Abstract

一种置物架(1),包含:一第一翼片(100),其包含一第一固定端(1001)以及一第一自由端(1002);一第二翼片(200),其包含一第二固定端(2001)以及一第二自由端(2002);一轴部(300),该第一固定端以及该第二固定端分别与该轴部连接使该第一自由端以及该第二自由端可借由该轴部翻折;一连动部(200),该连动部分别与该第一自由端及该第二自由端连接;以及一底板(500),该轴部设置于该底板,其中该连动部更包含一第一弯折部(401),该第一弯折部将该连动部分为一第一部(4001)以及一第二部(4002)。该置物架翻折展开后,可作为物品的支架,以便使用者放置该物品或观看该物品。

Description

置物架 技术领域
本发明与物品支撑结构领域相关,尤其是一种透过弯折,而可成型的物品支撑结构,用户可将物品(例如移动装置)放置于其上,以便浏览该物品。。
背景技术
近年来,随着移动通讯技术的进步,各种如:移动电话、平板计算机等移动装置已成为日常生活中不可或缺的常用物品。然而,该些移动装置经常被使用来作为观赏影片或是查询数据或社群网站经营等,其使用时多半需透过手持的方式来观看或操控,进而衍生出许多不便。
另外,当使用者工作时,往往只能将移动装置平放于桌面,导致用户不易观看到屏幕内容,或是以不方便操作的角度来对屏幕进行操作控制。用户也往往无法随时注意移动装置是否有新的信息,造成通讯上的延滞及不便。
技术问题
有鉴于此,本发明并提出一种置物架,其具备放置及支撑移动装置的功能,大幅提升用户浏览移动装置的方便性。此外,本发明亦可放置其他物品,以方便使用者浏览该物品。
本发明的一目的旨在提供一种置物架,其可放置一物品,例如手机或平板计算机。于翻折展开后,该置物架可作为物品的支架,以便使用者放置该物品或观看该物品
技术解决方案
本发明揭露一种置物架,包含:一第一翼片,其包含一第一固定端以及一第一自由端;一第二翼片,其包含一第二固定端以及一第二自由端;一轴部,该第一固定端以及该第二固定端分别与该轴部连接使该第一自由端以及该第二自由端可借由该轴部翻折; 一连动部,该连动部分别与该第一自由端及该第二自由端连接;以及一底板,该轴部设置于该底板。 该连动部更包含一第一弯折部,该第一弯折部将该连动部分为一第一部以及一第二部。
该第一部以及该第二部可借由该第一弯折部相互弯折并相互贴合。于一支撑状态中,该第一弯折部抵顶于该底板,且该第二翼片相对于该底板翻起;该第二翼片的该第二自由端与该底板的一端抵顶于一平面,使一物品可置放于该底板的一面。于另一支撑状态中,该第二翼片贴合于该底板,且该第一翼片相对于该底板翻起;该第一翼片的该第一自由端与该底板抵顶于一平面,使一物品可置放于该底板的一面。
在某些实施例中本案所述的置物架更包含一第二弯折部以及一延伸部,该延伸部借由该第二弯折部与该底板的一端连接。该连动部与该底板不相互部连接。
在某些实施例中本案所述的置物架更包含一止挡部,该止挡部设置于该底板。或者该止挡部设置于该第二翼片与该底板可贴合的一面。
在另外一些实施例中,本案所述的置物架更包含一止挡部,且该止挡部设置于该延伸部。
在一些实施例中,该第二翼片的一宽度大于该第一翼片的一宽度。本案所述的置物架可更包含一基座,该底板借由该延伸部与该基座连接,且该底板借由该第二弯折部与该基座相对弯折。该基座可包含一支撑结构。
有益效果
本发明所揭露的置物架可供使用者快速以开合展开,故提升了使用时的便利性及实用性

