Abstract

一种滑道式抽屉组件,包括:抽屉本体(1);钣金滑道(3),安装在抽屉本体(1)底部的横向一侧,且具有两个互相垂直的平面以分别与抽屉本体(1)的底面和侧面相配合;内胆固定件(2),具有两端开口的滑槽,以供钣金滑道(3)在滑槽内移动;钣金滑道(3)的侧面设有滑轮(30)和突起(34),滑轮(30)设置在钣金滑道(3)的后端,且配置为在滑槽内滑动;内胆固定件(2)的前端固定有POM轮(24)和挡块(23),挡块(23)的上端面高于POM轮(24)的上端面;钣金滑道(3)的底面位于POM轮(24)的上端,钣金滑道(3)通过POM轮(24)和滑轮(30)相对于内胆固定件(2)滑动,从而实现抽屉本体(1)相对于内胆固定件(2)的移动;以及在钣金滑道(3)滑动的过程中,突起(34)与挡块(23)配置成当二者位于同一横向位置时二者为间隙配合,以阻止抽屉本体(1)在运动至关闭位置或最远拉出位置时在内胆固定件(2)上横向晃动。

Description

一种滑道式抽屉组件 技术领域
本发明涉及家电技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于家电的滑道式抽屉组件。
背景技术
现有冰箱抽屉的滑动大多通过两种方案实现,包括滑轨式和滑道式。滑轨式是在抽屉两侧安装滑轨,同时滑轨通过固定件固定在内胆上,抽拉滑轨实现抽屉与内胆之间的相对运动。滑道式是在抽屉上一体成型塑料滑道,滑道与内胆塑料固定件通过滚轮或者润滑性好的POM(polyformaldehyde,热塑性结晶聚合物)件配合滑动,从而实现抽屉与内胆之间的相对运动。
对于滑轨式抽屉,抽拉体验性取决于滑轨的性能,滑轨抽屉噪音小,抗摆性能高,滑动过程可以实现水平滑动,流畅性好。同时,滑轨上可以增加阻尼结构、自锁结构等,抽屉滑动到位时的冲击小,抽屉不会自动滑出。但滑轨结构复杂,成本高,一旦失效,更换成本也较高。
对于滑道式抽屉,侧边滑道与抽屉一体成型,通过滚轮或者POM件在内胆固定件上实现滑动,结构简单,成本低。但滑道式抽屉在滑动过程中,滑道内的强化筋使滑道表面起伏不平,滑动流畅性不好,有噪音,尤其是透明抽屉,材质脆,此类问题更为明显。抽屉拉出至最大处,相对于内胆固定件左右偏转距离较大,无法与抗摆性较好的滑轨式相提并论,体验较差。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是要提供一种能够提高抽屉滑动过程中流畅性,减少噪音的滑道式抽屉组件。
本发明一个进一步的目的是能够防止抽屉本体在关闭或拉至最大处时左右晃动的滑道式抽屉。
本发明另一个进一步的目的是提供一种具有自锁功能的滑道式抽屉组件。
特别地,本发明提供了一种滑道式抽屉组件,包括:
抽屉本体,
至少一个滑道,所述至少一个滑道安装在所述抽屉本体底部的横向一 侧,且具有两个互相垂直的平面以分别与所述抽屉本体的底面和侧面相配合;
固定件,所述固定件具有两端开口的滑槽,以供滑道在所述滑槽内移动;
其中,
所述滑道的侧面设有滑轮和突起,所述滑轮设置在所述滑道的后端,且配置为在所述滑槽内滑动;
所述固定件的前端固定有POM轮和挡块,且所述挡块的上端面高于所述POM轮的上端面;
所述滑道的底面位于所述POM轮的上端,所述滑道通过所述POM轮和所述滑轮相对于所述固定件滑动,从而实现所述抽屉本体相对于所述固定件的移动;以及
在所述滑道滑动的过程中,所述突起与所述挡块配置成当二者位于同一横向位置时二者为间隙配合,以阻止所述抽屉本体在运动至关闭位置或最远拉出位置时在所述固定件上横向晃动。
可选地,所述突起的数量为两个;
所述两个突起分别设置在所述滑道的前端和后端;所述抽屉本体在运动至关闭位置时,所述挡块与所述滑道前端的突起间隙配合;所述抽屉本体在所述固定件上滑至最远拉出位置时,所述挡块与所述滑道后端的突起间隙配合。
可选地,所述滑道的侧面设有朝向所述抽屉本体凸起的加强筋,所述突起上能够与所述挡块形成间隙配合的表面相对于所述加强筋的表面更靠近所述抽屉本体。
可选地,所述滑槽具有与内胆侧部相平行的内表面,以及分别垂直于所述内表面的顶面和底面,以分别在所述滑轮的侧面、上端和下端对所述滑轮进行限位;
