根据本发明第二方面实施例,提供一种卷帘平衡调节器,其包括固定件,所述固定件包括套筒和固定在套筒内的中心杆,所述中心杆沿套筒的轴向方向布置,所述套筒与中心杆之间形成能容摩擦筒插入的空间;用于与卷帘杆连接的摩擦筒,所述摩擦筒插入套筒与中心杆之间的空间,所述中心杆贯穿摩擦筒,所述摩擦筒具有内侧面和外侧面,所述摩擦筒的其中一个侧面与固定件螺纹连接,所述摩擦筒的另一个侧面与固定件之间设有摩擦层
根据本发明第二方面实施例,进一步地,所述中心杆上设有外螺纹,所述摩擦筒的内侧面上设有内螺纹,所述摩擦筒与中心杆螺纹连接,所述摩擦层位于摩擦筒的外侧面与套筒之间。

根据本发明第二方面实施例,提供一种卷帘,其包括卷帘杆、帘布、两个安装码以卷帘平衡调节器,所述帘布卷绕在卷帘杆上,所述卷帘杆的两端安装在安装码上,所述卷帘杆内设有复位弹簧,所述摩擦筒与卷帘杆连接,所述固定件的一端固定在其中一个安装码上。
本发明能更好地平衡复位弹簧的扭矩,摩擦筒与摩擦层之间的摩擦力能动态地补偿复位弹簧的扭矩差,使用效果好。本发明的有益效果是:
一、通过使卷帘杆带动摩擦筒转动,摩擦筒在转动的同时沿限位螺杆轴向移动,从而使摩擦筒与摩擦层之间的摩擦力增大或减小。当卷帘杆转动,摩擦筒能随着复位弹簧的扭矩变化而增加或减小其与摩擦层之间的摩擦力,以达到动态平衡复位弹簧的作用。
二、通过使卷帘杆带动摩擦筒转动,摩擦筒在转动的同时沿固定件的轴向方向移动,从而使摩擦筒与摩擦层之间的摩擦力增大或减小。当卷帘杆转动,摩擦筒能随复位弹簧的扭矩变化而增减摩擦筒与摩擦层之间的摩擦力,以达到动态平衡复位弹簧的作用。

本部分将详细描述本发明的具体实施例,本发明之较佳实施例在附图中示出,附图的作用在于用图形补充说明书文字部分的描述,使人能够直观地、形象地理解本发明的每个技术特征和整体技术方案,但其不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,涉及到方位描述,例如上、下、前、后、左、右等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

实施例一
参照图1~图4,本实施例中的卷帘平衡调节器,其包括限位螺杆10、芯轴20以及摩擦筒30。芯轴20沿轴向方向设有芯轴通孔,限位螺杆10贯穿芯轴通孔并在其中固定。芯轴20的第二端外侧设有环形凸起22,环形凸起22上设有至少一个沉头螺孔23,沉头螺孔23的孔轴垂直于限位螺杆10。环形凸起22可与芯轴20一体成型。将螺栓拧入沉头螺孔23中,螺栓的底端与限位螺杆10抵接,从而固定芯轴20与限位螺杆10的相对位置。芯轴20插入到摩擦筒30中,优选地,摩擦筒30的内侧设有阶梯部,芯轴20位于摩擦筒30内的大径段中,摩擦筒30的小径段上设有内螺纹,摩擦筒30与限位螺杆10螺纹连接。芯轴20与摩擦筒20的大径段之间设有摩擦层,摩擦层包括至少一片摩擦片40,针对卷帘中不同的复位弹簧、卷帘杆和帘布,可适当增减摩擦片以保证能有效平衡复位弹簧的扭矩。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,摩擦片40可为长型的摩擦片,数量为三片以上,各摩擦片 40周向分布在芯轴20的外侧,各摩擦片40等距间隔。作为同等的实施方式,摩擦片40也可以为一片圆筒形的摩擦片,圆筒形的摩擦片套设在芯轴20的外侧。另外,摩擦层也可直接与芯轴20的外侧面一体成型。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,芯轴20的第一端端面上设有第一棘齿21,摩擦筒30的阶梯部台肩上设有能与第一棘齿21啮合的第二棘齿31。当帘布完全下降时,芯轴20上的第一棘齿21与摩擦筒30的第二棘齿31啮合,从而避免帘布继续下降甚至脱离卷帘杆。相应地,摩擦筒30的端面上设有第三棘齿32,限位螺杆10上设有能与第三棘齿32啮合的第四棘齿11。