Description

物品固定结构 技术领域
本发明与物品固定结构领域相关,尤其是一种利用磁性,可将物品(例如行动装置)固定于其上的固定结构,以便用户浏览该物品。
背景技术
近年来,随着行动通讯技术的进步,各种如:移动电话、平板计算机等行动装置已成为日常生活中不可或缺的常用物品。然而,该些行动装置经常被使用来作为观赏影片或是查询数据或社群网站经营等,其使用时多半需透过手持的方式来观看或操控,进而衍生出许多不便。
另外,当使用者工作时,往往只能将行动装置平放于桌面,导致用户不易观看到屏幕内容,或是以不方便操作的角度来对屏幕进行操作控制。用户也往往无法随时注意行动装置是否有新的信息,造成通讯上的延滞及不便。
技术问题
有鉴于此,本发明人累积从事多年相关行业的丰富经验,构思并提出一种物品固定结构,其具备行动装置固定及支撑的功能,大幅提升用户浏览行动装置的方便性。此外,本发明亦可固定其他物品,以方便使用者浏览该物品。
本发明的一目的旨在提供一种物品固定结构,其可平贴于一物体,例如计算机屏幕表面。于翻折展开后,该物品固定结构可作为物品固定的支架,以便使用者放置该物品或观看该物品。
技术解决方案
为达上述目的,本发明揭露一种物品固定结构,包括:一第一板状固定部,该第一板状固定部的一面与一物体相连接;一第二板状固定部,该第二板状固定部具有一第一面以及一第二面,该第一板状固定部与该第二板状固定部之间具有一第一弯曲部,使该第一板状固定部与该第二板状固定部可相对翻折;于一收纳状态中,该第一面与该物体大致上接触,且该第二面与该物体表面大致平行,于一翻折状态中,该第二面与该第一板状固定部贴合并以非永久固定方式相互固定,且该第二面与该物体表面大致平行。在该翻折状态中,该第一面以及该第二面部份超出该物体的一边。
在某些实施例中,物品固定结构包含一第一板状固定部子结构,该第一板状固定部子结构的一部分与该第一板状固定部相互接合。在该收纳状态中,该第一面与该第一板状固定部子结构相互接合。
在某些实施例中,物品固定结构更包含一第二板状固定部子结构,该第二板状固定部子结构与该第二板状固定部之间设置有一第二弯曲部,该第二板状固定部子结构与该第二板状固定部藉由该第二弯曲部相互弯折。
在某些实施例中,物品固定结构更包含一第二板状固定部子结构,该第二板状固定部子结构与该第二板状固定部藉由非永久固定方式相互接合。该第一板状固定部以及该第二板状固定部具有磁吸件;该第一板状固定部子结构具有磁吸件;该第二板状固定部子结构具有磁吸件。

有益效果
本发明所揭露的该具物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构可供用户快速以开合展开的方式,经定位固定后而快速变化成可立起的支撑架结构体;收纳时,则将该第二主片体朝向该第一主片体翻折,同样经过定位固定后而形成多层堆栈的平板结构体,故提升了使用时的便利性及实用性。

本发明中所述的非永久固定方式是指藉由如:磁性、魔鬼毡、可拆卸式卡合机制、或可重复黏贴胶等方式将两件物体相互固定、连接、接合、或相连,并可随时解除两件物体的相互固定、连接、接合、或相连。本发明中所述的永久固定方式是指藉由如:非重复黏贴胶、缝纫、或钉合等方式使两件物体相互固定、连接、接合、或相连。
本说明书中所述的「板状」是指一物体的长、宽远大于其厚度,因此该物挺呈现扁平的类二维物体型态。但该物体仍具有一定的厚度。
本说明书中所述的「磁吸件」是指任何可跟铁氧体磁铁,铝镍钴合金磁铁、稀土磁铁…等磁铁相互吸引的磁铁或金属。
本说明书中所述的「大致上呈平行」或「大致平行」,是指与真实平行相差5度以内的误差。本说明书中所述的「大致上接触」是指两物体的表面有部分接触。
请参阅图1~2,分别为本发明结构示意图的前视图及后视图。在一实施例中,本发明揭露了一种一种物品固定结构1,其包含第一板状固定部100以及第二板状固定部200。第一板状固定部100的一面用来与一物体的一表面相接合。在某些实施例中,第一板状固定部100可藉由非永久固定方式或永久固定方式与该物体2的表面相接合。使用者可根据自己的喜好,将本发明连接于适当的物体的表面。举例而言,该物体可以是桌面计算机的屏幕、笔记本电脑的屏幕、办公室座位之间的隔板、或墙壁…等。
第二板状固定部200具有第一面201以及第二面202,第一板状固定部100与第二板状固定部200之间具有第一弯曲部10,使第一板状固定部100与第二板状固定部200可相对翻折,如图4所示。本发明可藉由第一板状固定部100与第二板状固定部200的相互弯折而呈现收纳状态(如图1~2所示),或翻折状态(如图6所示)。于收纳状态中,第一面201与该物体2的表面大致上接触,且第二面202与该物体2表面大致平行(如图3所示)。请参照图5~6,于翻折状态中,第二面202与第一板状固定部100贴合并以非永久固定方式相互固定,且第二面202与该物体2表面大致平行(如图7所示)。举例而言,当物体2为一屏幕时,于收纳状态中,第一面201贴合该屏幕的背面(即非显示面),第一面201与屏幕的背面大致上接触且第一面201与第二面202与屏幕的背面大致呈平行。于该翻折状态中,第二板状固定部200以第一弯曲部10为转轴翻起,使得原本朝向屏幕背面的第二面202转向,并转为与屏幕的显示面朝向相同的方向(如图7所示)。因此屏幕的显示面以及第二面202接朝向使用者。此时,第二面202与屏幕的表面大致上呈平行。