本发明中所述的非永久固定方式是指由如:磁性、魔鬼毡、可拆卸式卡合机制、或可重复黏贴胶等方式将两件物体相互固定、连接、接合、或相连,并可随时解除两件物体的相互固定、连接、接合、或相连。本发明中所述的永久固定方式是指借由如:非重复黏贴胶、缝纫、或钉合等方式使两件物体相互固定、连接、接合、或相连。
请参阅图1-2,其为本发明的俯视图及经弯折后的立体图。根据本案的置物架1包含第一翼片100,第二翼片200,轴部300,连动部400,以及底板500。第一翼片100包含第一固定端1001以及第一自由端1002。第二翼片200包含第二固定端2001以及第二自由端2002;第一固定端1001以及第二固定端2001分别与该轴部300连接使该第一自由端1002以及该第二自由端2002可借由该轴部300翻折。连动部400则分别与第一自由端1002及该第二自由端2002连接。轴部300设置于该底板500,且无法相对于底板500作相对运动。 值得注意的是,连动部400与底板500不相互部连接。
请参阅图1-2,在一实施例中,连动部400更包含一第一弯折部401,该第一弯折部401将该连动部400分为第一部4001以及第二部4002。第一部4001以及第二部4002可借由第一弯折部401相互弯折并相互贴合,如图3所示。
本发明的特色在于借由上述的部件,可产生多种弯折方式并形成多种支撑状态。使用者可将物品放置于底板500的一面,并借由变化支撑状态产生多种的支撑高度,以方便使用者浏览使用该物品。为了达到此目的,本发明中的第一翼片100及第二翼片200具有不同的尺寸大小(尤其宽度w1, w2,如图4所示) 。在本实施例中,第二翼片200的宽度w2大于第一翼片100的宽度w1。但在某些实施例中,第二翼片200的宽度w2可小于第一翼片100的宽度w1。
请参照图5-8,于一支撑状态中,第一弯折部401抵顶于底板500,且第二翼片200相对于底板500翻起;使用时(如图7-8所示),第二翼片200的第二自由端2002与底板500的一端抵顶于一平面,使一物品可置放于该底板500的一面。
请参照图9-10,于另一支撑状态中,第二翼片200贴合于底板500,且第一翼片100相对于底板500翻起。使用时(如图10所示),第一翼片100的第一自由端1002与底板500的一端抵顶于一平面,使一物品可置放于该底板500的一面。
请参照图2,在某些实施例当中, 本发明可更包含第二弯折501部以及延伸部502,延伸部502借由第二弯折部501与底板500的一端连接。在此实施例中,再请参照图11,该延伸部502可借由非永久固定方式或永久固定方式与一基座600连接,如此,底板500与该基座600连接,且底板500可借由该第二弯折部501与该基座600相对弯折。更包含一基座600,该底板500借由该延伸部502与该基座600连接,且该底板500借由该第二弯折部501与该基座600相对弯折。此外,该基座600可更包含一支撑结构601。借由支撑结构601的不同折迭方式,可产生更多不同的支撑高度变化,更添增使用上的便利性。
请参照图8、12,在某些实施例中,本发明的置物架1可更包含止挡部700,止挡部设置于该底板500。进一步而言,该止挡部700可设置于该第二翼片200与该底板500可贴合的一面(如图12所示)。在另外一实施例中,止挡部700也可设置于该延伸部502(如图8所示)。
请参照图4、11、12及13,本发明可根据使用上的需求,制造成不同种的尺寸,借以用来放置手机,平板计算机或是笔记本电脑。
请参照图14,在一些实施例中,底板500可由两个片体相互连接形成。借此,底板500的两个片体之间可设置有夹层,以形成容置空间用以容置物品(举例而言,平板计算机…等移动装置)。
本发明作为放置物品的结构设计,以便用户观看或操作该物品,大幅提升使用者的生活便利性。进一步地,本发明为板状,大幅缩减了收纳后的厚度,因而相当方便使用及收纳携带,增加了使用时的便利性及实用性。
以上所述者,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用以限定本发明实施的范围;故在不脱离本发明的精神与范围下所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应涵盖于本发明的专利范围内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种置物架,其特征在于,包含:
    一第一翼片,其包含一第一固定端以及一第一自由端;
    一第二翼片,其包含一第二固定端以及一第二自由端;
    一轴部,该第一固定端以及该第二固定端分别与该轴部连接使该第一自由端以及该第二自由端可借由该轴部翻折;
    一连动部,该连动部分别与该第一自由端及该第二自由端连接;以及
    一底板,该轴部设置于该底板,
    其中该连动部更包含一第一弯折部,该第一弯折部将该连动部分为一第一部以及一第二部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的置物架,其特征在于,所述第一部以及所述第二部可借由所述第一弯折部相互弯折并相互贴合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的置物架,其特征在于,其中于一支撑状态中,所述第一弯折部抵顶于所述底板,且所述第二翼片相对于所述底板翻起。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的置物架,其特征在于,其中于所述支撑状态中,所述第二翼片的所述第二自由端与所述底板的一端抵顶于一平面,使一物品可置放于所述底板的一面。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的置物架,其特征在于,其中于一支撑状态中,所述第二翼片贴合于所述底板,且所述第一翼片相对于所述底板翻起。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的置物架,其特征在于,其中于所述支撑状态中,所述第一翼片的所述第一自由端与所述底板的一端抵顶于一平面,使一物品可置放于所述底板的一面。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的置物架,其特征在于,更包含一第二弯折部以及一延伸部,所述延伸部借由所述第二弯折部与所述底板的一端连接。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的置物架,其特征在于,其中,所述连动部与所述底板不相互部连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的置物架,其特征在于,更包含一止挡部,所述止挡部设置于所述底板。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的置物架,其特征在于,其中所述止挡部设置于所述第二翼片与所述底板可贴合的一面。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的置物架,其特征在于,更包含一止挡部,所述止挡部设置于所述延伸部。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的置物架,其特征在于,其中所述第二翼片的一宽度大于所述第一翼片的一宽度。
