Description
本发明与置物架领域相关,尤其是一种可以保护可移动设备外壳,且经翻折展开后能够呈现多种直立状态,以便使可移动设备立起的支撑架。
近年来,随着移动通讯技术的进步,各种如:移动电话、平板计算机或笔记型计算机等可移动设备已成为日常生活中不可或缺的常用物品。然而,这些可移动设备经常被使用来作为观赏影片、查询资料或是经营社群网站等,其在被使用时多半需通过手持的方式来观看或操控,进而衍生出许多使用不便的场景。
一般而言,当单手拿持可移动设备时,使用者仅能用另一只手来操控与使用可移动设备,特别像是,如平板计算机等体积较大的可移动设备,这种使用方式相当不方便,且同时使用者的双手也会因此而受限。故而,若是使用者在室内使用可移动设备时,能够利用如桌子等平面来平放放置该可移动设备,则可让使用者可空出双手来使用。但是,在这种情况下,该种可移动设备也仅能平放于桌面,导致使用者不易观看到荧幕内容,或是以不方便操作的角度来对荧幕进行操作控制,其使用上仍有诸多不便之处而必须得到改善。
有鉴于此,本申请人已经累积从事相关行业多年,有着丰富的经验,经构思并提出一种翻折式可移动设备保护及支撑装置,以解决现有使用方式的缺失。
用于解决现有技术中,手持移动设备操作不便的技术问题。
一种可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其可借由一耦合机制与一可移动设备耦合,该可移动设备保护及支撑装置包含:一第一部,其包含一固定部,该固定部设置于该第一部的一侧,当该可移动设备保护及支撑装置与该可移动设备耦合时,该固定部相对于该可移动设备无法移动或翻折;以及一第二部,该第二部借由一第一主可绕曲部与该第一部相互连接。该第一部还包含一第二主可绕曲部,该第二主可绕曲部横跨设置于该第一部且与该固定部相邻,使该第一部的一部份以及该第二部可相对于该固定部翻折。该第一部为片体结构并包含两面,该第二部的一第一自由端可借由该第二主可绕曲部或该第三主可绕曲部朝向该第一部两面的任一面翻折而抵顶于该第一部。

在本发明中所述的非永久固定方式是指,例如:磁性、魔鬼毡、可拆卸式卡合机制、或可重覆黏贴胶等方式将两件物体相互固定、连接、接合、或相连,并可随时解除两件物体的相互固定、连接、接合、或相连。本发明中所述的永久固定方式是指,例如:非重覆黏贴胶、缝纫、或钉合等方式使两件物体相互固定、连接、接合、或相连。
本发明中所述的耦合是指透过上述非永久固定方式或永久固定方式使两物体相互固定、连接、接合、或相连。本发明中所述的磁性,包含永久磁性、非永久磁性、或具铁磁性的特性。
尽管「第一」、「第二」、「第三」等术语在本文中可以用于描述各种元件、部件、区域、或部分,但是这些元件、部件、区域、及/或部分不应受该等术语的限制。该等术语仅用于将一个元件、部件、区域、或部分与另一个元件、部件、区域、层或部分区分开。因此,以下所述的「第一…」、可以被解释为「第二…」或「第三…」而不脱离本文的教示。
本文中所记载的可绕曲部系任何用以连接至少两块片体结构,并使该等片体结构能相互弯折的构造。
请参照图1-3,本发明为一种可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其可借由耦合机制与可移动设备耦合。该可移动设备保护及支撑装置主要为片体结构,且设置有复数个可绕曲部,使该片体可借由可绕曲部弯折。本发明包含第一部100,以及第二部200。第一部100以及第二部200皆为片体结构并包含两面。第一步包含一固定部101,固定部101设置于第一部100的一侧。固定部101是用来以永久固定方式或非永久固定方式直接或间接与可移动设备卡合、连接、相连、或接合…等(统称耦合)。这里所述的直接是固定部101直接与可移动设备的一面以永久固定方式或非永久固定方式耦合;而间接是指该固定部101借由另一介质(例如底板50或是手机背壳…等)而耦合于可移动设备。但无论是直接或间接与可移动设备耦合,当该可移动设备保护及支撑装置与该可移动设备耦合时,该固定部101相对于该可移动设备无法移动或翻折。固定部101如同第一部100其他部位以及第二部200翻折的支点。本发明的第一部100及第二部200之间设有第一主可绕曲部10。第二部200借由第一主可绕曲部10与第一部100相互连接。第一部100更包含一第二主可绕曲部20,第二主可绕曲部20横跨设置于该第一部100且与固定部101相邻,使第一部100的一部份以及第二部200可相对于该固定部101翻折,如图3所示。
请参照图4、5及图6,本发明所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置可借由第一主可绕曲部10的弯折而使第一部100及第二部200的一面分别与可移动设备的两面贴合,而达到保护可移动设备外部的功效。
请继续参照图1-3,在某些实施例中,第二部200更包含与第二主可绕曲部20大致平行的一第三主可绕曲部30。第二部200的第一自由端201可借由第二主可绕曲部20或第三主可绕曲部30朝向该第一部100两面的任一面翻折而抵顶于该第一部100,进而产生如图6以及图7A、7B的翻折状态,以支撑耦合于本发明的可移动设备。
