- An absorbent body having at least one of pulp and superabsorbent polymer and having vertical, horizontal, and longitudinal directions that intersect with each other, and connecting an upper front end portion and an upper rear end portion of the absorbent body.
- a waist opening and a pair of leg openings wherein the belt extends from the waist opening toward the leg openings from the upper side in the vertical direction to the lower side and
- a pants-type absorbent article that is joined to the absorbent main body by a joint portion that is inclined from the inside to the outside in the left-right direction, wherein the absorbent main body is in a stretched state, In the left-right direction, the absorbent main body has a different basis weight portion in which the total basis weight of the pulp and superabsorbent polymer contained per unit area differs from that of the adjacent portion.
- a pants-type absorbent article characterized by:
- the force acting from one side in the left-right direction to the other side in the absorbent body is dispersed or weakened by the different basis weight portion, so that the force applied to the opposite side in the left-right direction is dispersed or weakened by the portion with different basis weight. It becomes difficult for power to be transmitted to Therefore, even if the portion of the absorbent body on one side in the left-right direction is pulled to one side, the portion on the other side sandwiching the different basis weight portion in the left-right direction is less likely to be pulled to one side. Positional displacement and deformation can be made difficult to occur. As a result, it is possible to realize a pants-type absorbent article in which the absorbent main body fits well when worn.
- the pants-type absorbent article has an interlocking suppression area comprising one or more parts with different basis weights, and the length of the interlocking suppression area in the vertical direction is longer than the length in the horizontal direction. is desirable.
- the one side portion and the other side portion separated by the interlocking suppression region are likely to be formed wide in the longitudinal direction.
- the deformation and displacement of the absorbent main body are less likely to be interlocked in the left-right direction, and it is possible to suppress the deterioration of fit when worn.
- the portion with different basis weight has a continuous portion in the vertical direction.
- the absorbent main body has a plurality of the different basis weight portions arranged at intervals along the vertical direction.
- gaps are formed between the vertically adjacent parts with different basis weights, and the difference in rigidity generated in the gaps becomes the starting point of bending, and the absorbent main body is elongated. It becomes easy to deform in the direction (vertical direction). As a result, the absorbent main body can be flexibly deformed according to the unevenness of the wearer's body, and the fit can be improved.
- the different basis weight portion is provided in the center portion in the left-right direction, and contains more pulp per unit area than the portions adjacent to both sides in the left-right direction of the center portion. and a high total basis weight of the superabsorbent polymer.
- the part where the basis weight of the absorbent main body is high in the central part in the left-right direction serves as a starting point for bending, and the absorbent main body is bent in the left-right direction. It will be folded in half, and it will be easy to fit the groove of the wearer's buttocks, excretory opening, etc. Therefore, the fit of the absorbent main body is improved, and leakage of excretion is less likely to occur.
- the different basis weight portion is provided in the center portion in the left-right direction, and contains more pulp per unit area than the portions adjacent to both sides in the left-right direction of the center portion. and a low total basis weight of the superabsorbent polymer.
- the portion where the basis weight of the absorbent main body is low in the central portion in the left-right direction serves as a starting point for bending, and the absorbent main body is bent in the left-right direction. It will be folded in half, and it will be easy to fit the groove of the wearer's buttocks, excretory opening, etc. Therefore, the fit of the absorbent main body is improved, and leakage of excretion is less likely to occur.
- the absorbent main body includes a liquid-absorbent absorbent core, and both sides of the portion with different basis weight in the left-right direction are provided with a predetermined length in the up-down direction. It is desirable that the absorbent core is provided with a pressing part that has a thickness and presses the absorbent core in the thickness direction.
- the absorbent core is integrally deformed along the pressed portion. easier. That is, the left and right regions of the absorbent core (absorbent main body) divided by the portion with different basis weight can be easily interlocked in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction). As a result, the regions on both sides of the absorbent main body in the left-right direction can easily follow the movements of the wearer's body, improving fit.
- the belt portion has a planar elastic member that can be stretched along the leg openings.
- the belt portion Due to the stretchability exhibited by the planar elastic member, the belt portion easily fits snugly against the wearer's skin along the leg openings. Therefore, even when the wearer walks while wearing the pants-type absorbent article, it is easy to maintain a good fit.
- the absorbent main body has a plurality of the different basis weight portions arranged at intervals along the left-right direction.
