Description

具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构 技术领域
本申请是与卡片收纳结构领域相关,尤其是一种利用定位固定的方式在展开后形成一支撑架体,以便置放一行动装置而进行操作或观看的具物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构。
背景技术
近年来,随着移动通讯技术的进步,各种如:移动电话、平板计算机等移动装置已成为日常生活中不可或缺的常用物品。然而,这些移动装置经常被使用来作为观赏影片或是查询数据或社群网站经营等,其使用时多半需通过手持的方式来观看或操控,进而衍生出许多不便。
一般而言,当单手拿手持移动装置时,用户仅能用另一只手来操控与使用移动装置,特别像是如:平板计算机等体积较大的移动装置,这种使用方式相当不方便,且同时使用者的双手也因此而受限。因此,若是能够让用户在室内使用移动装置时,利用如:桌子等平面来平放放置该移动装置,则可让用户空出双手来使用,但是,在这种情况下,这种移动装置也仅能平放在桌面,导致用户不易观看到屏幕内容,或是也不方便操作的角度来对屏幕进行操作控制,其使用上仍有诸多不便之处而必须改善。
市面上的移动装置支撑结构都不具有其他功能。使用者需要额外携带移动装置支撑结构,因此对于一般消费者而言,移动装置支撑结构的使用率并不高。 在鉴于此,本申请人是累积从事多年相关行业的丰富经验,构思并提出一种具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构,使卡片收纳结构在使用时,还具备物品支撑的功能,大幅提升其实用性。。
技术问题
本申请的目的,旨在提供一种具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构,其在展开后作为物品站立用支架,以便放置使用或观看;况且,在对合收纳后还能作为储放收藏卡片的用途,大大地提升了使用时的便利性及实用性。。
技术解决方案
为达上述目的,本申请揭露一种具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构,以供储放该至少一卡片在其内,其展开立起后可供放置该移动装置,包括:第一主片体;以及第二主片体,其通过端部以及可弯曲部与该第一主片体连接。其中,该可弯曲部由第一部分、第二部分、第一弯轴部、第二弯轴部、以及第三弯轴部所构成,该第一部分通过该第一弯轴部与该第二主片体相连,该第二部分通过该第三弯轴部与该第一主片体相连。其中,在收纳状态中,该第一主片体及该第二主片体贴合,该第一部分及该第二部分贴合。自收纳状态转变为展开状态时,该第一部分与该第二部分通过该第二弯轴部从原本的贴合状态下以一角度使两者相对弯折展开,以使该第一部分与该第二主片体贴合,且该角度大于180度。
最佳地,该第一主片体一边缘设有第一翻折片,该第一翻折片相对该第一主片体垂直立起时,形成一止挡部。
在一些实施例中,第一部分、第一主片体、及该第二主片体上分别设置固定件,使上述的该等部件可相互固定,且该等固定件选自例如:相对应的磁力件、魔鬼毡或是其他具有定位固定效果者。
有益效果
本申请所揭露的该具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构是可供用户快速以开合展开的方式,经定位固定后而快速变化成可立起的支撑架结构体;收纳时,则将该第二主片体朝向该第一主片体翻折,同样经过定位固定后而形成多层堆栈的平板结构体,提升了使用时的便利性及实用性。

