目前可卷曲式显示装置在展平柔性显示面板时,由于柔性显示面板的膜材恢复能力比较差,容易造成柔性显示面板在宽度方向(垂直于伸出方向)上两侧边缘下垂、中间部分凸起,这样不但影响了用户的观感,而且在将柔性显示面板收卷至显示装置的壳体中时,柔性显示面板下垂的两侧边缘容易与壳体的收纳开口发生干涉而损坏。
相关技术提供了一种显示装置,如图1所示,包括壳体01、柔性显示面板02以及可转动设置于壳体01中的卷轴03,柔性显示面板02卷绕于卷轴03上,并能够由壳体01上的开口011向壳体01外伸出。该显示装置还包括弯曲调节杆04,弯曲调节杆04设置于柔性显示面板02在宽度方向上的两侧边缘处,弯曲调节杆04可以进行弯曲并保持弯曲的形状,以调节柔性显示面板02在长度方向上的弯曲曲率。
相关技术中的这种显示装置,如图1所示,弯曲调节杆04可以对柔性显示面板02的两侧边缘起到加强的作用,以避免柔性显示面板02在展开时两侧边缘下垂。然而,弯曲调节杆04只是对柔性显示面板02的边缘区域起到加强的作用,作用范围有限,柔性显示面板02的中心区域容易出现变形,从而使得柔性显示面板02在展开后不平整,影响了用户的使用体验。
本公开实施例提供了一种显示装置,如图2所示,通过设置柔性支撑板32,在柔性显示面板31展开时,柔性支撑板32与柔性显示面板31逐渐贴合,不但可以对柔性显示面板31两侧边缘进行支撑,也可以对柔性显示面板31的中心区域进行支撑,从而保持柔性显示面板31展开后的整体的平整性。
如图2所示,本公开一些实施例提供了一种显示装置,包括第一壳体1、可转动设置于第一壳体1中的第一卷轴21、可转动设置于第一壳体1 中的第二卷轴22,第一壳体1上开设有开口10。
如图2和图7所示所示,在一些实施例中,第一壳体1包括沿第一方向X相隔排布的第一壳体壁11a和第二壳体壁11b、沿第二方向Y相隔排布的第三壳体壁12a和第四壳体壁12b、以及沿第三方向Z相隔排布的第五壳体壁13a和第六壳体壁13b(如图7所示),其中,第一方向X、第二方向Y以及第三方向Z两两相垂直。
当然,第一壳体1也不限于图7所示的结构,其它形状也均可,具体可根据实际情况而定。
在一些实施例中,为了便于第一壳体1内的部件的拆装,如图7所示,第一壳体1由第一半壳体19a和第二半壳体19b对合而成。这样当第一壳体内的部件(比如第一卷轴21)发生损坏需要更换时,可以将第一半壳体19a和第二半壳体19b拆开,然后进行第一壳体1内部件的更换,更换完毕后将第一半壳体19a和第二半壳体19b重新对合在一起,非常方便。
如图8和图9所示,在一些实施例中,第一卷轴21沿第三方向Z延伸(也就是第一卷轴21的长度方向与第三方向Z相同),且两端分别配合伸入到第五壳体壁13a、第六壳体壁13b上所开设的第一安装孔131中,从而使第一卷轴21可转动设置于第一壳体1中。
第二卷轴22沿第三方向Z延伸(也就是第二卷轴22的长度方向与第三方向Z相同),且与第一卷轴21相隔设置,第二卷轴22的两端分别配合伸入到第五壳体壁13a、第六壳体壁13b上所开设的第二安装孔132中,从而使第二卷轴22可转动设置于第一壳体1中。
当然,第一卷轴21、第二卷轴22也不限于上述可转动连接结构,比如第一卷轴21、第二卷轴22的两端也可以分别通过轴承与第五壳体壁13a、第六壳体壁13b相连接,具体可根据实际情况而定。
如图3所示,在一些实施例中,柔性显示面板31的第一端(图3中标号m1所示)与第一卷轴21的侧面相连接(比如粘接),且卷绕于第一卷轴21上,柔性显示面板31的第二端(图3中标号m2所示)由开口10伸出壳体外。柔性支撑板32的第一端(图3中标号n1所示)与第二卷轴22的侧面相连接(比如粘接),且卷绕于第二卷轴22上,柔性支撑板32的第二端(图3中标号n2所示)由开口10伸出壳体外。通过将柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32分别卷绕于不同的卷轴上,相较于卷绕于相同的卷轴上,这样在卷绕时柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32发生弯曲所需要的力较小,从而可以大大降低柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32的卷绕的难度(卷 绕于同一个卷轴上,柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32两者厚度较大,卷绕时两者发生弯曲所需要的力较大),进而保证柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32的卷绕更加顺畅。
当然,柔性显示面板31的第一端也不限于与第一卷轴21的侧面相连接,比如,也可以在第一卷轴21的侧面上开设连接槽,柔性显示面板31的第一端伸入连接槽中且与连接槽的槽壁相连接。柔性支撑板32的第一端也不限于与第二卷轴22的侧面相连接,比如,也可以在第二卷轴22的侧面上开设连接槽,柔性支撑板32的第一端伸入连接槽中且与连接槽的槽壁相连接。
在柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32由开口10向第一壳体1外伸出时,为了能够实现柔性支撑板32与柔性显示面板31之间的贴合,本公开提供以下实施例:
图5所示为实现柔性支撑板32与柔性显示面板31之间贴合的一个具体实施例,第一壳体壁11a上开设开口10,沿第二方向Y,开口10的尺寸与柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32的厚度之和相适应,第一卷轴21、第二卷轴22沿第二方向Y相隔设置,柔性显示面板31从第一卷轴21靠近第三壳体壁12a的一侧向第一壳体1外伸出,柔性支撑板32从第二卷轴22靠近第三壳体壁12a的一侧向第一壳体1外伸出。在该实施例中,柔性支撑板32由第二卷轴向第一壳体1外的伸出方向与柔性显示面板31由第一卷轴21向第一壳体1外的伸出方向不平行,通过将开口10在第二方向Y上的尺寸配置为与柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32的厚度之和相适应,这样当柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32由开口10向第一壳体1外伸出时,开口10可以挤压柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32,以改变柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32的伸出方向,从而使柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32逐渐靠近并相贴合,使得柔性支撑板32对柔性显示面板31形成支撑。
其中,如图5所示,沿第二方向Y,开口10的尺寸与柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32的厚度之和相适应是指沿第二方向Y,开口10的尺寸与柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32的厚度之和相等或相近。
图2所示为实现柔性支撑板32与柔性显示面板31之间的贴合的另一个具体实施例,第一壳体壁11a上开设开口10,第二卷轴22设置于第一壳体壁11a与第一卷轴21之间,也就是第一卷轴2和第二卷轴22沿第一方向X相隔设置,柔性支撑板32由第二卷轴向第一壳体1外的伸出方向 与柔性显示面板31由第一卷轴21向第一壳体1外的伸出方向相平行,柔性支撑板32从第二卷轴22上伸出的部分与柔性显示面板31从第一卷轴21伸出的部分相贴合。在该实施例中,由于第二卷轴22位于第一卷轴21和第一壳体壁11a之间,这样柔性显示面板31在从第一卷轴21上伸出时就会经过第二卷轴22,又由于柔性支撑板32由第二卷轴向第一壳体1外的伸出方向与柔性显示面板31由第一卷轴21向第一壳体1外的伸出方向相平行,这样柔性显示面板31就可以与柔性支撑板32从第二卷轴22上伸出的部分相贴合,那么就无需通过开口10来改变柔性显示面板31和柔性支撑板32的伸出方向来使柔性显示面板31和柔性支撑板32相贴合,由此开口10在第二方向Y上的尺寸就可以设计得大一些,从而可以减小柔性显示面板31和柔性支撑板32在相对第一壳体1伸缩的过程中与开口10边沿接触摩擦。
其中,可以通过调整第一卷轴21的边缘a(第一卷轴21靠近第三壳体壁12a一侧边缘)与第二卷轴22的边缘b(第二卷轴22靠近第三壳体壁12a一侧边缘)在第二方向Y上的错开距离来实现,比如,如图2所示,可以将第一卷轴21的边缘a与第二卷轴22的边缘b在第二方向Y上的错开距离设置为一个柔性支撑板32的厚度。
当然,第一卷轴21、第二卷轴22的位置也可以对调,也就是:如图6所示,第一卷轴21设置于第一壳体壁11a与第二卷轴22之间,在第一卷轴21、第二卷轴22的位置对调后与对调前所取得的效果相同,在此不再赘述。
如图2和图6所示,柔性显示面板31在由开口10向第一壳体1外伸出的过程中,为了保证柔性支撑板32能够与柔性显示面板31更紧密地贴合在一起,本公开提供了以下所述实施例。
图9和图10所示为使柔性支撑板32与柔性显示面板31贴合更紧密的一个具体实施例,在该实施例中,显示装置还包括设置于第一壳体1中的第一限位件41和第二限位件42,第一限位件41和第二限位件42之间形成第一间隙43,柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32从第一间隙43中穿过;第一间隙43的宽度d小于或等于柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32的厚度之和,这样柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32从第一间隙43中穿过时,第一限位件41和第二限位件42就可以对柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32施加一个夹紧力,从而使柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32紧密地贴合在一起,使柔性支撑板32对柔性显示面板31形成更好的支撑。
