本发明的工作原理:对于无需烘干,也无需整烫的产品,可令产品自生产区依次通过第一过渡输送线和第二过渡输送线后,直接进入存储区;对于仅需烘干的产品,可令产品依次通过烘干区输送线和第二过渡输送线后,进入存储区;对于仅需整烫的产品,可令产品依次通过第一过渡输送线和整烫区输送线后,进入存储区;对于需要先烘干再整烫的产品,可令产品依次通过烘干区输送线及整烫区输送线后,进入存储区;对于需要先整烫再烘干的产品,先令产品依次通过第一过渡输送线及整烫区输送线,然后从整烫区输送线进入烘干区输送线的入口端,最后从烘干区输送线的出口端经过第二过渡输送线进入存储区;另外,对于例如烘干-整烫-烘干等需要重复进行相同工艺的情况,可以通过重复上述流程得以实现,在此不做赘述。
作为本发明优选,所述整烫区输送线至少包括两个设于所述烘干炉同一侧的整烫输送单元,靠近所述烘干炉的一个整烫输送单元连接所述烘干区输送线的入口端,远离所述烘干炉的整烫输送单元连接靠近烘干炉一侧的整烫输送单元。为了提高加工效率,同时兼顾厂区空间利用率,在烘干炉同一侧平行设置多个整烫输送单元,且令较远的输送单元与较近的输送单元连接,以简化输送线结构,缩短输送线长度,从而提高空间利用率,降低设备成本。
作为本发明优选,靠近所述烘干炉的整烫输送单元连接远离烘干炉一侧的整烫输送单元处设有背向合流机构,所述背向合流机构包括由底板、顶板及一块侧板构成的安装架,所述底板上设有依次衔接的上游连接轨、摆动轨、下游连接轨,所述摆动轨转动连接于所述底板上,所述底板上设有驱动所述摆动轨转动的合流驱动机构,所述底板及侧板上设有连通的合流口,所述安装架上设有自所述侧板背向所述摆动轨一侧伸至所述合流口处的合流引导轨,所述侧板上于所述合流口边侧并于鸟钩输送线的回复路径上设有鸟钩抬升板。通过设置鸟钩抬升板,以将经过侧板上合流口一侧的鸟钩抬起,给下方自合流引导轨上滑入摆动轨上的衣架留出足够的空间,避免衣架与鸟钩发生干涉。当支轨上有衣架需要汇入主轨时,合流驱动机构驱动摆动轨转动,以使摆动轨与合流引导轨衔接,当衣架进入摆动轨上时,摆动轨在合流驱动机构的作用下复位,对接上下游连接轨,衣架在鸟钩的带动下在主轨上继续输送。要说明的是,鸟钩输送机构为一套做环形循环的机构,其一部分处于主轨正上方,起到对衣架的拖动输送作用,另一部分在循环回复的路径上,其一般会设置于贴近侧板处,即可以设置于侧板朝向主轨的一侧,也可以设置于侧板背向主轨的一侧,相应的,鸟钩抬升板也需要根据鸟钩回复路径的具体位置而设。
作为本发明优选,所述合流驱动机构包括气缸、转动连接于所述气缸输出端及所述摆动轨的驱动臂,所述合流驱动机构通过气缸带动驱动臂以推拉摆动轨,实现摆动轨的转动,所述气缸优选为磁耦合无杆气缸,以节约安装空间,同时避免对其他机构的影响;所述气缸的输出端设有连接块,所述驱动臂转动连接于所述连接块,所述底板上于所述连接块的移动方向两侧均设有限位块,所述限位块上设有限位调节螺栓,所述调节螺栓上设有定位螺母。限位块通过限制连接块的移动范围,来限制摆动轨的转动范围,确保衣架导入的准确性及设备运行的稳定性;限位调节螺栓则用以微调限位范围,提高限位精确性。
作为本发明优选,所述摆动轨包括处于上游侧的合流衔接部、处于下游侧的驱动部、设于合流衔接部和驱动部之间的转动连接部,所述合流驱动机构连接并推拉所述驱动部。所述结构避免了合流驱动机构随着合流衔接部伸至合流口处,即避免了合流驱动机构与导入的衣架发生干涉。
作为本发明优选,所述驱动部的长度小于所述合流衔接部的长度,以提高合流驱动机构的驱动效率,即推拉驱动部产生较小的摆动距离,合流衔接部就会获得较大的摆动距离。