- the gap between the two parts with different basis weights adjacent to each other in the left-right direction makes it more difficult for the force in the left-right direction to be transmitted.
- the gap becomes a starting point for bending, and the absorbent main body tends to bend and deform in the left-right direction. As a result, the fit of the absorbent main body can be further improved.
- At least part of the different basis weight portion is arranged in a region above the lower end of the joint portion in the vertical direction when the absorbent main body is stretched. It is desirable that
- At least part of the different basis weight portion is arranged on the rear side in the front-rear direction in a region above a lower end of the joint portion in the vertical direction. is desirable.
- the absorbent main body bent and deformed starting from the different basis weight portion on the rear side (dorsal side) in the front-rear direction fits into the crack of the buttocks, and the left and right sides are fitted. It is possible to make it more difficult for misalignment and deformation in the direction to occur. This makes it easier to prevent deterioration of the fit of the absorbent body.
- the portion with different basis weight is arranged on the front side in the front-rear direction so as to be shifted below the lower end of the joint portion in the vertical direction.
- the wearer's body has less unevenness on the front side (abdominal side) in the front-rear direction than the back side, and there is little need to bend and deform the absorbent main body.
- the wearer's excretory opening is provided on the front side (abdominal side).
- a region above the lower end of the joint in the vertical direction and below the lower end of the outer end in the horizontal direction of the belt portion is bulged in the leg opening.
- the different basis weight portion has a first inclined portion on the back side that is inclined from the lower side to the upper side in the vertical direction and from the inner side to the outer side in the horizontal direction.
- the absolute value of the angle between the first inclined portion and the horizontal direction is equal to or less than the absolute value of the angle between the joint portion and the upper end of the belt portion.
- the absorbent main body since the inclination angle of the first inclined portion with respect to the horizontal direction does not become excessively large, the absorbent main body is likely to be folded and deformed in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction), and the upper part of the buttocks is deformed.
- the fit of the absorbent main body can be improved along the gentle unevenness extending from the back to the back.
- the different basis weight portion has a second inclined portion inclined from the upper side to the lower side in the vertical direction and from the inner side to the outer side in the horizontal direction on the back side.
- the absolute value of the angle between the second inclined portion and the horizontal direction is equal to or less than the absolute value of the angle between the joint portion and the upper end of the belt portion.
- the absorbent main body is likely to be folded and deformed in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction).
- the fit of the absorbent main body can be improved along the roundness.

- the absorbent main body 10 of the present embodiment is provided with different basis weight portions 50 (51 to 53), which will be described later (not shown in FIG. 2B).
- the absorbent core 11 is formed by molding a liquid absorbent material into a predetermined shape, and in the present embodiment, it has an elliptical shape with curved ends in the longitudinal direction.
- the liquid-absorbent material include liquid-absorbent fibers such as pulp fibers, superabsorbent polymers (so-called SAP), and the like.
- the outer peripheral surface of the absorbent core 11 may be covered with a core wrap sheet (not shown).
- the core wrap sheet include liquid-permeable sheets such as tissue paper and non-woven fabric.
- the belt portion 32 and the leg gather portion 37 are formed from the same sheet member 30.
- sheet members 30 and 30 are arranged on both sides of the absorbent body 10 in the left-right direction, respectively.
- the sheet member 30 is formed by stacking two flexible sheets 30a, 30a such as nonwoven fabric, in the thickness direction, and between the sheets 30a, a waist elastic member 33, a leg elastic member 38, and an elastic sheet 39 are arranged in the longitudinal direction. It is fixed in a stretched state.
- the laterally inner ends 30eW, 30eW of the respective sheet members 30, 30 are inserted between the top sheet 12 (absorbent core 11) and the back film 14 (back sheet 16) constituting the absorbent main body 10. and joined by an adhesive or the like.
- a folding line FL along the longitudinal direction is set between the portion of the sheet member 30 that will become the belt portion 32 and the portion that will become the leg gather portion 37 .
- Each sheet member 30 has a leg opening LH penetrating in the thickness direction so as to straddle the folding line FL in the left-right direction. Therefore, the belt portion 32 and the leg gather portion 37 are formed by folding the sheet member 30 inward in the left-right direction along the folding line FL.
- a part of the sheet member 30 is folded twice inwardly in the lateral direction, and is folded back with a hot-melt adhesive or the like.
- a folded portion FLB fixed to the .
- the folded portion FLB is located at the opening side end of the belt portion 32 in the pants-type diaper 1 and forms a part of the waist opening portion HB.
