Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition for skin moisturizing comprising calendula infuse oil and a mixed plant extract as active ingredients, and specifically, calendula infuse oil prepared by a cold brewing method using vegetable oil, and astragalus astragalus It relates to a method for producing a cosmetic composition having an excellent moisturizing effect, including mixed extracts of , japonica and sea buckthorn fruits.
- the most important function of the epidermis located in the outermost layer of the skin, is to protect the skin against various external stimuli (physical and chemical stimulants such as chemicals, air pollutants, dry environment, and ultraviolet rays) from the outside. It is a protective function that prevents excessive release of moisture in the body through the skin, and this protective function can be maintained only when the stratum corneum composed of keratinocytes is normally formed.
- Stratum corneum which is the outermost layer of the epidermis, is formed from keratinocytes and is composed of fully differentiated keratinocytes and a lipid layer surrounding them. Keratinocytes are characteristic cells in which basal cells continuously proliferating in the lowermost layer of the epidermis go through morphological and functional changes step by step and rise to the skin surface. After a certain period of time, old keratinocytes are removed from the skin. The exfoliated and new keratinocytes take over the function, and this repetitive series of changes is called “differentiation of epidermal cells” or “keratinization”.
- keratinocytes form the stratum corneum while producing Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) and intercellular lipids (ceramide, cholesterol, fatty acid), making the stratum corneum firm and flexible, thereby forming the skin barrier (skin barrier). function as a barrier).
- NMF Natural Moisturizing Factor
- intercellular lipids ceramide, cholesterol, fatty acid
- this stratum corneum can easily lose its function due to lifestyle factors such as excessive washing or bathing, environmental factors such as dry air and pollutants, and endogenous diseases such as atopic skin or senile skin.
- lifestyle factors such as excessive washing or bathing, environmental factors such as dry air and pollutants, and endogenous diseases such as atopic skin or senile skin.
- endogenous diseases such as atopic skin or senile skin.
- the number of people who complain of dry skin symptoms and various disorders caused by them is gradually increasing. Therefore, in order to maintain proper skin moisture, a lot of research has been conducted to supply moisture from the outside or to prevent moisture loss from the body. It is widely used in the cosmetic field.
- Korean Patent Publication No. 2019-0001530 discloses a composition for alleviating and improving atopic dermatitis containing jojoba oil, calendula oil, sweet almond oil, chamomile oil, jasmine oil, and the like.
