Description

一种抽屉式衣物处理装置 技术领域
本发明属于衣物处理领域,具体地说,涉及一种抽屉式衣物处理装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,存在各种各样带抽屉的衣物护理设备,有的是独立的抽屉,有的是抽屉与其他护理设备的组合。现有的抽屉式洗衣机,洗衣机包括壳体、抽屉和洗涤桶。洗衣机的壳体上设有开口,抽屉将所述开口推入所述壳体内或从所述壳体内拉出。所述抽屉内设有护理单元,可以用来洗涤和/或干燥衣物,或者,抽屉也可以用来存放物品。所述抽屉一般通过滑轨完成抽屉的推拉,抽屉完成关闭动作时或者抽屉内的护理单元工作时,不可避免的会出现抽屉碰撞壳体的声音。
申请号为CN202011364048.2的中国专利公开了一种用于带有抽屉单元的设备的缓冲结构。在设备的壳体相对抽屉门体的一侧或抽屉门体相对壳体一侧设有缓冲块,缓冲块形成有导向孔;与缓冲块对应的,抽屉门体相对壳体一侧或壳体相对抽屉门体的一侧与缓冲块导向孔对应的位置设有导向柱;当抽屉本体被插入到容纳空间后,导向柱与缓冲块上的导向孔可插接在一起。该方案通过设置缓冲块可以对抽屉撞击壳体起到缓冲作用,但是抽屉在推拉过程中受抽屉重量及惯性的影响,使得抽屉撞击壳体或拽动壳体的力较大,缓冲块的缓冲能力有限,容易损坏抽屉的推拉结构。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,目的在于提供一种抽屉式衣物处理装置,能够减缓抽屉推拉时撞击洗衣机的撞击力,减少与洗衣机之间的碰撞和噪音。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:提供一种抽屉式衣物处理装置,包括,
箱体,所述箱体的一侧具有开口;
抽屉,用于经所述开口推入所述箱体中或从所述箱体中拉出;
阻尼器,设置在所述箱体内,用于提供阻尼力;
触发件,设置在所述抽屉上,用于在抽屉推拉时与所述阻尼器配合产生阻尼力阻尼减振。
本发明通过在箱体内设置阻尼器,在抽屉上设置触发件,当所述抽屉在箱体中推拉时,触发件可与阻尼器配合产生阻尼力进行阻尼减振,使得抽屉匀速缓慢的闭合或拉出,减少抽屉推拉时产生的振动,减缓抽屉与洗衣机之间的碰撞,抽屉推拉时不会产生噪音,提高了抽屉的推拉结构的使用寿命,提高了用户体验。
进一步地,所述阻尼器为液体阻尼器,设置在所述箱体上,所述触发件设置在所述抽屉的侧壁上,用于在抽屉推入和/或拉出时与所述阻尼器接触产生阻尼力。
进一步地,还包括,
第一导轨,设置在所述抽屉的侧壁上,所述触发件设置在所述第一导轨上;
第二导轨,设置在所述箱体上,位于所述开口的两侧,所述阻尼器设置在 所述第二导轨上;
所述第一导轨滑动安装在所述第二导轨上,用于带动抽屉经所述开口在所述箱体中前后推拉。
进一步地,所述阻尼器包括,
壳体,所述壳体上设有沿前后方向延伸设置的壳体开口;
滑动件,沿前后方向滑动安装在所述壳体开口中;
容纳腔,盛放有阻尼液,设于所述壳体中;
阻尼杆,一端与所述滑动件连接,另一端可移动的安装在所述容纳腔中;
所述触发件与所述滑动件卡接或脱离卡接。
进一步地,所述壳体开口设置在所述壳体的顶部,所述容纳腔位于所述壳体开口的后侧;
优选的,所述壳体的前端上还设有豁口,与所述壳体开口连通,用于避让所述滑动件。
进一步地,所述壳体内设有凸出的轨道;所述滑动件包括,
导槽,滑动安装在所述轨道上;
卡接部,用于与所述触发件卡接;
第一安装座,与所述阻尼杆的另一端连接;
优选的,所述轨道前后延伸设置在所述壳体内的侧壁上,所述卡接部位于所述导槽的上方,所述第一安装座位于所述导槽的后方。
进一步地,所述阻尼器还包括弹性件,位于所述容纳腔的下方,一端与所述壳体的后端连接,另一端与所述滑动件连接;
优选的,所述滑动件包括第二安装座,位于所述导槽的下方,与所述弹性件的另一端连接。
进一步地,所述阻尼器还包括连接部,设置在所述壳体上,与所述第二导轨的外侧壁连接;
所述壳体位于所述第二导轨的下方。
进一步地,所述触发件的一端设置在所述第一导轨的内侧,位于所述第一导轨与所述抽屉之间,另一端向下延伸设置,设有与所述滑动件相匹配的卡凸。
