一种卷帘平衡自锁制尾组件,参考附图1和2,包括拨轮23、伸缩部件22、压簧26、制尾外壳25和自锁件27,拨轮23设在制尾外壳25的一端,伸缩部件22滑动连接于制尾外壳25的内侧,伸缩部件22的一端穿过拨轮23,伸缩部件22的一端还设有连接轴21,压簧26设在制尾外壳25内,压簧26的一端与伸缩部件22相抵;
转动拨轮23时,伸缩部件22带动连接轴21作轴向滑动;
自锁件27活动连接在制尾外壳25上,拨轮23的外侧设有至少一个卡槽2302,自锁件27上设有与卡槽2302相匹配的锁舌2702。
优选的,参考附图3,制尾外壳25的一端设有向外延伸的环形安装部2501, 环形安装部2501上设有凸台2503,自锁件27的一端开设有配合孔2701,配合孔2701与凸台2503配合;自锁件27的另一端设有锁扣2703,环形安装部2501上设有与锁扣2703匹配的卡扣2504;环形安装部2501上还设有限位部2505,锁舌2702的外侧与限位部2505滑动配合。
通过在环形安装部2501上设置凸台2503,用于与自锁件27上的配合孔2701对应,从而自锁件27活动连接在制尾外壳25上,自锁件27可以凸台2503为轴作旋转活动。在环形安装部2501上设置卡扣2504用于与自锁件27上的锁扣2703对应,锁紧拨轮23时,自锁件27上的锁舌2702与拨轮23上的卡槽2302对应,同时锁扣2703与卡扣2504对应,使得锁紧拨轮23时自锁件27扣合于制尾外壳25上,对自锁件27起到了固定的作用,避免出现面料跑偏带动自锁件27脱离拨轮23的情况,保证了卷帘的安全运行。在环形安装部2501上设置限位部2505,在自锁件27活动的过程中,锁舌2702的外侧与限位部2505滑动配合,从而对自锁件27的活动起到了导向定位作用。
优选的,参考附图4,拨轮23包括调节盘2301和第一定位管2304,调节盘2301设在第一定位管2304的一端,第一定位管2304与伸缩部件22相抵;
第一定位管2304的端面包括与拨轮23的距离依次减小的第一外斜面、第二外斜面和第三外斜面,第一外斜面的一端设有第一外平台面,第一外斜面与第二外斜面之间设有第二外平台面、第二外斜面与第三外斜面之间设有第三外平台面,第三外斜面的另一端设有第四外平台面,第一外平台面、第一外斜面、第二外平台面、第二外斜面、第三外平台面、第三外斜面和第四外平台面依次连接并形成阶梯状。由此,通过设置在第一定位管2304上开设与拨轮23的距离依次减小的第一外斜面、第二外斜面和第三外斜面,使得转动拨轮23时,伸缩部件22在压簧26的作用下相应与第一外斜面、第二外斜面和第三外斜面贴 合,带动连接轴21作伸缩的轴向运动,通过设置第一外平台面、第二外平台面、第三外平台面和第四外平台面,使得转动拨轮23至伸缩部件22与第一外平台面、第二外平台面、第三外平台面或第四外平台面相抵时,第一外平台面、第二外平台面、第三外平台面或第四外平台面提供的支撑力与压簧26提供的弹簧大小相等、方向相反,从而保证此时伸缩部件22在与第一外平台面、第二外平台面、第三外平台面或第四外平台面相抵时,伸缩部件22不会作轴向滑动,使得连接轴21的伸出长度具有三级可调,从而便于调节连接轴21伸出的长度。在另外一些实施例中,外斜面的数量可以是多个,以使得连接轴21的伸出长度具有多级可调。
优选的,拨轮23还包括第二定位管2305,第二定位管2305设在第一定位管2304的内侧,第一定位管2304和第二定位管2305均与伸缩部件22相抵;