当帘布完全收起时,摩擦筒30移动至使第三棘齿31与限位螺杆10上的第四棘齿啮合,从而限制卷帘杆30继续转动。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,摩擦筒30的外侧面上沿轴向方向设有长度刻度。摩擦筒30上设有外罩50,外罩50套设在芯轴20与摩擦筒30的外侧,外罩50固定在芯轴20的环形凸起22上。通过对准外罩50与摩擦筒30上的长度刻度,以确定在这一位置上,摩擦筒30与芯轴20的相对摩擦力的大小,以更好地在使用前根据不同的卷帘杆及帘布作出调整。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,摩擦筒30的外侧设有至少两条凸筋34,凸筋34沿摩擦筒30的长度方向设置。当卷帘杆转动时,卷帘杆通过凸筋34与摩擦筒30联动,从而带动摩擦筒30转动。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述芯轴20内侧设有至少一道油槽。油槽可以为环形槽,环形的油槽周向布置在芯轴20的内侧,优选地,多个环形的油槽沿芯轴20的轴向间隔布置。作为同等的替代实施方式,油槽也可以为直槽,优选地,多个直槽均沿芯轴20的轴向方向布置。在油槽内注入润滑油,使芯轴20与限位螺杆10之间存在润滑油,从而降低芯轴20与限位螺杆碰撞而产生的噪音。
本卷帘平衡调节器的运行原理:当卷帘杆转动时,卷帘杆带动摩擦筒30旋转,摩擦筒30沿限位螺杆10移动,从而摩擦筒30与芯轴20上摩擦片40的接触面积发生变化,从而摩擦筒30与芯轴20之间的摩擦力发生变化,以动态适应卷帘弹簧的扭矩。
本实施例中的卷帘,其包括卷帘杆、帘布、两个安装码以及卷帘平衡调节器,帘布卷绕在卷帘杆上,卷帘杆的两端安装在安装码上,所述卷帘杆内设有复位弹簧,复位弹簧的一端与卷帘杆相接,复位弹簧的另一端与其中一个安装码相接。摩擦筒30与卷帘杆连接,限位螺杆10或阶梯轴的一端固定在其中一个安装码上。
本卷帘的运行原理:将卷帘杆、帘布和卷帘平衡调节器安装好后,预紧复位弹簧,并将卷帘杆安装到两个安装码之间。复位弹簧的扭矩等于帘布及下轨的重力加上摩擦筒30与摩擦 片40之间的摩擦力。向下拉下帘布的同时,卷帘杆转动并带动摩擦筒30,摩擦筒30转动的同时沿限位螺杆10轴向移动,摩擦筒30与芯轴20上的摩擦片的接触面积增大,及摩擦筒30与摩擦片40之间的摩擦力增大。由于帘布下降时,帘布垂下部分的重力增大,且复位弹簧的扭矩增大,为了平衡复位弹簧的扭矩,因此摩擦筒20与摩擦片40之间的摩擦力增大,以抵抗卷帘杆的运动趋势,从而使帘布能停在用户所需的位置。当帘布下降到下限位时,第一棘齿21与第二棘齿31啮合,防止卷帘杆继续转动,帘布从卷帘杆上脱落。同理,当帘布上升时,复位弹簧的扭矩减小,摩擦筒30与芯轴20之间的摩擦力也减小。直至帘布到达上限位,第三棘齿32与第四棘齿11啮合,卷帘杆不再转动。在本卷帘的使用过程中,随着卷帘杆的转动,摩擦筒30与摩擦片40之间的摩擦力总能动态补偿因帘布收放而产生的扭矩以及复位弹簧的扭矩差,起到很好的平衡作用。
实施例二
参照图5,本实施例中的卷帘平衡调节器,其与实施例一的区别仅在于芯轴20与限位螺杆10共同组成一体成型的阶梯轴。阶梯轴的小径端上设有螺纹,摩擦筒30与阶梯轴的小径段螺纹连接,摩擦筒30与阶梯轴的大径段之间设有摩擦层。该设置能避免芯轴20与限位螺杆10相互碰撞而产生的磨损,简化结构。
实施例三
