技术领域
本公开涉及但不限于显示技术领域,尤指一种显示装置以及显示设备。
背景技术
随着显示面板技术的发展,利用柔性显示屏良好的柔性特征,可实现屏幕一定程度的折叠与弯曲,进而发展出一种通过卷轴功能实现终端显示屏伸展扩大的技术;目前利用柔性显示屏设计的可拉伸或者可滑动显示设备,固定板上设有一能够相对固定板平移拉伸的滑动板,柔性显示屏设置在固定板和滑动板上,随着滑动板的拉伸进行伸缩,以实现显示屏幕的伸展扩大可调。
但是,滑动板相对固定板拉伸时,在二者层叠的高度方向上存在段差,容易在段差处产生柔性显示屏的模印问题,并且柔性显示屏的拉伸部分的支撑平坦性得不到支撑。

本公开实施例提供一种显示装置,包括第一机壳、第二机壳以及分别设置在所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳上的柔性显示屏;所述柔性显示屏包括互相连接的卷曲部以及固定部,所述卷曲部至少部分设置于所述第二机壳上,所述固定部至少部分设置于所述第一机壳上,所述第二机壳与所述第一机壳滑动连接,所述卷曲部至少部分能够跟随所述第二机壳滑出或滑入所述第一机壳;所述卷曲部至少部分与所述第二机壳之间设置有支撑结构,所述支撑结构为所述卷曲部提供支撑力,以使所述卷曲部滑出所述第一机壳时,所述卷曲部远离所述第二机壳一侧的表面与所述固定部远离所述第一机壳一侧的表面平齐。
本公开实施例显示装置通过支撑结构弥补第二机壳滑出第一机壳时,第二机壳外表面与第一机壳外表面之间的段差,保证柔性显示屏中卷曲部的外表面与固定部的外表面平齐,从而避免了段差处产生柔性显示屏的模印问题,同时支撑结构为柔性显示屏提供支撑力,提高了柔性显示屏的平坦度。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本公开实施例提供的显示装置,包括第一机壳2、第二机壳1以及分别设置在第一机壳2和第二机壳1上的柔性显示屏3;第一机壳2的第一端具有开口,第一机壳2内设有收卷组件5;第二机壳1的第一端具有开口,第二机壳1的开口插入第一机壳2的开口,且第二机壳1与第一机壳2滑动连接,以使第二机壳1能够滑出或滑入第一机壳2;柔性显示屏3包括互相连接的卷曲部301以及固定部302,卷曲部301能够卷曲。固定部302至少部分设置于第一机壳2上。具体地,固定部302的第一端与第一机壳2的第一侧外表面相接,固定部302的第二端与卷曲部301的第一端相接。卷曲部301至少部分设置于第二机壳1上。具体地,卷曲部301的第一端与固定部302的第二端相接,卷曲部301的第二端绕过第二机壳1远 离第一机壳2的一端与第一机壳2内的收卷组件5连接,以使卷曲部301能随第二机壳1滑出或滑入第一机壳2。卷曲部301至少部分与第二机壳1外表面之间设置有支撑结构4,支撑结构4为卷曲部301提供支撑力,以使卷曲部301跟随第二机壳1滑出第一机壳1时,位于第二机壳1第一侧上的卷曲部301远离第二机壳1第一侧的表面与固定部302远离第一机壳2第一侧的表面平齐。其中,第二机壳1的第一侧与第一机壳2的第一侧位于显示装置的同侧。
本公开实施例显示装置为了解决可拉伸或可滑动显示装置,在拉伸显示屏时,滑动板与固定板之间存在段差,容易在段差处产生柔性显示屏的模印问题,并且柔性显示屏的拉伸部分的支撑平坦性得不到支撑的问题。本实施例提供的显示装置中将柔性显示屏3设置在相互滑动配合的第一机壳2和第二机壳1上,使其能够随第二机壳1滑入或滑出第一机壳2来改变柔性显示屏3的显示面积,并且通过支撑结构4的设置,使得第二机壳1在滑出第一机壳2时,第二机壳1第一侧的柔性显示屏3的卷曲部301的外表面在支撑结构4的支撑力作用下,与第一机壳2第一侧的柔性显示屏3的固定部302的外表面平齐,以杜绝段差的问题。其中,卷曲部301的外表面和固定部302的外表面分别指卷曲部301远离第二机壳1第一侧的表面和固定部302远离第一机壳2第一侧的表面。
如图7所示,第一机壳2为刚性结构件,其为具有开口的槽状结构,例如:截面为U形、方形、圆形等,本实施例中优选为截面为U形的槽,在具有容纳空间的前提下尽量缩小厚度尺寸,以保证显示装置最终的厚度较小;第一机壳2内设有收卷组件5,收卷组件5具有缠绕功能,可以对柔性显示屏3的卷曲部301进行缠绕收纳。