本发明的最佳实施方式

请参阅图1、2A-2D、3、4及图5,是为本申请较佳实施例各种型态时的结构示意图,以及进行各种不同操作使用时的状态示意图。本申请是揭露了一种具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构1,以供储放至少一卡片2于其内,其展开状态中可供放置一物品,使该物品相对于水平面而立起。在某些实施例中,该物品可为移动装置,如手机或平板计算机;但该物品不局限于此。该具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构1包括第一主片体11、第二主片体12、及复数个固定件14。该第二主片体12通过端部1212以及可弯曲部15与该第一主片体11连接。
该可弯曲部15由第一部分121、第二部分122、第一弯轴151部、第二弯轴部152、以及第三弯轴部153所构成,该第一部分121通过该第一弯轴部151与该第二主片体12相连,该第二部分122通过该第三弯轴部153与该第二主片体12相连。
请参照图2A-2D,本具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构1可通过弯折第一弯轴151部、第二弯轴部152、以及第三弯轴部153而形成收纳状态及展开状态。其中,在收纳状态中,该第一主片体11及该第二主片体12贴合,该第一部分121及该第二部分122贴合;自收纳状态转变为展开状态时,该第一部分121与该第二部分122通过该第二弯轴部152从原本的贴合状态以一角度θ两者相对弯折展开,以使该第一部分121与该第二主片体12贴合。而该角度θ是以该第二弯轴部为顶点,而该第一部分121与该第二部分122为该角度θ的两边。在收纳状态中,且该角度为0度。本案主要的技术特征为该第一部分121与该第二部分122之间从贴合到展开的弯折角度θ可大于180度(请参照图2D)。这使得第一部分121可通过该第一部分121与该第二部分122的相对弯折动作,而在收纳状态及展开状态中分别抵顶于第二部分122及第二主片体12,并分别形成弯折收纳的型态或是支撑第二主片体12的展开状态。
请参照图3,在某些实施例中,为了让物品放置在具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构1上时不容易滑落,该第一主片体11的一面设有第一翻折片114(图3),该第一翻折片114相对该第一主片体11垂直立起时,形成一止挡结构。
请参照图1及2,在该第一部分121、第一主片体11、及该第二主片体12,上分别设置固定件14,且该等固定件14选自例如:相对应的磁力件、魔鬼毡或是其他具有定位固定效果固定件;因此,通过该等固定件14,能固定展开使用时的展开状态,或是固定对合收纳时的平板型态(请参照图2)。
在某些实施例中,本申请的具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构1更包含一吊环5,使本发明能够与绳带相连,而形成可挂在使用者颈部的识别证项圈。
在另外一些实施例中,本申请更包含一容置空间111用以容纳卡片2。
如图3所示,本申请自收纳状态展开时,将该第二主片体12相对于该第一主片体11翻折,并将该第二部分122立起,并牵动该第一部分121使该第一部分121抵顶该第二主片体12。该第一部分121与该第二主片体12通过固定件14而形成定位固定,成为由侧面看的成三角形的支撑架结构体。并在使用时,物品3底部可由该第一翻折片114抵挡,使该物品3不易滑落。
在本申请中,该第一部分121的面积小于该第二部分122。
请参照图6,在某些实施例中,本申请不具有吊环5或容置空间111,本申请单纯为具有物品支撑功能的支撑结构,且其展开及收纳状态皆与先前的实施例相同。
综上所述,本申请的该具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构1是通过其上的结构特征,而可开合展开后可形成放置该行动装置3于平面上,作为放置观看或操作的结构设计,大幅提升使用者的生活便利性。进一步地,本申请是通过定位固定的方式而形成可供放置该卡片2的对合收纳状态,大幅缩减了收纳后的厚度,同时也不易误触打开,因而相当方便使用及收纳携带,增加了使用时的便利性及实用性,或可通过该定位固定方式,使本申请成为夹持于各种袋体上的类书夹结构体,也有携带方便的优点。
以上所述,仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并非用以限定本申请实施的范围;故在不脱离本申请的精神与范围下所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应涵盖于本申请的专利范围内。

  1. 一种具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构,其展开后可供支撑一物品,其特征在于,包括:第一主片体;以及第二主片体,其通过端部以及可弯曲部与所述第一主片体连接;其中,所述可弯曲部由第一部分、第二部分、第一弯轴部、第二弯轴部、以及第三弯轴部所构成,所述第一部分通过所述第一弯轴部与所述第二主片体相连,所述第二部分通过所述第三弯轴部与所述第一主片体相连,其中,在收纳状态中,所述第一主片体及所述第二主片体贴合,所述第一部分及所述第二部分贴合,其中,自收纳状态转变为展开状态时,所述第一部分与所述第二部分通过所述第二弯轴部从原本的贴合状态以一角度两者相对弯折展开,以使所述第一部分与所述第二主片体贴合,且所述角度大于180度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构,其特征在于,所述角度以所述第二弯轴部为顶点。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构,其特征在于,所述第一主片体、所述第一部分或所述第二主片体分别包含一固定件,所述第一主片体、所述第一部分及所述第二主片体通过各别的所述固定件相互贴合呈现展开状态或收纳状态。