第一限位件41和第二限位件42的结构不唯一,比如,第一限位件41、第二限位件42可以均为限位辊,如图9和图10所示,第一限位件41为第一限位辊,第二限位件42为第二限位辊,第一壳体1还包括沿第三方向Z相隔设置于第一壳体1中两个固定壁14,第一限位辊、第二限位辊均沿第三方向Z延伸,第一限位辊的两端分别配合伸入两个固定壁14上所开设的第三安装孔141中,第二限位辊的两端分别配合伸入两个固定壁14所开设的第四安装孔142中,以实现第一限位辊、第二限位辊可转动设置于第一壳体1中。
当然,除了上述结构之外,第一限位辊、第二限位辊的两端也可以分别配合伸入第五壳体壁13a、第六壳体壁13b上所开设的安装孔中,以实现第一限位辊、第二限位辊可转动设置于第一壳体1中。
另外,第一限位件41、第二限位件42也可以均为设置于第一壳体1中的限位杆,限位杆的两端分别与两个固定壁14连接或者限位杆的两端分别与第五壳体壁13a和第六壳体壁13b固定连接。相较于限位杆,第一限位件41、第二限位件42均为限位辊时,由于在柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32向第一壳体1外伸出时,第一限位辊、第二限位辊均可以转动,这样大大减少了柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32在伸出过程中与第一限位辊、第二限位辊的摩擦阻力,从而保证柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32的伸出更加顺畅。
图11和图12所示为使柔性支撑板32与柔性显示面板31贴合更紧密的另一个具体实施例,在该实施例中,显示装置还包括设置于第一壳体1中的第三限位件44,第三限位件44与第二卷轴22之间形成第二间隙45,柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32从第二间隙45中穿过;第二间隙45的宽度d小于或等于柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32的厚度之和。这样柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32从第二间隙45中穿过时,第三限位件44和第二卷轴22就可以对柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32施加一个夹紧力,从而使柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32紧密地贴合在一起,使柔性支撑板32对柔性显示面板31形成更好的支撑。
第三限位件44的结构不唯一,比如,如图12所示,第三限位件44可以为第三限位辊,第三限位辊沿第三方向Z延伸,且第三限位辊的两端分别配合伸入两个固定壁14上所开设的第五安装孔143中,以使第三限位辊可转动设置于第一壳体1中。当然,除了上述结构之外,第三限位辊的两端也可以分别配合伸入第五壳体壁13a、第六壳体壁13b上所开设的 安装孔中,以实现第三限位辊可转动设置于第一壳体1中。
另外,第三限位件44也可以均为设置于第一壳体1中的限位杆,限位杆的两端分别与两个固定壁14固定连接或者限位杆的两端分别与第五壳体壁13a和第六壳体壁13b固定连接。相较于限位杆,第三限位件44为第三限位辊时,由于在柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32向第一壳体1外伸出时,第三限位辊均可以转动,这样大大减少了柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32在伸出过程中与第三限位辊的摩擦阻力,从而保证柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32的伸出更加顺畅。
在该显示装置中,驱动柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32相对第一壳体1伸缩的方式不唯一。
图13所示为驱动柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32相对第一壳体1伸缩的一个具体实施例,在该实施例中,显示装置还包括驱动电机51、第一齿轮521、第二齿轮522、第三齿轮531以及第四齿轮532;第一齿轮521固定套设于驱动电机51的输出轴上,第二齿轮522固定套设于第一卷轴21上,且与第一齿轮521相啮合,第四齿轮532固定套设于第二卷轴22上,第三齿轮531啮合于第二齿轮522和第四齿轮532之间。