值得一提的是,于收纳状态中,第二板状固定部200、第一面201以及第二面202折迭收纳于物体2的一面(如图3所示)。在该翻折状态中,第二板状固定部200以第一弯曲部10为转轴翻起,使得第一面201以及第二面202部份超出该物体2的轮廓(如图7所示)。换句话说,经由翻折,第一面201以及第二面202部份自物体2的一边突出,如图7所示。这里所述的轮廓是指形成物体2周边的线条的总称。以屏幕为例,一般而言,屏幕多为四方形。而屏幕的轮廓即为该四方型的四边。在该翻折状态中,第一面201以及第二面202部份超出四方形四边的范围并自四方型的一边突出。
请参照图2、4~6,在某些实施例中,物品固定结构1更包含第一板状固定部子结构101,第一板状固定部子结构101的一部分与第一板状固定部100以永久固定方式或非永久固定方式相互接合。在本实施例中,物品固定结构1藉由第一板状固定部子结构101与该物体2的表面以永久固定方式或非永久固定方式相互接合。在收纳状态中,第一面201与第一板状固定部子结构101以非永久固定方式相互接合。第一板状固定部子结构101并非必要组件,如先前所述,在一些实施例中,第一板状固定部子结构101可被省略,而该第一板状固定部100直接与该物体2的表面相互接合。
请参照图7~8,在某些实施例中,物品固定结构1更包含第二板状固定部子结构210,该第二板状固定部子结构210与该第二板状固定部200之间设置有第二弯曲部2001,该第二板状固定部子结构210与该第二板状固定部200藉由该第二弯曲部2001相互弯折。第二板状固定部子结构210与第二板状固定部200可分别设有磁吸件30,使得两者可相互吸引。使用者可藉由第二板状固定部子结构210与第二板状固定部200的相互吸引而夹持例如纸类的物品。
在另外的实施例中,如图9所示,第二板状固定部子结构210可为独立的构件,而不跟第二板状固定部200有任何的永久性连接关系。使用者可根据需求,将该第二板状固定部子结构210与该第二板状固定部200藉由非永久固定方式相互接合来夹持例如纸类的物品。
在本发明中,如图1与8所示,第一板状固定部100以及第二板状固定部200具有磁吸件30。因此第一板状固定部100以及第二板状固定部200可相互接合、固定。如图8~9所示,第一板状固定部子结构101与二板状固定部子结构210亦具有磁吸件30。
综上所述,本发明的物品固定结构1透过其上的结构特征,而可依据用户的需要任意收纳或翻折展开。展开后,如图10与11所示,使用者可藉由磁力将物品连接固定于第二板状固定部200的第二面202上,以方便使用者浏览该物品。举例而言,该物品可为手机,便条纸…等。在不需要使用本发明时,使用者也可将物品固定结构1折迭收纳贴附于物体的一面。在一个实施例中,该第二板状固定部子结构210与该第二板状固定部200可经由磁吸件30相互接合形成交迭状态,且于该交迭状态中,该第二板状固定部子结构210与该第二板状固定部200的总磁力大于该第二板状固定部子结构210与该第二板状固定部200个别的磁力;因此可吸引更重的物体而不会使该物体掉落。本发明作为固定物品的结构设计,以便用户观看或操作该物品,大幅提升使用者的生活便利性。进一步地,本发明为板状,大幅缩减了收纳后的厚度。由于具有磁吸件,本发明也不易误触展开,因而相当方便使用及收纳携带,增加了使用时的便利性及实用性。
以上所述者,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用以限定本发明实施的范围;故在不脱离本发明的精神与范围下所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应涵盖于本发明的专利范围内。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种物品固定结构,包括:
    一第一板状固定部;以及
    一第二板状固定部,该第二板状固定部具有一第一面以及一第二面,该第一板状固定部与该第二板状固定部之间具有一第一弯曲部,使该第一板状固定部与该第二板状固定部可相对翻折;
    其特征在于,于一收纳状态中,该第一面与该物体的该表面大致上接触,且该第二面与该物体的该表面大致平行,于一翻折状态中,该第二面与该第一板状固定部贴合并以非永久固定方式相互固定,且该第二面与该物体的该表面大致平行。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,在该翻折状态中,该第一面以及该第二面部份自该物体的一边突出。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,更包含一第一板状固定部子结构,该第一板状固定部子结构的一部分与该第一板状固定部相互接合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,在该收纳状态中,该第一面与该第一板状固定部子结构相互接合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,该第一板状固定部的一面与一物体的一表面相接合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,更包含一第二板状固定部子结构,该第二板状固定部子结构与该第二板状固定部之间设置有一第二弯曲部,该第二板状固定部子结构与该第二板状固定部借由该第二弯曲部相互弯折。