如图1和图2所示,投影装置1000包括光学引擎100和投影屏幕200。光学引擎100被配置为出射光束至投影屏幕200,以实现画面的显示。
光学引擎100可以为超短焦光学引擎,该超短焦光学引擎可以为数字光处理(Digital Light Procession,DLP)光学引擎。这样,可以缩小光学引擎100与投影屏幕200所在平面的垂直距离,以减小投影装置1000的占用空间。
为了便于叙述,如无特殊说明,本公开对于上、下、左、右、前、后的方位表述均以投影装置使用时的状态为参考。定义投影屏幕200的靠近光学引擎100的一侧为前侧,投影屏幕200的远离光学引擎100的一侧为后侧,投影屏幕200的高度方向为上、下方向。投影装置1000的左右方向与用户的左右方向相反,例如投影装置的左侧为用户的右侧、投影装置1000的右侧为用户的左侧。
如图1和图2所示,投影屏幕200包括:基座1、卷曲机构2、升降机构3和幕布4。卷曲机构2、升降机构3与基座1固定连接。幕布4的第一侧边43与升降机构3固定连接,幕布4的第二侧边44与卷曲机构2固定连接,第一侧边43和第二侧边44相对。卷曲机构2包括可旋转的卷筒21,幕布4的第二侧边44与卷筒21固定连接。例如,当投影屏幕200处于展开状态时,第一侧边43为幕布4的上侧边,第二侧边44为幕布4的下侧边。
如图1和图2所示,升降机构3包括升降架37和横梁32,升降架37包括第一子升降架31。第一子升降架31的第一端与横梁32连接,第一子升降架31的第二端与基座1连接,幕布4的第一侧边43与横梁32固定连接。这样,通过第一子升降架31将幕布4的第一侧边43升起或下降,配合卷曲机构2的卷筒21绕幕布4的第二侧边44旋转,可以实现幕布4的收起或展开。
例如,第一子升降架31为剪叉式升降架、折叠式升降架或者升缩式升降架等。当第一子升降架31为剪叉式升降架或者折叠式升降架时,第一子升降架31通过铰接轴与基座1固定连接,当第一子升降架31为升缩式升降架时,第一子升降架31通过紧固件(如固定螺钉等)与基座1固定连接。
在一些实施例中,幕布4的显示区域为矩形,幕布4上显示的画面可以铺满幕布4的显示区域,从而有利于提高幕布4上画面的显示效果。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,幕布4包括光学膜片41,光学膜片41上相对的第一边411、第二边412分别与升降机构3、卷曲机构2固定连接。例如,第一边411与升降机构3固定连接,第二边412与卷曲机构2固定连接。光学膜片41为白塑幕、灰塑幕、黑栅幕或可卷曲的设计有菲涅尔结构的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(Polyethylene Terephthalate,PET)复合膜片等。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,幕布4包括光学膜片41和柔性载体42,光学膜片41的远离显示区域的一表面(例如,背面)固定在柔性载体42上,柔性载体42上相对的第一边421、第二边422分别与升降机构3、卷曲机构2固定连接。这样,通过柔性载体42可以实现幕布4与升降机构3、卷曲机构2的连接,并且,也实现对光学膜片41的支撑。
需要说明的是,在使用光学膜片41时,只有对应投影光束的照射区域显示画面,由此,可采用面积与对应投影光束的照射区域相等的光学膜片41,这样可以降低幕布4的成本。例如,光学膜片41的尺寸为1661毫米*934毫米。
柔性载体42为不易变形、且抗拉强度较高的材料件,以保证柔性载体42的卷曲,且避免柔性载体42在外力作用下的变形。例如,柔性载体42为不易变形、抗拉强度较高的涤纶丝制成的合成布。
光学膜片41沿卷曲机构2的长度方向的尺寸小于柔性载体42沿卷曲机构2的长度方向的尺寸。这样,在柔性载体42与光学膜片41固定(例如,粘接)时,能 够防止光学膜片41的边缘伸出柔性载体42,从而可以实现光学膜片41的各个部分的有效固定。
当然,在一些实施例中,如图4所示,光学膜片41沿卷曲机构2的长度方向的尺寸也可以等于柔性载体42沿卷曲机构2的长度方向的尺寸。这样,在固定光学膜片41时,便于将光学膜片41的边缘与柔性载体42的边缘对齐,在光学膜片41尺寸一定的情况下,有利于减小幕布4的尺寸。并且,在显示画面时幕布4沿卷曲机构2的长度方向不留空白,有利于提高幕布4的画面显示效果。
在一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,在幕布4展开后,幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46与升降机构3固定连接,第三侧边45和第四侧边46相对。例如,在幕布4展开后,幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46分别为幕布4的左侧边和右侧边。这样,在幕布4展开后,通过升降机构3可以实现对幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46的固定,使幕布4表面更为平整,提高了幕布4的显示效果。
这里,升降机构3与幕布4之间可通过磁吸、粘接的方式实现固定。
当通过磁吸的方式实现升降机构3与幕布4之间的固定时,可在幕布4上通过喷涂、粘贴或印刷等方式设置磁性涂层,或者在幕布4的制作过程中掺杂磁性材料(例如,磁粉)等,并且,升降机构3的材料为金属,或者在升降机构3的表面设置金属涂层,以通过磁性材料与金属涂层之间的吸附实现幕布4与升降机构3之间的固定。