参照图6,本实施例中的卷帘平衡调节器,其包括固定件60和用于与卷帘杆连接的摩擦筒30。固定件60包括套筒62和固定在套筒62内的中心杆61,中心杆61沿套筒62的轴向方向布置,套筒62与中心杆61之间形成能容摩擦筒30插入的空间。可选地,中心杆61与套筒62可一体成型。摩擦筒30具有内侧面和外侧面,所述摩擦筒30的其中一个侧面与固定件60螺纹连接,所述摩擦筒30的另一个侧面与固定件60之间设有摩擦层。摩擦筒30插入套筒62与中心杆61之间的空间,中心杆61贯穿摩擦筒30。可选地,中心杆61上设有外螺纹,摩擦筒30的内侧面上设有内螺纹,摩擦筒30与中心杆61螺纹连接,摩擦筒30可沿中心杆61移动,摩擦层位于摩擦筒30的外侧面与套筒62之间。摩擦层包括至少一片摩擦片40,针对卷帘不同的复位弹簧、不同重量的卷帘杆和帘布,可适当增减摩擦片以保证能有效平衡复位弹簧的扭矩。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,摩擦片40可为长型的摩擦片,数量为三片以上,各摩擦片40周向分布在芯轴20的外侧,各摩擦片40等距间隔。作为同等的实施方式,摩擦片40也可以为一片圆筒形的摩擦片,圆筒形的摩擦片套设在摩擦筒30的外侧。另外,摩擦层也可直接与摩擦筒30的外侧面一体成型,又或者,摩擦层可与套筒62的内侧面一体成型。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,摩擦筒30的外侧设有至少两条凸筋34,凸筋34沿摩擦筒30的长度方向设置。当卷帘杆转动时,卷帘杆通过凸筋34与摩擦筒30联动,从而带动摩擦筒30转动。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,摩擦筒30的外侧面上沿轴向方向设有长度刻度。套筒62上设有外罩50,外罩50套设在套筒62的外侧。摩擦筒30的外侧面上沿轴向方向设有长度刻度,通过对准外罩50与摩擦筒30上的长度刻度,以确定在这一位置上,摩擦筒30套筒62的相对摩擦力的大小,以更好地在使用前根据不同的卷帘杆及帘布作出调整。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述摩擦筒30内侧设有至少一道油槽。油槽可以为环形槽,环形的油槽周向布置在摩擦筒30的内侧,优选地,多个环形的油槽沿摩擦筒30的轴向间隔布置。作为同等的替代实施方式,油槽也可以为直槽,优选地,多个直槽均沿摩擦筒30的轴向方向布置。在油槽内注入润滑油,使摩擦筒30与中心杆61之间存在润滑油,从而降低摩擦筒30与中心杆61碰撞而产生的噪音。

作为上述实施方式的同等替代,可选地,摩擦筒30的外侧面与套筒62螺纹连接,套筒62的内侧设有内螺纹,摩擦筒30的外侧面上设有外螺纹,摩擦筒30与套筒62螺纹连接,摩擦层位于摩擦筒30的内侧面与中心杆61之间,优选地,摩擦片40固定在中心杆61上。其余结构同上所述。
本实施例中的卷帘,其包括卷帘杆、帘布、两个安装码以及卷帘平衡调节器,所述帘布卷绕在卷帘杆上,所述卷帘杆的两端安装在安装码上,所述卷帘杆内设有复位弹簧,所述摩擦筒30与卷帘杆连接,所述固定件60的一端固定在其中一个安装码上。
本卷帘的运行原理:将卷帘杆、帘布和卷帘平衡调节器安装好后,预紧复位弹簧,并将卷帘杆安装到两个安装码之间。复位弹簧的扭矩等于帘布及下轨的重力加上摩擦筒30与摩擦片40之间的摩擦力。向下拉下帘布的同时,卷帘杆转动并带动摩擦筒30,摩擦筒30转动的同时沿中心杆61轴向移动,摩擦筒30与套筒62内侧的摩擦片40的接触面积增大,即摩擦筒30与摩擦片40之间的摩擦力增大。由于帘布下降时,帘布垂下部分的重力增大,且复位弹簧的扭矩增大,为了平衡复位弹簧的扭矩,因此摩擦筒20与摩擦片40之间的摩擦力增大,以抵抗卷帘杆的运动趋势,从而使帘布能停在用户所需的位置。当帘布上升时,复位弹簧的扭矩减小,摩擦筒30与芯轴20之间的摩擦力也减小。直至帘布到达上限位,摩擦筒30移动 至与连接固定件的安装码抵接,卷帘杆不再转动。在本卷帘的使用过程中,随着卷帘杆的转动,摩擦筒30与摩擦片40之间的摩擦力总能动态补偿因帘布收放而产生的扭矩以及复位弹簧的扭矩差,起到很好的平衡作用。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施方式进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出种种的等同变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种卷帘平衡调节器,其特征在于,包括:
