本示例实施方式提供了一种显示装置,参照图1、图2以及图3所示的本公开显示装置一示例实施方式的结构示意图;该显示装置可以包括壳体、第一卷轴1、第二卷轴2以及柔性显示面板5;壳体具有固定部3和移动部4,所述移动部4能够相对于所述固定部3移动;第一卷轴1可转动的连接于所述固定部3;第二卷轴2可转动的连接于所述移动部4,所述第二卷轴2上设置有多个第一凸起21或第一凹槽,所述第二卷轴2与所述第一卷轴1平行设置;柔性显示面板5的一端固定于所述固定部3,相对另一端绕设于所述第一卷轴1,中部缠绕于所述第二卷轴2,所述柔性显示面板5上设置有多个与所述第一凸起21配合的第二凹槽54,或设置有多个与所述第一凹槽配合的第二凸起。
在本示例实施方式中,壳体设置为长方体的形状。壳体可以包括固定部3和移动部4,移动部4能够相对于固定部3移动。
固定部3可以包括固定外壳31、两个第一空心杆32和两个第二空心杆33。固定外壳31设置为长方体的形状,固定外壳31具有开口部,固定外壳31可以包括顶壁311、底壁312、第一侧壁313和两个第二侧壁314,顶壁311、底壁312、第一侧壁313和两个第二侧壁314均可以是长方形的板,由于设置三个侧壁,即一个第一侧壁313和两个第二侧壁314,三个侧壁对应连接于顶壁311和底壁312的三个边沿,使顶壁311和底壁312的四个边沿中的一个边沿没有连接继而形成开口部。具体地,第一侧壁313连接于顶壁311和底壁312的远离移动部4的一侧边沿,两个第二侧壁314对称连接于顶壁311、底壁312和第一侧壁313。第一侧壁313与第一卷轴1平行设置,两个第二侧壁314与第一卷轴1垂直设置。
两个第一空心杆32和两个第二空心杆33对应位于固定外壳31的四个角部,即位于第一侧壁313的四个角部。两个第一空心杆32和两个第二空心杆33都相互平行设置,两个第一空心杆32和两个第二空心杆33的一端固定连接于第一侧壁313的内壁面,两个第一空心杆32和两个第二空心杆33另一端通过开口部突出于固定外壳31。两个第一 空心杆32上下对称设置,两个第二空心杆33也上下对称设置,第一空心杆32与第二空心杆33对称设于第一卷轴1的相对两端面。
在本示例实施方式中,在靠近顶壁311的第一空心杆32和第二空心杆33之间连接有支撑板,顶壁311与靠近顶壁311的第一空心杆32和第二空心杆33之间设置有间隔空间,使顶壁311与支撑板之间也具有间隔空间。
移动部4可以包括两个活动支架,两个活动支架的结构完全相同,且两个活动支架对称设置,两个活动支架设于第二卷轴2的两端面。活动支架可以包括两个活动杆41和一个连接板42,两个活动杆41平行设置,连接板42连接于两个活动杆41之间,且连接板42位于活动杆41的远离固定部3的一端。两个活动杆41对应插入第一卷轴1的同一端面两个第一空心杆32内,另外一个活动支架的两个活动杆41对应插入两个第二空心杆33内,活动杆41可以沿第一空心杆32和第二空心杆33运动,从而带动连接板42也沿第一空心杆32和第二空心杆33运动,以使整个移动部4能够相对于固定部3移动。
在本示例实施方式中,在靠近底壁312的第一空心杆32和第二空心杆33之间连接有第一卷轴1。具体地,在第一空心杆32和第二空心杆33的远离底壁312的一侧均设置有安装壳6,安装壳6上设置有圆形通孔,第一卷轴1的端部插入圆形通孔内。在安装壳6内设置有扭簧,扭簧为恒定扭簧(图中未示出),恒定扭簧的一端与安装壳6的内侧壁固定连接,恒定扭簧的另一端与第一卷轴1固定连接,恒定扭簧能够为第一卷轴1提供恒定的扭转力。恒定扭簧可以为第一卷轴1提供回转力,使第一卷轴1可以相对于固定部3进行转动。
另外,固定部3和移动部4的结构不限于上述说明,例如,固定部3可以包括一个侧壁,在侧壁上可以垂直设置四个导轨。移动部4可以在活动杆41上设置与导轨配合的滑块。还可以将固定部的第一空心杆32和第二空心杆33设置为实心杆,而移动部4的活动杆41设置为空心杆,固定部的实心杆插入移动部4空心杆内。
还可以在固定部3和移动部4之间设置锁紧机构,锁紧机构可以锁定固定部3和移动部4,避免移动部4的移动。锁紧机构可以包括设置在第一空心杆32或第二空心杆33上的多个过孔,多个过孔沿第一空心杆32或第二空心杆33的长度方向排布;以及设置在活动杆41上的弹簧和连接在弹簧上的卡柱,弹簧的中心轴线与活动杆41的中心轴线垂直。需要使活动杆41能够移动时,可以施加较大的拉力或推力使卡柱受挤压下移,使活动杆41可移动切换至不同的卡点位置;需要使活动杆41不能够移动时,可以使卡柱卡在通孔内。