也可在幕布4上通过喷涂、粘贴或印刷等方式设置金属涂层(例如,金属粉),或者在幕布4的制作过程中掺杂金属材料(例如,金属粉)等,并且,升降机构3的材料为磁性材料,或者在升降机构3的表面设置磁性涂层,以通过金属材料与磁性涂层之间的吸附实现幕布4与升降机构3之间的固定。
当然,也可在幕布4上通过喷涂、粘贴或印刷等方式设置磁性涂层,或者在幕布4的制作过程中掺杂磁性材料(例如,磁粉)等,并且,升降机构3的材料为磁性材料,或者在升降机构3的表面设置磁性涂层,以通过磁性材料与磁性涂层之间的吸附实现幕布4与升降机构3之间的固定。
在幕布4展开后,可通过第一子升降架31对幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46进行固定。当然,也可以在第一子升降架31的基础上增设其他固定结构,进而通过其他固定结构对幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46进行固定。接下来结合升降机构3的结构对幕布4的固定进行介绍。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图2和图6所示,第一子升降架31包括第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312。第一折叠杆311的两端分别与基座1、横梁32可旋转连接,第二折叠杆312的两端分别与基座1、横梁32可旋转连接。当幕布4展开后,第一折叠杆311沿幕布4的第三侧边45设置,第二折叠杆312沿幕布4的第四侧边46设置。当幕布4展开后,幕布4的第三侧边45与第一折叠杆311吸附固定,幕布4的第四侧边46与第二折叠杆312吸附固定。这样,通过第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312可实现对幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46的固定。
例如,幕布4的背面靠近第三侧边45的第一部分和靠近第四侧边46的第二部分均设置有磁性涂层,第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312的与第一部分和第二部分的对应处设置有金属涂层,金属涂层与磁性涂层吸合,这样,可以实现第一折叠杆311与幕布4的第三侧边45的固定,以及第二折叠杆312与幕布4的第四侧边46的固定。
由于第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312均呈长条状结构,有利于第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312更好地贴合在幕布4的靠近第三侧边45的第一部分和幕布4靠近第四侧边46的第二部分,以实现第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312对幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46的有效固定。
如图1、图2、图6和图26所示,第一子升降架31还包括第一支撑杆313、第二支撑杆314和丝杠315,第一支撑杆313的第一端与第一折叠杆311可旋转连接, 第一支撑杆313的第二端与丝杠滑动连接,第二支撑杆314的第一端与第二折叠杆312可旋转连接,第二支撑杆314的第二端与丝杠315滑动连接。
当第一支撑杆313的第二端与第二支撑杆314的第二端彼此靠近时,第一支撑杆313的第一端与第二支撑杆314的第一端带动第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312折叠,从而实现幕布4的收起。当第一支撑杆313的第二端与第二支撑杆314的第二端彼此远离时,第一支撑杆313和第二支撑杆314即可分别撑起第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312,以使第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312均撑起(或展开)为长条状结构。
可以理解的是,在第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312撑起的过程中会持续与幕布4的背面接触,可以对幕布4从中心至侧边进行抚平,从而有利于提高幕布4展开后的平整度。
由于第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312固定在幕布4的背面,并不会影响投影屏幕的美观性。例如,可在幕布4的整个背面设置磁性涂层,或者在幕布4的背面设置多个呈带状的磁性涂层,只要能够保证幕布4的背面与第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312连接即可。多个带状的磁性涂层至少包括位于幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分和靠近第四侧边46的第二部分的磁性涂层,多个带状的磁性涂层的宽度可以相同,也可以不同。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,升降架37还包括第二子升降架33。第二子升降架33包括第三折叠杆331和第四折叠杆332,第三折叠杆331的两端分别与基座1、横梁32可旋转连接,第四折叠杆332的两端分别与基座1、横梁32可旋转连接。当第一子升降架31升起时可通过横梁32带动第三折叠杆331、第四折叠杆332展开为长条状结构。第三折叠杆331与第一折叠杆311分别设置于幕布4的沿厚度方向上的两侧,且第三折叠杆331与第一折叠杆311相对,第四折叠杆332与第二折叠杆312分别设置于幕布4的沿厚度方向上的两侧,且第四折叠杆332与第二折叠杆312相对。