当需要使用该显示装置时,驱动电机51朝一方向转动,通过第一齿轮521、第二齿轮522驱动第一卷轴21沿第一转动方向M转动,同时第二齿轮522通过第三齿轮531、第四齿轮532驱动第二卷轴22沿第三转动方向U转动,第一转动方向M与第三转动方向U一致,此时柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32由开口10向第一壳体1外伸出。
当该显示装置使用完毕时,驱动电机51朝反向转动,通过第一齿轮521、第二齿轮522驱动第一卷轴21沿第二转动方向N转动,同时第二齿轮522通过第三齿轮531、第四齿轮532驱动第二卷轴22沿第四转动方向V转动,第二转动方向N与第四转动方向V一致,此时柔性显示面板31向第一卷轴21上卷绕,柔性支撑板32向第二卷轴22上卷绕,柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32由开口10向第一壳体1内缩回。
其中,该显示装置在初始状态(也就是未使用时的状态)时,柔性显示面板31的第二端、柔性支撑板32的第二端可以位于第一壳体1外,也可以位于第一壳体1中,在此不做具体限定。
图14和图15所示为驱动柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32相对第一壳体1伸缩的另一个具体实施例,在该实施例中,显示装置还包括第一发条54和第二发条55。
如图15所示,第一发条54呈螺旋状,且围绕第一卷轴21设置,第一发条54的一端与第一卷轴21相连接,另一端与第一壳体1相连接;第一发条54被配置为:当第一卷轴21沿第一转动方向M转动时,第一发条54可被上紧,以向第一卷轴21施加可驱动第一卷轴21沿第二转动方向N转动的第一复位力。
如图15所示,第二发条55呈螺旋状,且围绕第二卷轴22设置,第二发条55的一端与第二卷轴22相连接,另一端与第一壳体1相连接;第二发条55被配置为:当第二卷轴22沿第三转动方向U转动时,第二发条55可被上紧,以向第二卷轴22施加可驱动第二卷轴22沿第四转动方向V转动的第二复位力。
如图14和图15所示,当需要使用该显示装置时,用户通过手将柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32向第一壳体1外拉出,柔性显示面板31逐渐脱离第一卷轴21,并且带动第一卷轴21沿第一转动方向M转动,此时第一复位件逐渐被上紧,以向第一卷轴21施加第一复位力;同时,柔性支撑板32逐渐脱离第二卷轴22,并且带动第二卷轴22沿第三转动方向U转动,此时第二复位件逐渐被上紧,以向第二卷轴22施加第二复位力。
如图14和图15所示,当该显示装置使用完毕时,第一卷轴21在第一复位力的作用下沿第二转动方向N转动,柔性显示面板31逐渐向第一卷轴21上卷绕,第二卷轴22在第二复位力的作用下沿第四转动方向V转动,柔性支撑板32逐渐向第二卷轴22上卷绕,以使柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32向第一壳体1内缩回。
在该实施例中,柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32是在发条的复位力的作用下缩回第一壳体1中,这样就无需使用电机的驱动,从而使得该显示装置的结构更加简单,进而有利于降低该显示装置的成本。
在一些实施例中,为了使第一发条54更好地驱动第一卷轴21沿第二转动方向N转动,如图14所示,第一发条54的数目为两个,两个第一发条54分别设置于第一卷轴21的两端处。这样两个第一发条54上紧时就可以同时向第一卷轴21的两端施加第一复位力,使第一卷轴21的受力更加平衡,从而使第一卷轴21沿第二转动方向N的转动更加顺畅。
其中,第一发条54可以采用以下方式安装,如图14和图16所示,第一壳体1还包括设置于固定壁14上的第一固定壳体15,第一发条54设置于第一固定壳体15中,且一端与第一卷轴21相连接,另一端与第一固定壳体15相连接;除此之外,也可以不设置第一固定壳体15,第一发 条54的一端与第一卷轴21相连接,另一端与第三壳体壁12a或第四壳体壁12b相连接。
在一些实施例中,为了使第二发条55更好地驱动第二卷轴22沿第四转动方向V转动,如图14所示,第二发条55的数目为两个,两个第二发条55分别设置于第二卷轴22的两端处。这样两个第二发条55上紧时就可以同时向第二卷轴22的两端施加第二复位力,使第二卷轴22的受力更加平衡,从而使第二卷轴22沿第四转动方向V的转动更加顺畅。
其中,第二发条55可以采用以下方式安装,如图14和图16所示,第一壳体1还包括设置于固定壁14上的第二固定壳体16,第二发条55设置于第二固定壳体16中,且一端与第二卷轴22相连接,另一端与第二固定壳体16相连接;除此之外,也可以不设置第二固定壳体16,第二发条55的一端与第二卷轴22相连接,另一端与第三壳体壁12a或第四壳体壁12b相连接。