进一步地,还包括第三导轨,滑动安装在所述第二导轨和所述第一导轨之间;
所述第一导轨相对所述第二导轨一侧的端部内设有缓冲垫,与所述第三导轨一端的端面相对设置;
优选的,所述抽屉的前面板的后壁上设有向后侧凸出的减振垫,用于与所述箱体开口的外周之间缓冲减振。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
(1)本发明通过在箱体内设置阻尼器,在抽屉上设置触发件,当所述抽屉在箱体中推拉时,触发件可与阻尼器配合产生阻尼力进行阻尼减振,使得抽屉匀速缓慢的闭合或拉出,减少抽屉推拉时产生的振动,减缓抽屉与洗衣机之间的碰撞,抽屉推拉时不会产生噪音,提高了抽屉的推拉结构的使用寿命,提高了用户体验。
(2)所述抽屉带动所述第一导轨在所述第二导轨上前后滑动,所述第一导轨移动时,带动设置在第一导轨上的触发件前后移动,与设置在第二导轨上的液态阻尼器配合产生阻尼力,减缓抽屉推入或拉出过程的速度,减缓抽屉在推 拉过程中的碰撞和振动,防止抽屉拉出时第一导轨拉拽第二导轨,避免抽屉的滑轨结构损坏,也避免抽屉推入时抽屉碰撞箱体。

所述箱体1的一侧具有开口11。所述抽屉7用于经所述开口11推入所述箱体1中或从所述箱体1中拉出。所述阻尼器2设置在所述箱体1内,用于提供 阻尼力。所述触发件3设置在所述抽屉7上,用于在抽屉7推拉时与所述阻尼器2配合产生阻尼力阻尼减振。
本发明通过在箱体1内设置阻尼器2,在抽屉7上设置触发件3,当所述抽屉7在箱体1中推拉时,触发件3可与阻尼器2配合产生阻尼力进行阻尼减振,使得抽屉7匀速缓慢的闭合或拉出,减少抽屉7推拉时产生的振动,减缓抽屉7与洗衣机之间的碰撞,抽屉7推拉时不会产生噪音,提高了抽屉7的推拉结构的使用寿命,提高了用户体验。
所述阻尼器2为液体阻尼器2,设置在所述箱体1上。所述触发件3设置在所述抽屉7的侧壁上,用于在抽屉7推入和/或拉出时与所述阻尼器2接触产生阻尼力。
本发明中阻尼器2为液态阻尼器2,抽屉7在推拉时可以带动触发件3往复移动,触发件3可与阻尼器2接触产生阻尼力,可以将抽屉7匀速缓慢推入箱体1中或从箱体1中拉出。由于抽屉7闭合速度慢且匀速,所以不会产生抽屉7闭合的噪音。
优选的,所述阻尼器2设置在所述抽屉7的移动路径上。
如图2至图3所示,所述衣物处理装置还包括第一导轨4和第二导轨5。
所述第一导轨4设置在所述抽屉7的侧壁上。所述触发件3设置在所述第一导轨4上。所述第二导轨5设置在所述箱体1上,位于所述开口11的两侧。所述阻尼器2设置在所述第二导轨5上。
所述第一导轨4滑动安装在所述第二导轨5上,用于带动抽屉7经所述开口11在所述箱体1中前后推拉。
所述抽屉7带动所述第一导轨4在所述第二导轨5上前后滑动,所述第一 导轨4移动时,带动设置在第一导轨4上的触发件3前后移动,与设置在第二导轨5上的液态阻尼器2配合产生阻尼力,减缓抽屉7推入或拉出过程的速度,减缓抽屉7在推拉过程中的碰撞和振动,防止抽屉7拉出时第一导轨4拉拽第二导轨5,避免抽屉7的滑轨结构损坏,也避免抽屉7推入时抽屉7碰撞箱体1。并且触发件3、阻尼器2可以对应设置在第一导轨4、第二导轨5上,不需要设置额外的安装部件,安装简单、节省箱体1内的空间。
所述阻尼器2可以安装在所述第二导轨5的上部、下部或侧部。所述触发件3与所述阻尼器2相匹配设置。
所述箱体1内的前后侧分别设有向相对侧延伸的导轨安装部15,所述第二导轨5的两端分别安装在所述箱体1同一侧壁的前后两导轨安装部15上,位于所述开口11的左右两侧。
本发明通过在箱体1内的前后侧上分别设置向相对侧延伸的导轨安装部15,将第二导轨5的两端固定安装在两导轨安装部15上,提高了第二导轨5与箱体1的连接强度,增大了对抽屉7的支撑强度,方便了第二导轨5的安装,也提高了衣物处理装置的箱体1的整体支撑强度;减少了衣物处理装置的零部件数量,提高生产组装效率,降低了产品成本。
所述导轨安装部15具有一支撑侧,所述第二导轨5的一侧安装在所述支撑侧上,所述导轨安装部15的支撑侧与所述开口11的内壁前后平齐。所述导轨安装部15的支撑侧上设有安装孔,所述第二导轨5上设有与所述安装孔相匹配的孔,所述第二导轨5通过连接件固定安装在所述导轨安装部15的支撑侧上。
