在一些可选的实施方式中,所述卷筒内还设有配置以将卡合的所述第一压合单元和第二压合单元分离的分离单元。分离单元的设置便于将第一压合单元和第二压合单元分离,使得柔性显示屏的边缘恢复柔性,同时也便于两个第二转轴分别将第一压合单元和第二压合单元卷起。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述分离单元为分离块,所述分离块的中部设有允许所述柔性显示屏穿过的通孔,所述分离块相对所述卷筒固定,并且所述分离块具有分别向所述第一分离单元和所述第二分离单元凸起的两个第四凸起;每个所述第一压合单元和每个所述第二压合单元上设有凹陷部,相邻两个所述第一压合单元和相邻两个所述第二压合单元分别卡合时,相邻两个所述第一压合单元的凹陷部形成封闭的第二凹槽以限位所述分离块的其中一个所述第四凸起,相邻两个所述第二压合单元的凹陷部形成封闭的第三凹槽以限位所述分离块的另一所述第四凸起。
在一些可选的实施方式中,所述第一压合单元和所述第二压合单元的材料为塑料。塑料材料具有一定的硬度同时又便于卷起。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图对本发明的实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分示例性实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的示例性实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例都属于本发明的保护范围。
除非另作定义,此处使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本发明专利申请说明书以及权利要求书中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。同样,“一个”、“一”或者“该”等类似词语也不表示数量限制,而是表示存在至少一个。“包括”或者“包含”等类似的词语意指出现该词前面的元件或者物件涵盖出现在该词后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,而不排除其他元件或者物件。“上”、“下”、等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相对位置关系也可能相应地改变。
如图1和图2所示,本公开的实施例提供了一种柔性显示器,包括:卷筒1,卷筒1的外壁上设置有开口10;与卷筒1转动连接的第一转轴2;柔性显示屏3,柔性显示屏3的第一端31可活动地设置,柔性显示屏3的第二端32固定于第一转轴2;柔性显示屏3可通过卷筒1的开口10伸出卷筒1或缩回卷筒1内。
本公开的实施例提供的柔性显示器中,通过设置卷筒1和第一转轴2,可以便于柔性显示屏3的收起和展开。
上述柔性显示屏3可以通过直接缠绕在第一转轴2上而卷起,并且卷动时的轴线与第一转轴2的轴线重合;也可以通过驱动第一转轴2转动而卷起收纳于卷筒1的内壁,并且卷动时的轴线与卷筒1的轴线重合。
需要展开柔性显示屏3时,使用者可手动拉动柔性显示屏3的可活动的第一端,从而对柔性显示屏3施加第一拉力;此时,由于柔性显示屏3的第二端与第一转轴2固定连接,第一转轴2会对柔性显示屏3施加与第一拉力方向相反的第二拉力;在第一拉力和第二拉力的作用下,柔性显示屏3会被拉平整。
因此,本公开的实施例提供的柔性显示器可以提高柔性显示屏收起的方便性,提高柔性显示屏展开后的平整性,并且提高柔性显示器的显示效果。
在一个示例中,如图2所示,上述柔性显示器还包括:与卷筒1转动连接的至少一个第二转轴5;设置于柔性显示屏3的至少一个侧边上的边框4,每个边框4的第一端与柔性显示屏3的第一端31固定连接,每个边框4的第二端固定于第二转轴5,每个边框4用于:当柔性显示屏3伸出卷筒1时,压平该边框所在的侧边;当柔性显示屏3收回卷筒1内时,边框4与柔性显示屏3分离并卷装于第二转轴5上。通过设置边框4,可以将伸出卷筒1的柔性显示屏3压平,使得柔性显示屏3的边缘的强度增大,同时当柔性显示屏3收回到卷筒1内时,边框4可以与柔性显示屏3分离,使得柔性显示屏3的边缘恢复柔性,以便柔性显示屏3收回,而边框4也可以随之卷起到第二转轴5上,使得柔性显示器便于携带。
上述柔性显示屏的侧边指的是柔性显示屏除第一端和第二端以外的边。上述边框4可以采用记忆合金材料形成或采用如卷尺一样的材料形成,上述柔性显示屏3的收回方式可以为卷曲,也可为折叠等。
在一些实施方式中,第一转轴2和第二转轴5的旋转速度相同,上述第一转轴2和第二转轴5的旋转可以为手动旋转,也可以为驱动旋转。当第一转轴2和第二转轴5为驱动旋转时,第一转轴2和第二转轴5可以采用同一驱动电机驱动,也可以采用分别控制的驱动电机;相应地,为便于使用者控制驱动电机的开启和关闭,可以在卷筒1上设置控制开关。该开关可以为机械式也可以为触控式。
为了进一步提高柔性显示屏3伸出卷筒1后的平整性并且进一步提高柔性显示器的显示效果,柔性显示屏3的所有侧边上均设有边框4。
在一个示例中,如图3和图4所示,边框4包括:多个可相对转动的第一压平单元41,以及将第一压平单元41锁定在设定位置以形成边框4的锁紧机构。
可选地,每个第一压平单元41相对的两侧分别设有卡槽42和卡扣43,任意相邻两个第一压平单元41之间通过卡槽42和卡扣43相互卡合连接。为了便于边框4的卷起,可以将卡扣43设置为柔性的,将卡扣43和卡槽42设置为间隙配合,以使相邻两个第一压平单元41相互卡合处便于弯折。