在一些实施例中,为了优化柔性显示面板31的显示驱动部件的设置,如图2所示,显示装置还包括第二壳体61以及显示驱动器62,显示驱动器62设置于第二壳体61中,且被配置为驱动柔性显示面板31的显示;柔性显示面板31的第二端、柔性支撑板32的第二端均连接于第二壳体61上。通过将显示驱动器62设置于第二壳体61中,也就是将显示驱动器62与第一卷轴21、第二卷轴22等机械运动部件分开设置,这样不但可以避免显示驱动器62与第一卷轴21、第二卷轴22等部件发生位置干涉,而且还可以避免显示驱动器62受到第一卷轴21、第二卷轴22等机械运动部件的干扰,从而保证显示驱动器62的正常工作;另外,由于柔性显示面板31的第二端、柔性支撑板32的第二端均连接于第二壳体61上,这样第二壳体61也相当于一个限位装置,当柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32缩回第一壳体1中时,第二壳体61与第一壳体1相抵接,以对柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32进行限位,避免柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32全部缩回到第一壳体1中。
其中,如图2所示,显示驱动器62可以包括驱动电路板621以及电源622(比如电池),驱动电路板621与柔性显示面板31电连接,电源622与驱动电路板621电连接。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,第二壳体61的一侧壳体壁上开设有安装槽611,沿柔性显示面板31相对第一壳体1的伸缩方向(也就是第一方向X),安装槽611靠近第一壳体1的一端形成有插入口6111,安 装槽611远离第一壳体1的一端封闭。柔性显示面板31的第二端、柔性支撑板32的第二端由插入口6111伸入安装槽611中,且在安装槽611中,柔性支撑板32的一侧表面(图2中所示的下侧表面)与安装槽611的槽壁相粘接,另一侧表面(图2中所示的上侧表面)与柔性显示面板31相贴合。由于在安装槽611中柔性支撑板32的一侧表面与安装槽611的槽底相粘接,另一侧表面与柔性显示面板31相贴合,这样可以使柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32更加稳固地设置于安装槽611中,避免柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32在安装槽611中发生晃动。另外,安装槽611也可对柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32伸入安装槽611中的部分进行保护,避免柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32的棱角凸出于第二壳体61的表面以受到损坏。
在一些实施例中,为了避免柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32在展开时在第一发条54、第二发条55的作用下缩回到第一壳体1中,如图17所示,显示装置还包括连接于第一壳体1和第二壳体61之间的剪叉机构7。
如图18所示,剪叉机构7包括沿柔性显示面板31相对第一壳体1的伸缩方向(也就是第一方向X)排列的四个连接杆组71,也就是连接杆组71a、连接杆组71b、连接杆组71c、连接杆组71d,每个连接杆组71均包括中部铰接在一起的连接杆711a和连接杆711b。
在连接杆组71a中,连接杆711a靠近第一壳体1的一端设置有第一铰接轴72,连接杆711b靠近第一壳体1的一端设置有第二铰接轴73,第一壳体1上开设有沿第三方向Z相隔设置的第一滑槽17和第二滑槽18,第一滑槽17、第二滑槽18均沿第三方向Z延伸,第一铰接轴72伸入第一滑槽17中,且与第一滑槽17滑动配合,以使连接杆711a靠近第一壳体1的一端与第一壳体1可移动连接;第二铰接轴73伸入第二滑槽18中,且与第二滑槽18滑动配合,以使连接杆711b靠近第一壳体1的一端与第一壳体1可移动连接。
在连接杆组71a和连接杆组71b中,连接杆组71a中的连接杆711a的一端与连接杆组71b中的连接杆711b的一端铰接,连接杆组71a中的连接杆711b的一端与连接杆组71b中的连接杆711a的一端铰接。
在连接杆组71b和连接杆组71c中,连接杆组71b中的连接杆711a的一端与连接杆组71c中的连接杆711b的一端铰接,连接杆组71b中的连接杆711b的一端与连接杆组71b中的连接杆711a的一端铰接。
在连接杆组71c和连接杆组71d中,连接杆组71c中的连接杆711a的一端与连接杆组71d中的连接杆711b的一端铰接,连接杆组71c中的连接杆711b的一端与连接杆组71d中的连接杆711a的一端铰接。