所述箱体1包括前立柱12和后立柱13,相对设置在所述箱体1同一侧壁的前后两侧上。两前立柱12构成所述箱体1开口11的左侧边框、右侧边框。
所述导轨安装部15分别对应设置在所述前立柱12、后立柱13的相对侧上。
所述导轨安装部15包括连接的第一固定板和第二固定板。所述第一固定板竖直设置,沿前后方向延伸设置。所述第二固定板与所述第一固定板的一端垂直连接。所述第二固定板设置在所述箱体1的前后相对侧上。所述导轨安装部15还包括第三固定板,连接在所述第一固定板和所述第二固定板之间。所述第三固定板分别与所述第一固定板和所述第二固定板垂直连接。
所述支撑侧为所述第一固定板与所述第二固定板相背的一侧。所述第二导轨5安装在所述支撑侧上。优选的,所述第二固定板上设有装配孔,用过螺钉或螺栓固定安装在所述箱体1上。
优选的,所述箱体1还包括支撑梁14,所述支撑梁14的两端分别与同一侧的前立柱12、后立柱13的顶端连接。
如图4至图6所示,所述阻尼器2包括壳体21、滑动件23、容纳腔22和阻尼杆。
所述壳体21上设有沿前后方向延伸设置的壳体开口211。所述滑动件23沿前后方向滑动安装在所述壳体开口211中。所述容纳腔22内盛放有阻尼液,设于所述壳体21中。所述阻尼杆的一端与所述滑动件23连接,另一端可移动的安装在所述容纳腔22中。所述触发件3与所述滑动件23卡接或脱离卡接。
所述抽屉7推入箱体1中时,带动所述触发件3向后移动,进入所述壳体开口211中,与所述滑动件23卡接,推动所述滑动件23向后移动,所述滑动件23带动所述阻尼杆在所述容纳腔22中克服液态阻尼的力向后移动,使所述抽屉7能够缓慢推入。当抽屉7向外拉出时,所述触发件3带动所述滑动件23向前移动,所述滑动件23带动所述阻尼杆向前移动克服液态阻尼的力,使所述 抽屉7能够缓慢拉出。
所述滑动件23位于所述容纳腔22的前侧。
本发明中,触发件3可与滑动件23卡接,带动所述滑动件23移动,从而带动阻尼杆在容纳腔22内的阻尼液中移动,克服阻尼力,在触发件3与滑动件23卡接的过程中,能够使抽屉7缓慢移动,防止碰撞箱体1,阻尼减振结构简单、缓冲能力好。
进一步地,所述壳体开口211设置在所述壳体21的顶部。所述壳体21位于所述第二导轨5的下方。所述容纳腔22位于所述壳体开口211的后侧。
本发明通过将壳体21设置在所述第二导轨5的下方,所述壳体开口211设置在所述壳体21的上部,能够节省箱体1内的空间,方便触发件3伸入所述壳体开口211中,与所述滑动件23卡接配合。
所述壳体21的前端上还设有豁口212,与所述壳体开口211连通,用于避让所述滑动件23。优选的,所述豁口212设置在所述壳体21的前端面上。
所述触发件3经所述豁口212进入所述壳体开口211中,继续向后移动,与所述滑动件23卡接,带动滑动件23移动。
进一步地,所述滑动件23包括导槽231、卡接部232和第一安装座233。
所述壳体21内设有凸出的轨道213。所述导槽231滑动安装在所述轨道213上。所述卡接部232用于与所述触发件3卡接。所述第一安装座233与所述阻尼杆的另一端连接。
优选的,所述轨道213前后延伸设置在所述壳体21内的侧壁上,所述卡接部232位于所述导槽231的上方,所述第一安装座233位于所述导槽231的后方。
所述卡接部232包括向下凹陷设置的卡槽2321。所述卡接部232的前端面自下向上倾斜向后设置,方便所述触发件3沿倾斜的前端面逐渐爬升越过前端面,然后卡接至所述卡槽2321中。
所述第一安装座233设置在所述卡接部232的后端面上,与所述容纳腔22的前端面相匹配,可与所述容纳腔22的前端面相抵接。所述阻尼杆的一端穿设过所述容纳腔22的前端面,与所述第一安装座233连接。
所述导槽231设置在所述滑动件23靠近所述轨道213的一侧壁上。所述导槽231的顶壁自后端向前端倾斜向上设置。所述导槽231的底壁水平延伸设置。