    阶梯轴,所述阶梯轴的小径段侧面上设有外螺纹;
    用于与卷帘杆连接的摩擦筒(30),所述阶梯轴贯穿摩擦筒(30),所述摩擦筒(30)内设有内螺纹,所述摩擦筒(30)的内侧与阶梯轴的小径段螺纹连接,所述摩擦筒(30)与阶梯轴的大径段之间设有摩擦层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卷帘平衡调节器,其特征在于:所述阶梯轴包括限位螺杆(10)和芯轴(20),所述芯轴(20)沿轴向方向设有芯轴通孔,所述限位螺杆(10)贯穿且固定在芯轴通孔中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卷帘平衡调节器,其特征在于:所述摩擦筒(30)的内侧设有阶梯部,所述芯轴(20)位于摩擦筒(30)内的大径段中,所述内螺纹设置在摩擦筒(30)内的小径段上,所述芯轴(20)的第一端端面上设有第一棘齿(21),所述摩擦筒(30)的阶梯部台肩上设有能与第一棘齿(21)啮合的第二棘齿(31)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的卷帘平衡调节器,其特征在于:所述摩擦筒(30)的端面上设有第三棘齿(32),所述限位螺杆(10)上设有能与第三棘齿(32)啮合的第四棘齿(11)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的卷帘平衡调节器,其特征在于:所述芯轴(20)的第二端外侧设有环形凸起(22),所述环形凸起(22)上设有至少一个沉头螺孔(23),所述沉头螺孔(23)的孔轴垂直于限位螺杆(10),螺栓插入沉头螺孔(23)后与限位螺杆(10)抵接。
  6. 一种卷帘,其特征在于:包括卷帘杆、帘布、两个安装码以及权利要求1-5中任一项所述的卷帘平衡调节器,所述帘布卷绕在卷帘杆上,所述卷帘杆的两端安装在安装码上,所述卷帘杆内设有复位弹簧,所述摩擦筒(30)与卷帘杆连接,所述阶梯轴的一端固定在其中一个安装码上。
  7. 一种卷帘平衡调节器,其特征在于,包括:
    固定件(60),所述固定件(60)包括套筒(62)和固定在套筒(62)内的中心杆(61),所述中心杆(61)沿套筒(62)的轴向方向布置,所述套筒(62)与中心杆(61)之间形成能容摩擦筒(30)插入的空间;
    用于与卷帘杆连接的摩擦筒(30),所述摩擦筒(30)插入套筒(62)与中心杆(61)之间的空间,所述中心杆(61)贯穿摩擦筒(30),所述摩擦筒(30)具有内侧面和外侧面,所述摩擦筒(30)的其中一个侧面与固定件(60)螺纹连接,所述摩擦筒(30)的另一个侧面与固定件(60)之间设有摩擦层。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的卷帘平衡调节器,其特征在于:所述中心杆(61)上设有外螺纹, 所述摩擦筒(30)的内侧面上设有内螺纹,所述摩擦筒(30)与中心杆(61)螺纹连接,所述摩擦层位于摩擦筒(30)的外侧面与套筒(62)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的卷帘平衡调节器,其特征在于:所述套筒(62)的内侧设有内螺纹,所述摩擦筒(30)的外侧面上设有外螺纹,所述摩擦筒(30)与套筒(62)螺纹连接,所述摩擦层位于摩擦筒(30)的内侧面与中心杆(61)之间。
  10. 一种卷帘,其特征在于:包括卷帘杆、帘布、两个安装码以及权利要求7-9中任一项所述的卷帘平衡调节器,所述帘布卷绕在卷帘杆上,所述卷帘杆的两端安装在安装码上,所述卷帘杆内设有复位弹簧,所述摩擦筒(30)与卷帘杆连接,所述固定件(60)的一端固定在其中一个安装码上。
