- FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view along line II-II of FIG.
- FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of area A in FIG.
- FIG. 4 is a diagram showing how an adherend with a wiring member is manufactured.
- FIG. 5 is a diagram showing how an adherend with a wiring member is manufactured.
- FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a modification of the adherend with the wiring member.
- the adherend with wiring member of the present disclosure is as follows.

- a gap is formed to reach the second surface facing two sheets, and the adhesive is applied to the first layer provided between the first surface and the adherend surface, and from the first layer through the gap. and a second layer permeating the first sheet, the first surface being adhered to the adherend surface through the first layer, and the linear transmission member being the second surface.
- the first and second layers of the adhesive are used to fix the first sheet to the adherend and to fix the first and second sheets. This makes it easy to fix the first and second sheets sandwiching the linear transmission member and to fix the first sheet and the adherend. Moreover, since the first layer forms a layer between the first sheet and the adherend, the first sheet and the adherend can be fixed relatively firmly.
- the first sheet may include a nonwoven fabric layer, and the voids of the first sheet may be formed between a plurality of fibers in the nonwoven fabric layer. Thereby, the gap of the first sheet is easily provided.

- the fluid adhesive penetrates into the first sheet 30 from the first surface 31 through the gaps 35 and reaches the second surface 32 . Furthermore, here, the fluid adhesive penetrates into the interior of the second sheet 40 from the third surface 41 in contact with the second surface 32 through the gaps 45 .
- the adhesive has a viscosity that allows it to penetrate through the first sheet 30 and further penetrate into the inside of the second sheet 40 in a fluid state.
- the adhesive has a viscosity that allows it to remain between the adherend surface 22 and the first surface 31 in a fluid state.
- the adherend 10 with the wiring member is completed in a state in which the adhesive that has permeated the inside of the second sheet 40 does not reach the fourth surface 42 .
- the adhesive that has permeated the inside of the second sheet 40 does not reach the fourth surface 42 .
- the first sheet 30 and the adherend 20 are fixed by the first layer 61 and the second layer 62 of the adhesive 60, and the first sheet 30 and fixing of the second sheet 40 .
- This facilitates fixing the first sheet 30 and the second sheet 40 sandwiching the linear transmission member 50 and fixing the first sheet 30 and the adherend 20 .
- the first layer 61 forms a layer between the first sheet 30 and the adherend 20
- the first sheet 30 and the adherend 20 can be fixed relatively firmly.
- the second layer 62 is a layer that permeates the first sheet 30, the adhesive 60 is firmly fixed to the first sheet 30 by an anchor effect.
- the second layer 62 can be formed by softening the adhesive sheet 60B provided between the first sheet 30 and the adherend 20 and permeating the first sheet 30 . Thereby, the first sheet 30 and the adherend 20 can be fixed and the first sheet 30 and the second sheet 40 can be fixed by one fixing operation.
- the first sheet 30 includes a nonwoven fabric layer 33, and voids 35 of the first sheet 30 are formed between a plurality of fibers 34 in the nonwoven fabric layer 33. Thereby, the gap 35 of the first sheet 30 is easily provided.
- the second sheet 40 has a gap 45 extending from the third surface 41 of the second sheet 40 facing the first sheet 30 to the inside of the second sheet 40 , and the adhesive 60 is applied to the second sheet 40 . It includes a third layer 63 that permeates second sheet 40 through voids 45 . As a result, in fixing the first sheet 30 and the second sheet 40 via the adhesive 60, the anchor effect is exerted also on the second sheet 40 side, and the fixing strength is increased.
- the second sheet 40 includes a nonwoven fabric layer 43 , and voids 45 of the second sheet 40 are formed between a plurality of fibers 44 in the nonwoven fabric layer 43 . Thereby, the gap 45 of the second sheet 40 is easily provided.
- the gap 45 of the second sheet 40 extends from the third surface 41 to the fourth surface 42 of the second sheet 40 facing away from the third surface 41 , and the adhesive 60 is not reached. This suppresses the exposure of the adhesive 60 to the fourth surface 42 of the second sheet 40 . Also, adhesion of the adhesive 60 to the press member 81 is suppressed.
- the linear transmission member 50 is fixed to either one of the first sheet 30 and the second sheet 40 .
- the linear transmission member 50 is less likely to jump out from between the first sheet 30 and the second sheet 40 . This facilitates the fixing work.
- the second sheet 40 is shorter than the first sheet 30 along the extending direction of the linear transmission member 50 .
- the weight of the adherend 10 with the wiring member can be reduced compared to the case where the second sheet 40 has the same length as the first sheet 30 along the extending direction of the linear transmission member 50 .
- the linear transmission member 50 is fixed to the first sheet 30 .
- the linear transmission member 50 can be integrated with the first sheet 30 over a wide area, and the first sheet 30 with the linear transmission member 50 can be easily handled.
- FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a modification of the adherend 10 with a wiring member.
- An adherend 110 with wiring members shown in FIG. 6 differs from the above-described adherend with wiring members 10 in that the first sheet 130 has a multilayer structure.
- the first sheet 130 has a two-layer structure of the nonwoven fabric layer 33 and the fusion layer 38 .
- the fusion layer 38 is laminated closer to the linear transmission member 50 than the nonwoven fabric layer 33 .
- the fusion layer 38 and the linear transmission member 50 are fused and fixed.
- the fusion layer 38 is a layer more suitable for fusion bonding with the linear transmission member 50 than the nonwoven fabric layer 33 .