如图7所示,第二机壳1为刚性结构件,其为具有开口的槽状结构,例如:截面为U形、方形、圆形等,本实施例中优选为截面为U形的槽,在具有容纳空间的前提下尽量缩小厚度尺寸,以保证显示装置最终的厚度较小,同时还能够在滑出/滑入第一机壳2时对第一机壳2内的电池等元器件进行避让;因而,可以理解的是,将第二机壳1设置为不具有开口的形式也是属于本申请的保护范围的,此时至需要将电池等元器件的设置位置避开第二机壳 1的滑动轨迹即可;其中,为了实现第二机壳1与第一机壳2的滑动连接,在二者之间设置滑动组件(滑道/滑轨与滑块/滑轮的配合)是显而易见的,滑动组件(滑道/滑轨与滑块/滑轮的配合)的设置是本领域技术人员可以轻易理解并实现的,在此不做过多赘述。
在示例性实施方式中,柔性显示屏3为柔软的、可变形、可弯曲的显示装置,是本领域技术人员可以轻易理解或事项的,并且其结构或显示原理不是本公开的保护重点,在此不做过多赘述。
在示例性实施方式中,支撑结构4为刚性材质,比如,支撑结构为金属材质。刚性材质的支撑强度大,为柔性显示屏提供稳定的支撑面,保证柔性显示屏的平坦性。支撑结构4能够在第二机壳1滑出第一机壳2时,为位于第二机壳1第一侧上的卷曲部301提供远离第二机壳1第一侧的支撑力,以使第二机壳1第一侧上的卷曲部301的外表面与第一机壳2第一侧上的固定部302的外表面平齐。
如图4和图5所示,支撑结构4包括至少一个刚性支撑条401,刚性支撑条401的延伸方向与柔性显示屏3的拉伸方向垂直。优选地,刚性支撑条401沿着垂直柔性显示屏3的拉伸方向贯穿卷曲部301,以对整个柔性显示屏3提供均匀的支撑力。
在一些实施方式中,当支撑结构包括一个刚性支撑条,在卷曲部滑出第一机壳时,刚性支撑条设置在卷曲部在柔性显示屏拉伸方向的中心位置。
如图4和图5所示,支撑结构4包括至少两个刚性支撑条401,刚性支撑条401沿着柔性显示屏3的拉伸方向并排排布,相邻刚性支撑条401之间设置有卷曲空间,卷曲空间能够使支撑结构4卷曲,使支撑结构4能够跟随卷曲部301滑入第一机壳2内。
如图4所示,刚性支撑条401在柔性显示屏3拉伸方向的相对两侧面与卷曲部301的表面之间形成的内角均为钝角,即该内角大于90度小于180度,相邻刚性支撑条401的所述侧面之间形成卷曲空间。在卷曲部滑出第一机壳时,刚性支撑条401的横截面呈倒梯形,相邻刚性支撑条401靠近卷曲 部一侧表面的端部互相接触,从而形成连续的支撑面402,从而为柔性显示屏3提供均匀的支撑力。
在一些实施方式中,刚性支撑条沿着柔性显示屏的拉伸方向间隔设置,该间隔形成卷曲空间。
在示例性实施方式中,收卷组件5具有缠绕收卷的功能,可以将柔性显示屏3的部分或全部进行缠绕收纳,实现第二机壳1滑出第一机壳2时,柔性显示屏3被拉出,第二机壳1滑入第一机壳2时,柔性显示屏3被收纳。
在示例性实施方式中,刚性支撑条401至少具有第一表面,第一表面位于刚性支撑条靠近卷曲部一侧,与卷曲部固定连接,从而使支撑结构4能够跟随柔性显示屏被收卷组件拉出或收纳。当支撑结构4包括至少两个刚性支撑条401,相邻刚性支撑条的第一表面形成为柔性显示屏提供支撑力的支撑面402。
在示例性实施方式中,第一表面为平面,从而为柔性显示屏提供均匀的支撑力。
如图5和图6所示,刚性支撑条401还具有第二表面,第二表面位于刚性支撑条401靠近第二机壳1一侧,与第二机壳1的外表面滑动连接,从而能够使支撑结构能够跟随第二机壳滑入或滑出第一机壳。
如图5和图6所示,第二表面设置有至少一个固定块6,第二机壳1第一侧设置有卡槽,卷曲部滑出第一机壳时,固定块可以嵌入卡槽中,以限制卷曲部沿着远离第二机壳方向移动,从而防止柔性显示屏在拉伸时拱起,影响显示效果。
如图6所示,固定块6包括支撑件以及设置于支撑件远离支撑结构一端的卡扣601,卡扣601可以嵌入卡槽中,以限制卷曲部沿着远离第二机壳方向移动。优选地,固定块6为T形结构。
如图2和图8所示,本公开实施例显示装置还包括张紧件7,张紧件7的一端与卷曲部301远离固定部302的一端连接,张紧件7的另一端与收卷组件5相接。张紧件7能够对柔性显示屏提供稳定拉力,使得柔性显示屏3在拉伸过程中,保持紧绷平整。
如图8和图9所示,柔性显示屏3包括背膜8,背膜8包括互相连接的可卷曲部801以及非卷曲部802,可卷曲部801能够卷曲,能够跟随第二壳体滑出或滑入第一壳体。非卷曲部802位于柔性显示屏3靠近收卷组件5一端,与收卷组件相连。非卷曲部802不用跟随第二壳体滑出或滑入第一壳体,非卷曲部802可以不被卷曲。可卷曲部801材质的模量小于非卷曲部802材质的模量,从而使可卷曲部801卷曲时,可卷曲部801上的显示层应变较小,非卷曲部802能够在收卷组件拉力作用下变形较小,不影响背膜8上显示层的功能。
在示例性实施方式中,可卷曲部801材质的模量为2GPa至5GPa,非卷曲部802材质的模量为6GPa至15GPa,使收卷组件拉力作用在高模量的非卷曲部802,从而不影响背膜8上显示层的功能。
