移动装置展示结构 技术领域
本发明与物品支撑结构领域相关,尤其是一种透过弯折,而可成型的物品支撑结构,用户可将物品(例如移动装置)放置于其上,以便浏览该物品。
背景技术
近年来,随着移动通讯技术的进步,各种如:移动电话、平板计算机等移动装置已成为日常生活中不可或缺的常用物品。然而,该些移动装置经常被使用来作为观赏影片或是查询数据或社群网站经营等,其使用时多半需透过手持的方式来观看或操控,进而衍生出许多不便。
另外,当使用者工作时,往往只能将移动装置平放于桌面,导致用户不易观看到屏幕内容,或是以不方便操作的角度来对屏幕进行操作控制。用户也往往无法随时注意移动装置是否有新的信息,造成通讯上的延滞及不便。
技术问题
有鉴于此,本发明人累积从事多年相关行业的丰富经验,构思并提出一种移动装置展示结构,其具备移动装置固定及支撑的功能,大幅提升用户浏览移动装置的方便性。此外,本发明亦可固定其他物品,以方便使用者浏览该物品。
技术解决方案
为达上述目的,本发明揭露一种移动装置展示结构,包括:一转轴部,需要施加大于一临界力矩至该转轴部以克服该转轴的一阻力使该转轴部转动;以及一第一杠杆部及一第二杠杆部,该第一杠杆部及该第二杠杆部分别与该转轴部连接,该第一杠杆部及该第二杠杆部以该转轴部为支点,且该第一杠杆部及该第二杠杆部藉由该转轴部相对于彼此翻转,该第一杠杆部及该第二杠杆部形成一夹角,该第一杠杆部及该第二杠杆部为板状体。
该夹角介于0~180度时,该第一杠杆部的重力相对该转轴部产生的一第一力矩或该第二杠杆部的重力相对该转轴部产生的一第二力矩小于该临界力矩,使得该第一杠杆部或该第二杠杆部分无法相对该转轴部转动且该夹角维持恒定。
在某些实施例中,该移动装置展示结构更包含一弯折部,该第一杠杆部藉由一可饶曲部与该弯折部相连,该第一杠杆部及该弯折部藉由非永久固定方式相互连接固定。
在某些实施例中,该弯折部更包含一延伸件,该延伸件设置于该弯折部与该于第一杠杆部相连的一端。

有益效果
综上所述,本发明所揭露的移动装置展示结构可供用户快速以开合展开的方式,经定位固定后而快速变化成可立起的支撑架结构体;此外,不同于其他支撑架,本发明可以任何角度(0~180度)展开该第一杠杆部及第二杠杆部,形成各种高度及角度的支撑结构,且用户可任意调整该角度。本发明也可永久维持该支撑角度,故提升了使用时的便利性及实用性。

本说明书中所述的「板状」是指一物体的长、宽远大于其厚度,因此该物挺呈现扁平的类二维物体型态。但该物体仍具有一定的厚度。
本说明书中所述的「磁吸件」是指任何可跟铁氧体磁铁,铝镍钴合金磁铁、稀土磁铁…等相互吸引的磁铁或金属。

请参照图3~4,该移动装置展示结构1更包含一弯折部300,该第一杠杆部100藉由一可饶曲部20与该弯折部300相连,弯折后该第一杠杆部100及该弯折部300藉由非永久固定方式相互贴合固定(如图5及图7所示)。在某些实施例中,该弯折部300更包含一延伸件301,该延伸件301设置于该弯折部300与该于第一杠杆部100相连的一端。
请参照图5~8,本发明在使用时,使用者可将第一杠杆部100及该第二杠杆部200相对翻折形成夹角θ,任意调整夹角θ至想要的角度及高度。 同时,使用者亦可翻折该弯折部300,如图5~7所示,形成多种的支撑状态。举例而言,如图6所示,于一支撑状态中,该夹角θ大于0度,该弯折部300的一面平贴于一水平表面,且该弯折部300非为与该第一杠杆部100贴合。如图5、7所示,于另一支撑状态中,该夹角θ大于0度,该弯折部300的一面与该第一杠杆100贴合,该延伸件301的一段底顶于一水平面。又如图8所示,于一支撑状态中,该夹角θ大于0度,该弯折部300的一端与该第二杠杆部200的一端底顶于一水平面。使用时,用户可在将物体倚靠或放置于第一杠杆部100或第二杠杆部200上,以达到使物体站立的效果。
请参照图3,为了达到固定的效果,该第一杠杆部100、该第二杠杆部200及该弯折部300可分别设有磁吸件400。而该弯折部300的一面与该第一杠杆100贴合时,可透过磁吸件400相互固定。
请参照图5,本发明的移动装置展示结构1可包含一附加件500,该附加件500与该第一杠杆部100或该第二杠杆部200藉由非永久固定方式相互连接固定。请参照图6~8,使用时,该附加件500可与第一杠杆部100或该第二杠杆部200连接,并将移动装置或其他物品放置于移动装置展示结构1及附加件500上。藉此,使用者可以不同的高度及角度浏览该移动装置或物品。
综上所述,本发明的移动装置展示结构1透过其上的结构特征,而可依据用户的需要任意收纳或翻折展开。展开后,使用者可将物品,放置于第一杠杆部100或第二杠杆部200上,以方便使用者浏览该物品。另外,用户也可将具有磁性的物体固定于支撑状态中的第一杠杆部100或第二杠杆部200上;在另外一些实施例中,使用者也可将不具磁性的物体放置于支撑状态中的第一杠杆部100或第二杠杆部200上。举例而言,该物品可为手机,便条纸…等。在不需要使用本发明时,用户也可移动装置展示结构1折迭收纳。本发明作为固定物品的结构设计,以便用户观看或操作该物品,大幅提升使用者的生活便利性。进一步地,本发明为板状,大幅缩减了收纳后的厚度。由于具有磁力件,本发明也不易误触展开,因而相当方便使用及收纳携带,增加了使用时的便利性及实用性。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用以限定本发明实施的范围;故在不脱离本发明的精神与范围下所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应涵盖于本发明的专利范围内。

