另外,目前市场上多功能食物处理器即使刀组件为可拆卸式的,需要将手伸进容器内部握住刀具及另外一只手握住杯组件才可拆卸或者安装,这样不方便而且容易出现刀具脱落砸伤物品或者人等问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于:提供一种多功能食物处理器。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种多功能食物处理器,包括主机座、搅拌杯 和搅拌刀组件,搅拌杯安装在主机座上端,搅拌刀组件安装在搅拌杯内,且搅拌刀组件与主机座内的马达组件连接,所述搅拌杯内具有上下贯通的圆孔,圆孔边沿均布有多个定位结构,圆孔供搅拌刀组件穿过,搅拌刀组件上设有与定位结构相配且用于连接定位结构的固定结构。
进一步地,所述定位结构为位于圆孔边沿的多个定位块,定位块与搅拌刀组件上的固定结构连接。
进一步地,所述搅拌杯下端中心具有中心台,圆孔位于中心台中心,圆孔内壁上均布有多个凹槽,定位块呈圆周分布在中心台的顶部;所述搅拌杯内具有定位板,中心台凸设于定位板顶部。
进一步地,所述搅拌刀组件上安装有感应装置或触发机构。
进一步地,所述主机座上端内具有用于挡住搅拌刀组件的凸条。
进一步地,所述搅拌刀组件包括刀组件和固定架,刀组件包括刀座,固定结构为均布在刀座外壁上的多个凸台,凹槽供凸台穿过,固定架套在刀座外,固定架具有供刀座穿过的透孔,透孔内侧呈圆周均布有多个挡台,相邻挡台之间形成有缺口,凸台穿过缺口后卡在挡台底部。
进一步地,所述刀座的顶部具有凸环,凸环上均布有多个开口朝下的定位槽,凸环压在中心台顶部,定位块卡入定位槽;当刀组件穿过搅拌杯的圆孔后,固定架固定至刀座外壁上,且固定架抵靠在定位板底部。
进一步地,所述固定结构为均布在搅拌刀组件上端外壁上的多个定位爪,凹槽供定位爪穿过,定位爪卡接在定位块顶部,定位块的凸块挡住定位爪。
进一步地,所述搅拌刀组件包括上座和固定在上座下端的下盖,上座和下盖组成外壳,外壳内安装有行星变速机构,行星变速机构的上端延伸出上座并 连接有传动轴套,传动轴套上可以安装不同的刀具,行星变速机构的下端延伸出下盖并连接有上离合器。
进一步地,所述行星变速机构包括初级太阳轮、连接在初级太阳轮上端的初级行星轮、与初级行星轮连接的一级变速行星轮支架、连接在一级变速行星轮支架上端的一级行星轮以及与一级行星轮连接的二级变速行星轮支架,二级变速行星轮支架上端穿出上座,传动轴套套在二级变速行星轮支架上端外,初级太阳轮下端穿出下盖,上离合器固定在初级太阳轮下端外;所述上座内壁上具有内齿轮环,内齿轮环与行星轮配合。
应用本发明所提供的一种多功能食物处理器,其有益效果是:结构简单,维修组装方便,搅拌刀组件可以设计成可拆卸式,这样的方便清洗,安装使用方便;搅拌杯与搅拌刀组件之间能够方便地、稳固地连接在一起;由于一对一的刀具与搅拌刀组件对应装配且行星变速机构安装在搅拌刀组件上,这样可避免用户误装刀具,间接地实现不同刀具识别功能。

具体实施方式
为比较直观、完整地理解本发明的技术方案,现就结合本发明附图进行非限制性的特征说明如下:
实施例一:如图1—图10所示,一种多功能食物处理器,包括主机座1、搅拌杯2和搅拌刀组件3,搅拌杯2安装在主机座1上端,搅拌刀组件3安装在搅拌杯2内,且搅拌刀组件3与主机座1内的马达组件连接,搅拌杯2内具有一上下贯通的圆孔211,圆孔211边沿均布有多个定位结构,圆孔211供搅拌刀组件3穿过,搅拌刀组件3上设有与定位结构相配且用于连接定位结构的固定结构。
如图1所示,马达组件包括马达4和下离合器5,马达4上端的输出轴连接下离合器5,下离合器5与固定在搅拌刀组件3下端的上离合器6连接。
定位结构为位于圆孔211边沿的三个定位块212,定位块212与搅拌刀组件3上的固定结构连接。搅拌杯2下端中心具有一中心台21,圆孔211位于中心台21中心,圆孔211内壁上均布有三个凹槽2111,定位块212呈圆周分布在中心台21的顶部;搅拌杯2的下端内具有定位板22,中心台21凸设于定位板22顶部。定位块212一端具有向上凸起的凸块2122,另一端具有斜面2121。搅拌刀组件3包括刀组件31和固定架32,刀组件31包括刀座311,固定结构为均 布在刀座311外壁上的三个凸台3111,凹槽2111供凸台3111穿过,固定架32套在刀座311外,固定架32具有供刀座311穿过的透孔321,透孔321内侧呈圆周均布有三个挡台322,相邻挡台322之间形成有缺口323,凸台3111穿过缺口323后卡在挡台322底部。
如图4所示,刀座311的上端固定有刀座密封圈33,搅拌刀组件3与搅拌杯2连接后,刀座密封圈33起到密封作用。