具体而言,如图7所示,第一自由端201可借由第二主可绕曲部20或第三主可绕曲部30朝向第一部100两面的一面翻折而可抵顶于该第二主可绕曲部20,形成图7所示的支撑状态。请照图8-9,在另外一个变化的实施例中,也可借由第二主可绕曲部20以及第三主可绕曲部30的弯折,使固定部101以及第二部200的一部份贴合,而形成另一种支撑状态。换句话说,借由此翻折方式,当该可移动设备保护及支撑装置与该可移动设备耦合后,该可移动设备的一面可借由该第二主可绕曲部20朝向该第一部100两面的任一面翻折。图8及图9为相同的翻折方式,但以不同角度摆放于平面上,而可形成不同的支撑角度。
请参照图10,其为本发明的另一实施例。当可移动设备保护及支撑装置与可移动设备耦合后,可移动设备的一侧可借由第一主可绕曲部10及第二主可绕曲部20的翻折而抵靠于第二部200。在本实施例中,第二部200的上设有止滑的材料,因此当可移动设备的一侧抵靠于第二部200时并不会滑动而倒下。
请参照图1-3、11以及12,在某些实施例中,本发明所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置可更包含间隙40,间隙40横跨第一主可绕曲部10以及第二主可绕曲部20使第一主可绕曲部10以及第二主可绕曲部20呈现不连续状并断开以形成一第二自由端202以及一第三自由端203。本发明所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置可更包含第一副可绕曲部104以及第二副可绕曲部105,第一副可绕曲部104以及第二副可绕曲部105对称地设置于该间隙40的两侧。在某些实施例中,该第一副可绕曲部104以及该第二副可绕曲部105横跨该第一主可绕曲部10以及该第三主可绕曲部30。第二自由端202以及第三自由端203可借由第一副可绕曲部104以及第二副可绕曲部105,朝向该第一部100两面的任一面翻折(如图11及图12所示)。
参照图11及图12,本发明所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置可更包含位于该第三主可绕曲部30以及该第一自由端201之间的端部70,该第二自由端202以及该第三自由端203的一部份可借由该第一副可绕曲部104以及该第二副可绕曲部105朝向该端部70翻折并贴合。如先前所述,由于第二自由端202以及第三自由端203可借由第一副可绕曲部104以及第二副可绕曲部105,朝向该第一部100两面的任一面翻折,因此该第二自由端202以及该第三自由端203的一部份有两种朝向该端部70翻折并贴合的方式,分别由图13、14及图15、16、17所示。值得注意的是,在这上述这两种朝向该端部70翻折并贴合的方式中,使用者可借由调整第二主可绕曲部20的弯折而让可移动设备有不同的视角。图13、14及图15、16、17之间的差异除了第二自由端202以及第三自由端203朝向不同方向翻折外,还有在图15、16、17之中,固定部101可接合于第一部100的一部份。
如先前所述,本发明可借由耦合机制与可移动设备相互耦合。举例而言,在某些实施例中,该耦合机制可为黏胶,使该固定部101固定于可移动设备的一部分;借此,本发明直接与可移动设备耦合。在某些实施例中,请参照图18-21,该耦合机制为一底板50,该固定部101可与该底板50的一部份耦合使该第一部100以及该第二部200可借由该第一主可绕曲部10,该第二主可绕曲部20或该第三主可绕曲部30相对于该底板50翻折。而底板50为片体结构,其可具有铁磁性,使该底板50的一部份可与该固定部101或该可移动设备耦合(如图19所示)。而可移动设备也可以具有铁磁性;借此,本发明透过底板50间接与可移动设备耦合。请参照图22、23,底板50可以任何角度与本发明的第一部100耦合,借此,使用者可选择以水平还是垂直的方式浏览可移动设备。
在另外一实施例中,固定部101与底板50的一部份以永久固定方式相互固定设置使该第一部100以及该第二部200可借由该第二主可绕曲部20相对于该底板50翻折。
请参照图24、25,耦合机制为一卡合背盖60并具有与该可移动设备大致相同的尺寸以与该可移动设备的一面卡合,固定部101与卡合背盖60的一部份耦合使该第一部100以及该第二部200可借由该第一主可绕曲部10,该第二主可绕曲部20或该第三主可绕曲部30相对于该卡合背盖60翻折。卡合背盖60具有铁磁性使该卡合背盖60的一部份可与该固定部101或该可移动设备耦合。
当本发明,例如底板50或卡合背盖60翻的耦合机制与可移动设备耦合时,第一自由端201可借由第一主可绕曲部10或第三主可绕曲部30可抵顶于底板50以及第一部100之间或该卡合背盖60以及第一部100之间,如图7所示。该底板50或该卡合背盖60或该第一部100可与该第二部200可分别同时与该可移动设备的两面贴合。
本发明所描述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置可在翻折后让使用者可简易且便利地使用,借此物品即可依据使用者所需的角度或方向予以放置以观看或操作,大幅提升使用者的生活便利性。进一步地,本发明可在非使用时对合折叠收纳,方便使用及收纳携带。
前文所述内容,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用以限定本发明的实施范围;故在不脱离本发明的精神与范围下所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应涵盖于本发明的专利范围内。
Claims (34)