在本示例实施方式中,在两个活动支架的两个连接板42之间连接有第二卷轴2。具体地,第二卷轴2的两端部通过轴承连接在两个连接板42的中部位置,使第二卷轴2可 以相对于活动支架进行转动。
在本示例实施方式中,参照图5所示,柔性显示面板5可以包括柔性屏51和支撑膜组;支撑膜组设于柔性屏51的与显示面相对的一面,在支撑膜组的远离柔性屏51的一面设置有第二凹槽54。第二凹槽54沿第一卷轴1的轴向设置,即第二凹槽54的长度方向与第一卷轴1的轴向一致。
具体地,支撑膜组可以包括第一支撑膜52和第二支撑膜53;第一支撑膜52设于柔性屏51的与显示面相对的一面,第二支撑膜53设于第一支撑膜52的远离柔性屏51的一面。第一支撑膜52的材质可以为金属或塑料,第二支撑膜53的材质可以为硅胶,还可以是橡胶。第一支撑膜52的厚度大约介于50um~200um之间,第二支撑膜53的厚度大约介于0.3mm~2mm之间。第二支撑膜53可以包括多个膜条55,膜条55的长度方向与第二卷轴2的轴向一致,相邻两个膜条55之间形成“V”字形的第二凹槽54,即膜条55的与第二卷轴2的轴向垂直的截面形状可以为等腰梯形,等腰梯形的长底边与第一支撑膜52连接,等腰梯形的短底边位于远离第一支撑膜52的一侧,相邻两个膜条55的侧壁就形成第二凹槽54的槽壁。当然,在本公开的其他示例实施方式中,第二凹槽54的与第二卷轴2的轴向垂直的截面形状可以是等腰梯形、“U”字形等开口部大于底部的形状,便于第一凸起21嵌入第二凹槽54内;可以在膜条55上不设置第二凹槽54,而是设置第二凸起,第二凸起沿第一卷轴1的轴向设置,即第二凸起的长度方向与第一卷轴1的轴向一致。
在本公开的另外一些示例实施方式中,支撑膜组可以仅包括第一支撑膜52,即可以不设置第二支撑膜53。第一支撑膜52的材质可以为金属或塑料,在第一支撑膜52的远离柔性屏51的一侧可以设置第二凹槽54或第二凸起,第二凹槽54的与第二卷轴2的轴向垂直的截面形状也可以是“V”字形、“U”字形、等腰梯形等开口部大于底部的形状。
需要说明的是,第二凹槽54可以贯穿整个支撑膜组,也可以仅占据支撑膜组的部分长度,即第二凹槽54的长度等于或小于支撑膜组的长度。多个第二凹槽54可以并排设置,也可以错位设置。
在本示例实施方式中,参照图4所示,在第二卷轴2上设置有第一凸起21,第一凸起21沿第二卷轴2的轴向延伸,即第一凸起21的长度方向与第二卷轴2的轴向一致。第一凸起21的与第二卷轴2的轴向垂直的截面形状也可以是“V”字形。第一凸起21的高度可以小于或等于第二凹槽54的深度,第一凸起21的宽度可以小于或等于第二凹槽54的宽度,第一凸起21的长度小于或等于第二凹槽54的长度,使第一凸起21能够与第二凹槽54配合,即第一凸起21能够嵌入第二凹槽54内。当然,在本公开的其他示例实施方式中,第一凸起21的与第二卷轴2的轴向垂直的截面形状可以是与第二凹槽 54相适应的等腰梯形、“U”字形等。
在第二凹槽54贯穿整个支撑膜组的情况下,第一凸起21也能够延伸整个第二卷轴2,也可以仅占据第二卷轴2的部分长度。多个第一凸起21可以并排设置,也可以错位设置,只要与个第二凹槽54相适配即可,使相邻两个第二凹槽54之间的间距与相邻两个第一凸起21之间的间距相同。
另外,第一凸起21、第一凹槽、第二凸起和第二凹槽54的形状也不限于上述说明,例如,第一凸起21或第一凹槽的与第二卷轴的轴向平行的截面形状为矩形、椭圆形、圆形、平行四边形等等,第二凸起或第二凹槽54的与第二卷轴的轴向平行的截面形状对应为矩形、椭圆形、圆形、平行四边形等等。
在本示例实施方式中,请继续参照图5所示,第一支撑膜52具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,第二支撑膜53也具有相对设置的第一端和第二端。第一支撑膜52的第一端和第二端对应突出于第二支撑膜53的第一端和第二端,即第一支撑膜52的长度大于第二支撑膜53的长度,且第二支撑膜53位于第一支撑膜52的中部位置。第一支撑膜52的第一端固定于固定部3的固定外壳31的上表面,第一支撑膜52的第二端绕设于第一卷轴1,即第二支撑膜53没有与固定部3的固定外壳31连接,第二支撑膜53也没有绕设于第一卷轴1上。第二支撑膜53的主要作用是与第二卷轴2卷轴配合,避免在该显示装置展开时第二卷轴2打滑、出现空转,而使柔性显示面板5局部受力不均导致损坏。因此,将第二支撑膜53的长度设置的较短,可以节省物料和人力资源。