- the fusing layer 38 comprises a resinous material, preferably a thermoplastic resinous material. The resin material of the fusion layer 38 is softened and fused to the fusion partner.
- Such a resin material is not particularly limited, and the above-described resin material described in the material of the nonwoven fabric layer 33 can be used.
- the material of the coating layer 52 and the material of the fusion layer 38 are compatible with each other.
- the resin material forming the coating layer 52 is the same type as the resin material forming the fusion layer 38 .
- the resin material forming the fusion layer 38 and the resin material forming the coating layer 52 are PVC or polyolefin.
- the fusion layer 38 is a non-fiber material sheet.
- a non-fibrous sheet is a sheet that does not have fibers.
- the fusing layer 38 may be a sheet having a uniform solid cross-section (also called non-foamed sheet or solid sheet, etc.). Further, for example, the fusion layer 38 may be a foam sheet or the like.
- the fusion layer 38 is partially laminated on the nonwoven fabric layer 33 .
- the fusion layer 38 is provided on the cover portion 36 and not provided on the sheet fixing portion 37 .
- the surface of the fusion layer 38 forms the second surface 32 .
- the surface of the nonwoven fabric layer 33 forms the second surface 32 at the seat fixing portion 37 . This allows the voids 35 to reach the second surface 32 even in the first sheet 30 having a multilayer structure of the nonwoven fabric layer 33 and the fusion layer 38 .
- the adherend with wiring members 110 as well as in the adherend with wiring members 10
- the first sheet 130 and the adherend 20 are fixed via the adhesive 60, and the first sheet 130 and the first sheet 130 are fixed together. Securing of the two sheets 40 can be done.
- the fusion layer 38 and the nonwoven fabric layer 33 are fixed while the surfaces of the fusion layer 38 and the nonwoven fabric layer 33 are in contact with each other.
- the manner in which the fusion layer 38 and the nonwoven fabric layer 33 are fixed is not particularly limited, but they are preferably fixed by fusion or adhesion. Since the nonwoven fabric layer 33 has the voids 35 , the resin material or adhesive of the fusion layer 38 can enter the voids 35 and be fixed. As a result, a so-called anchor effect is exhibited, and the fusion layer 38 and the nonwoven fabric layer 33 are firmly fixed. Here, it is assumed that the fusion layer 38 and the nonwoven fabric layer 33 are fused together.
- the resin of the fusion layer 38 enters between the fibers 34 of the nonwoven fabric layer 33 in a fluid state and then hardens. As a result, the state in which the resin of the fusion layer 38 enters between the fibers 34 in the nonwoven fabric layer 33 is maintained, and the fusion layer 38 and the nonwoven fabric layer 33 are firmly fixed.
- the first sheet 30 has been described so far as including a nonwoven layer 33 with voids 35 of the first sheet 30 formed between the plurality of fibers 34 in the nonwoven layer 33, this is not the case. Not a required configuration.
- the first sheet may be a sheet of fibrous material other than a nonwoven, such as a woven or knitted fabric. In this case, spaces between the yarns forming the woven or knitted fabric are defined as voids in the first sheet.
- the first sheet may be a continuous foam resin sheet or the like. In this case, continuous cells in the open-cell foam resin sheet become voids in the first sheet.
- the second sheet 40 has a gap 45 extending from the third surface 41 of the second sheet 40 facing the first sheet 30 to the inside of the second sheet 40, and the adhesive 60 is Although described as including the third layer 63 permeating the second sheet 40 through 40 voids 45, this is not a requirement.
- the second sheet 40 may be a solid sheet without voids 45 .
- the voids 45 of the second sheet 40 may be formed only at locations where the adhesive 60 is absent.
- the second sheet 40 has been described so far as being the nonwoven fabric layer 43 and the voids 45 of the second sheet 40 are formed between the plurality of fibers 44 in the nonwoven fabric layer 43, this is essential. not configuration.
- the second sheet may be a sheet of fibrous material separate from the nonwoven, such as a woven or knitted fabric. In this case, spaces between the yarns forming the woven or knitted fabric are defined as voids in the second sheet.
- the second sheet may be a foamed resin sheet or the like. In this case, the air bubbles in the foamed resin sheet become voids in the second sheet.
- the foamed resin sheet may be a continuous foamed resin sheet or a closed foamed resin sheet.
- the gap 45 of the second sheet 40 has reached from the third surface 41 to the fourth surface 42 of the second sheet 40 facing away from the third surface 41 , and the adhesive 60 has reached the fourth surface 42 .
- the adhesive 60 may reach the fourth side 42 of the second sheet 40 .
- the gap of the second sheet does not have to reach from the third surface to the fourth surface.
- a closed foam resin sheet can be used as the second sheet in this case.
- linear transmission member 50 has been described so far as being fixed to either the first sheet 30 or the second sheet 40, this is not an essential configuration.
- the linear transmission member 50 does not have to be fixed to either the first sheet 30 or the second sheet 40 .
- the step of fixing the first sheet 30 or the second sheet 40 and the linear transmission member 50 can be omitted.
- the second sheet 40 has been described as being shorter along the extending direction of the linear transmission member 50 than the first sheet 30, this is not an essential configuration.
- the second sheet 40 may have the same size as the first sheet 30 .
- the linear transmission member 50 has been described as being fixed to the first sheet 30, but this is not an essential configuration.
- the linear transmission member 50 may be fixed to the second sheet 40 .