- FIG. 4A is a schematic plan view of the absorbent body 10 in a stretched state as seen from the skin side.
- FIG. 4B is a CC cross-sectional view of the absorbent body 10 of FIG. 4A.
- the absorbent main body 10 of the present embodiment has a different basis weight portion 50, which is a portion having a different basis weight when compared to adjacent portions in the left-right direction.
- a different basis weight portion 50 in the longitudinal direction, from the rear side (dorsal side) to the front side (abdominal side), a first different basis weight portion 51, a second different basis weight portion 52, and a third different basis weight portion Three grammage differing portions 50 of 53 are intermittently arranged at intervals.
- This basis weight difference part 50 is formed by increasing or decreasing the amount of liquid absorbent material contained per unit area of the absorbent main body 10 in a predetermined region of the absorbent main body 10 . For example, in FIG.
- a different basis weight portion 50 (a first different basis weight portion 51) is formed. That is, the basis weight difference part 50 (first basis weight difference part 51) shown in FIG. 4B is the pulp and superabsorbent polymer (SAP ) is a low basis weight portion having a reduced total weight compared to adjacent portions.
- SAP superabsorbent polymer
- the different basis weight portion 50 is not limited to the portion where the basis weight of the liquid absorbent material of the absorbent core 11 is reduced, as shown in FIG. 4B.
- 5A and 5B are diagrams for explaining another example of the different basis weight portion 50.
- FIG. 5A in contrast to the case of FIG. 4B, the total weight of the liquid absorbent material constituting the absorbent core 11 is placed on both sides in the left-right direction at the central portion of the absorbent main body 10 in the left-right direction.
- a different basis weight portion 50 is formed by making it larger than the adjacent portion.
- the basis weight of the absorbent core 11 is uniform, there is an absorbent material such as pulp or SAP between the top sheet 12 and the absorbent core 11 in the thickness direction at the central portion in the left-right direction.
- a sheet member 13 (second sheet 13) containing resin, absorbent paper, or absorbent nonwoven fabric is provided.
- the basis weight difference portion 50 having a large total weight of pulp, superabsorbent polymer (SAP), etc. contained per unit area is It is formed. That is, the basis weight difference portion 50 shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B is the total weight of pulp and superabsorbent polymer (SAP) contained per unit area of the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 11), It is a high basis weight portion that is increased compared to adjacent portions.
- the basis weight differing portion 50 may be formed with a configuration other than that illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5 . That is, it is sufficient that the basis weight in a predetermined region of the absorbent body 10 is different from the basis weight in the regions adjacent in the left-right direction. In the absorbent main body 10 containing tow or the like, the basis weight differing portion 50 may be formed by increasing or decreasing the content of the tow or the like in a predetermined region.
- FIG. 6 is a diagram for explaining the difference in fit of the absorbent main body 10 when worn between the conventional underpants-type diaper and the underpants-type diaper 1 of the present embodiment.
- FIG. 6A shows, as a comparative example, the state when the wearer moves the body while wearing the conventional pants-type diaper 2 as seen from the back side (buttock side) of the wearer.
- FIG. 6B shows a state when the wearer moves the body while wearing the pants-type diaper 1 of the present embodiment, as seen from the back side (buttock side) of the wearer.
- the absorbent body 10 is not provided with the different basis weight portion 50 .
- Other configurations are substantially the same as those of the diaper 1 of the present embodiment.
- the wearer moves one leg (right leg) in the left-right direction while wearing such a diaper 2 as shown in FIG.
- the belt portion 32 is pulled to one side.
- the absorbent body 10 joined to the belt portion 32 on one side via the second joint portion 42 is interlocked with the belt portion 32 and pulled to one side in the horizontal direction as a whole. That is, the absorbent main body 10 that fits the body of the wearer may be misaligned or deformed, and the fit of the absorbent main body 10 may be impaired.
- the diaper 1 of this embodiment when the wearer moves one leg (right leg) in the horizontal direction as shown in FIG. A belt portion 32 provided on one side is pulled to one side. Then, the absorbent body 10 joined to the belt portion 32 on one side via the second joint portion 42 is interlocked with the belt portion 32 and pulled to one side in the left-right direction.
- the diaper 1 unlike the case of FIG.