例如,当幕布4展开后,幕布4的具有显示区域的一表面(例如,正面)靠近第三侧边45的第三部分与第三折叠杆331吸附固定,幕布4的正面靠近第四侧边46的第四部分与第四折叠杆332吸附固定。
由于第三折叠杆331和第四折叠杆332均呈长条状结构,有利于第三折叠杆331和第四折叠杆332更好地贴合在幕布4的靠近第三侧边45的第三部分和幕布4靠近第四侧边46的第四部分,以实现第三折叠杆331和第四折叠杆332对幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46的有效固定。
另外,由于第二子升降架33升起后位于幕布4的正面的两侧,此时第三折叠杆331靠近第三侧边45设置于幕布4的非显示区域内,第四折叠杆332靠近第四侧边46设置于幕布4的非显示区域内,并使第三折叠杆331的宽度、第四折叠杆332的宽度小于或等于幕布4上靠近第三侧边45、第四侧边46的非显示区域的宽度。这样,可以避免第二子升降架33遮挡幕布4。幕布4的正面靠近第三侧边45的第三部分和靠近第四侧边46的第四部分均设置有磁性涂层,第三折叠杆331和第四折叠杆332的与第三部分和第四部分的对应处设置有金属涂层,金属涂层磁性涂层吸合。这样,可以实现第三折叠杆331与幕布4正面靠近第三侧边45的第三部分,以及第四折叠杆332与幕布4的正面靠近第四侧边46的第四部分的固定。
或者,在幕布4上两侧整个非显示区域设置有磁性涂层,以增大幕布4与第三折叠杆331和第四折叠杆332之间的固定面积,保证幕布4与第三折叠杆331、第四折叠杆332连接的稳固性。在第三折叠杆331和第四折叠杆332展开的过程中会持续与幕布4的正面接触,从而可以对幕布4从中心至侧边进行抚平,有利于进一步提高幕布4展开后的平整度。
在一些实施例中,如图6至图10所示,升降机构3还包括拉紧件34,拉紧件34的两端分别与卷曲机构2、横梁32固定连接,幕布4的第三侧边45、第四侧边 46与拉紧件34固定连接。这样,在幕布4展开或收起的过程中,可以实现拉紧件34与幕布4的同步升降。
拉紧件34与幕布4之间可以通过粘接的方式固定,或者通过磁吸的方式固定。拉紧件34的材料可以为不锈钢、铝合金等金属材料,也可以为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(Polyethylene Terephthalate,PET)、聚酰亚胺、布、橡胶等非金属材料,只要能保证拉紧件34的平整度优于幕布4的平整度即可。
如图6至图8所示,拉紧件34固定在幕布4的背面,或者,如图9和图10所示,拉紧件34固定在幕布4的正面。
当拉紧件34固定在幕布4的背面时,如图6或图7所示,拉紧件34的面积大致等于幕布4的面积;或者,如图8所示,升降机构3包括多个拉紧件34,各拉紧件34呈带状结构,多个拉紧件34沿卷曲机构2的长度方向按预设距离排布。例如,幕布4的背面靠近第三侧边45的第一部分设置有一个拉紧件34,幕布4的背面靠近第四侧边46的第二部分固定连接有一个拉紧件34,这样,通过多个拉紧件34可以使幕布4更为平整,从而有利于提高幕布4的显示效果。
当拉紧件34固定在幕布4的正面时,如图9和图10所示,拉紧件34呈带状结构,两个拉紧件34分别与幕布4的第三侧边45、第四侧边46固定连接。这样,通过两个拉紧件34不仅可以实现幕布4第三侧边45和第四侧边46的固定,还可以防止两个拉紧件34遮挡幕布4上显示的画面。
需要说明的是,卷曲机构2可以包括一个卷筒21或两个卷筒21。当卷曲机构2包括一个卷筒21时,拉紧件34和幕布4可以固定在同一个卷筒21上;当卷曲机构2包括两个卷筒21时,拉紧件34和幕布4也可以固定在不同的卷筒21上。
上述描述了对幕布4的一侧面(正面或背面)进行固定的情况,当然,为了保证对幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46的固定效果,可以在幕布4的两面(正面和背面)对幕布4进行固定,从而增大对幕布4的约束力,更有利于提高幕布4的平整度。
如图11所示,升降机构3包括第一夹持部35和第二夹持部36,第一夹持部35夹持幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第五部分,第二夹持部36夹持幕布4靠近第四侧边46的第六部分。
第一夹持部35或第二夹持部36为第一子升降架31、第二子升降架33、拉紧件34中的任意两者,对幕布的第三侧边45和第四侧边46进行固定,有利于提高幕布4的平整度,提高幕布4的显示效果。
第一夹持部35、第二夹持部36对幕布4夹持的原理如下:在第一夹持部35和第二夹持部36夹持幕布4后,会挤压幕布4的靠近第三侧边45的第五部分和幕布4的靠近第四侧边46的第六部分,从而使得幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第五部分与第一夹持部35之间在幕布4的厚度方向上存在相互作用力,幕布4靠近第四侧边46的第六部分与第二夹持部36之间在幕布4的厚度方向上存在相互作用力。而在幕布4基于自身应力等因素收缩时,幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第五部分会与第一夹持部35之间产生摩擦力,幕布4靠近第四侧边46的第六部分会与第二夹持部36之间产生摩擦力,从而实现对幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46的固定。
