目前市场上电子烟均采用发热管中心发热丝加热或者是发热管管壁发热丝加热两种方式,发热丝热转换效率低,加热速度慢,使用效率低,用户体验差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于电子烟的加热装置,解决现有电子烟发热丝热转换效率低,用户体验差的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种用于电子烟的加热装置,包括:电路板1、红外发热装置2和保温隔热装置3,所述红外发热装置2与所述电路板1连接;
所述红外发热装置2设置在所述保温隔热装置3中。

实施例一:一种用于电子烟的加热装置,包括:电路板1、红外发热装置2和保温隔热装置3,所述红外发热装置2主要采用红外发热材料、电极和载体组成,所述电极附着在所述载体上,所述红外发热材料同时附着在所述电极和所述载体上,所述红外发热装置2的电极与所述电路板1连接,并设置在所述保温隔热装置3中,利用所述电路板1控制所述红外发热装置2的发热,同时将所述红外发热装置2设置在所述保温隔热装置3中,避免红外热辐射对电子烟的其他部件造成高温破坏,减少热量扩散,造成的热量损失,在使用时可以将烟丝、烟油或其他的烟草类物质放置在所述红外发热装置2中,通过所述所述红外加热装置2的热辐射可以对所述烟草类物质进行充分加热,提高烟草类物质的利用效率,并提升电子烟的使用效果。