- 一种可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,其可借由一耦合机制与一可移动设备耦合,该可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,包含:一第一部,其包含一固定部,该固定部设置于该第一部的一侧,当该可移动设备保护及支撑装置与该可移动设备耦合时,该固定部相对于该可移动设备无法移动或翻折;以及一第二部,该第二部借由一第一主可绕曲部与该第一部相互连接;其中,该第一部更包含一第二主可绕曲部,该第二主可绕曲部横跨设置于该第一部且与该固定部相邻,使该第一部的一部份以及该第二部可相对于该固定部翻折,其中,该第二部更包含与该第二主可绕曲部大致平行的一第三主可绕曲部,其中,该第一部为片体结构并包含两面,该第二部的一第一自由端可借由该第二主可绕曲部或该第三主可绕曲部朝向该第一部两面的任一面翻折而抵顶于该第一部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,更包含一间隙,该间隙横跨该第一主可绕曲部以及该第二主可绕曲部使该第一主可绕曲部以及该第二主可绕曲部呈现不连续状并断开以形成一第二自由端以及一第三自由端。
- 根据权利要求2所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,更包含一第一副可绕曲部以及一第二副可绕曲部,该第一副可绕曲部以及该第二副可绕曲部对称地设置于该间隙的两侧。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该第二自由端以及该第三自由端可借由该第一副可绕曲部以及该第二副可绕曲部,朝向该第一部两面的任一面翻折。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,其中该第一副可绕曲部以及该第二副可绕曲部横跨该第一主可绕曲部以及该第三主可绕曲部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该第一自由端可借由该第二主可绕曲部或该第三主可绕曲部朝向该第一部两面的任一面翻折而可抵顶于该第二主可绕曲部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,当该可移动设备保护及支撑装置与该可移动设备耦合后,该可移动设备的一侧可借由该第一主可绕曲部及该第二主可绕曲部的翻折而抵靠于该第二部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,更包含位于该第三主可绕曲部以及该第一自由端之间的端部,该第二自由端以及该第三自由端的一部份可借由该第一副可绕曲部以及该第二副可绕曲部朝向该端部翻折并贴合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,当该可移动设备保护及支撑装置与该可移动设备耦合后,该可移动设备的一面可借由该第二主可绕曲部朝向该第一部两面的任一面翻折。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该耦合机制为一底板,该固定部可与该底板的一部份耦合使该第一部以及该第二部可借由该第一主可绕曲部,该第二主可绕曲部或该第三主可绕曲部相对于该底板翻折。
- 根据权利要求10所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该底板具有铁磁性使该底板的一部份可与该固定部或该可移动设备耦合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该耦合机制为一卡合背盖并具有与该可移动设备大致相同的尺寸以与该可移动设备的一面卡合,该固定部与该卡合背盖的一部份耦合使该第一部以及该第二部可借由该第一主可绕曲部,该第二主可绕曲部或该第三主可绕曲部相对于该卡合背盖翻折。
- 根据权利要求12所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该卡合背盖具有铁磁性使该卡合背盖的一部份可与该固定部或该可移动设备耦合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该耦合机制为一底板,该固定部与该底板的一部份相互固定设置使该第一部以及该第二部可借由该第二主可绕曲部相对于该底板翻折。
- 根据权利要求14所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该底板具有铁磁性使该底板的一部份可与该可移动设备耦合。
- 根据权利要求10、12或14所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该第一自由端可借由该第一主可绕曲部或该第三主可绕曲部可抵顶于该底板以及该第一部之间或该卡合背盖以及该第一部之间。
- 根据权利要求10、12或14所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,当该可移动设备保护及支撑装置与该可移动设备耦合后,该底板或该卡合背盖或该第一部可与该第二部可分别同时与该可移动设备的两面贴合。
