本申请涉及清洁设备相关技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种清洁设备。
【背景技术】
随着生活条件和科技水平的不断进步,清洁设备具有方便使用、清洁效果好的优点,因此,清洁设备逐渐开始取代人工清洁广泛的出现在生活和工作中。
清洁设备的种类多种多样,以洗地机为例,现有的洗地机大多具有自动清洗地面的功能,在清洗的过程中,通过预设吸力档位进行清洗地面,当洗地机遇到脏污时,洗地机上的感应装置会反馈脏污信息,以使洗地机提升吸力档位,通过加强吸力以进行吸附脏污,达到清洗的效果。
但是,目前的洗地机没有档位升降的提示结构,因此无法实时直观地提醒用户洗地机已经针对脏污进行提升吸力档位进行清洁工作并达到了良好的清洁效率。
因此,有必要对现有技术予以改良以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种清洁设备,以解决现有技术中的清洁设备存在不能实时且直观地显示清洁设备的状态的问题。

具体地,反光结构300为反光层,通过将反光材料涂抹在安装间隙102的内壁面上,以在安装间隙102上形成反光效果,当状态显示灯400发出的光照射到反光层上时,反光层通过反射将状态显示灯400发出的光由安装间隙102的开口处射到外部。
在本实施例中,根据状态显示灯400在安装间隙102上的安装位置的不同,提供了三种不同的实施方式,具体如下。
如图1和图2所示的具体实施方式中,状态显示灯400安装在显示器200远离安装部101的开口一侧,以使状态显示灯400隐藏在安装部101内。
进一步地,状态显示灯400安装在盘状结构远离显示屏201的一侧表面上,状态显示灯400可以安装在第一安装面上也可以安装在第二安装面上,以使状态显示灯400隐藏在安装部101的内部,状态显示灯400发出的光照射到反光结构300上,通过反射作用使状态显示灯400发出的光由安装间隙102的开口处射出到外部区域,以用于用户观察清洁设备的工作状态。
在一个未图示的具体实施方式中,状态显示灯400安装在安装部101的内壁上且远离安装部101的开口一侧,以使状态显示灯400隐藏在安装部101的内部。状态显示灯400发出的光照射到反光结构300上,通过反射作用使状态显示灯400发出的光由安装间隙102的开口处射出到外部区域,以用于用户观察清洁设备的工作状态。
在另一个未图示的具体实施方式中,状态显示灯400安装在安装部101的内壁上且显示器200不遮挡状态显示灯400,状态显示灯400的灯光可通过安装间隙102的开口直接向外射出,同时反光结构300也能将状态显示灯400其它方向的光反射后由安装间隙102的开口处射出。
在本实施例中,清洁设备包括驱动件和清洁件500,驱动件与控制组件电连接,通过控制组件控制清洁设备进行清洁工作,驱动件与清洁件500驱动连接,驱动件能带动清洁件500动作对清洁面进行清洁处理。
在本实施例中,控制组件包括传感器和控制器,传感器安装在机体100朝向清洁面的表面上,通过传感器检测清洁面的是否有脏污以及脏污的区域;控制器安装在机体100上,控制器与传感器、显示器200、状态显示灯400电连接。
具体地,控制器接收到传感器上发出的脏污感应信号,根据传感器发送的脏污信号控制器对脏污程度进行判断,控制器控制机体100在多个工作状态之间进行切换以对应进行清洁不同程度的脏污,同时控制器通过显示器200和状态显示灯400进行展现清洁设备在处理不同程度的脏污时的状态信息,以用于实时提醒用户清洁设备的状态。
进一步地,在机体100进行清洁工作的过程中,机体100在控制器的控制下根据清洁面的脏污程度进行切换工作状态,状态显示灯400根据清洁面的脏污程度进行光色或者光照强度的变化,以用于实时提醒用户清洁设备的状态。
进一步地,控制器也可以与机体100脱离设置。
需要说明的是,控制器能与移动端或者上位机进行连接,可通过电脑、手机、平板等进行操控。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本申请上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:
1、清洁设备的机体100上设置有独立工作的显示器200和状态显示灯400,控制组件可单独控制状态显示灯400根据清洁设备的工作状态实时通过灯光变化进行显示。
2、通过状态显示灯400的灯光变化用户可以实时且直观的对清洁设备的工作状态进行掌控,增强了清洁设备的实用性,提高了用户体验度。
3、通过在安装间隙102上设置反光结构300,通过反光结构300可将隐藏安装在安装间隙102上的状态显示灯400的灯光射出到安装间隙102的外部。
4、通过将状态显示灯400安装在机体100的机身的外周面上,便于用户观察灯光变化。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种清洁设备,其特征在于,包括:
    机体,用于对清洁面进行清洁;
    显示组件,所述显示组件安装在所述机体上,所述显示组件包括独立设置的显示器和状态显示灯;