- the other side portion 10sl in the direction is difficult to be pulled to one side. This is because the different basis weight portion 50 is provided in the absorbent main body 10, so that the portion (10sr) on one side in the left-right direction of the absorbent main body 10 and the other side of the absorbent main body 10 sandwich the different basis weight portion 50. This is because interlocking with the portion (10sl) is suppressed.
- the portion (10sr) on one side in the left-right direction of the absorbent body 10 is pulled to one side, the portion (10sr) on the other side sandwiching the different basis weight portion 50 in the left-right direction 10sl) can make it difficult to be pulled to one side, and to make it difficult to cause misalignment and deformation. As a result, it is possible to prevent the fit of the absorbent main body 10 from deteriorating when the diaper 1 is worn.
- the different basis weight portion 50 weakens the interlocking of the absorbent body 10 in the left-right direction.
- the left and right portions of the absorbent body 10 sandwiching the different basis weight portion 50 can be independently deformed. Therefore, the absorbent main body 10 can more easily follow the movements of the wearer's body, which is effective in improving fit.
- the interlocking suppression region is formed by the one or more different basis weight portions 50 , making it easier to suppress the interlocking of the absorbent body 10 in the left-right direction.
- FIG. 4 by dispersing and arranging the three different basis weight parts 50 of the first different basis weight part 51 to the third different basis weight part 53, the absorptive core 11 is prevented from interlocking over a wide range.
- An area ISA is formed (the hatched area in FIG. 4A).
- the maximum value of the length Li in the longitudinal direction of the interlocking suppression area ISA is preferably larger than the maximum value of the length (width) Wi in the left-right direction (Li>Wi). That is, it is desirable that one or more different basis weight portions 50 are provided in a wide range along the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the absorbent body 10 .
- the absorbent main body 10 is divided into a portion on one side (10sr in FIG. 6B) and a portion on the other side (10sl in FIG. 6B) in the left-right direction. ). That is, in the absorbent body 10, the one side portion (10sr) and the other side portion (10sl) divided by the interlocking suppression area ISA are likely to be formed wide in the longitudinal direction. As a result, the effects of deformation and displacement of the absorbent main body 10 are less likely to be interlocked in the left-right direction, and it is possible to easily suppress deterioration of fit when worn.
- the basis weight differing portion 50 has a continuous portion in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction). If, in the absorbent body 10, the thin strip-shaped basis weight differing portion 50 extending along the left-right direction is formed, the absorbent body 10 will be in a state where it is substantially difficult to be divided in the left-right direction. and the effect of suppressing the interlocking of the positional deviation in the left-right direction is significantly reduced.
- each of the first different basis weight portion 51 to the third different basis weight portion 53 is continuous in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) and has a predetermined length.
- the different basis weight portions 50 are preferably arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction (vertical direction).
- the first different basis weight portion 51 to the third different basis weight portion 53 are intermittently arranged at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction (vertical direction).
- the interlocking suppression area ISA constituted by one or more different basis weight parts 50 has a long length Li in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction).
- the absorbent main body 10 would be difficult to deform in the longitudinal direction. It is difficult to deform into a curved shape along the , and there is a risk that the fit will deteriorate.
- the absorbent main body 10 of the present embodiment a gap is provided between the first differing basis weight portion 51 to the third differing basis weight portion 53 constituting the interlocking suppression area ISA. , the rigidity difference occurring in the gap portion becomes a starting point of bending, and the absorbent main body 10 is easily deformed in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction). Therefore, in the diaper 1, the lateral interlocking of the absorbent main body 10 is suppressed in the area of length Li in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction), and deformation in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) is facilitated. As a result, the absorbent main body 10 can be flexibly deformed according to the unevenness of the wearer's body, and the fit can be improved.
- the different basis weight portions 50 may be arranged at intervals along the left-right direction.
- the second different basis weight portions 52 provided on the absorbent main body 10 include a plurality of fine different basis weight portions 52f spaced vertically and horizontally. formed by lining up.
- the gap becomes a starting point for bending, and the absorbent body 10 tends to bend and deform in the left-right direction.
- the fitting property of the absorbent main body 10 can be improved.
- the different basis weight portion 50 is the total basis weight (per unit area) of the pulp and superabsorbent polymer that constitute the absorbent main body 10 in a predetermined region of the absorbent main body 10. weight) is smaller or larger than other parts adjacent in the left-right direction.