如图6所示,各挡台322的一端均具有斜坡3221。各挡台322的底部均具有用于挡住凸台3111的挡板3222。
如图5所示,刀座311的顶部具有凸环3112,凸环3112上均布有多个开口朝下的定位槽31121,凸环3112压在中心台21顶部,定位块212卡入定位槽31121。当刀组件31穿过搅拌杯2的圆孔211后,固定架32固定至刀座311外壁上,且固定架32抵靠在定位板22底部,如图7所示。
安装时,刀组件31穿过搅拌杯2圆孔211,刀座311上定位槽31121会移动至搅拌杯2上的定位块212上;然后,将固定架32套到刀座311上,刀座311上的凸台3111穿过固定架32的缺口323;握住固定架32并转动固定架32后,凸台3111移动至挡台322底部,搅刀组件31安装完毕,如图7和图8所示。由于固定架32与刀座311的相互限制,使得整个搅拌刀组件3不会上下运动,结合搅拌食物的反向作用力的原理,整个固定架32不会从刀组件31上脱落,从而使得整个搅拌刀组件3能够稳固地安装在搅拌杯2上。
搅拌刀组件3上安装有感应装置或触发机构,比如在搅拌刀组件3上安装感应磁铁7,如图6所示,固定架32的底部具有多个磁铁固定孔324,磁铁固定孔324内固定有感应磁铁7。主机座1上安装有干簧管(图中未示),只要在 有效的作用范围内,感应磁铁7即可触发干簧管,从而将信号传输给电子控制板以执行相关的指令,可以识别用户是否将搅拌刀组件3漏装或者未安装到位而机器无法运转以避免搅拌杯2内的食物泄露,或者高速运转时整个搅拌刀组件3飞离,或者机器损坏以保证用户及机器的安全。
如图6、图9和图10所示,固定架32的外侧具有多个第一凸筋325,主机座1上端内具有用于挡住第一凸筋325的凸条1.1。凸条1.1挡住固定架32的第一凸筋325后,搅拌刀组件3被进一步地固定,结构更加稳固可靠。
实施例二:如图11—图23所示。实施例二与实施例一的相同点在于主机座1和搅拌杯2的结构相同,区别在于:
如图11、图18和图19所示,固定结构为均布在搅拌刀组件3上端外壁上的三个定位爪34,凹槽2111供定位爪34穿过,定位爪34卡接在定位块212顶部,定位块212的凸块2122挡住定位爪34,定位爪34侧面与凸块2122贴合在一起,防止马达4旋转而导致无法处理加工食物。安装时,搅拌刀组件3由外往内穿过搅拌杯2圆孔211,定位爪34穿过凹槽2111;然后,然转动刀组件31,定位爪34顺着定位块212的斜面2121移动至定位块212顶部,凸块2122挡住定位块212后安装完毕。
如图11—图13所示,搅拌刀组件3包括上座35和固定在上座35下端的下盖36,上座35和下盖36组成外壳,定位爪34设置在上座35外壁上,外壳内安装有行星变速机构,行星变速机构的上端延伸出上座35并连接有传动轴套37,行星变速机构的下端延伸出下盖36并连接有上离合器6。行星变速机构包括初级太阳轮38、连接在初级太阳轮38上端的初级行星轮39、与初级行星轮39连接的一级变速行星轮支架3A、连接在一级变速行星轮支架3A上端的一级行星 轮3B以及与一级行星轮3B连接的二级变速行星轮支架3C,二级变速行星轮支架3C上端穿出上座35,传动轴套37套在二级变速行星轮支架3C上端外,初级太阳轮38下端穿出下盖36,上离合器6固定在初级太阳轮38下端外。上座35内壁上具有内齿轮环351,内齿轮环351与一级行星轮3B、初级行星轮39配合。
初级太阳轮38具有传动杆381,传动杆381下端穿出下盖36,上离合器6固定在传动杆381下端,传动杆381上端套有第一轴承3D和第一骨架油封3E;二级变速行星轮支架3C具有传动轴3C1,传动轴3C1上端穿出上座35,传动轴套37套在传动轴3C1外,传动轴3C1下端套有第二轴承3F和第二骨架油封3G;初级太阳轮38的上端套有第三轴承3H,二级变速行星轮支架3C下端套有第四轴承3I。一级变速行星轮支架3A的下端和上端分别具有供第三轴承3H、第四轴承3I卡入的第一卡槽3A1、第二卡槽3A2。
工作时,马达4的输出轴带动下离合器5传递动力至上离合器6,上离合器6固定铆接在初级太阳轮38上,即此时初级太阳轮38的转速同马达4输出的转速一致,利用行星轮传动的原理,将马达4的输出转速经一级减速、二级减速后进行输出,达到变速的目的。
搅拌刀组件3上安装有感应装置或触发机构,比如在搅拌刀组件3上安装感应磁铁7。如图17所示,下盖36的下端具有多个磁铁孔361,磁铁孔361内固定有感应磁铁7。
如图11所示,上座35上端外套有上座密封圈3J,上座密封圈3J与中心台21凸内壁接触,上座密封圈3J起到起密封作用。
如图22和图23所示,下盖36的外侧具有多个第二凸筋362,当刀组件31 与主机座1连接后,主机座1上端内具有用于挡住第二凸筋362的凸条1.1。由于处理食物时的反作用原理,整个搅拌刀组件3不会从搅拌杯2中松脱,再加上由于主机座1的凸条1.1对下盖36的凸筋的限制作用,让整个搅拌刀组件3能稳固地固定在搅拌杯2上。