作为本发明优选,所述安装架上设有伸至所述驱动部完全摆出位置处的衣架挡板,以避免滑入摆动轨上的衣架由于惯性而滑出轨道。
作为本发明优选,所述摆动轨两端均设有插接头,所述上游连接轨及下游连接轨相对的一端均设有插接槽,且所述上游连接轨的插接槽靠近所述安装架内的一侧开口,所述下游连接轨的插接槽靠近所述安装架外的一侧开口。所述插接结构能够有效保证摆动轨与上下游连接轨之间的连接紧密性,同时通过在插接槽的一侧开口来有效保证摆动轨复位后的位置准确性。
作为本发明优选,所述摆动轨两端均设有插接槽,所述上游连接轨及下游连接轨相对的一端均设有插接头,且所述摆动轨下游端的插接槽靠近所述安装架内的一侧开口,所述摆动轨上游端的插接槽靠近所述安装架外的一侧开口。
作为本发明优选,所述生产区设有依次衔接的上料输送线、加工区输送线、检验区输送线和第一快速输送线,所述第一快速输送线连接所述第一过渡输送线及烘干区输送线的入口端;所述第一过渡输送线、烘干区输送线的出口端、整烫区输送线的输入端及第二过渡输送线连接有第二快速输送线,所述存储区设有存储区输送线,所述存储区输送线的输入端设有第三快速输送线,所述第三快速输送线连接所述第二过渡输送线及整烫区输送线的输出端;所述包装区设有包装输送线,所述包装区输送线与存储区输送线之间设有第四快速输送线,所述包装区输送线与检验区输送线之间设有第五快速输送线。
有益效果
本发明的优点是:
1、能够满足不同类型产品对于烘干及整烫工艺的不同需求,自动化实现产品在不同工艺区之间的转移;
2、通过背向合流机构实现了衣架自鸟钩输送线的背向汇入,从而丰富了不同输送线之间的位置关系选择,以进一步优化整个输送系统结构,提高空间利用率,节省设备成本;
3、背向合流机构通过鸟钩抬升板有效避免了回复路径上的鸟钩与导入的衣架发生干涉,确保衣架背向合流的稳定性;
4、摆动轨与上下游连接轨之间的插接结构保证了摆动轨与上下游连接轨之间的连接紧密性,同时通过在插接槽的一侧开口来有效保证摆动轨复位后的位置准确性;
5、存储区输送线通过设置筛选回流线提高了产品调出的有序性及效率。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
一种制衣吊挂输送系统,包括上料输送线L1、加工区输送线L2、检验区输送线L3、第一快速输送线L4、烘干区输送线L5、整烫区输送线L6、第二快速输送线L7、第三快速输送线L8、存储区输送线L9、第四快速输送线L10、包装区输送线L11、第五快速输送线L12;所述检验区输送线L3连接所述第一快速输送线L4和第五快速输送线L12,所述存储区输送线L9连接所述第三快速输送线L8和第四快速输送线L10,所述包装区输送线L11连接所述第四快速输送线L10和第五快速输送线L12,所述存储区输送线L9包括仓储线L91和筛选回流线L92;所述烘干区输送线L5穿过烘干炉,其入口端连接所述第一快速输送线L4,其出口端连接所述第二快速输送线L7;所述第一快速输送线L4与第二快速输送线L7之间连接有第一过渡输送线L13;所述整烫区输送线L6一端连接所述第二快速输送线L7,另一端连接所述烘干区输送线L5的入口端及所述第三快速输送线L8;所述第二快速输送线L7与第三快速输送线L8之间连接有第二过渡输送线L14。