- the different basis weight portion 50 is provided at the central portion in the left-right direction, that is, the basis weight of the liquid absorbent material at the central portion in the left-right direction of the absorbent main body 10 is larger than the basis weight at both sides thereof. If the absorbent body 10 has a raised or lowered portion, the fit of the absorbent body 10 can be further enhanced.
- the second different basis weight part 52 and the third different basis weight part 53 shown in FIG. ing is a portion that comes into contact with the buttock groove of the wearer when the diaper 1 is worn.
- the portion where the basis weight of the absorbent main body 10 varies serves as a starting point for bending, and the absorbent main body 10 is folded in two in the left-right direction. This makes it easier to fit the wearer's buttock groove, excretory opening, and the like. Therefore, the fit of the absorbent main body 10 is improved, and leakage of excretion is less likely to occur.
- FIGS. 7A to 7C are diagrams showing modifications of the basis weight differing portion 50.
- FIG. The basis weight differing portion 50 may be modified as shown in FIGS. 7A to 7C other than shown in FIG.
- the basis weight different portion 50 is configured by a linear portion extending along the longitudinal direction and curved portions extending to both sides in the left-right direction from the linear portion.
- Such a different basis weight portion 50 has a shape in which the first different basis weight portion 51 to the third different basis weight portion 53 in FIG. 4 are integrally formed, and the effect is similar to that described above. is obtained. Further, if the basis weight differing portion 50 shown in FIG.
- the absorbent main body 10 is likely to bend and deform in the longitudinal direction as described above, resulting in poor fit. can be improved.
- the basis weight different portion 50 is configured by a linear portion extending long in the longitudinal direction and short linear portions arranged on both sides thereof. In this case, the influence of deformation and misalignment of the absorbent main body 10 is less likely to be interlocked in the left-right direction, and a bending starting point of the absorbent main body 10 in the left-right direction is likely to be formed. It is possible to enhance the fit when sandwiched between the parts.
- FIG. 7B in the widthwise central portion, the basis weight different portion 50 is configured by a linear portion extending long in the longitudinal direction and short linear portions arranged on both sides thereof. In this case, the influence of deformation and misalignment of the absorbent main body 10 is less likely to be interlocked in the left-right direction, and a bending starting point of the absorbent main body 10 in the left-right direction is likely to be formed. It is possible to enhance the fit when sandwich
- a pair of linear basis weight difference portions 50 extending short along the longitudinal direction are provided on the left and right on the front side (abdominal side) in the longitudinal direction.
- the effects of deformation and positional displacement of the absorbent body 10 are less likely to be interlocked in the left-right direction, and both sides of the front side are likely to be bent in the left-right direction.
- the absorbent main body 10 deforms following the movement of the legs, so that the fit can be improved.
- the different basis weight portion 50 has a different basis weight of the liquid absorbent material constituting the absorbent main body 10 compared to the portion adjacent to it in the left-right direction.
- a configuration other than the modified examples shown in FIGS. 7A to 7C may be used as long as the effects of deformation and positional deviation are less likely to be interlocked in the horizontal direction. Moreover, the structure which combined these may be sufficient.
- a pressing portion 60 for pressing a predetermined region of the absorbent core 11 (absorbent main body 10) in the thickness direction may be provided.
- 8A and 8B are diagrams showing an example of a case where the absorbent main body 10 is provided with the pressing portion 60.
- FIG. 8A a plurality of pressing portions 60 extending to both sides in the left-right direction are provided from a straight portion having different basis weights 50 extending in the longitudinal direction.
- a pair of linear pressing portions 60, 60 are provided on both sides in the left-right direction of the linear grammage-different portion 50 extending in the longitudinal direction.
- the compressing portions 60 having a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) are provided in regions on both the left and right sides of the portion with different basis weight 50 . Since the portion of the absorbent core 11 where the compressed portion 60 is formed has locally increased rigidity, the absorbent core 11 is easily deformed integrally along the compressed portion 60 . That is, the absorbent core 11 (absorbent main body 10) is suppressed in interlocking in the left-right direction across the different basis weight portion 50, but the left and right regions divided by the different basis weight portion 50 are each It becomes easier to interlock in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction). As a result, the regions on both sides of the absorbent main body 10 in the left-right direction can easily follow the movements of the wearer's body, improving the fit.
- the belt portion 32 of the diaper 1 is provided with a stretchable sheet 39 that is a planar elastic member that can stretch along the leg openings LH.