所述滑槽的一端位于所述固定件后端,所述滑槽另一端的底面具有延伸至所述固定件前端的延伸面;
所述延伸面和所述滑槽底面之间设有过渡面,且所述延伸面的高度低于所述滑槽底面的高度。
可选地,所述滑槽另一端的顶面内侧设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起与所述过渡面相对设置;且
所述限位凸起的位置配置为,当所述滑轮抵靠于所述限位凸起时,所述抽屉本体滑至最远拉出位置。
可选地,所述固定件的后端具有限位件,所述限位件的外部套设有缓冲垫,以限定所述滑轮在所述固定件后端的位置。
可选地,所述滑道前端的底面具有自后向前向上倾斜的斜坡,使得所述滑道后端的底面低于所述滑道前端的底面;
所述固定件后端的底面上具有沿滑槽开口方向向下倾斜的斜坡;并且
当所述抽屉本体位于所述关闭位置时,所述滑轮位于所述固定件的斜坡上,所述POM轮与所述滑道的斜坡相接触,以使所述滑道与所述固定件通过两个斜坡、所述滑轮和所述POM轮的配合作用实现自锁。
可选地,所述滑道后端的底面上设有凸起,所述内胆固定件后端的相应的位置处设有与所述凸起相配合的限位块;在所述限位块与所述凸起相接触的表面配置成抛物面的曲面。
可选地,所述抽屉本体前端的底部具有插口,后端的侧面具有固定孔;所述滑道前端嵌入所述插口内,所述滑道后端通过滑轮固定在所述固定孔上。
可选地,所述滑道为钣金滑道,所述钣金滑道以可拆卸的方式安装在所述抽屉本体。
本发明的钣金滑道式抽屉由于采用了采用钣金滑道,钣金滑道具有表面平整,光滑,强度高的特点,将钣金滑道固定在抽屉上,钣金滑道带动抽屉在内胆固定件上滑动,提高了抽屉滑动过程的顺畅性,且不会产生噪音,因此提高了用户体验。
进一步地,本发明的钣金滑道式抽屉通过在钣金滑道的底面以及内胆固定件的底面同时设置斜坡,两斜坡配合作用,以使钣金滑道式抽屉在闭合状态下实现自锁;通过在钣金滑道的侧面设有突起以及在内胆固定件的前端设置挡块,突起和挡块间隙配合,从而使抽屉在关闭或拉至最大处不会出现左右摆动的现象。

具体实施方式
本实施例首先提供了一种钣金滑道式抽屉组件,以解决现有技术中抽屉拉出至最大处时,相对于内胆固定件左右偏转距离较大等问题。为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种钣金滑道式抽屉组件,不仅可以提高抽屉滑动过程的顺畅性,减少噪音的产生,而且抽屉在关闭或拉至最大处(即,关闭位置或最远拉出位置)不会出现左右摆动的现象。
抽屉组件可适用于家用冰箱等冷藏冷冻设备或其他储物装置。储物装置具有箱体和门体,储物空间形成于箱体内且具有前向开口,门体配置为开闭。当储物装置为冰箱时,箱体可包括内壳和外壳,二者之间填充有隔热材料。内壳设置有或本身即为冰箱内胆,抽屉组件设置于该内胆上。本文中,“前后方向”是指抽屉在处于一般使用状态下的冰箱中抽拉的方向或进深方向,“左右方向”是指冰箱在一般使用状态下的横向方向,“高度方向”是指冰箱在一般使用状态下的高度方向。
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的钣金滑道式抽屉的示意性透视图。
在本实施例中,钣金滑道式抽屉组件一般性地可包括抽屉本体1,钣金滑道3和内胆固定件2。内胆固定件2安装在冰箱内胆,抽屉本体1和钣金滑道3可通过内胆固定件2可抽拉地安装在冰箱的储物空间内。两个钣金滑道3分别设置在抽屉本体1底部的两侧,两个内胆固定件2分别固定在冰箱内部的两侧,钣金滑道3与内胆固定件2配合实现抽屉本体1在冰箱内的推拉过程。
具体地,钣金滑道3安装在抽屉本体1底部的两侧,每个钣金滑道3具有两个互相垂直的平面以分别与抽屉的底面和侧面相配合,钣金滑道后端安装有滑轮。也即是,垂直于钣金滑道3的延伸方向截取的钣金滑道3的截面大致呈L状,其一个平面与抽屉的底面配合,另一个平面与抽屉的侧面配合。可选地,钣金滑道3可以可拆卸的方式安装在抽屉本体1。
进一步地,内胆固定件2内侧具有两端开口的滑槽,内胆固定件前端固定有POM轮。内胆固定件2的内侧是指当其安装于冰箱内胆时,其面向抽屉组件的一侧。滑槽的开口允许钣金滑道3在前后方向基本无约束地相对于内胆固定件2移动。