需要说明的是,幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第五部分的厚度、幕布4靠近第四侧边46的第六部分的厚度大于幕布4的显示区域的厚度,这样,可以增大幕布4的第五部分与第一夹持部35之间,以及幕布4的第六部分与第二夹持部36之间的摩擦力,有利于提高第一夹持部35和第二夹持部36对幕布4的夹持效果。
接下来结合升降机构3的结构对幕布4的夹持限位进行介绍。
在一些实施例中,如图12和图13所示,通过第一子升降架31和第二子升降架33共同实现对幕布4的两面(如正面和背面)固定,第一子升降架31对幕布4背面靠近第三侧边45的第一部分、靠近第四侧边46的第二部分进行固定,并且,第二子升降架33对幕布4正面靠近第三侧边45的第三部分、靠近第四侧边46的 第四部分进行固定。这里,第五部分包括第一部分和第三部分,第六部分包括第二部分和第四部分。
在第一子升降架31包括第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312,第二子升降架33包括第三折叠杆331和第四折叠杆332的情况下,在幕布4所在的平面上,第一折叠杆311的正投影和第三折叠杆331的正投影部分重叠,第二折叠杆312的正投影和第四折叠杆332的正投影部分重叠,如此,通过第一折叠杆311和第三折叠杆331可构成第一夹持部35,通过第二折叠杆312和第四折叠杆332可构成第二夹持部36。
如图14和图15所示,通过第一子升降架31和拉紧件34共同实现对幕布4的两面固定,第一子升降架31对幕布4背面靠近第三侧边45的第一部分、靠近第四侧边46的第二部分进行固定,并且,两个拉紧件34分别对幕布4正面的靠近第三侧边45的第三部分、靠近第四侧边46的第四部分进行固定。
如图16和图17所示,幕布4展开后,拉紧件34和第一子升降架31分别位于幕布4的前后两侧,幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第五部分夹持在第一子升降架31和一个拉紧件34之间,幕布4靠近第四侧边46的第六部分夹持在第一子升降架31和另一个拉紧件34之间。这样,通过第一子升降架31和两个拉紧件34可以实现对幕布4的第五部分和第六部分的夹持,从而实现对幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46的固定。
在一些实施例中,拉紧件34展开后朝向幕布4的一侧面为平面,这样,可以提高第一子升降架31和拉紧件34对幕布4的夹持效果,有利于提高幕布4的平整度。
当拉紧件34贴合在幕布4的正面时,如图16和图17所示,位于幕布4正面的两个拉紧件34呈带状结构,两个拉紧件34分别贴合幕布4的正面靠近第三侧边45的第三部分、靠近第四侧边46的第四部分。这样,可以防止拉紧件34遮挡幕布4上的画面显示区域。
在第一子升降架31包括第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312的情况下,在幕布4所在的平面上,第一折叠杆311的正投影和对应的拉紧件34的正投影部分重叠,第二折叠杆312的正投影和对应的拉紧件34的正投影部分重叠,如此,通过第一折叠杆311和对应的拉紧件34可构成第一夹持部35,通过第二折叠杆312和对应的拉紧件34可构成第二夹持部36。
在一些实施例中,通过第二子升降架33和多个拉紧件34共同实现对幕布4的两面固定。例如,第二子升降架33对幕布4正面靠近第三侧边45的第三部分、靠近第四侧边46的第四部分进行固定,并且,多个拉紧件34中的一些拉紧件34对幕布4背面靠近第三侧边45的第一部分进行固定、多个拉紧件中的一些拉紧件34对幕布4背面靠近第四侧边46的第二部分进行固定。
如图5至图8所示,幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第五部分、靠近第四侧边46的第六部分夹持在拉紧件34和第二子升降架33之间。这样,通过第二子升降架33和拉紧件34可实现对幕布4的第五部分和第六部分的夹持,从而实现对幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46的固定。
拉紧件34展开后靠近幕布4的一侧面为平面,这样,可以提高第二子升降架33和拉紧件34对幕布4的夹持效果。另外,由于拉紧件34贴合在幕布4的背面,并不会遮挡幕布4的显示区域。
以拉紧件34呈带状结构为例,在第二子升降架33包括第三折叠杆331和第四折叠杆332的情况下,在幕布4所在的平面上,第三折叠杆331的正投影和对应的拉紧件34的正投影部分重叠,第四折叠杆332的正投影和对应的拉紧件34的正投影部分重叠,如此,通过第三折叠杆331和对应的拉紧件34可构成第一夹持部35,通过第四折叠杆332和对应的拉紧件34可构成第二夹持部36。
在一些实施例中,如图16和图17所示,拉紧件34包括多个子拉紧件341,多 个子拉紧件341中的一些位于幕布4的正面,多个子拉紧件341中的一些位于幕布4的背面。位于幕布4背面的子拉紧件341至少对幕布4背面靠近第三侧边45的第一部分、靠近第四侧边46的第二部分进行固定,并且,通过多个子拉紧件341分别对幕布4正面靠近第三侧边45的第三部分、靠近第四侧边46的第四部分进行固定。这样,通过多个子拉紧件341可以实现对幕布4的两面固定。