    控制组件,所述控制组件安装在所述机体上,所述控制组件分别与所述显示器和所述状态显示灯连接,所述状态显示灯用于显示所述清洁设备的工作状态变化。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述机体上具有安装部,所述安装部具有开口,所述显示器容置在所述安装部上,所述显示器与所述安装部的内周壁间隔设置以形成安装间隙,所述状态显示灯安装在所述安装间隙上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述显示组件还包括反光结构,所述反光结构安装在所述安装间隙上,所述状态显示灯发出的光通过所述反光结构经所述开口向外射出。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述反光结构的至少一部分填充在所述安装间隙位于所述开口处的区域,以使所述状态显示灯隐藏在所述安装部内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述安装部为安装槽或者安装孔,所述显示器的显示面与所述安装槽的槽口或所述安装孔的孔口平齐,或者所述显示器的显示面突出于所述安装槽的槽口或所述安装孔的孔口。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述状态显示灯安装在所述显示器远离所述安装部的开口一侧;
    所述显示器包括安装架和设置在所述安装架上的显示屏,所述安装架靠近所述显示屏一端呈盘状结构,所述状态显示灯安装在所述盘状结构远离所述显示屏的一侧表面上,以使所述状态显示灯隐藏在所述安装部内。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述状态显示灯安装在所述安装部远离开口的表面上和/或所述安装部的内周壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述状态显示灯设 置在所述机体上,且沿所述显示器的周向设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述状态显示灯为多组,
    多组所述状态显示灯中的至少一组设置在所述机体的顶部。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述状态显示灯为变色灯。
  11. 一种清洁设备,其特征在于,包括:
    机体,用于对清洁面进行清洁;
    显示组件,设于所述机体上,包括显示器和状态显示灯,所述状态显示灯环绕所述显示器设置;
    传感器,设于所述机体上,且朝向所述清洁面,用于检测所述清洁面的脏污程度;以及
    控制组件,分别与所述传感器、所述显示器和所述状态显示灯电连接;其中,所述控制组件用于根据所述传感器的脏污感应信号,控制所述状态显示灯的颜色变化。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述机体上具有安装部,所述安装部具有开口,所述显示器容置在所述安装部上,所述显示器与所述安装部的内周壁间隔设置以形成安装间隙,所述状态显示灯安装在所述安装间隙上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述显示组件还包括反光结构,所述反光结构安装在所述安装间隙上,所述状态显示灯发出的光通过所述反光结构经所述开口向外射出。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述反光结构的至少一部分填充在所述安装间隙位于所述开口处的区域,以使所述状态显示灯隐藏在所述安装部内。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述安装部为安装槽或者安装孔,所述显示器的显示面与所述安装槽的槽口或所述安装孔的孔口平齐,或者所述显示器的显示面突出于所述安装槽的槽口或所述安装孔的孔口。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述状态显示灯安装在所述显示器远离所述安装部的开口一侧;
    所述显示器包括安装架和设置在所述安装架上的显示屏,所述安装架靠近所述显示屏一端呈盘状结构,所述状态显示灯安装在所述盘状结构远离所述显示屏的一侧表面上,以使所述状态显示灯隐藏在所述安装部内。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述状态显示灯安装在所述安装部远离开口的表面上和/或所述安装部的内周壁上。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述状态显示灯设置在所述机体上,且沿所述显示器的周向设置。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述状态显示灯为多组,
    多组所述状态显示灯中的至少一组设置在所述机体的顶部;和/或
    多组所述状态显示灯中的至少另一组设置在所述机体的机身外周面上。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述状态显示灯为变色灯。