所述轨道213包括自后向前连接的第一轨道段2131、第二轨道段2132。所述第二轨道段2132的高度低于所述第一轨道段2131的高度。优选的,所述第二轨道段2132的高度自后向前逐渐降低设置。
当所述滑动件23滑动至所述第二轨道段2132上时,所述滑动件23在壳体21内的高度降低,使得触发件3脱离所述滑动件23的卡接。所述滑动件23的前端抵接在所述豁口212下方的壳体21前端面内侧上,可以防止所述滑动件23从壳体21中滑动脱离出来。
所述第二轨道段2132靠近所述第一轨道段2131的上侧壁上设有凸出的过渡块2133。所述过渡块2133的上端自前向后倾斜升高设置。
当触发件3自所述豁口212进入所述第二轨道段2132的上方时,逐渐抵接所述滑动件23的卡接部232的前端面,推动滑动件23向后移动抵接在所述过渡块2133上,使得所述触发件3越过卡接部232的前端面,卡接在所述卡接部232的卡槽2321中,然后触发件3带动所述滑动件23经过所述过渡块2133滑动至所述第一轨道段2131上。
所述导槽231形状的设置,能够方便滑动件23在第一轨道段2131、第二轨道段2132之间来回移动。
所述壳体21前端的底壁上设有避让凹腔,用于在所述滑动件23滑动至第二轨道段2132前端时,避让滑动件23的底部。
进一步地,所述阻尼器2还包括弹性件24,位于所述容纳腔22的下方,一端与所述壳体21的后端连接,另一端与所述滑动件23连接。
本发明通过设置弹性件24,可以在滑动件23滑动过程中压缩或拉伸,提供弹性件24回复位置所需的弹性力。
优选的,所述滑动件23包括第二安装座234,位于所述导槽231的下方。所述第二安装座234与所述弹性件24的另一端连接。所述第二安装座234位于所述滑动件23的底部。优选的,所述弹性件24为弹簧柱。
所述第一安装座233、第二安装座234上设有安装孔,所述第一安装座233、第二安装座234的侧壁上分别设有与安装孔连通的豁槽,分别用于方便阻尼杆、弹性件24的安装。
所述导槽231位于所述第一安装座233和第二安装座234之间。所述卡接部232的底壁卡接在所述轨道213的上部。
进一步地,所述阻尼器2还包括连接部25,设置在所述壳体21上。所述连接部25与所述第二导轨5的外侧壁连接。所述连接部25包括两个连接板,分别与所述壳体21连接。
所述壳体21位于所述第二导轨5的下方。
进一步地,所述触发件3的一端设置在所述第一导轨4的内侧壁,位于所述第一导轨4与所述抽屉7之间。所述触发件3的另一端向下延伸设置,设有 与所述滑动件23相匹配的卡凸31。
所述触发件3包括连接板和卡凸31。所述连接板自所述第一导轨4的内侧向下延伸设置,然后向所述阻尼器2的顶部延伸设置。所述卡凸31设置在所述连接板的底部。
如图3所示,所述衣物处理装置还包括第三导轨6,滑动安装在所述第二导轨5和所述第一导轨4之间。
所述第一导轨4朝向所述第二导轨5一侧的端部内设有缓冲垫41。所述缓冲垫41与所述第三导轨6一端的端面相对设置,可与所述第三导轨6一端的端面相抵接,起到缓冲减振的作用。
所述缓冲垫41靠近所述第二导轨5的一侧上设有避让豁口212,用于避让所述第二导轨5。所述避让豁口212沿所述第二导轨5的前后移动方向延伸设置。
如图7至图8所示,所述抽屉7的前面板71的后壁上设有向后侧凸出的减振垫8,用于与所述箱体1开口11的外周之间缓冲减振。
所述减振垫8安装在所述前面板71左右两侧的后壁上,与所述箱体1开口11的左右两侧相对设置。
所述减振垫8的外周上设有环形凹槽81,用于将减振垫8卡设在所述前面板71上的安装孔中。所述减振垫8包括沿轴向依次设置的前段、环形凹槽81和后段。所述减振垫8的前段的外径自所述环形凹槽81向前逐渐减小。所述减振垫8的前段的外径小于所述减振垫8的后段外径。
所述减振垫8的外周为圆形。所述安装孔为变径通孔。所述减振垫8沿轴向设有穿孔,方便减振垫8安装时挤压通过所述前面板71上的安装孔。
所述减振垫8微凸出于所述前面板71的后壁。
优选的,所述第一导轨4、第二导轨5和第三导轨6为板状结构。
所述衣物处理装置还包括护理单元。所述抽屉7的上部具有抽屉7开口11,所述护理单元设置在所述抽屉7内。所述护理单元可以是洗涤单元、干衣单元。