整个输送系统的工作原理:上料输送线L1通过多条支线将加工原料输送给各条加工线,每条加工线上都有各类加工工人,依次对原料进行逐步加工,而检验区也具有与加工区相对应并衔接的多条检验线,加工完成的产品进入检验区检验,完成检验的产品被挂至衣架上,并分别通过每条检验线上的检验区输送线L3汇入第一快速输送线L4。产品沿第一快速输送线L4到达烘干炉一侧时,可以选择进入烘干区输送线L5,以穿过烘干炉后到达第二快速输送线L7;也可以选择经过第一过渡输送线L13到达第二快速输送线L7。产品沿第二快速输送线L7到达整烫区一侧时,可以选择进入整烫区输送线L6,以到达整烫区进行整烫;也可以选择经过第二过渡输送线L14到达第三快速输送线L8。而经过整烫后的产品可以选择进入第三快速输送线L8,也可以选择再次回到烘干炉入口端的烘干区输送线L5内。产品沿第三快速输送线L8到达存储区输送线L9一侧,根据产品型号等参数,分别进入不同的仓储线L91,当需要调取产品时,令承载相应产品的衣架依次进入第四快速输送线L10,其中需要调出的衣架沿第四快速输送线L10进入包装区输送线L11,无需调出且由于排列顺序而调出至第四快速输送线L10上的衣架,则通过筛选回流线L92回到第三快速输送线L8,随后再次进入相应的仓储线L91。包装好的产品由其他输送设备或输送线输送出库,而取下产品后的空衣架进入第五快速输送线L12,并由第五快速输送线L12将空衣架输送至检验区。
本发明通过对烘干区及整烫区的输送线设计,实现了多种工艺需求的自动化输送:对于无需烘干,也无需整烫的产品,先令产品通过第一过渡输送线L13从第一快速输送线L4直接进入第二快速输送线L7,再通过第二过渡输送线L14从第二快速输送线L7进入第三快速输送线L8即可;对于仅需烘干的产品,先令产品通过烘干区输送线L5以经过烘干炉进行烘干,同时产品也自第一快速输送线L4到达第二快速输送线L7,然后直接通过第二过渡输送线L14从第二快速输送线L7进入第三快速输送线L8;对于仅需整烫的产品,先令产品通过第一过渡输送线L13从第一快速输送线L4直接进入第二快速输送线L7,再通过整烫区输送线L6完成整烫,同时产品也自第二快速输送线L7到达第三快速输送线L8;对于需要先烘干再整烫的产品,先令产品通过烘干区输送线L5以经过烘干炉进行烘干,然后从第二快速输送线L7进入整烫区输送线L6完成整烫,接着进入第三快速输送线L8;对于需要先整烫再烘干的产品,先令产品通过第一过渡输送线L13到达第二快速输送线L7,然后通过整烫区输送线L6完成整烫,接着从整烫区输送线L6回到烘干区输送线L5的入口端,以通过烘干炉完成烘干,最后自第二快速输送线L7通过第二过渡输送线L14进入第三快速输送线L8。另外,对于例如烘干-整烫-烘干等需要重复进行相同工艺的情况,可以通过重复上述流程得以实现,在此不做赘述。
进一步的,所述整烫区输送线L6包括两个平行设于所述烘干炉同一侧的整烫输送单元,每个整烫输送单元包括一条产品接收线L61和一条产品输出线L62,靠近所述烘干炉的一个整烫输送单元的产品输出线连接所述烘干区输送线L5的入口端,远离所述烘干炉的整烫输送单元的产品输出线连接靠近烘干炉一侧的整烫输送单元的产品输出线。为了提高加工效率,同时兼顾厂区空间利用率,在烘干炉同一侧平行设置多个整烫输送单元,且令较远的输送单元与较近的输送单元连接,以简化输送线结构,缩短输送线长度,从而提高空间利用率,降低设备成本。
由于上述的设计,导致了远离烘干炉的整烫输送单元的产品输出线上的衣架只能够从靠近烘干炉的整烫输送单元的产品输出线的背向汇入,所以我们在靠近所述烘干炉的整烫输送单元连接远离烘干炉一侧的整烫输送单元处(图2中A处)设置背向合流机构,所述背向合流机构包括由底板1、顶板2及一块侧板3构成的安装架,所述底板1上设有依次衔接的上游连接轨4、摆动轨5、下游连接轨6,所述摆动轨5转动连接于所述底板1上,所述底板1上设有驱动所述摆动轨5转动的合流驱动机构,所述底板1及侧板3上设有连通的合流口7,所述安装架上设有自所述侧板背向所述摆动轨一侧伸至所述合流口7处的合流引导轨8,所述侧板3上于所述合流口7边侧并于鸟钩输送线的回复路径上设有鸟钩抬升板9。要说明的是,在确保合流引导轨8及衣架不会与鸟钩发生干涉的前提下,合流引导轨可以尽可能地伸入合流口7,或者说靠近摆动轨5,以缩短摆动轨5的摆出部分长度,以减少对空间的占用,同时提高装置运行的稳定性。