上述锁紧机构的实现方式可以有多种。可选地,如图3所示,锁紧机构包括分别与多个第一压平单元41中的一个卡合配合的多个第二压平单元44;例如,当第二转轴5的个数为两个时,多个第一压平单元41和多个第二压平单元44分别卷设于一第二转轴5上并且一一对应。
在一个示例中,如图5所示,每个第二压平单元44相对的两侧分别设有卡槽42和卡扣43,任意相邻两个第二压平单元44之间通过卡槽42和卡扣43相互卡合连接。同样,为了便于边框4的卷起,可以将卡扣43设置为柔性的,将卡扣43和卡槽42设置为间隙配合,以便相邻两个第一压平单元41相互卡合处便于弯折。
为了便于将第一压平单元41和第二压平单元44固定在一起,如图4和图5所示,每个第一压平单元41设有至少一个第一凸起45,每个第二压平单元44设有与该至少一个第一凸起45一一对应配合的第一凹槽46;或,每个第一压平单元41设有至少一个第一凹槽46,每个第二压平单元44设有与该至少一个第一凹槽46一一对应配合的第一凸起45。
通过凸起和凹槽的设置,便于将相对设置的第一压平单元41和第二压平单元44压合锁止在一起。对于第一凸起和第一凹槽的具体形状,可由本领域技术人员根据实际需要设定。
为了便于将第一压平单元41和第二压平单元44压合在一起,如图2所示,卷筒1内设有平行设置的、并且其间形成有压合间隙的第一导轨91和第二导轨92,用于将位于压合间隙内的柔性显示屏3、第一压平单元41和第二压平单元44压合在一起。第一导轨91和第二导轨92的具体形状和长度可以根据实际需要设定。为了避免第一导轨91和第二导轨92在压合第一压平单元41和第二压平单元44时对第一压平单元41和第二压平单元44造成损伤,可以将第一导轨91和第二导轨92的用于压合的面配置为光滑面。
在一个示例中,如图3所示,每个第一压平单元41上设有用于压平柔性显示屏3的侧边的至少一个第二凸起411,每个第二压平单元44上设有与该至少一个第二凸起411一一对应的第三凸起441,以便于压平柔性显示屏 3的边缘。为了避免第一凸起411和第二凸起441对柔性显示屏3造成划伤,较佳的,第一凸起411和第二凸起441与柔性显示屏3接触的一面为光滑曲面。
上述柔性显示屏3的第一端31可从卷筒1外壁上的开口伸出卷筒1,因此在一个示例中,上述柔性显示器还包括与柔性显示屏3的第一端31固定连接的抽拉杆6,如图1所示。当柔性显示屏3被卷起时,抽拉杆6可盖合开口。抽拉杆6的设计一方面便于将柔性显示屏3抽拉出卷筒1;另一方面,当柔性显示屏3收回卷筒1内时,抽拉杆6可以盖合卷筒1上的开口,减少外界灰尘、水蒸气等进入卷筒1内现象的发生,可以提高卷筒1内的封闭性。
在一个示例中,如图2所示,卷筒1内还设有用于将卡合的第一压合单元41和第二压合单元42分离的分离单元。分离单元的设置便于将第一压合单元41和第二压合单元42分离,使得柔性显示屏3的通过第一压平单元之间、第二压平单元之间、以及第一和第二压平单元之间的连接而实现的刚性边缘恢复为柔性边缘,此后两个第二转轴5可分别将第一压合单元41和第二压合单元42卷起。
上述分离单元的实施方式可以有多种。可选的,如图2所示,分离单元可为分离块7,分离块7的中部设有允许柔性显示屏3穿过的通孔,分离块7相对卷筒1固定,并且分离块7具有分别向第一分离单元41和第二分离单元42凸起的两个第四凸起71;相应地,每个第一压合单元41和每个第二压合单元42上可设有凹陷部8(图2中未示出,在图4中可见),相邻两个第一压合单元41和相邻两个第二压合单元42分别卡合时,相邻两个第一压合单元41的凹陷部8形成封闭的第二凹槽以限位分离块7的其中一个第四凸起71,相邻两个第二压合单元42的凹陷部8形成封闭的第三凹槽以限位分离块7的另一第四凸起71。通过分离块7分别与相邻两个第一压合单元41之间围成的第二凹槽和相邻两个第二压合单元42之间围成的第三凹槽的配合,可以实现对第一压合单元41和第二压合单元42的分离。
上述第一压合单元41和第二压合单元42的形成材料可以有多种,可选的,第一压合单元41和第二压合单元42的材料为塑料。塑料具有一定的硬度同时又便于卷起。
当第一转轴2和第二转轴5为人工手动旋转、并且柔性显示屏3为卷曲 式收纳时,如图2所示,使用者手动拉动抽拉杆6,卷筒1内已经卷曲的柔性显示屏3通过第二转轴5的逆时针(顺时针)旋转伸出卷筒1,同时第一压合单元41和第二压合单元42在其所缠绕的第二转轴5的转动带动下也展开,当第一压合单元41、柔性显示屏3和第二压合单元42通过第一导轨91和第二导轨92之间的间隙时,第一压合单元41、柔性显示屏3和第二压合单元42被第一导轨91和第二导轨92压合在一起,形成一个刚性的边框4;相反的,当需要将柔性显示屏3卷起来时,卡合在一起的第一压合单元41和第二压合单元42在经过分离块7时,分离块7会将第一压合单元42和第二压合单元42分离,第一卷轴2将第一压合单元41和第二压合单元42卷起,第二转轴5将柔性显示屏3卷起。
本公开的实施例中,上述柔性显示器可以为电脑、手机等电子设备。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本公开的实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本公开的实施例的这些修改和变型属于本公开权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本公开也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