- the stretchability of the stretchable sheet 39 makes it easier for the belt portion 32 (and the leg gathers portion 37) to fit snugly against the wearer's skin along the leg openings LH. Therefore, even when the wearer walks while wearing the diaper 1, it is easy to maintain good fit. That is, even when depressions are generated in the vicinity of the gluteus maxims alternately on the left and right sides, such as when walking, the belt portions 32 are brought into contact with the wearer's skin on the left and right sides independently in the vicinity of the leg opening LH. Therefore, it is difficult for the wearer to feel discomfort such as floating in the recess.
- FIG. 9 is a schematic plan view explaining the arrangement of the different basis weight portions 50 on the back side of the diaper 1.
- FIG. 9 shows the underpants-shaped diaper 1 in an extended state as viewed from the dorsal side.
- part of the first basis weight differing portion 51 is arranged in a region above the lower end 42eb of the second joint portion 42 on the back side of the diaper 1 .
- the absorbent body 10 may move or deform in the left-right direction.
- the different basis weight portion 50 in the region overlapping the range of L32 in the vertical direction (the region above the lower end 42eb of the second joint portion 42), deformation and displacement of the absorbent main body 10 are prevented. It is possible to make it difficult to interlock the influence of in the left-right direction. That is, when a force that pulls the belt portion 32 outward in the left-right direction acts, in the region where the force is likely to act directly (the region above the lower end of the joint portion 40), the absorbent body 10 is stretched in the left-right direction. Interlocking can be suppressed efficiently. As a result, it is possible to suppress deterioration of the fit of the absorbent main body 10 .
- a part of the first basis weight differing portion 51 is arranged in a region above the lower end 42eb of the second joint portion 42 at least on the rear side (dorsal side) in the front-rear direction. Since there is a buttock split on the back side of the wearer's body, when the diaper 1 is worn, the absorbent main body 10 bends from the different basis weight portion 50 (first different basis weight portion 51) to the buttocks. It becomes easy to cause bending deformation in the left-right direction along the crack.
- the absorbent main body 10 bent and deformed starting from the portion with different basis weight 50 fits into the crack of the buttocks, and displacement and deformation in the left-right direction are prevented. can be made less likely. This makes it easier to suppress the deterioration of the fit of the absorbent main body 10 .
- a first basis weight phase is formed in a region represented by L32b between the lower end 42eb of the second joint portion 42 on the back side of the diaper 1 and the lower end 32seb of the belt portion 32 on the outer side in the left-right direction.
- This area L32b is an area that is pulled outward in the left-right direction via the belt portion 32 when the diaper 1 is put on. region indicated by L32a in )).
- the tension acting on the region L32b of the belt portion 32 is smaller than the tension acting on the region L32a.
- the LH and L32b may be swollen in the entire area in the left-right direction, or may be rolled up on the non-skin side.
- the different basis weight portion 50 is provided in the area of L32b as in the present embodiment, even if sagging or the like occurs on one side in the left-right direction, such It is possible to make it difficult for the influence of skew to be linked to the other side in the left-right direction. This makes it easier to suppress the deterioration of the fit of the absorbent main body 10 .
- the portion with different basis weight 50 does not necessarily have to be provided in the region above the joint portion 40 (the lower end of the first joint portion 41).
- the different basis weight portion 50 is not provided in a region above the lower end 41eb of the first joint portion 41 in the vertical direction.
- a portion 50 with a different basis weight is arranged with a shift to the lower side (see FIG. 2A). Since the ventral side of the wearer's body does not have cracks or the like in the buttocks and has less unevenness than the back side, there is no need to bend and deform the absorbent body 10 to fit the uneven shape of the body.
- the absorbent main body 10 since the wearer's excretion port is provided near the front side (abdominal side) in the front-rear direction, the absorbent main body 10 has a different basis weight on the abdominal side in order not to reduce the absorption amount of urine and the like. It is desirable to keep the area of the portion 50 as small as possible. Therefore, on the belly side of the diaper 1, the different basis weight portion 50 is arranged so as to be shifted below the lower end 41eb of the first joint portion 41, so that the absorbent main body 10 can be fitted well and Absorbency can be easily maintained.
- the first basis weight different portion 51 is formed in a substantially X shape as shown in FIG. 1 inclined portion 51a and a second inclined portion 51b inclined from the upper side to the lower side in the vertical direction and from the inner side to the outer side in the horizontal direction.