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,更包含一第二板状固定部子结构,该第二板状固定部子结构与该第二板状固定部借由非永久固定方式相互接合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,该第一板状固定部以及该第二板状固定部具有磁吸件。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,该第一板状固定部子结构具有磁吸件。
  10. 根据权利要求6或7所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,该第二板状固定部子结构具有磁吸件。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,该物体为一屏幕,于该收纳状态中,该第一面贴合该屏幕的一非显示面,于该翻折状态中,该第二面与该屏幕的一显示面朝向相同的方向。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,该第一板状固定部借由非永久固定方式或永久固定方式与该物体的该表面相接合。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,该第二板状固定部子结构与该该第二板状固定部可经由磁吸件相互接合形成交迭状态,且于该交迭状态中,该第二板状固定部子结构与该该第二板状固定部的总磁力大于该第二板状固定部子结构与该该第二板状固定部个别的磁力。
  14. 一种物品固定结构,包括:
    一第一板状固定部;以及
    一第二板状固定部,该第二板状固定部具有一第一面以及一第二面,该第一板状固定部与该第二板状固定部之间具有一第一弯曲部,使该第一板状固定部与该第二板状固定部可相对翻折;
    其特征在于,该第一板状固定部包含一第一板状固定部子结构,该第一板状固定部子结构的一部分与该第一板状固定部相互接合,该第一板状固定部子结构的一面与一物体的一表面相接合,
    于一收纳状态中,该第一面与该物体的该表面大致上接触,且该第二面与该物体的该表面大致平行,于一翻折状态中,该第二面与该第一板状固定部贴合并以非永久固定方式相互固定,且该第二面与该物体的该表面大致平行。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,在该翻折状态中,该第一面以及该第二面部份自该物体的一边突出。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,在该收纳状态中,该第一面与该第一板状固定部子结构相互接合。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,更包含一第二板状固定部子结构,该第二板状固定部子结构与该第二板状固定部之间设置有一第二弯曲部,该第二板状固定部子结构与该第二板状固定部借由该第二弯曲部相互弯折。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,更包含一第二板状固定部子结构,该第二板状固定部子结构与该第二板状固定部借由非永久固定方式相互接合。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,该第一板状固定部以及该第二板状固定部具有磁吸件。
  20. 根据权利要求14所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,该第一板状固定部子结构具有磁吸件。
  21. 根据权利要求17或18所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,该第二板状固定部子结构具有磁吸件。
  22. 根据权利要求14所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,该物体为一屏幕,于该收纳状态中,该第一面贴合该屏幕的一非显示面,于该翻折状态中,该第二面与该屏幕的一显示面朝向相同的方向。
  23. 根据权利要求14所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,该第一板状固定部子结构借由非永久固定方式或永久固定方式与该物体的该表面相接合。
  24. 根据权利要求14所述的物品固定结构,其特征在于,该第二板状固定部子结构与该该第二板状固定部可经由磁吸件相互接合形成交迭状态,且于该交迭状态中,该第二板状固定部子结构与该该第二板状固定部的总磁力大于该第二板状固定部子结构与该该第二板状固定部个别的磁力。