抽屉前端的底部具有插口,后端的侧面具有固定孔。优选地,抽屉主体包括门板和壳体。门板安装在壳体的前端,在门板内侧下端具有插口,钣金滑道的前端插入门板的插口。门板的壳体后端侧面具有固定孔,钣金滑道的后端与通过滑轮与固定孔连接。具体地,滑轮设置在钣金滑道的侧面,通过螺栓固定的方式将滑轮以及钣金滑道的后端与壳体的固定孔连接。
钣金滑道的底面与内胆固定件前端的POM轮的上端相接触,滑轮位于内胆固定件的滑槽内,滑轮在滑槽内滑动,POM轮相对于钣金滑道滑动,通过滑轮和POM轮使得钣金滑道在内胆固定件上的滑动,从而实现钣金滑道带动抽屉在内胆固定件上滑动。
进一步地,钣金滑道是采用钣金喷漆后加工而成的,具有强度高,表面平整,光滑的特点。因此本发明使用钣金滑道在保障成本较低的情况下,提高抽屉滑动过程中的流畅性,减小噪音,提高了用户体验。

在本发明的一个实施例中,钣金滑道3具有两个互相垂直的平面以分别配置成钣金滑道3的底面32和侧面31,钣金滑道3的底面32和侧面31分别与抽屉1下部的底面和侧面相匹配。每个钣金滑道3的侧面31具有朝向抽屉本体1凸起的加强筋33、两个突起34,以及滑轮30。滑轮30设置在钣金滑道3的后端,两个突起32分别设置在钣金滑道3的前端和后端。加强筋33均匀分布在钣金滑道3的侧面31。具体地,加强筋33可以具有多段, 每段加强筋33沿前后方向延伸且具有均匀的宽度(该宽度为加强筋在冰箱高度方向上的尺寸)。进一步地,加强筋33的上端面低于突起34的上端面。
抽屉1在闭合状态时,钣金滑道3前端的突起34与内胆固定件2上的挡块23间隙配合(包括最小间隙等于零),以使抽屉1左右晃动空间最小,阻止抽屉1在内胆固定件2上左右晃动;抽屉1从内胆固定件2上拉出直至拉出距离最大时,钣金滑道3后端的突起32与内胆固定件2上的挡块23间隙配合,以阻止抽屉1在内胆固定件2上左右晃动。内胆固定件2上的挡块23和突起34是间隙配合,该间隙是指挡块23与突起34之间的距离。
进一步地,突起34上能够与挡块23形成间隙配合的表面高于加强筋33的表面。此处的“高于”是指,突起34上能够与挡块23形成间隙配合的表面相对于加强筋33的表面更靠近抽屉本体1。
特别注意,内胆固定件2与钣金滑道3也是间隙配合,但是内胆固定件2与钣金滑道3的间隙要远远大于内胆固定件2上的挡块23与钣金滑道3上的突起34之间的间隙。由挡块23与突起34之间间隙造成抽屉1的左右晃动在日常使用中可以忽略不计。
本发明对突起34的结构没有太多的限制,只要能解决本发明的技术问题即可。
进一步,突起34是左右两端具有相同倾斜度的梯台结构。此处的左右两端的部分是指,当俯视观察突起34时,其中部为最靠近抽屉本体1的部分,沿抽拉方向分别邻接该中部的两个部分为“左右两端”。左右两端的邻接部分为斜坡状,距离中部越远的区域同样距离抽屉本体1越远。采用梯台结构是为了使突起34与挡块23的间隙是逐渐增大或逐渐减小的过程,避免突起34与挡块23间隙配合时出现噪音或者影响拉动的流畅性。
钣金滑道3前端的底面32设有向上倾斜的斜坡35,使得钣金滑道3后端的底面32低于钣金滑道3前端的底面32。也即是,钣金滑道3可包括依次连接的前部和后部,前部由自后向前并向上倾斜的斜坡35构成,后部自斜坡35的后端部向后水平延伸形成。在抽屉本体1处于关闭状态时,钣金滑道3前端的底面32与内胆固定件2前端的POM轮相接触,且两者之间是相对滑动的关系。在抽屉本体1关闭状态时若要将抽屉本体1拉出,钣金滑道3需要克服斜坡35产生重力势能才能将钣金滑道3从内胆固定件2内滑出。也即是,用户需要向抽屉本体1连带钣金滑道3施加向上和向前的力才 能使抽屉本体1向前至少部分地移出固定件2。
在本发明中,为了减少抽屉滑动过程中的噪音,滑轮30优选的是静音滑轮。
图6是图1所示钣金滑道式抽屉中内胆固定件的结构示意图。
在本实施例中提供一种具体结构的内胆固定件。内胆固定件2内具有两端开口的滑槽。滑槽具有与内胆平行的内表面28,分别垂直于内表面的顶面22和底面20,以分别遮挡滑轮30的侧面、上端面和下端面,对滑轮30进行限位,使得滑轮30可以在滑槽内滑动。内胆固定件2的前端设有挡块23和POM轮24;POM轮24的滑动方向与滑轮30的滑动方向相同。滑槽的一端延伸至内胆固定件2后端,且在内胆固定件2后端的滑槽内设有限位件25,使得抽屉1在关闭状态时不会出现继续向后滑动,防止滑轮30从滑槽内滑出,限定了滑轮30在内胆固定件2后端的位置;在限位件25上套设有缓冲套,例如可以是橡胶垫等使得抽屉在完全关闭时不会出现滑轮30与限位件25过度碰撞。