在一些实施例中,如图18和图19所示,投影屏幕200还包括压紧机构5,压紧机构5与基座1连接,压紧机构5沿垂直幕布4所在平面的方向可移动。当幕布4展开后,压紧机构5与幕布4接触或者与拉紧件34接触。这样,以幕布4的背面与第一子升降架31固定为例,压紧机构5压紧在幕布4上远离第一子升降架31的一侧,以减小幕布4与第一折叠杆311、第二折叠杆312之间的距离,从而增大幕布4的背面与第一折叠杆311、第二折叠杆312之间连接的稳固性。
需要说明的是,对于采用拉紧件34夹紧幕布4时,也可以在拉紧件34远离幕布4的一侧设置压紧机构5,从而通过压紧机构5调整对拉紧件34的压紧力度,以增大拉紧件34和第二子升降架33,或者位于幕布4正面的拉紧件34和位于幕布4背面的拉紧件34对幕布4的夹紧力度。
在一些实施例中,如图18和图19所示,压紧机构5包括滑块51、调节螺杆52和压紧辊53,基座1包括基座本体13、凸起11和导轨12,凸起11和导轨12设置在基座本体13上。滑块51与导轨12可滑动连接,凸起11位于导轨12的沿长度方向上的端部,导轨12的长度方向大致垂直于幕布4所在的平面。调节螺杆52分别与凸起11、滑块51连接,调节螺52的长度方向与导轨12的长度方向大致平行。调节螺杆52被配置为调整凸起11和滑块51之间的距离。压紧辊53的端部与滑块51固定连接。
当幕布4展开时,沿第一方向(如顺时针)旋转调节螺杆52,以使滑块51沿导轨12向靠近幕布4的方向滑动,从而带动压紧辊53沿靠近幕布4的方向移动。当幕布4收起时,沿与该第一方向相反的第二方向(如逆时针)旋转调节螺杆52,以使滑块51沿导轨12向远离幕布4的方向滑动,从而带动压紧辊53沿远离幕布4的方向移动。导轨12的长度方向垂直于第一升降架31升起时幕布4展开后幕布4所在的平面,也即是导轨12的长度方向与第一升降架31升起时幕布4展开后幕布4所在的平面的夹角的取值范围为88°至92°,例如,导轨12的长度方向与第一升降架31升起时幕布4展开后幕布4所在的平面的夹角为88°、90°或92°等。
如图20所示,基座1包括底座14和容置部15,底座14位于容置部15内的容置空间中,通过容置部15遮挡卷曲机构2和升降机构3,提高投影屏幕200的美观性。另外,当幕布4收起时,幕布4收纳在容置部15内,不仅可以防止幕布4上粘附灰尘,还可保护幕布4。
容置部15除了能够收纳投影屏幕200之外,容置部15还能够收纳光学引擎100,以实现投影屏幕200与光学引擎100的一体化。如图20所示,容置部15具有透光区121和开口122,光学引擎100设置于透光区121内,投影屏幕200设置于开口122内,幕布4能够从开口122伸出并展开,光学引擎100出射的光束能够通过透光区121并出射至幕布4。
如图21和图22所示,升降机构3还包括第一抚平机构10和第二抚平机构6,第一抚平机构10和第二抚平机构6固定在基座1或横梁32上。第一抚平机构10和第二抚平机构6位于幕布4的同一侧(如正面或背面),为了便于叙述,以下主要以第一抚平机构10和第二抚平机构6位于幕布4的背面为例进行介绍。
第一抚平机构10、第二抚平机构6与幕布4的背面接触,第一抚平机构10能够由第一侧边43或第二侧边44绕幕布4的一个角旋转至幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分,第二抚平机构6能够由第一侧边43或第二侧边44绕幕布4的一个角旋转至幕布4靠近第四侧边46的第二部分。
第一抚平机构10和第二抚平机构6可以是在幕布4展开的过程中旋转,也可 以是在幕布4展开后旋转,只要能够对幕布4起到抚平的作用即可。这样,由于第一抚平机构10、第二抚平机构6均与幕布4接触,从而在第一抚平机构10、第二抚平机构6旋转时对幕布4具有向第三侧边45或向第四侧边46的抚平效果,有利于保证幕布4的平整度,提高幕布4的显示效果。
在一些实施例中,如图21和图22所示,第一抚平机构10包括第一旋转电机101和第一抚平杆102,第一旋转电机101的输出轴与第一抚平杆102的一端固定连接,第一旋转电机101的输出轴的长度方向(如轴向)垂直于幕布4所在的平面。第一抚平杆102贴合幕布4的背面,第一旋转电机101设置于幕布4的靠近第三侧边45的一个角。例如,第一旋转电机101位于第三侧边45与第一侧边43的交汇处;或者,第一旋转电机101位于第三侧边45与第二侧边44的交汇处。第一旋转电机101被配置为驱动第一抚平杆102在幕布4展开时由幕布4的第一侧边43或第二侧边44旋转至幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分。
这样,在第一抚平杆102旋转的过程中,实现对幕布4的抚平,以保证幕布4的平整度。另外,在第一抚平杆102旋转至幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分后,可对幕布4的第一部分进行约束,避免因幕布4的第一部分向幕布4的中心区域收缩而发生褶皱、卷边等变形。
旋转后的第一抚平杆102的长度方向与幕布4的第三侧边45平行,这样,可以防止第一抚平杆102遮挡幕布4的显示区域。第一抚平杆102的长度等于幕布4的第三侧边45的长度,这样,在幕布4展开后,便于通过第一抚平杆102实现对幕布4的第三侧边45有效约束。
当然,在一些实施例中,第一抚平杆102的长度也可以小于幕布4的第三侧边45的长度,只要能够通过第一抚平杆102保证幕布4展开后显示区域的平整度即可。