- the absolute value of the inclination angle ⁇ 1 of the first inclined portion 51a with respect to the horizontal direction is the absolute value of the smaller angle ⁇ b of the angles formed between the upper edge of the belt portion 32 and the second joint portion 42. value or less ( ⁇ b ⁇ 1).
- the first inclined portion 51a of the first basis weight different portion 51 is arranged on the back side of the wearer so that the absorbent main body 10 fits the body along the gentle unevenness extending from the upper part of the buttocks to the back. It has a function of facilitating bending and deformation of the main body 10 in the vertical direction. In order to make the absorbent body 10 easy to bend in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction), it is necessary to prevent the inclination angle ⁇ 1 of the first inclined portion 51a from being excessively large with respect to the horizontal direction.
- the inclination angle ⁇ 1 with respect to the horizontal direction of the first inclined portion 51a is larger than the angle ⁇ b formed between the upper edge of the belt portion 32 and the second joint portion 42, the inclination becomes too large and the absorbent main body 10 may become difficult to bend and deform in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction).
- the inclination angle ⁇ 1 of the first inclined portion 51a with respect to the horizontal direction is less than or equal to the angle ⁇ b between the upper edge of the belt portion 32 and the second joint portion 42.
- the absorbent body 10 is likely to be folded and deformed in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction), and the fit in the upper region of the wearer's buttocks can be improved.
- the absolute value of the inclination angle ⁇ 2 of the second inclined portion 51b of the first basis weight different portion 51 with respect to the horizontal direction is the smaller of the angles formed by the upper edge of the belt portion 32 and the second joint portion 42. is preferably less than the absolute value of the angle .theta.b (.theta.b.gtoreq..theta.2).
- the second inclined portion 51b of the first basis weight different portion 51 is on the opposite side of the first inclined portion 51a in order to fit the absorbent main body 10 along the roundness of the lower buttocks on the back side of the wearer.
- the absorbent body 10 in order to make the absorbent body 10 easy to bend in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction), it is necessary to prevent the inclination angle ⁇ 2 of the second inclined portion 51b from being excessively large with respect to the horizontal direction.
- the inclination angle ⁇ 2 of the second inclined portion 51b with respect to the horizontal direction is less than or equal to the angle ⁇ b between the upper edge of the belt portion 32 and the second joint portion 42. 10 is likely to bend and deform in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction), and the fit can be improved along the roundness of the lower buttocks of the wearer.
- the pants-type diaper 1 was described as an example of the pants-type absorbent article, but the present invention can also be applied to pants-type absorbent articles other than pants-type diapers.
- it may be a pants-type napkin (shorts-type napkin) or a pants-type (shorts-type) absorbent pad for children or adults.
- an elastic member that expands and contracts along the longitudinal direction may be provided in the central portion of the absorbent main body 10 in the left-right direction.
- a plurality of crotch elastic members (not shown) made of thread rubber or the like are arranged along the longitudinal direction on the skin side or non-skin side of the absorbent core 11 . If such a crotch elastic member is arranged, a high-rigidity portion is formed in the portion where the absorbent main body 10 contracts based on the contractile force of the crotch elastic member. effect is obtained.
- the force acting on one side of the absorbent body 10 in the left-right direction is less likely to be transmitted to the opposite side in the left-right direction across the portion (high-rigidity portion) where the crotch elastic member is arranged. Therefore, displacement and deformation of the absorbent main body 10 can be made difficult to occur. This makes it possible to improve the fit of the absorbent main body 10 when worn.
- 1 diaper (pants-type absorbent article), 10 absorbent body, 10ef, 10eb end, 10eLf, 10eLb end, 10sr portion (one side), 10sl portion (other side), 11 absorbent core, 12 top seat, 13 second seat, 14 back film, 16 back sheet, 30 sheet member, 30a sheet, 30eW end, 32 belt part, 32ew end, 32eLf, 32eLb end, 32seb lower end, 33 waist elastic member (rubber thread), 37 leg gathers, 37eLf, 37eLb ends, 38 leg elastic member (thread rubber), 39 elastic sheet, 40 junctions, 41 first joint, 42 second joint portion, 42ea upper end, 42eb lower end, 50 basis weight difference part, 51 first grammage difference portion, 51a first sloped portion, 51b second sloped portion, 52 second basis weight difference portion, 52f basis weight difference portion, 53 Third basis weight difference part, 60 pressing section, ISA interlocking inhibitory area, ⁇ f angle, ⁇ 1 angle, ⁇ 2 angle,