传动轴套37上可以安装不同的可拆卸式刀具,刀具可以如图20中所示的蝴蝶棒8、炒菜刀9、搅面刀10、刀盘11等,刀具可拆卸地固定在传动轴套37上,由于搅拌刀组件3内的行星变速机构存在,可以将马达4的输出速度大大降低,实现大扭力低速运转,可实现打发、揉面、炒菜、碎肉、切片、切丝等多种低速大扭力处理食物的功能。
当然,以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,非因此即局限本发明的专利范围,比如将实施例一的定位槽和定位块互换,定位槽设置在中心台的顶部,将定位块设置在刀座上端,比如将定位块设置在搅拌杯定位板的底部,并对其余结构做相应修改,比如将实施例二的行星变速机构的二级减速调整为一级,三级或者更多级,比如将上述行星变速机构的减速作用改成加速目的,比如将刀组件与搅拌杯可拆式连接改成不可拆式连接,比如将与马达连接的下离合器5、上离合器替换成皮带轮、齿轮等机构,凡运用本发明说明书及图式内容所为之简易修饰及等效结构变化,均应同理包含于本发明的专利保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能食物处理器,包括主机座、搅拌杯和搅拌刀组件,搅拌杯安装在主机座上端,搅拌刀组件安装在搅拌杯内,且搅拌刀组件与主机座内的马达组件连接,其特征在于:所述搅拌杯内具有上下贯通的圆孔,圆孔边沿均布有多个定位结构,圆孔供搅拌刀组件穿过,搅拌刀组件上设有与定位结构相配且用于连接定位结构的固定结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能食物处理器,其特征在于:所述定位结构为位于圆孔边沿的多个定位块,定位块与搅拌刀组件上的固定结构连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能食物处理器,其特征在于:所述搅拌杯下端中心具有中心台,圆孔位于中心台中心,圆孔内壁上均布有多个凹槽,定位块呈圆周分布在中心台的顶部;所述搅拌杯内具有定位板,中心台凸设于定位板顶部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能食物处理器,其特征在于:所述搅拌刀组件上安装有感应装置或触发机构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能食物处理器,其特征在于:所述主机座上端内具有用于挡住搅拌刀组件的凸条。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能食物处理器,其特征在于:所述搅拌刀组件包括刀组件和固定架,刀组件包括刀座,固定结构为均布在刀座外壁上的多个凸台,凹槽供凸台穿过,固定架套在刀座外,固定架具有供刀座穿过的透孔,透孔内侧呈圆周均布有多个挡台,相邻挡台之间形成有缺口,凸台穿过缺口后卡在挡台底部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能食物处理器,其特征在于:所述刀座的顶部具有凸环,凸环上均布有多个开口朝下的定位槽,凸环压在中心台顶部 ,定位块卡入定位槽;当刀组件穿过搅拌杯的圆孔后,固定架固定至刀座外壁上,且固定架抵靠在定位板底部。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能食物处理器,其特征在于:所述固定结构为均布在搅拌刀组件上端外壁上的多个定位爪,凹槽供定位爪穿过,定位爪卡接在定位块顶部,定位块的凸块挡住定位爪。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种多功能食物处理器,其特征在于:所述搅拌刀组件包括上座和固定在上座下端的下盖,上座和下盖组成外壳,外壳内安装有行星变速机构,行星变速机构的上端延伸出上座并连接有传动轴套,行星变速机构的下端延伸出下盖并连接有上离合器。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种多功能食物处理器,其特征在于:所述行星变速机构包括初级太阳轮、连接在初级太阳轮上端的初级行星轮、与初级行星轮连接的一级变速行星轮支架、连接在一级变速行星轮支架上端的一级行星轮以及与一级行星轮连接的二级变速行星轮支架,二级变速行星轮支架上端穿出上座,传动轴套套在二级变速行星轮支架上端外,初级太阳轮下端穿出下盖,上离合器固定在初级太阳轮下端外;上座内壁上具有内齿轮环,内齿轮环与行星轮配合。