需要说明的是,第二抚平机构6的结构和设置位置与第一抚平机构10类似,在此不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,第一抚平机构10对幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分的约束与第二抚平机构6对幕布4靠近第四侧边46的第二部分的约束相同,以下主要以第一抚平机构10对幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分的约束为例进行介绍。
第一抚平机构10对幕布4的第三侧边45进行约束的原理如下:在第一抚平杆102的旋转过程中会将幕布4的褶皱等变形驱赶至幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分,在第一抚平杆102旋转至幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分后,第一抚平杆102对幕布4的褶皱、卷边等变形具有挤压效果,例如,第一抚平杆102与幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分在幕布4的厚度方向上存在相互作用力。而在幕布4基于自身应力等因素收缩时,幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分会与第一抚平杆102上靠近幕布4的一侧面产生摩擦力,从而实现对幕布4的第三侧边45的约束。
在一些实施例中,幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分的厚度大于幕布4的显示区域的厚度,以增大幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分与第一抚平杆102之间的摩擦力,有利于提高第一抚平杆102对幕布4的约束效果。
通过第一抚平杆102实现对幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分的约束后,还可以将第一抚平杆102与幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分进行固定,以保证第一抚平杆102对幕布4的第一部分的约束稳定性。
第一抚平杆102旋转至幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分之后,第一抚平杆102与幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分之间通过可拆卸连接(如磁吸等)实现固定。
例如,幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分通过喷涂、粘贴、印刷等方式设置有磁性涂层,或者在幕布4的制作过程中掺杂磁性材料(例如,磁粉)等,并且,第一抚平杆102的材料为金属材料,或者在第一抚平杆102上靠近幕布4的一侧面设置有金属涂层,以通过磁性材料与金属材料之间的吸附实现固定。或者,幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分设置金属涂层,并且,第一抚平杆102的材料为磁性 材料,以通过金属涂层与磁性材料之间的吸附实现固定。
以下对本公开一些实施例的第一抚平机构10和第二抚平机构6的固定位置进行介绍。
在一些实施例中,如图23、图24或图25所示,第一抚平机构10和第二抚平机构6均固定在基座1上。
在第一抚平机构10包括第一旋转电机101、第二抚平机构6包括第二旋转电机的情况下,第一旋转电机101和第二旋转电机分别固定在基座1上。在基座1包括底座14和容置部15的情况下,第一旋转电机101和第二旋转电机固定在容置部15内,有利于提高投影屏幕的美观性。
在第一抚平机构10包括第一抚平杆102、第二抚平机构6包括第二抚平杆的情况下,幕布4收起时,第一抚平杆102和第二抚平杆收起在容置部15内。幕布4展开时,第一抚平杆102由幕布4的第二侧边44旋转至幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分,第二抚平杆由幕布4的第二侧边44旋转至幕布4靠近第四侧边46的第二部分,以实现幕布4第三侧边45和第四侧边46的约束。
在一些实施例中,在升降机构3包括升降架37和横梁32,升降架37包括第一子升降架31的情况下,如图21和图22所示,第一抚平机构10、第二抚平机构6固定在横梁32上。
在第一抚平机构10包括第一旋转电机101、第二抚平机构6包括第二旋转电机的情况下,第一旋转电机101和第二旋转电机固定在横梁32上。
在一些实施例中,投影屏幕还包括边框9。如图21和图22所示,边框9包括边框本体91和两个侧壁92。边框本体91设置于横梁32上,两个侧壁92分别与边框本体91相连,且位于幕布4的正面和背面。边框9罩设在横梁32、幕布4的第一侧边43、第一旋转电机101和第二旋转电机的顶部,以通过边框9遮挡第一旋转电机101和第二旋转电机,从而保证投影屏幕的美观性。
幕布4收起时,第一抚平杆102、第二抚平杆收起在边框9的两个侧壁92之间,从而提高投影屏幕的美观性。
在一些实施例中,如图21至图24所示,当第一抚平机构5和第二抚平机构6位于幕布4的正面时,在第一子升降架31为折叠式升降架的情况下,幕布4展开后靠近第三侧边45的第五部分夹持在第一子升降架31和第一抚平机构5之间,幕布4展开后靠近第四侧边46的第六部分夹持在第一子升降架31和第二抚平机构6之间。
