于上方的柔性基体层241与吸液层25连接,纱布层23覆盖于硅凝胶层22上并与敷贴底层21连接,隔离膜层26与吸液层25连接;电源3、蓝牙芯片4和报警器5均设置于一个连接板1中,湿度感应组件和拍摄组件均与电源3连接,电源3、蓝牙芯片4和报警器5依次串联连接,电源3能够向湿度感应组件、拍摄组件、蓝 牙芯片4和报警器5进行供电,蓝牙芯片4用于与移动终端无线连接,本实施例中的移动终端为蓝牙手机。
当伤口感染或出血时,伤口会出现渗液,渗液依次通过敷贴底层21、硅凝胶层22、纱布层23、柔性电子元件层24、吸液层25和隔离膜层26,当渗液到达柔性电子元件层24时,湿度感应组件读取湿度数据且拍摄组件实时摄像,并将信息传至蓝牙芯片4,蓝牙芯片4整合数据发出信号至报警器5,使得报警器5根据伤口的湿度情况进行报警,同时,蓝牙芯片4整合数据传递至移动终端,患者和医护人员可以通过移动终端实时观察拍摄组件拍摄的画面以及伤口湿度的数据,进而实时掌握伤口的真实情况,有利于早期防御和及时诊断伤口情况,具有提醒更换的功能,缩短了治疗的时间,减少了治疗的成本,减轻了患者的疼痛,改善了治疗的效果。
具体地,湿度感应组件包括多个湿度感应器242,各湿度感应器242均与电源3连接。多个湿度传感器均匀分布于两个柔性基体层241之间,进而对伤口多处的湿度进行监测,将多个湿度感应器242测得的湿度值的平均值与蓝牙芯片4中的湿度设定值对比来判断是少量渗出、中量渗出还是大量渗出,当多个湿度感应器242测得的湿度值的平均值小于50%时对应少量渗出的情况,当多个湿度感应器242测得的湿度值的平均值为50%-80%时对应中量渗出的情况,当多个湿度感应器242测得的湿度值的平均值大于80%时对应大量渗出的情况。
具体地,拍摄组件包括多个柔性光纤传像束243,各柔性光纤传像束243均与电源3连接。多个柔性光纤传像束243均匀分布于两个柔性基体层241之间,进而对伤口多处的进行拍摄,以全面了解伤口的状况。
具体地,报警器5上设置有三个报警指示灯,三个报警指示灯的颜色互不相同,报警指示灯凸出于连接板1的上表面。三个报警指示灯的颜色依次为黄色、蓝色和绿色,分别代表少量渗出、中量渗出和大量渗出。当蓝牙芯片4根据多个湿度感应器242测得的湿度值的平均值进行判断后启动相应的报警指示灯,判断为少量渗出时黄色的报警指示灯亮起,判断为中量渗出时蓝色的报警指示灯亮起,判断为大量渗出时绿色的报警指示灯亮起,使得患者和医护人员根据报警指示灯实时监控伤口的湿度情况,进而能够及时对伤口敷贴100进行更换。需要说明的是,本实施例中采用的 报警器5为现有技术中的报警器。
于本具体实施例中,敷贴底层21为无纺布层,无纺布层吸液量高且没有线头,能迅速吸收伤口中渗出的分泌物,且不存在掉毛屑、线头等异物隐患。
于本具体实施例中,在敷贴底层21的上表面涂布硅凝胶层22,硅凝胶层22上表面均布有微孔,可以透水透气;硅凝胶层22中含有壳聚糖,壳聚糖透过硅凝胶层22持续缓慢释放至创面,实现持续抗菌及抗感染功能。
于本具体实施例中,柔性基体层241的材质为聚亚酰胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷或聚酯。本实施例中的柔性基体层241为透明的。
于本具体实施例中,吸液层25为吸水棉层或包括多层纱布。
于本具体实施例中,隔离膜层26为聚氨酯膜层。本实施例中的聚氨酯膜层为半透明的。
于本具体实施例中,两个连接板1分别连接于敷贴底层21的两侧,连接板1的材质为弹力棉,即在无纺布层的两侧分别连接一块弹力棉。连接板1的下表面设置有背胶,通过背胶粘贴固定使得敷贴主体2敷于创面上。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种伤口敷贴,其特征在于,包括敷贴主体、电源、蓝牙芯片、报警器和两个分别设置于所述敷贴主体两侧的连接板,所述敷贴主体包括由下至上依次设置的敷贴底层、硅凝胶层、纱布层、柔性电子元件层、吸液层和隔离膜层,所述柔性电子元件层包括湿度感应组件、拍摄组件和两个相连接的柔性基体层,所述湿度感应组件和所述拍摄组件均设置于两个所述柔性基体层之间,位于下方的所述柔性基体层与纱布层连接,位于上方的所述柔性基体层与所述吸液层连接;所述电源、所述蓝牙芯片和所述报警器均设置于一个所述连接板中,所述湿度感应组件和所述拍摄组件均与所述电源连接,所述电源、所述蓝牙芯片和所述报警器依次串联连接,所述蓝牙芯片用于与移动终端无线连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述湿度感应组件包括多个湿度感应器,各所述湿度感应器均与所述电源连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述拍摄组件包括多个柔性光纤传像束,各所述柔性光纤传像束均与所述电源连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述报警器上设置有三个报警指示灯,三个所述报警指示灯的颜色互不相同,所述报警指示灯凸出于所述连接板的上表面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述敷贴底层为无纺布层。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述硅凝胶层上表面均布有微孔,所述硅凝胶层中含有壳聚糖。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述柔性基体层的材质为聚亚酰胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷或聚酯。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述吸液层为吸水棉层或包括多层纱布。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述隔离膜层为聚氨酯膜层。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,两个所述连接板分别连接于所述敷贴底层的两侧,所述连接板的材质为弹力棉,所述连接板的下表面设置有背胶。