第二定位管2305的端面包括与拨轮23的距离依次减小的第一内斜面、第二内斜面和第三内斜面,第一内斜面的一端设有第一内平台面,第一内斜面与第二内斜面之间设有第二内平台面、第二内斜面与第三内斜面之间设有第三内平台面,第三内斜面的另一端设有第四内平台面,第一内平台面、第一内斜面、第二内平台面、第二内斜面、第三内平台面、第三内斜面和第四内平台面依次连接并形成阶梯状,第一内斜面与第一外斜面、第二内斜面与第二外斜面以及第三内斜面与第三外斜面均左右对称。由此,伸缩部件22同时与第一定位管2304和第二定位管2305相贴合,使得伸缩部件22与拨轮23之间具有两个对称的接触点,使得压簧26对伸缩部件22提供的弹力分解成两个平行的弹簧力,增大了伸缩部件22与拨轮23之间的接触面积,保证芯轴2206、拨轮23和制尾盖同轴运动,使得拨轮23转动时伸缩部件22的活动更稳定,避免出现卷轴跳动的现象。
优选的,述伸缩部件22包括芯轴2206和滑筒2204,滑筒2204设在芯轴2206的外侧,连接轴21过盈连接在芯轴2206的一端,连接轴21的外侧还设有齿轮2203,滑筒2204与芯轴2206之间设有配合缝隙2207,芯轴2206的外侧设有第一抵接块2201,滑筒2204的内侧设有第二抵接块2202,第一抵接块2201和第二抵接块2202分别与第二定位管2305的端面及第一定位管2304的端面相抵。由此,设置配合间隙使得第一定位管2304和第二定位管2305均可通过配合间隙伸进芯轴2206与滑筒2204之间,从而分别与第二抵接块2202和第一抵接块2201相抵,实现了转动拨轮23时,芯轴2206作轴向运动;第一抵接块2201和第二抵接块2202分别设在轴芯的外侧和滑筒2204的内侧,避免了拨轮23在转动的过程中第一抵接块2201与第一连接管、第二抵接块2202与第二连接管发生触碰。
优选的,拨轮23还包括定位台,定位台设在第一定位管2304的一端,定位台的外侧设有四个卡槽2302,四个卡槽2302分别位于第一外平面台、第二外平面台、第三外平面台和第四外平面台的外侧。设置卡槽2302的数量与外平面台的数量相同,使得当拨轮23转动至第二抵接块2202与第一外平面台、第二外平面台、第三外平面台或第四外平面台贴合时,将自锁件27转动至与相应的卡槽2302对应,即可实现对拨轮23的锁紧,便于安装。
优选的,还包括销钉24,参考附图5,制尾外壳25的外侧设有限位孔2507,定位台的外侧还设有限位滑槽2303,销钉24的一端穿过限位孔2507并与限位滑槽2303滑动连接。由此,通过设置销钉24穿过制尾外壳25,实现了拨轮23与制尾外壳25之间的轴向连接,结构简单,装配方便;销钉24包括上下设置的紧配部2401和铆钉部,紧配部2401与限位孔2507对应,铆钉部与限位滑槽2303滑动连接,紧配部2401的直径大于铆钉部的直径。
优选的,制尾外壳25的内侧设有多个滑块2502,滑筒2204的外侧开设有多个轴向滑槽2205,滑块2502与轴向滑槽2205滑动配合。由此,通过设置滑块2502与轴向滑槽2205的滑动配合,避免了滑筒2204在滑动过程中作周向活动,保证了芯轴2206与第一连接管和第二连接管之间的配合。
优选的,滑筒2204的底部开设有弹簧限位孔2507,压簧26的一端与弹簧限位孔2507对应,压簧26的另一端与制尾外壳25的另一端相抵。设置弹簧限位孔2507对压簧26起到定位作用。
实施例2
一种卷帘连接结构,参考附图6,包括制尾组件2和连接座1,连接座1上开设有与连接轴21相匹配的安装孔1001,制尾组件2通过连接轴21与连接座1可拆卸连接。通过将制尾组件2安装在卷帘卷轴的两端,将连接座1安装在安装位置上,制尾组件2通过连接轴21可与连接座1可拆卸连接,从而实现了将卷帘卷轴的装卸。
以上结合具体实施例描述了本发明的技术原理。这些描述只是为了解释本发明的原理,而不能以任何方式解释为对本发明保护范围的限制。基于此处的解释,本领域的技术人员不需要付出创造性的劳动即可联想到本发明的其它具体实施方式,这些方式都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种卷帘平衡自锁制尾组件,其特征在于,包括拨轮、伸缩部件、压簧、制尾外壳和自锁件,所述拨轮设在所述制尾外壳的一端,所述伸缩部件滑动连接于所述制尾外壳的内侧,所述伸缩部件的一端穿过所述拨轮,所述伸缩部件的一端还设有连接轴,所述压簧设在所述制尾外壳内,所述压簧的一端与所述伸缩部件相抵;