在本示例实施方式中,柔性屏51也具有相对设置的第一端和第二端。柔性屏51的长度也小于第一支撑膜52的长度,且柔性屏51的第一端与第一支撑膜52的第一端对齐,第一支撑膜52的第二端突出于柔性屏51的第二端。使柔性屏51的第一端通过第一支撑膜52固定在固定部3的固定外壳31的上表面,柔性屏51的第二端没有绕设于第一卷轴1上,柔性屏51仅绕设在第二卷轴2上。该显示装置在使用时必然有一部分柔性显示面板5需要绕设在第一卷轴1上,柔性屏51绕设在第一卷轴1上时无法进行显示,是无效部分,这样可以使柔性屏51的长度制作的较短,避免无效部分的长度,从而节省物料和人力资源、降低成本。
在本示例实施方式中,该显示装置还可以包括辅助支撑件7,辅助支撑件7的一端可以连接于移动部,且靠近第二卷轴2,相对的另一端搭设于固定部,且位于柔性显示面板的远离显示面的一侧以支撑柔性显示面板。辅助支撑件7可以包括多个支撑条71,多个支撑条71的远离柔性显示面板的一侧可以通过胶带连接,支撑条71沿第二卷轴2的轴向延伸,即多个支撑条71相互平行设置,支撑条71的长度方向与第二卷轴2的轴向一致。辅助支撑件7的一端连接于活动杆4,辅助支撑件7的相对另一端插入顶壁311 与支撑板之间的间隔空间内,在该显示装置展开时,活动杆4会将辅助支撑件7拉出,辅助支撑件7为柔性显示面板5提供支撑,在该显示装置收卷时,辅助支撑件7会插入顶壁311与支撑板之间的间隔空间内。在本公开的其他示例实施方式中,辅助支撑件7的一端可以连接于第二卷轴2,该显示装置展开时,会有部分辅助支撑件7缠绕在第二卷轴2上。当然,辅助支撑件7也可以设置为刚性支撑板。
该显示装置使用时,用户向相反的方向拉动固定部3和移动部4,移动部4的活动杆41从固定部3的第一空心杆32和第二空心杆33中拉出,柔性显示面板5和辅助支撑件7也被拉出,在这个过程中柔性显示面板5带动第一卷轴1和第二卷轴2顺时针旋转,使柔性显示面板5能够顺利展开,第一卷轴1会带动两个恒定扭簧进行旋转,使恒定扭簧具有恒定的扭转力。柔性显示面板5展开到预设位置使用完成进行收卷时,用户放开移动部4,在恒定扭簧的扭转力的作用下,第一卷轴1进行逆时针旋转,将柔性显示面板5的第二支撑膜53缠绕在第一卷轴1上,同时,柔性显示面板5会带动第一卷轴1进行逆时针旋转,直至完成收卷。在该显示装置展开或收卷时,由于柔性显示面板5上的第二凹槽54或第二凸起与第二卷轴2上的第一凸起21或第一凹槽的配合,柔性显示面板5能够带动第二卷轴2转动,避免第二卷轴2空转造成的柔性显示面板5局部受力不均导致的损坏。

    壳体,具有固定部和移动部,所述移动部能够相对于所述固定部移动;
    第一卷轴,可转动的连接于所述固定部;
    第二卷轴,可转动的连接于所述移动部,所述第二卷轴上设置有多个第一凸起或第一凹槽,所述第二卷轴与所述第一卷轴平行设置;
    柔性显示面板,其一端固定于所述固定部,相对另一端绕设于所述第一卷轴,中部缠绕于所述第二卷轴,所述柔性显示面板上设置有多个与所述第一凸起配合的第二凹槽,或设置有多个与所述第一凹槽配合的第二凸起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示面板包括:
    柔性屏;
    支撑膜组,设于所述柔性屏的与显示面相对的一面,所述第二凸起或第二凹槽设于所述支撑膜组的远离所述柔性屏的一面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述支撑膜组包括:

  10. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一凸起或第一凹槽的与所述第二卷轴的轴向平行的截面形状为矩形、椭圆形、圆形、平行四边形,所述第二凸起或第二凹槽的与所述第二卷轴的轴向平行的截面形状对应为矩形、椭圆形、圆形、平行四边形。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括:
    辅助支撑件,其一端连接于所述移动部,相对的另一端搭设于所述固定部,且位于所述柔性显示面板的远离显示面的一侧以支撑所述柔性显示面板。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,辅助支撑件包括,多个支撑条,所述支撑条的长度方向与所述第二卷轴的轴向一致。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述固定部包括:
    固定外壳,具有开口部;

    两个活动杆,相互平行设置;
    连接板,连接于两个所述活动杆之间;
    其中一个所述活动支架的两个所述活动杆对应插入两个所述第一空心杆,另一个所述活动支架的两个所述活动杆对应插入两个所述第二空心杆。