Claims (22)

  1. [援引加入(细则20.6) 29.08.2022] 
    一种移动装置展示结构,包括:一转轴部,需要施加大于一临界力矩至该转轴部以克服该转轴的一阻力使该转轴部转动;以及一第一杠杆部及一第二杠杆部,该第一杠杆部及该第二杠杆部分别与该转轴部连接,该第一杠杆部及该第二杠杆部以该转轴部为支点,且该第一-杠杆部及该第二杠杆部藉由该转轴部相对于彼此翻转,该第一杠杆部及该第二杠杆部形成一夹角,该第一杠杆部及该第二杠杆部为板状体,其特征在于:其中,该夹角介于0~180度时,该第一杠杆部的重力相对该转轴部产生的一第一力矩或该第二杠杆部的重力相对该转轴部产生的一第二力矩小于该临界力矩,使得该第一杠杆部或该第二杠杆部分无法相对该转轴部转动且该夹角维持恒定,其中,该移动装置展示结构更包含一弯折部,该第一杠杆部藉由一可饶曲部与该弯折部相连,弯折后该第一杠杆部及该弯折部藉由非永久固定方式相互贴合固定。

    根据权利要求1所述的移动装置展示结构,其特征在于,其中该弯折部更包含一延伸件,该延伸件设置于该弯折部与该于第一杠杆部相连的一端。

    根据权利要求1所述的移动装置展示结构,其特征在于,于一支撑状态中,该夹角大于0度,该弯折部的一面平贴于一水平表面,且该弯折部非为与该第一杠杆部贴合。

    根据权利要求2所述的移动装置展示结构,其特征在于,于一支撑状态中,该夹角大于0度,该弯折部的一面与该第一杠杆贴合,该延伸件的-段底顶于一水平面。

    根据权利要求1所述的移动装置展示结构,其特征在于,于一支撑状态中,该夹角大于0度,该弯折部的一端与该第二杠杆部的一端底顶于一水平面。

    根据权利要求1所述的移动装置展示结构,其特征在于,其中该第一杠杆部、该第二杠杆及该弯折部分别设有磁吸件。

    根据权利要求8所述的移动装置展示结构,其特征在于,其中该弯折部更包含一延伸件,该延伸件设置于该弯折部与该于第一杠杆部相连的一端。

    一种具有物品支撑功能的卡片收纳结构,其展开后可供支撑一物品,其特征在于,包括:第一主片体;以及第二主片体,其通过端部以及可弯曲部与所述第一主片体连接;其中,所述可弯曲部由第一部分、第二部分、第一弯轴部、第二弯轴部、以及第三弯轴部所构成,所述第一部分通过所述第一弯轴部与所述第二主片体相连,所述第二部分通过所述第三弯轴部与所述第一主片体相连,其中,在收纳状态中,所述第一主片体及所述第二主片体贴合,所述第一部分及所述第二部分贴合,其中,自收纳状态转变为展开状态时,所述第一部分与所述第二部分通过所述第二弯轴部从原本的贴合状态以一角度两者相对弯折展开,以使所述第一部分与所述第二主片体贴合,且所述角度大于180度。