在连接杆组71d中,连接杆711a靠近第二壳体61的一端设置有第三铰接轴74,连接杆711b靠近第一壳体1的一端设置有第四铰接轴75,第二壳体61上开设有沿第三方向Z相隔设置的第三滑槽612和第四滑槽613,第三滑槽612、第四滑槽613均沿第三方向Z延伸,第三铰接轴74伸入第三滑槽612中,且与第三滑槽612滑动配合,以使连接杆711a靠近第二壳体61的一端与第二壳体61可移动连接,第四铰接轴75伸入第四滑槽613中,且与第四滑槽613滑动配合,以使连接杆711b靠近第二壳体61的一端与第二壳体61可移动连接。
当然,在上述剪叉机构7中,连接杆组71的数目除了可以为四个之外,也可以为两个、三个等,具体根据柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32伸出的最大长度而定。在连接杆组71a中,也可以是连接杆711a或连接杆711b靠近第一壳体1的一端可沿第三方向Z相对第一壳体1移动;在连接杆组71d中,也可以是连接杆711a或连接杆711b靠近第二壳体61的一端可沿第三方向Z相对第二壳体61移动。
在剪叉机构7中,如图18所示,每个连接杆组71中的连接杆711a和连接杆711b交叉形成一定的角度θ,随着柔性显示面板31和柔性支撑板32伸出距离的变大,连接杆711a和连接杆711b交叉形成的角度θ会变小,当角度θ小到一定值时,剪叉机构7能够克服第一发条54、第二发条55的复位力形成自锁,从而使柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32保持在某一位置,这样用户即使松开手,柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32也不会在第一发条54、第二发条55的作用下缩回至第一壳体1中,从而大大方便了用户的使用;当需要将柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32缩回至第一壳体1中时,用户通过将第二壳体61向靠近第一壳体1的方向推,以增大使连接杆711a和连接杆711b交叉形成的角度θ来打破剪叉机构7的自锁,这样柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32就可以在第一发条54、第二发条55的作用下缩回至第一壳体1中。
其中,该剪叉机构7可以与柔性支撑板32相接触,但为了减小剪叉机构7与柔性支撑板32之间的摩擦,如图19和20所示,剪叉机构7也可以与柔性支撑板32相隔设置,图20中标号O所示为剪叉机构7与柔性支撑板32之间的间隙。
柔性支撑板32与柔性显示面板31之间实现的贴合方式不唯一,在一些实施例中,柔性支撑板32可以通过粘接与柔性显示面板31相贴合,如图2所示,柔性支撑板32包括柔性支撑板本体321以及粘接于柔性支撑板本体321的一侧表面的粘接膜322,粘接膜322被配置为:当柔性显示面板31和柔性支撑板32由开口10向第一壳体1外伸出时,粘接膜322能够逐渐与柔性显示面板31相粘接,以使柔性支撑板32与柔性显示面板31相贴合,并且粘接膜322与柔性显示面板31之间的剥离力小于粘接膜322与柔性支撑板本体321之间的剥离力。在该实施例中是通过粘接实现柔性支撑板32与柔性显示面板31之间贴合,结构简单,成本较低。另外,由于粘接膜322与柔性显示面板31之间的剥离力小于粘接膜322与柔性支撑板本体321之间的剥离力,这样设置是为了在粘接膜322与柔性显示面板31分离时,避免粘接膜322与柔性支撑板本体321分离。
其中,为了在柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32缩回第一壳体1内时便于粘接膜322与柔性显示面板31相分离,如图2所示,粘接膜322与柔性显示面板31之间的剥离力<3g/inch,也就是粘接膜322与柔性显示面板31粘接的一侧呈弱粘接性,这样较小的力就可以使粘接膜322与柔性显示面板31分离,从而使柔性显示面板31可以顺畅地向第一卷轴21上卷绕,使柔性支撑板32顺畅地向第二卷轴22上卷绕,进而使柔性显示面板31、柔性支撑板32顺利地缩回第一壳体1内。
为了更好地对柔性显示面板31进行保护,如图2所示,粘接膜322为弹性膜。由于粘接膜322为弹性膜,这样在柔性支撑板32与柔性显示面板31相粘接的情况下,如果柔性显示面板31受到按压时,粘接膜322就可以起到缓冲的作用,从而避免柔性显示面板31因受到按压而损坏。
粘接膜的类型不唯一,比如,如图2所示,粘接膜322可以为双面粘接膜。另外,如图4所示,粘接膜322也可以为单面粘接膜,该单面粘接膜的粘接面与柔性显示面板31相粘接,该单面粘接膜背离粘接面的一侧通过粘接层323与柔性支撑板本体321相粘接。