例如,在第一子升降架31包括第一折叠杆311和第二折叠杆312的情况下,当第一抚平机构10和第二抚平机构6位于幕布4的正面时,通过第一折叠杆311和第一抚平杆102即可实现对幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第五部分的夹持效果,通过第二折叠杆312和第二抚平杆即可实现对幕布4靠近第四侧边46的第六部分的夹持效果,从而有利于保证对幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46的约束效果。
第一抚平机构10和第二抚平机构6位于幕布4的背面时,在升降机构3还包括第二子升降架33的情况下,第二子升降架33位于幕布4的正面,幕布4展开后靠近第三侧边45的第五部分夹持在第二子升降架33和第一抚平机构10之间,幕布4展开后靠近第三侧边45的第六部分夹持在第二子升降架33和第二抚平机构6之间。
例如,在第二子升降架33包括第三折叠杆331和第四折叠杆332的情况下,通过第三折叠杆331和第一抚平杆102即可实现对幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第五部分的夹持效果,通过第四折叠杆332和第二抚平杆即可实现对幕布4靠近第四侧边46的第六部分的夹持效果,从而有利于保证对幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46的约束效果。
在一些实施例中,除了通过折叠式的第一子升降架31或者折叠式的第二子升降架实现对幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46的约束之外,还可以通过其他方式 保证对幕布4的第三侧边45和第四侧边46的约束效果。
例如,在投影屏幕包括压紧机构5的情况下,压紧机构5位于幕布4远离第一抚平机构10的一侧。这样,通过调整压紧机构5的位置,使压紧机构5压紧在幕布4上,促使幕布4紧贴第一抚平机构10和第二抚平机构6,也即是促使幕布4紧贴第一抚平杆102和第二抚平杆,以保证第一抚平杆102、第二抚平杆对幕布4的第一侧边43和第二侧边44的约束效果。
当第一抚平机构10和第二抚平机构6位于幕布4的正面时,压紧机构5位于幕布4的背面;当第一抚平机构10和第二抚平机构6位于幕布4的背面时,压紧机构5位于幕布4的正面。
在一些实施例中,如图27和图28所示,升降机构3还包括第三抚平机构7和第四抚平机构8,第三抚平机构7、第四抚平机构8与幕布4接触,幕布4展开时,第三抚平机构7旋转至幕布4靠近第三侧边45的第一部分,第四抚平机构8旋转至幕布4靠近第四侧边46的第二部分,第一抚平机构10、第二抚平机构6固定在横梁32上,第三抚平机构7、第四抚平机构8固定在基座1上。
第三抚平机构7和第四抚平机构8的结构与第一抚平机构10的结构类似,第三抚平机构7和第四抚平机构8对幕布4的靠近第三侧边45的约束、与第一抚平机构10对幕布4靠近第三侧边45的约束类似,在此不再赘述。
第一抚平杆102的长度与第三抚平杆的长度之和等于幕布4的第三侧边45的长度,从而保证第一抚平杆102和第三抚平杆能够对幕布4的第三侧边45的有效约束。
当然,在一些实施例中,第一抚平杆102的长度与第三抚平杆的长度之和也可小于幕布4的第三侧边45的长度,只要能够保证幕布4展开后显示区域的平整度即可。
以上所述,仅为本公开的具体实施方式,但本公开的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本公开揭露的技术范围内,想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本公开的保护范围之内。因此,本公开的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种投影装置,包括:
    投影屏幕,所述投影屏幕被配置为显示投影画面,且所述投影屏幕包括:
    基座;
    升降机构,所述升降机构设置在所述基座上;
    幕布,所述幕布的第一侧边与所述升降机构连接;和
    卷曲机构,所述卷曲机构设置在所述基座上,且所述卷曲机构与所述幕布的第二侧边连接,所述升降机构与所述幕布的第三侧边和第四侧边连接;和
    光学引擎,所述光学引擎被配置为将光束出射至所述投影屏幕。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的投影装置,其中,所述升降机构包括:
    升降架,所述升降架设置在所述基座上,且所述升降架位于所述幕布远离和/或靠近所述光学引擎的一侧,所述升降架与所述第三侧边和所述第四侧边连接;和
    横梁,所述横梁与所述升降架连接,所述第一侧边与所述横梁连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的投影装置,其中,所述升降架包括:
    第一折叠杆,所述第一折叠杆的两端分别与所述基座、所述横梁连接,所述第一折叠杆沿平行于所述第三侧边的方向设置;和
    第二折叠杆,所述第二折叠杆的两端分别与所述基座、所述横梁连接,所述第二折叠杆沿平行于所述第四侧边的方向设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的投影装置,其中,所述升降架和所述幕布中的一个包括金属件,且所述升降架和所述幕布中的另一个包括与所述金属件相吸合的磁性件。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的投影装置,其中,所述升降机构还包括:
    拉紧件,所述拉紧件的两端分别与所述卷曲机构、所述横梁连接,所述拉紧件位于所述幕布远离和/或靠近所述光学引擎的一侧,所述第三侧边和所述第四侧边与所述拉紧件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的投影装置,其中,
