前記微粒子は、少なくともコロイドアモルファス集合体を構成している、項目16に記載の赤外線セキュリティシステム。
前記可視光散乱層の可視光の波長領域の透過率曲線は、長波長側から短波長側にかけて直線透過率が単調に減少する曲線部分を有し、前記曲線部分は入射角の増大につれて長波長側にシフトする、項目16または17に記載の赤外線セキュリティシステム。

本実施形態における赤外線セキュリティシステムは、例えば動き追跡システム、または、虹彩認証や、顔認証、静脈認証などの赤外線を利用した認証システムとして広く機能し得る。以下の説明において、赤外線セキュリティシステムは、動き追跡システムとして機能する。動き追跡システムは、例えば、ハンドジェスチャーを認識したり、人流の解析を行ったり、走行する車両の交通量や速度などを計測し得る。また、赤外線セキュリティシステムは、不審者の侵入を自動で検知して、追尾したり記録したりすることができる。
セキュリティシステム200のプロセッサ210は、赤外線検出装置120が光学積層体110を介して、参照用赤外線を受けたときに生成するブランク信号を参照して動作する。ブランク信号は被写体の情報を含まない。赤外線検出装置120(または赤外線センサ122)の画角内に被写体がいないときにセキュリティシステム200から出力される制御信号に応答して、発光装置130は赤外線を出射する。このときの赤外線を「参照用赤外線」と呼ぶ。赤外線検出装置120は、光学積層体110を透過した参照用赤外線の強度に応じた大きさのブランク信号を出力する。
赤外線検出装置120は、被写体10で反射され、光学積層体110を透過した赤外線の強度に応じた大きさの被写体信号を出力する。被写体信号は被写体10の情報を含む。
プロセッサ210は、赤外線検出装置120が光学積層体110を介して、発光装置130から1以上の被写体10に向けて出射され、1以上の被写体10で反射された赤外線を受けたときに生成する被写体信号と、ブランク信号との差分に基づいて動作する。減算器が、例えばフレーム毎に、メモリ212からブランク信号を読み出し、被写体信号からブランク信号を差し引く演算を行い得る。
プロセッサ210は、被写体信号とブランク信号との差分に基づいて、1以上の被写体10の動き(例えばハンドジェスチャーによる動き)を示す時系列データを生成し、時系列データに基づいて1以上の被写体10の動きを解析する。プロセッサ210は、減算器から出力される被写体信号とブランク信号との差分に基づいて、被写体10の動きを示す時系列データを生成する。時系列データは、複数のフレーム間の被写体の動きに関する情報を含む。プロセッサ210は、例えば、時系列データを用いて被写体の動きベクトルを検出し、動きベクトルに基づいて被写体10の動きの解析を行い得る。または、プロセッサ210は、被写体10の動きの解析に、例えば特許第4148281号に記載のモーションキャプチャのアルゴリズムを適用することができる。特許第4148281号の開示内容のすべてを参照により本明細書に援用する。
プロセッサ210は、ブランク信号の更新が必要な場合には、ブランク信号を定期的に取得して更新する(ステップS306のYes)。ブランク信号の更新が必要ない場合には、プロセッサ210は被写体信号を取得する(ステップS306のNo)。
本実施形態における赤外線セキュリティシステムはロックの解錠を管理するためのシステムである。赤外線セキュリティシステムは、光学積層体と、光学積層体を介して赤外線を受けるように配置された赤外線検出装置とを備える少なくとも1つの検出ユニットと、赤外線検出装置からの出力に基づいて動作するセキュリティシステムとを備える。当該セキュリティシステムは、赤外線検出装置が光学積層体を介して、発光装置から被写体に向けて出射され、被写体で反射された赤外線を受けたときに生成する被写体信号に基づいて、被写体の動きを示す時系列データを生成し、時系列データに基づいてロックを解錠するように構成されている。
Claims (18)
- ロックの解錠を管理する赤外線セキュリティシステムであって、
光学積層体と、前記光学積層体を介して赤外線を受けるように配置された赤外線検出装置とを備える少なくとも1つの検出ユニットと、
前記赤外線検出装置からの出力に基づいて動作するセキュリティシステムと
を備え、
前記セキュリティシステムは、
前記赤外線検出装置が前記光学積層体を介して、発光装置から被写体に向けて出射され、前記被写体で反射された赤外線を受けたときに生成する被写体信号に基づいて、前記被写体の動きを示す時系列データを生成し、
前記時系列データに基づいて前記ロックを解錠するように構成されている、赤外線セキュリティシステム。 - 前記セキュリティシステムは、
前記赤外線検出装置からの前記被写体信号に基づいて、前記赤外線検出装置に対する前記被写体の相対的な位置関係を算出し、
前記時系列データおよび前記位置関係に基づいて前記ロックを解錠する、請求項1に記載の赤外線セキュリティシステム。 - 前記被写体から入力される解錠コードをデータに変換して前記セキュリティシステムに入力する入力装置をさらに備え、
前記セキュリティシステムは、前記被写体の動きが指定された動きパターンに一致し、かつ、入力される前記解錠コードが指定されたコードに一致する場合に、前記ロックを解錠する、請求項1に記載の赤外線セキュリティシステム。 - ロックの解錠を管理する赤外線セキュリティシステムであって、
光学積層体と、前記光学積層体を介して赤外線を受けるように配置された赤外線検出装置とを備える少なくとも1つの検出ユニットと、
前記赤外線検出装置からの出力に基づいて動作するセキュリティシステムと
被写体から入力される解錠コードをデータに変換して前記セキュリティシステムに入力する入力装置と、
を備え、
前記セキュリティシステムは、
前記赤外線検出装置が前記光学積層体を介して、発光装置から前記被写体に向けて出射され、前記被写体で反射された赤外線を受けたときに生成する被写体信号に基づいて、前記赤外線検出装置に対する前記被写体の相対的な位置関係を算出し、