在柔性显示面板31展开时,为了使柔性支撑板32更好地对柔性显示面板31进行支撑,如图4所示,柔性支撑板本体321为钢片。相较于其他材料,钢片的硬度相对较高,可以对柔性显示面板31进行更好地支撑,从而保证柔性显示面板31的平整性。同时,钢片的韧性相对较好,可以方便卷绕于第二卷轴22上。
其中,钢片可以为不锈钢片。
在一些实施例中,柔性支撑板32也可以通过磁吸附的方式与柔性显示面板31相贴合,具体如下:柔性支撑板32的一侧表面设置第一磁吸层,柔性显示面板31的一侧表面设置第二磁吸层,柔性显示面板31和柔性支撑板32被配置为:当柔性显示面板31和柔性支撑板32由开口10向第一壳体1外伸出时,第一磁吸层和第二磁吸层相吸合,以使柔性支撑板32与柔性显示面板31相贴合。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,柔性显示面板31包括面板本体311和柔性盖板312,面板本体311背离显示侧的一侧表面(图4所示面板本体311的下侧表面)被配置为与柔性支撑板32相贴合,柔性盖板312覆盖于面板本体311的显示侧的表面(图4所示面板本体311的上侧表面)上,且沿第三方向Z,柔性盖板312的边缘超出面板本体311的边缘设置。
在该实施例中,柔性盖板312的边缘超出面板本体311的边缘设置,也就是柔性盖板312的边缘时悬空的,这样柔性盖板312的边缘容易下垂,为了解决柔性盖板312的边缘的下垂,如图4所示,柔性显示面板31还包括弹性支撑层313,弹性支撑层313贴覆于柔性盖板312的边缘处,且被配置为当面板本体311与柔性支撑板32相贴合时,弹性支撑层313位于柔性盖板312的边缘与柔性支撑板32之间,以对柔性盖板312的边缘支撑。通过设置弹性支撑层313,这样在柔性显示面板31展开时,弹性支撑层313能够填补柔性盖板312的边缘与柔性支撑板32之间的间隙,以对柔性盖板312的边缘进行支撑,可以避免柔性盖板312的边缘下垂,保护柔性盖板312的边缘不受外力的损坏。
其中,弹性支撑层313可以为泡棉层(如图4所示),也可以为橡胶层,在此不做具体限定。
在上述实施方式的描述中,具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种显示装置,包括:
    第一壳体,所述第一壳体上开设有开口;
    第一卷轴,所述第一卷轴可转动设置于所述第一壳体中;
    第二卷轴,所述第二卷轴可转动设置于所述第一壳体中,所述第二卷轴与所述第一卷轴平行且相隔设置;
    柔性显示面板,所述柔性显示面板的第一端与所述第一卷轴相连接,且卷绕于所述第一卷轴上;
    柔性支撑板,所述柔性支撑板的第一端与所述第二卷轴相连接,且卷绕于所述第二卷轴上;
    所述柔性显示面板和所述柔性支撑板被配置为:当所述柔性显示面板和所述柔性支撑板由所述开口向所述第一壳体外伸出时,所述柔性支撑板能够逐渐与所述柔性显示面板相贴合,以对所述柔性显示面板支撑。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第一壳体包括第一壳体壁,所述开口设置于所述第一壳体壁上,所述第二卷轴设置于所述第一壳体壁与所述第一卷轴之间,或者,所述第一卷轴设置于所述第一壳体壁与所述第二卷轴之间;
    所述柔性支撑板由所述第二卷轴向所述第一壳体外的伸出方向与所述柔性显示面板由所述第一卷轴向所述第一壳体外的伸出方向相平行,并且所述柔性支撑板从所述第二卷轴上伸出的部分与所述柔性显示面板从所述第一卷轴伸出的部分相贴合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述显示装置还包括设置于所述第一壳体中的第一限位件和第二限位件,所述第一限位件和所述第二限位件之间形成第一间隙,所述柔性显示面板、所述柔性支撑板从所述第一间隙中穿过,且所述第一间隙的宽度小于或等于所述柔性显示面板、所述柔性支撑板的厚度之和。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第一限位件为第一限位辊,所述第二限位件为第二限位辊,所述第一限位辊和所述第二限位辊平行设置,且均可转动设置于所述第一壳体中。
  5. 根据权利要求2中任一项所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述显示装置还包括设置于所述第一壳体中的第三限位件,所述第三限位件与所述第二卷轴之间形成第二间隙,所述柔性显示面板、所述柔性支撑板从所述第二间隙中穿过,且所述第二间隙的宽度小于或等于所述柔性显示面板、所述柔性支撑板的厚度之和。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第三限位件为第三限位辊,所述第三限位辊可转动设置于所述第一壳体中,且与所述第二卷轴平行设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述显示装置还包括第一发条和第二发条;