    所述拉紧件位于所述幕布远离所述光学引擎的一侧,且所述拉紧件的面积与所述幕布的面积大致相等;或者,
    所述拉紧件包括多个子拉紧件,所述多个子拉紧件位于所述幕布远离和/或靠近所述光学引擎的一侧,所述多个子拉紧件被构造成带状结构,所述多个子拉紧件中的一些与所述第三侧边连接,且所述多个子拉紧件中的一些与所述第四侧边连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的投影装置,其中,所述投影屏幕还包括:
    压紧机构,所述压紧机构设置在所述基座上,且所述压紧机构被配置为将所述拉紧件压紧在所述幕布上,在垂直于所述幕布所在的平面的方向上,所述压紧机构可移动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的投影装置,其中,所述基座包括:
    基座本体;
    凸起,所述凸起设置于所述基座本体上;和
    导轨,所述导轨设置于所述基座本体上,且所述导轨的长度方向垂直于所述幕布所在的平面;
    所述压紧机构包括:
    滑块,所述滑块与所述导轨可滑动连接;
    调节螺杆,所述调节螺杆分别与所述滑块、所述凸起连接,且所述调节螺杆被配置为调整所述滑块与所述凸起之间的距离;和
    压紧辊,所述压紧辊的端部与所述滑块连接,所述压紧辊与所述拉紧件接触。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的投影装置,其中,所述升降机构包括:
    第一抚平机构,所述第一抚平机构与所述幕布接触,且所述第一抚平机构被配置为从所述第一侧边或所述第二侧边旋转至所述幕布的靠近所述第三侧边的部分,所述幕布的靠近所述第三侧边的所述部分夹持在所述升降架和所述第一抚平机构之间;和
    第二抚平机构,所述第二抚平机构与所述幕布接触,且所述第二抚平机构被配置为从所述第一侧边或所述第二侧边旋转至所述幕布的靠近所述第四侧边的部分,所述幕布的靠 近所述第四侧边的所述部分夹持在所述升降架和所述第二抚平机构之间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的投影装置,其中,所述第一抚平机构和所述第二抚平机构设置在所述基座上。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的投影装置,其中,所述第一抚平机构和所述第二抚平机构与所述横梁连接。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的投影装置,其中,所述第一抚平机构或所述第二抚平机构的长度等于所述第三侧边或所述第四侧边的长度。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的投影装置,其中,所述升降机构还包括:
    第三抚平机构,所述第三抚平机构与所述幕布接触,且所述第三抚平机构被配置为从所述第一侧边旋转至所述幕布的靠近所述第三侧边的部分;和
    第四抚平机构,所述第四抚平机构与所述幕布接触,且所述第四抚平机构被配置为从所述第一侧边旋转至所述幕布的靠近所述第四侧边的部分;其中,
    所述第一抚平机构、所述第二抚平机构设置在所述基座上,所述第三抚平机构、第四抚平机构与所述横梁连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的投影装置,其中,所述第一抚平机构和所述第三抚平机构的长度之和等于所述第三侧边的长度;
    所述第二抚平机构和所述第四抚平机构的长度之和等于所述第四侧边的长度。
  15. 根据权利要求1或2所述的投影装置,其中,所述升降机构包括:
    第一抚平机构,所述第一抚平机构与所述幕布接触,且所述第一抚平机构被配置为从所述第一侧边或所述第二侧边旋转至所述幕布的靠近所述第三侧边的部分;和
    第二抚平机构,所述第二抚平机构与所述幕布接触,且所述第二抚平机构被配置为从所述第一侧边或所述第二侧边旋转至所述幕布的靠近所述第四侧边的部分。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的投影装置,其中,所述第一抚平机构包括:
    第一抚平杆,所述第一抚平杆与所述幕布接触;和
    第一旋转电机,所述第一旋转电机的输出轴与所述第一抚平杆连接,且所述第一旋转电机被配置为驱动所述第一抚平杆从所述第一侧边或所述第二侧边旋转至所述幕布的靠近所述第三侧边的所述部分。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的投影装置,其中,
    所述第一抚平杆和所述幕布中的一个包括金属件,且所述第一抚平杆和所述幕布中的另一个包括与所述金属件相吸合的磁性件。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的投影装置,其中,所述第一抚平杆的长度等于所述第三侧边的长度。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的投影装置,其中,所述第一抚平机构和所述第二抚平机构设置于所述幕布靠近所述光学引擎的一侧。
  20. 一种投影屏幕,包括:
    基座;
    升降机构,所述升降机构设置在所述基座上;
    幕布,所述幕布的第一侧边与所述升降机构连接;和
    卷曲机构,所述卷曲机构设置在所述基座上,所述卷曲机构与所述幕布的第二侧边连接,所述升降机构与所述幕布的第三侧边和第四侧边连接。
