本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种伤口敷贴。
背景技术
医务人员对伤口进行清理后,需要用伤口敷贴盖住伤口,从而在伤口表面形成一个相对封闭的环境,进而避免外部环境对伤口造成感染。伤口感染或出血早期往往表现为伤口局部渗出增加,局部微环境湿度增加,然而现有的伤口敷贴多为普通纱布、脱脂棉、棉垫等传统敷料,伤口在传统敷料重重覆盖下,早期感染及渗出情况难以判断,无法及时对伤者的状况进行处理,导致治疗效果差,且治疗时间长。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种伤口敷贴,便于实时监测伤口的情况,有利于早期防御和及时诊断伤口情况,缩短了治疗的时间,改善了治疗的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
本发明提供一种伤口敷贴,包括敷贴主体、电源、蓝牙芯片、报警器和两个分别设置于所述敷贴主体两侧的连接板,所述敷贴主体包括由下至上依次设置的敷贴底层、硅凝胶层、纱布层、柔性电子元件层、吸液层和隔离膜层,所述柔性电子元件层包括湿度感应组件、拍摄组件和两个相连接的柔性基体层,所述湿度感应组件和所述拍摄组件均设置于两个所述柔性基体层之间,位于下方的所述柔性基体层与纱布层连接,位于上方的所述柔性基体层与所述吸液层连接;所述电源、所述蓝牙芯片和所述报警器均设置于一个所述连接板中,所述湿度感应组件和所述拍摄组件均与所述电源连接,所述电源、所述蓝牙芯片和所述报警器依次串联连接,所述蓝牙芯片用于与移动终端无线连接。

具体地,报警器5上设置有三个报警指示灯,三个报警指示灯的颜色互不相同,报警指示灯凸出于连接板1的上表面。三个报警指示灯的颜色依次为黄色、蓝色和绿色,分别代表少量渗出、中量渗出和大量渗出。当蓝牙芯片4根据多个湿度感应器242测得的湿度值的平均值进行判断后启动相应的报警指示灯,判断为少量渗出时黄色的报警指示灯亮起,判断为中量渗出时蓝色的报警指示灯亮起,判断为大量渗出时绿色的报警指示灯亮起,使得患者和医护人员根据报警指示灯实时监控伤口的湿度情况,进而能够及时对伤口敷贴100进行更换。需要说明的是,本实施例中采用的报警器5为现有技术中的报警器。
于本具体实施例中,敷贴底层21为无纺布层,无纺布层吸液量高且没有线头,能迅速吸收伤口中渗出的分泌物,且不存在掉毛屑、线头等异物隐患。
于本具体实施例中,在敷贴底层21的上表面涂布硅凝胶层22,硅凝胶层22上表面均布有微孔,可以透水透气;硅凝胶层22中含有壳聚糖,壳聚糖透过硅凝胶层22持续缓慢释放至创面,实现持续抗菌及抗感染功能。
于本具体实施例中,柔性基体层241的材质为聚亚酰胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷或聚酯。本实施例中的柔性基体层241为透明的。
于本具体实施例中,吸液层25为吸水棉层或包括多层纱布。
于本具体实施例中,隔离膜层26为聚氨酯膜层。本实施例中的聚氨酯膜层为半透明的。
于本具体实施例中,两个连接板1分别连接于敷贴底层21的两侧,连接板1的材质为弹力棉,即在无纺布层的两侧分别连接一块弹力棉。连接板1的下表面设置有背胶,通过背胶粘贴固定使得敷贴主体2敷于创面上。

Claims (10)
1.一种伤口敷贴,其特征在于,包括敷贴主体、电源、蓝牙芯片、报警器和两个分别设置于所述敷贴主体两侧的连接板,所述敷贴主体包括由下至上依次设置的敷贴底层、硅凝胶层、纱布层、柔性电子元件层、吸液层和隔离膜层,所述柔性电子元件层包括湿度感应组件、拍摄组件和两个相连接的柔性基体层,所述湿度感应组件和所述拍摄组件均设置于两个所述柔性基体层之间,位于下方的所述柔性基体层与纱布层连接,位于上方的所述柔性基体层与所述吸液层连接;所述电源、所述蓝牙芯片和所述报警器均设置于一个所述连接板中,所述湿度感应组件和所述拍摄组件均与所述电源连接,所述电源、所述蓝牙芯片和所述报警器依次串联连接,所述蓝牙芯片用于与移动终端无线连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述湿度感应组件包括多个湿度感应器,各所述湿度感应器均与所述电源连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述拍摄组件包括多个柔性光纤传像束,各所述柔性光纤传像束均与所述电源连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述报警器上设置有三个报警指示灯,三个所述报警指示灯的颜色互不相同,所述报警指示灯凸出于所述连接板的上表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述敷贴底层为无纺布层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述硅凝胶层上表面均布有微孔,所述硅凝胶层中含有壳聚糖。
7.根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述柔性基体层的材质为聚亚酰胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷或聚酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述吸液层为吸水棉层或包括多层纱布。
9.根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,所述隔离膜层为聚氨酯膜层。
10.根据权利要求1所述的伤口敷贴,其特征在于,两个所述连接板分别连接于所述敷贴底层的两侧,所述连接板的材质为弹力棉,所述连接板的下表面设置有背胶。