    所述第一发条呈螺旋状,且围绕所述第一卷轴设置,所述第一发条的一端与所述第一卷轴相连接,另一端与所述第一壳体相连接;所述第一发条被配置为:当所述第一卷轴沿第一转动方向转动时,所述第一发条可被上紧,以向所述第一卷轴施加可驱动所述第一卷轴沿第二转动方向转动的第一复位力;
    其中,所述第一转动方向为所述柔性显示面板由所述开口向所述第一壳体外伸出时所述第一卷轴的转动方向;所述第二转动方向为与所述第一转动方向相反的方向;
    所述第二发条呈螺旋状,且围绕所述第二卷轴设置,所述第二发条的一端与所述第二卷轴相连接,另一端与所述第一壳体相连接;所述第二发条被配置为:当所述第二卷轴沿第三转动方向转动时,所述第二发条可被上紧,以向所述第二卷轴施加可驱动所述第二卷轴沿第四转动方向转动的第二复位力;
    其中,所述第三转动方向为所述柔性支撑板由所述开口向所述第一壳体外伸出时所述第二卷轴的转动方向;所述第四转动方向为与所述第三转动方向相反的方向。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述显示装置还包括第二壳体以及显示驱动器,所述显示驱动器设置于所述第二壳体中,且被配置为驱动所述柔性显示面板的显示;
    所述柔性显示面板的第二端、所述柔性支撑板的第二端均连接于所述第二壳体上;
    其中,所述柔性显示面板的第二端为所述显示面板伸出所述第一壳体外的一端,所述柔性支撑板的第二端为所述柔性支撑板伸出所述第一壳体外的一端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述第二壳体的一侧壳体壁的外表面上开设有安装槽,沿所述柔性显示面板相对所述第一壳体的伸缩方向,所述安装槽靠近所述第一壳体的一端形成有插入口,所述安装槽远离所述第一壳体的一端封闭;
    所述柔性显示面板的第二端、所述柔性支撑板的第二端由所述插入口伸入所述安装槽中,且在所述安装槽中,所述柔性支撑板的一侧表面与所述安装槽的槽壁相粘接,另一侧表面与所述柔性显示面板相贴合。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述显示装置还包括连接于所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体之间的剪叉机构;
    所述剪叉机构包括沿所述柔性显示面板相对所述第一壳体的伸缩方向排列的多个连接杆组,每个所述连接杆组均包括两个中部铰接在一起的连接杆;
    在相邻的两个所述连接杆组中,一个所述连接杆组中两个所述连接杆的一端分别与另一个所述连接杆组中两个所述连接杆的一端一一对应铰接;
    在与所述第一壳体相邻的所述连接杆组中,两个所述连接杆靠近所述第一壳体的一端分别与所述第一壳体铰接,且至少有一个所述连接杆靠近所述第一壳体的一端被配置为可沿所述第一卷轴的长度方向相对所述第一壳体移动;
    在与所述第二壳体相邻的所述连接杆组中,两个所述连接杆靠近所述第二壳体的一端分别与所述第二壳体铰接,且至少有一个所述连接杆靠近所述第二壳体的一端被配置为可沿所述第一卷轴的长度方向相对所述第二壳体移动。
  11. 根据权利要求1~10中任一项所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述柔性支撑板包括柔性支撑板本体以及粘接于所述柔性支撑板本体的一侧表面的粘接膜;
    所述粘接膜被配置为:当所述柔性显示面板和所述柔性支撑板由所述开口向所述第一壳体外伸出时,所述粘接膜能够逐渐与所述柔性显示面板相粘接,以使所述柔性支撑板与所述柔性显示面板相贴合,并且所述粘接膜与所述柔性显示面板之间的剥离力小于所述粘接膜与所述柔性支撑板本体之间的剥离力。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述粘接膜与所述柔性显示面板之间的剥离力<3g/inch。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述粘接膜为弹性膜,和/或,所述柔性支撑板本体为钢片。
  14. 根据权利要求1~13中任一项所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述柔性显示面板包括面板本体和柔性盖板,所述面板本体背离显示侧的一侧表面被配置为与所述柔性支撑板相贴合,所述柔性盖板覆盖于所述面 板本体的显示侧的表面上,且沿所述第一卷轴的长度方向,所述柔性盖板的边缘超出所述面板本体的边缘设置;
    所述柔性显示面板还包括弹性支撑层,所述弹性支撑层贴覆于所述柔性盖板的所述边缘处,且被配置为当所述面板本体与所述柔性支撑板相贴合时,所述弹性支撑层位于所述柔性盖板的所述边缘与所述柔性支撑板之间,以对所述柔性盖板的所述边缘支撑。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述弹性支撑层为泡棉层。