滑槽的另一端的底面20延伸至内胆固定件2的前端;底面20和延伸面201之间设有过渡面29,使延伸面201的高度低于滑槽底面20的高度;延伸面201上方设有开口,钣金滑道3的滑轮30经过过渡面29时改变滑动方向,并且在外部力的作用下,抽屉1能够从延伸面201上方的开口滑出,从而钣金滑道3带动抽屉1脱离内胆固定件2。
进一步,在滑槽顶面22与过渡面29相对应的位置处设有限位凸起21,滑轮30在滑槽内滑动至最大位置时,滑轮30抵靠在限位凸起21处,表示抽屉1已拉至最大位置处,此时抽屉1无法在平行方向继续滑动,要想将抽屉1抽出,需通过过渡面29调整抽屉1的滑动方向,使抽屉1从延伸面201上方开口抽出。
内胆固定件2前端设有安装孔,POM轮24固定在所述安装孔内,且POM轮24位于延伸面201的外侧与内胆固定件2的内表面28平行,挡块23设置在POM轮24和内胆固定件2的内表面28之间且正好位于延伸面201上;挡块23的上表面高于POM轮24上端面,以使钣金滑道3在内胆固定件2上滑动时,钣金滑道2的底面与POM轮24的上端相接触,钣金滑道3上的突起34与内胆固定件2上的挡块23相配合。抽屉1在闭合状态时,挡块23与钣金滑道2后端的突起34间隙配合,以防止抽屉1在闭合状态时左右晃 动;抽屉1拉至最大位置处时,滑轮30抵靠在内胆固定件2顶面的凸起21上,并且挡块23与钣金滑道3前端的挡块23间隙配合,以防止抽屉1在拉至最大位置时左右晃动。
内胆固定件2后端底面上具有沿滑槽开口方向向下倾斜的斜坡26,该斜坡26方向与钣金滑道2前端的斜坡35方向相反;抽屉1在闭合状态时,滑轮30位于内胆固定件2的斜坡26上,POM轮24位于钣金滑道2的斜坡35上,两个斜面配合作用使得抽屉1实现自锁;若要将抽屉1拉出,滑轮30和POM轮24需要分别克服两个斜坡产生的重力势能。另外抽屉1从拉出到关闭状态时,受重力作用,滑轮30和POM轮24带动抽屉1向下滑动,直至被内胆固定件2后端的限位件25挡住,这就防止抽屉1未关闭到位情况的发生。
内胆固定件2后端的底面20外侧还设有限位块27,该限位块27的上表面配置成抛物面的曲面,底面是平面;钣金滑道3后端底面32设有与该限位块27相配合的凸起36。凸起36设置在滑轮30相邻位置处;具体地,凸起36的一端与底面32接触,另一端是悬空设置,凸起36的侧面类似三角形的结构;抽屉1在闭合状态时钣金滑道3的底面32凸起36正好位于内胆固定件2后端限位块27的上表面,抽屉1要从闭合状态拉出时需要克服钣金滑道上凸起36在内胆固定件的限位块27上表面的的重力势能,因此该凸起36与限位块27配合作用对抽屉1实现自锁。
本实施例通过钣金滑道3上斜坡35和凸起36,以及内胆固定件2上的斜坡26和限位块27共同作用使得抽屉1在闭合状态下实现自锁;抽屉1在闭合状态时,钣金滑道3前端的突起34与内胆固定件2前端的挡块23配合作用,使得抽屉1左右晃动空间很小;抽屉1拉至最大处时,钣金滑道3后端的突起34与内胆固定件2前端的挡块23配合作用,使得抽屉1左右晃动空间最小,抗摆性好,提高了客户的体验度。
相对于现有技术中,与抽屉一体成型的塑料滑道,本实施例的钣金滑道结构简单,表面平整且光滑,抽拉过程顺畅,不存在因塑料脆而产生的噪音;即本申请的钣金滑道在保障成本较低的情况下,提高了抽屉滑动过程中的流畅性,减小噪音,而且外形小巧,外观更简洁美观,提高了用户体验。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根 据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滑道式抽屉组件,包括:
    抽屉本体,
    至少一个滑道,所述至少一个滑道安装在所述抽屉本体底部的横向一侧,且具有两个互相垂直的平面以分别与所述抽屉本体的底面和侧面相配合;