本公开实施例还提供了一种显示设备,包括前述的显示装置。本公开实施例显示设备可以为:手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
在本公开实施例的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中部”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。
在本公开实施例的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本公开中的具体含义。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括第一机壳、第二机壳以及分别设置在所述第一机壳和所述第二机壳上的柔性显示屏;所述柔性显示屏包括互相连接的卷曲部以及固定部,所述卷曲部至少部分设置于所述第二机壳上,所述固定部至少部分设置于所述第一机壳上,所述第二机壳与所述第一机壳滑动连接,所述卷曲部至少部分能够跟随所述第二机壳滑出或滑入所述第一机壳;所述卷曲部至少部分与所述第二机壳之间设置有支撑结构,所述支撑结构为所述卷曲部提供支撑力,以使所述卷曲部滑出所述第一机壳时,所述卷曲部远离所述第二机壳一侧的表面与所述固定部远离所述第一机壳一侧的表面平齐。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述支撑结构包括至少一个刚性支撑条,所述刚性支撑条的延伸方向与所述柔性显示屏的拉伸方向垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述支撑结构包括至少两个所述刚性支撑条,所述刚性支撑条沿着所述柔性显示屏的拉伸方向并排排布,相邻所述刚性支撑条之间设置有卷曲空间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述刚性支撑条在所述柔性显示屏拉伸方向的相对两侧面与所述卷曲部的表面之间形成的内角均为钝角,使相邻所述刚性支撑条的所述侧面之间形成所述卷曲空间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述刚性支撑条至少具有第一表面,所述第一表面位于所述刚性支撑条靠近所述卷曲部一侧,与所述卷曲部固定连接,相邻所述刚性支撑条的所述第一表面形成为所述卷曲部提供支撑力的支撑面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一表面为平面。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述刚性支撑条还具有第二表面,所述第二表面位于所述刚性支撑条靠近所述第二机壳一侧,与所述第二机壳滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二表面设置有至少一个固定块,所述第二机壳靠近所述柔性显示屏的固定部一侧上设置有卡槽,所述卷曲部滑出所述第一机壳时,所述固定块可以嵌入所述卡槽中,以限制所述卷曲部沿着远离所述第二机壳方向移动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述固定块包括支撑件以及设置于所述支撑件远离所述第二表面一侧的卡扣,所述卡扣可以嵌入所述卡槽中,以限制所述卷曲部沿着远离所述第二机壳方向移动。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二表面设置有一个固定块,所述固定块位于所述刚性支撑条垂直于所述柔性显示屏拉伸方向的中部。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,还包括张紧件以及设置于所述机壳内的收卷组件,所述张紧件的一端与所述卷曲部远离所述固定部的一端连接,所述张紧件的另一端与所述收卷组件相接。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述卷曲部包括背膜,所述背膜包括互相连接的可卷曲部以及非卷曲部,所述可卷曲部材质的模量小于所述非卷曲部材质的模量。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述可卷曲部材质的模量为2GPa至5GPa,所述非卷曲部材质的模量为6GPa至15GPa。
  14. 一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至13任一所述的显示装置。