- 一种可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,可借由一耦合机制与一可移动设备耦合,该可移动设备保护及支撑装置包含:一第一部,其包含一固定部,该固定部设置于该第一部的一侧,当该可移动设备保护及支撑装置与该可移动设备耦合时,该固定部相对于该可移动设备无法移动或翻折; 以及一第二部,该第二部借由一第一主可绕曲部与该第一部相互连接;其中,该第一部更包含一第二主可绕曲部,该第二主可绕曲部横跨设置于该第一部且与该固定部相邻,使该第一部的一部份以及该第二部可相对于该固定部翻折,其中,该第一部为片体结构并包含两面,该第二部的一第一自由端可借由该第一主可绕曲部朝向该第一部两面的任一面翻折而抵顶于该第一部,其中,该可移动设备保护及支撑装置更包含一间隙,该间隙横跨该第一主可绕曲部以及该第二主可绕曲部使该第一主可绕曲部以及该第二主可绕曲部呈现不连续状并断开以形成一第二自由端以及一第三自由端。
- 根据权利要求18所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该第二部更包含与该第二主可绕曲部大致平行的一第三主可绕曲部,该第二部的该第一自由端可借由该第二主可绕曲部或该第三主可绕曲部朝向该第一部两面的任一面翻折而抵顶于该第一部。
- 根据权利要求19所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,更包含一第一副可绕曲部以及一第二副可绕曲部,该第一副可绕曲部以及该第二副可绕曲部对称地设置于该间隙的两侧。
- 根据权利要求20所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该第二自由端以及该第三自由端可借由该第一副可绕曲部以及该第二副可绕曲部,朝向该第一部两面的任一面翻折。
- 根据权利要求20所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该第一副可绕曲部以及该第二副可绕曲部横跨该第一主可绕曲部以及该第三主可绕曲部。
- 根据权利要求19所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该第一自由端可借由该第二主可绕曲部或该第三主可绕曲部朝向该第一部两面的任一面翻折而可抵顶于该第二主可绕曲部。
- 根据权利要求20所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,当该可移动设备保护及支撑装置与该可移动设备耦合后,该可移动设备的一侧可借由该第一主可绕曲部及该第二主可绕曲部的翻折而抵靠于该第二部。
- 根据权利要求19所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,更包含位于该第三主可绕曲部以及该第一自由端之间的端部,以及对称地设置于该间隙的两侧的一第一副可绕曲部以及一第二副可绕曲部,该第二自由端以及该第三自由端的一部份可借由该第一副可绕曲部以及该第二副可绕曲部朝向该端部翻折并贴合。
- 根据权利要求18所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,当该可移动设备保护及支撑装置与该可移动设备耦合后,该可移动设备的一面可借由该第二主可绕曲部朝向该第一部两面的任一面翻折。
- 根据权利要求19所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该耦合机制为一底板,该固定部可与该底板的一部份耦合使该第一部以及该第二部可借由该第一主可绕曲部,该第二主可绕曲部或该第三主可绕曲部相对于该底板翻折。
- 根据权利要求27所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该底板具有铁磁性使该底板的一部份可与该固定部或该可移动设备耦合。
- 根据权利要求19所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该耦合机制为一卡合背盖并具有与该可移动设备大致相同的尺寸以与该可移动设备的一面卡合,该固定部与该卡合背盖的一部份耦合使该第一部以及该第二部可借由该第一主可绕曲部,该第二主可绕曲部或该第三主可绕曲部相对于该卡合背盖翻折。
- 根据权利要求29所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该卡合背盖具有铁磁性使该卡合背盖的一部份可与该固定部或该可移动设备耦合。
- 根据权利要求19所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该耦合机制为一底板,该固定部与该底板的一部份相互固定设置使该第一部以及该第二部可借由该第二主可绕曲部相对于该底板翻折。
- 根据权利要求31所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该底板具有铁磁性使该底板的一部份可与该可移动设备耦合。
- 根据权利要求27、29或31所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,该第一自由端可借由该第一主可绕曲部或该第三主可绕曲部可抵顶于该底板以及该第一部的间或该卡合背盖以及该第一部之间。
- 根据权利要求27、29或31所述的可移动设备保护及支撑装置,其特征在于,当该可移动设备保护及支撑装置与该可移动设备耦合后,该底板或该卡合背盖或该第一部可与该第二部可分别同时与该可移动设备的两面贴合。