    固定件,所述固定件具有两端开口的滑槽,以供滑道在所述滑槽内移动;
    其中,
    所述滑道的侧面设有滑轮和突起,所述滑轮设置在所述滑道的后端,且配置为在所述滑槽内滑动;
    所述固定件的前端固定有POM轮和挡块,且所述挡块的上端面高于所述POM轮的上端面;
    所述滑道的底面位于所述POM轮的上端,所述滑道通过所述POM轮和所述滑轮相对于所述固定件滑动,从而实现所述抽屉本体相对于所述固定件的移动;以及
    在所述滑道滑动的过程中,所述突起与所述挡块配置成当二者位于同一横向位置时二者为间隙配合,以阻止所述抽屉本体在运动至关闭位置或最远拉出位置时在所述固定件上横向晃动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滑道式抽屉组件,其中,
    所述突起的数量为两个;
    所述两个突起分别设置在所述滑道的前端和后端;所述抽屉本体在运动至关闭位置时,所述挡块与所述滑道前端的突起间隙配合;所述抽屉本体在所述固定件上滑至最远拉出位置时,所述挡块与所述滑道后端的突起间隙配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滑道式抽屉组件,其中,
    所述滑道的侧面设有朝向所述抽屉本体凸起的加强筋,所述突起上能够与所述挡块形成间隙配合的表面相对于所述加强筋的表面更靠近所述抽屉本体。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的滑道式抽屉组件,其中,
    所述滑槽具有与内胆侧部相平行的内表面,以及分别垂直于所述内表面的顶面和底面,以分别在所述滑轮的侧面、上端和下端对所述滑轮进行限位;
    所述滑槽的一端位于所述固定件后端,所述滑槽另一端的底面具有延伸至所述固定件前端的延伸面;
    所述延伸面和所述滑槽底面之间设有过渡面,且所述延伸面的高度低于所述滑槽底面的高度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的滑道式抽屉组件,其中
    所述滑槽另一端的顶面内侧设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起与所述过渡面相对设置;且
    所述限位凸起的位置配置为,当所述滑轮抵靠于所述限位凸起时,所述抽屉本体滑至最远拉出位置。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的滑道式抽屉组件,其中
    所述固定件的后端具有限位件,所述限位件的外部套设有缓冲垫,以限定所述滑轮在所述固定件后端的位置。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的滑道式抽屉组件,其中,
    所述滑道前端的底面具有自后向前向上倾斜的斜坡,使得所述滑道后端的底面低于所述滑道前端的底面;
    所述固定件后端的底面上具有沿滑槽开口方向向下倾斜的斜坡;并且
    当所述抽屉本体位于所述关闭位置时,所述滑轮位于所述固定件的斜坡上,所述POM轮与所述滑道的斜坡相接触,以使所述滑道与所述固定件通过两个斜坡、所述滑轮和所述POM轮的配合作用实现自锁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的滑道式抽屉组件,其中,
    所述滑道后端的底面上设有凸起,所述内胆固定件后端的相应的位置处设有与所述凸起相配合的限位块;在所述限位块与所述凸起相接触的表面配置成抛物面的曲面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的滑道式抽屉组件,其中
    所述抽屉本体前端的底部具有插口,后端的侧面具有固定孔;所述滑道前端嵌入所述插口内,所述滑道后端通过滑轮固定在所述固定孔上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的滑道式抽屉组件,其中所述滑道为钣金滑道,所述钣金滑道以可拆卸的方式安装在所述抽屉本体。