本申请要求于2017年5月10日提交的名称为“柔性显示器”的中国专利申请No.201710324778.1的优先权,该申请全文以引用方式合并于本文。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种柔性显示器,包括:
    卷筒,所述卷筒的外壁上设置有开口;
    与所述卷筒转动连接的第一转轴;以及
    柔性显示屏,可通过所述开口伸出或收回所述卷筒,具有可活动的第一端和固定于所述第一转轴的第二端,所述第一端和第二端相对设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的柔性显示器,还包括:
    与所述卷筒转动连接的至少一个第二转轴;
    设置于所述柔性显示屏的至少一个侧边上的边框,每个所述边框的第一端与所述柔性显示屏的第一端固定连接,每个所述边框的第二端固定于所述第二转轴,并且
    每个所述边框被配置为:当所述柔性显示屏伸出所述卷筒时,压平所述边框所在的侧边;当所述柔性显示屏收回所述卷筒内时,所述边框与所述柔性显示屏分离并卷装于所述第二转轴上,
    其中,所述侧边为所述柔性显示屏除所述第一端和第二端之外的边缘。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的柔性显示器,其中,所述柔性显示屏的所有侧边上均设有所述边框。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的柔性显示器,其中,所述边框包括:多个可相对转动的第一压平单元,以及将所述多个第一压平单元锁定在设定位置以形成所述边框的锁紧机构。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的柔性显示器,其中,每个所述第一压平单元相对的两侧分别设有卡槽和卡扣,任意相邻两个所述第一压平单元之间通过所述卡槽和所述卡扣相互卡合连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的柔性显示器,其中,所述锁紧机构包括分别与所述多个第一压平单元中的一个卡合配合的多个第二压平单 元;
    所述第二转轴的个数为两个,所述第一压平单元和所述第二压平单元分别卷设于其中一个所述第二转轴上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的柔性显示器,其中,每个所述第二压平单元相对的两侧分别设有卡槽和卡扣,任意相邻两个所述第二压平单元之间通过所述卡槽和所述卡扣相互卡合连接。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的柔性显示器,其中,每个所述第一压平单元设有至少一个第一凸起,每个所述第二压平单元设有与对应的第一压平单元上的所述至少一个第一凸起一一对应配合的至少一个第一凹槽;或,
    每个所述第一压平单元设有至少一个第一凹槽,每个所述第二压平单元设有与对应的第一压平单元上的所述至少一个第一凹槽一一对应配合的至少一个第一凸起。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的柔性显示器,其中,所述卷筒内设有平行设置的第一导轨和第二导轨,所述第一导轨和所述第二导轨之间形成压合间隙,并且所述第一导轨和所述第二导轨被配置为将位于压合间隙内的柔性显示屏、第一压平单元和第二压平单元压合在一起。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的柔性显示器,其中,每个所述第一压平单元上设有配置以压平所述柔性显示屏的侧边的第二凸起,每个所述第二压平单元上设有与对应的第一压平单元上的所述第二凸起对应的第三凸起。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的柔性显示器,还包括:与所述柔性显示屏的第一端固定连接的抽拉杆,
    所述抽拉杆被配置为:当所述柔性显示屏被卷起时,闭合所述开口。
  12. 如权利要求6~11中任一项所述的柔性显示器,其中,所述 卷筒内还设有配置以将卡合的所述第一压合单元和第二压合单元分离的分离单元。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的柔性显示器,其中,所述分离单元为分离块,所述分离块的中部设有允许所述柔性显示屏穿过的通孔,所述分离块相对所述卷筒固定,并且所述分离块具有分别向所述第一分离单元和所述第二分离单元凸起的两个第四凸起;
    每个所述第一压合单元和每个所述第二压合单元上设有凹陷部,
    相邻两个所述第一压合单元和相邻两个所述第二压合单元分别卡合时,相邻两个所述第一压合单元的凹陷部形成封闭的第二凹槽以限位所述分离块的其中一个所述第四凸起,相邻两个所述第二压合单元的凹陷部形成封闭的第三凹槽以限位所述分离块的另一所述第四凸起。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的柔性显示器,其中,所述第一压合单元和所述第二压合单元的材料为塑料。