上述背向合流机构通过设置鸟钩抬升板,以将经过侧板上合流口一侧的鸟钩抬起,给下方自合流引导轨上滑入摆动轨上的衣架留出足够的空间,避免衣架与鸟钩发生干涉。当支轨上有衣架需要汇入主轨时,合流驱动机构驱动摆动轨转动,以使摆动轨与合流引导轨衔接,当衣架进入摆动轨上时,摆动轨在合流驱动机构的作用下复位,对接上下游连接轨,衣架在鸟钩的带动下在主轨上继续输送。要说明的是,鸟钩输送机构为一套做环形循环的机构,其一部分处于主轨正上方,起到对衣架的拖动输送作用,另一部分在循环回复的路径上,其一般会设置于贴近侧板处,即可以设置于侧板朝向主轨的一侧,也可以设置于侧板背向主轨的一侧,相应的,鸟钩抬升板也需要根据鸟钩的具体位置而设,本实施例以鸟钩抬升板设置于侧板朝向主轨的一侧为例进行说明。
具体的,所述合流驱动机构包括气缸101、转动连接于所述气缸101输出端及所述摆动轨5的驱动臂102,气缸通过驱动臂推拉摆动轨,以实现摆动轨的转动,所述气缸优选为磁耦合无杆气缸,以节约安装空间,同时避免对其他机构的影响。其中,所述气缸101的输出端设有气缸连接块103,所述驱动臂102转动连接于所述气缸连接块103,所述底板1上于所述气缸连接块103的移动方向两侧均设有限位块104,以限制摆动轨5的转动范围,确保衣架导入的准确性及设备运行的稳定性。且所述限位块104上设有限位调节螺栓105,所述调节螺栓105上设有定位螺母106,以微调限位范围,提高限位的精确性。
另外,所述摆动轨包括处于上游侧的合流衔接部、处于下游侧的驱动部、设于合流衔接部和驱动部之间的转动连接部,所述合流驱动机构连接并推拉所述驱动部。所述结构避免了合流驱动机构随着合流衔接部伸至合流口处,即避免了合流驱动机构与导入的衣架发生干涉。所述驱动部的长度小于所述合流衔接部的长度,以提高合流驱动机构的驱动效率,即推拉驱动部产生较小的摆动距离,合流衔接部就会获得较大的摆动距离。
所述安装架上设有伸至所述驱动部完全摆出位置处的衣架挡板11,以避免滑入摆动轨上的衣架由于惯性而滑出轨道。
作为摆动轨与上下游连接轨配合连接的一种方式,如附图中所示:所述摆动轨5两端均设有插接头51,所述上游连接轨4及下游连接轨6相对的一端均设有插接槽52,且所述上游连接轨4的插接槽靠近所述安装架内的一侧开口,所述下游连接轨6的插接槽靠近所述安装架外的一侧开口。所述插接结构能够有效保证摆动轨与上下游连接轨之间的连接紧密性,同时通过在插接槽的一侧开口来有效保证摆动轨复位后的位置准确性。
作为摆动轨与上下游连接轨配合连接的另一种方式,未在附图中示出:所述摆动轨5两端均设有插接槽,所述上游连接轨4及下游连接轨6相对的一端均设有插接头,且所述摆动轨5下游端的插接槽靠近所述安装架内的一侧开口,所述摆动轨5上游端的插接槽靠近所述安装架外的一侧开口。原理与上述第一种方式相同。
另外,所述鸟钩抬升板9包括安装板91、垂直于安装板91的支撑板92、自支撑板92靠近所述合流口7一端延伸的导入板93,所述导入板93设有弧形导入部。所述鸟钩抬升板的结构简单,通过导入板将鸟钩导入至支撑板上稳定支撑,为衣架的导入留出足够空间。所述导入板93的宽度小于所述支撑板92的宽度,且所述导入板93设于所述支撑板92远离所述侧板2的一侧,以有效避免导入板93对衣架的干涉。所述安装板91设于所述合流口7边侧,所述导入板93处于所述合流口7的覆盖范围内,以在确保对鸟钩抬升可靠性的前提下,避免对衣架的干涉。