优选的方案是,所述护理单元为洗涤单元。所述洗涤单元包括洗涤桶组件和设置在洗涤桶内的波轮组件。所述洗涤桶组件固定在抽屉7内壁上。

    箱体,所述箱体的一侧具有开口;
    抽屉,用于经所述开口推入所述箱体中或从所述箱体中拉出;
    阻尼器,设置在所述箱体内,用于提供阻尼力;
    触发件,设置在所述抽屉上,用于在抽屉推拉时与所述阻尼器配合产生阻尼力阻尼减振。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种抽屉式衣物处理装置,其特征在于:
    所述阻尼器为液体阻尼器,设置在所述箱体上,所述触发件设置在所述抽屉的侧壁上,用于在抽屉推入和/或拉出时与所述阻尼器接触产生阻尼力。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2任一所述的一种抽屉式衣物处理装置,其特征在于:还包括,
    第一导轨,设置在所述抽屉的侧壁上,所述触发件设置在所述第一导轨上;
    第二导轨,设置在所述箱体上,位于所述开口的两侧,所述阻尼器设置在所述第二导轨上;
    所述第一导轨滑动安装在所述第二导轨上,用于带动抽屉经所述开口在所述箱体中前后推拉。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种抽屉式衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述阻尼器包括,
    壳体,所述壳体上设有沿前后方向延伸设置的壳体开口;
    滑动件,沿前后方向滑动安装在所述壳体开口中;
    容纳腔,盛放有阻尼液,设于所述壳体中;
    阻尼杆,一端与所述滑动件连接,另一端可移动的安装在所述容纳腔中;

    优选的,所述壳体的前端上还设有豁口,与所述壳体开口连通,用于避让所述滑动件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种抽屉式衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述壳体内设有凸出的轨道;所述滑动件包括,
    导槽,滑动安装在所述轨道上;
    卡接部,用于与所述触发件卡接;
    第一安装座,与所述阻尼杆的另一端连接;
    优选的,所述轨道前后延伸设置在所述壳体内的侧壁上,所述卡接部位于所述导槽的上方,所述第一安装座位于所述导槽的后方。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6任一所述的一种抽屉式衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述阻尼器还包括弹性件,位于所述容纳腔的下方,一端与所述壳体的后端连接,另一端与所述滑动件连接;
    优选的,所述滑动件包括第二安装座,位于所述导槽的下方,与所述弹性件的另一端连接。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种抽屉式衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述阻尼器还包括连接部,设置在所述壳体上,与所述第二导轨的外侧壁连接;
    所述壳体位于所述第二导轨的下方。
  9. 根据权利要求3-8任一所述的一种抽屉式衣物处理装置,其特征在于:
    所述触发件的一端设置在所述第一导轨的内侧,位于所述第一导轨与所述抽屉之间,另一端向下延伸设置,设有与所述滑动件相匹配的卡凸。
  10. 根据权利要求3-9任一所述的一种抽屉式衣物处理装置,其特征在于:
    还包括第三导轨,滑动安装在所述第二导轨和所述第一导轨之间;
    所述第一导轨相对所述第二导轨一侧的端部内设有缓冲垫,与所述第三导轨一端的端面相对设置;
    优选的,所述抽屉的前面板的后壁上设有向后侧凸出的减振垫,用于与所述箱体开口的外周之间缓冲减振。