    转动所述拨轮时,所述伸缩部件带动所述连接轴作轴向滑动;
    所述自锁件活动连接在所述制尾外壳上,所述拨轮的外侧设有至少一个卡槽,所述自锁件上设有与所述卡槽相匹配的锁舌。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种卷帘平衡自锁制尾组件,其特征在于,所述制尾外壳的一端设有向外延伸的环形安装部,所述环形安装部上设有凸台,所述自锁件的一端开设有配合孔,所述配合孔与所述凸台配合;所述自锁件的另一端设有锁扣,所述环形安装部上设有与所述锁扣匹配的卡扣;所述环形安装部上还设有限位部,所述锁舌的外侧与所述限位部滑动配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种卷帘平衡自锁制尾组件,其特征在于,所述拨轮包括调节盘和第一定位管,所述调节盘设在所述第一定位管的一端,所述第一定位管与所述伸缩部件相抵;
    所述第一定位管的端面包括与所述拨轮的距离依次减小的多个外斜面和多个外平台面,所述外平台面设在相邻设置的两个所述外斜面之间,多个所述外斜面及多个所述外平台面依次连接并形成阶梯状。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种卷帘平衡自锁制尾组件,其特征在于,所述拨轮还包括第二定位管,所述第二定位管设在所述第一定位管的内侧,所述第一定位管和所述第二定位管均与所述伸缩部件相抵;
    所述第二定位管的端面包括与所述拨轮的距离依次减小的多个内斜面和多 个内平台面,所述内平台面设在相邻设置的两个所述内斜面之间,多个所述内斜面及多个所述内平台面依次连接并形成阶梯状;与所述拨轮的距离相同的外斜面和内斜面左右对称设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种卷帘平衡自锁制尾组件,其特征在于,所述伸缩部件包括芯轴和滑筒,所述滑筒设在所述芯轴的外侧,所述连接轴设在所述芯轴的一端,所述连接轴的外侧还设有齿轮,所述滑筒与所述芯轴之间设有配合缝隙,所述芯轴的外侧设有第一抵接块,所述滑筒的内侧设有第二抵接块,所述第一抵接块和所述第二抵接块分别与所述第二定位管的端面及所述第一定位管的端面相抵。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种卷帘平衡自锁制尾组件,其特征在于,所述拨轮还包括定位台,所述定位台设在所述第一定位管的一端,所述定位台的外侧设有多个所述卡槽,多个所述卡槽分别位于多个所述外平面台的外侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种卷帘平衡自锁制尾组件,其特征在于,还包括销钉,所述制尾外壳的外侧设有限位孔,所述定位台的外侧还设有限位滑槽,所述销钉的一端穿过所述限位孔并与所述限位滑槽滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种卷帘平衡自锁制尾组件,其特征在于,所述制尾外壳的内侧设有多个滑块,所述滑筒的外侧开设有多个轴向滑槽,所述滑块与所述轴向滑槽滑动配合。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种卷帘平衡自锁制尾组件,其特征在于,所述滑筒的底部开设有弹簧限位孔,所述压簧的一端与所述弹簧限位孔对应,所述压簧的另一端与所述制尾外壳的另一端相抵。
  10. 一种卷帘连接结构,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的制尾组件和连接座,所述连接座上开设有与所述连接轴相匹配的安装孔,所述 制尾组件通过所述连接轴与所述连接座可拆卸连接。