所述底板1上的合流口延伸至所述上游连接轨4下方,以进一步避免底板对于衣架造成干涉。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,该具体实施方式是基于本发明整体构思下的一种实现方式,而且本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种制衣吊挂输送系统,包括依次衔接的生产区、后整区、存储区及包装区;其特征在于,所述后整区设有第一过渡输送线、烘干区输送线、整烫区输送线及第二过渡输送线,所述第一过渡输送线一端连接所述生产区,另一端连接所述整烫区输送线的输入端及第二过渡输送线;所述烘干区输送线穿过烘干炉,其入口端连接所述生产区,其出口端连接所述整烫区输送线的输入端及第二过渡输送线;所述整烫区输送线的输出端连接所述烘干区输送线的入口端及所述存储区;所述第二过渡输送线还连接至所述存储区。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种制衣吊挂输送系统,其特征在于,所述整烫区输送线至少包括两个设于所述烘干炉同一侧的整烫输送单元,靠近所述烘干炉的一个整烫输送单元连接所述烘干区输送线的入口端,远离所述烘干炉的整烫输送单元连接靠近烘干炉一侧的整烫输送单元。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种制衣吊挂输送系统,其特征在于,靠近所述烘干炉的整烫输送单元连接远离烘干炉一侧的整烫输送单元处设有背向合流机构,所述背向合流机构包括由底板、顶板及一块侧板构成的安装架,所述底板上设有依次衔接的上游连接轨、摆动轨、下游连接轨,所述摆动轨转动连接于所述底板上,所述底板上设有驱动所述摆动轨转动的合流驱动机构,所述底板及侧板上设有连通的合流口,所述安装架上设有自所述侧板背向所述摆动轨一侧伸至所述合流口处的合流引导轨,所述侧板上于所述合流口边侧并于鸟钩输送线的回复路径上设有鸟钩抬升板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种制衣吊挂输送系统,其特征在于,所述合流驱动机构包括驱动器、转动连接于所述驱动器输出端及所述摆动轨的驱动臂,所述驱动器的输出端设有连接块,所述驱动臂转动连接于所述连接块,所述底板上于所述连接块的移动方向两侧均设有限位块,所述限位块上设有限位调节螺栓,所述调节螺栓上设有定位螺母。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种制衣吊挂输送系统,其特征在于,所述摆动轨包括处于上游侧的合流衔接部、处于下游侧的驱动部、设于合流衔接部和驱动部之间的转动连接部,所述合流驱动机构连接并推拉所述驱动部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种制衣吊挂输送系统,其特征在于,所述驱动部的长度小于所述合流衔接部的长度。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种制衣吊挂输送系统,其特征在于,所述安装架上设有伸至所述驱动部完全摆出位置处的衣架挡板。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种制衣吊挂输送系统,其特征在于,所述摆动轨两端均设有插接头,所述上游连接轨及下游连接轨相对的一端均设有插接槽,且所述上游连接轨的插接槽靠近所述安装架内的一侧开口,所述下游连接轨的插接槽靠近所述安装架外的一侧开口。
